Our experience with Damir at Country Hills Toyota was incredible. I would highly recommend buying a used vehicle from Country Hills Toyota and specifically from Damir. He took away all my used car salesmen stereotypes. He was friendly over Facebook messenger, and text and I could hear his smile on the phone as we chatted. When I met him in person he was warm and friendly and we could relate on many levels in regard to our growing families, the need for an affordable van in an inflated used car market amongst the rising costs of food and utilities and mortgage interest rates. He understood. And he delivered, we test drove a Toyota Sienna van in our price range and walked out the same afternoon with a bill of sale and our new van.

I wasn’t sure if I should buy from a dealership because of the gst and hidden fees but Country Hills Toyota offers several peace-of-mind perks including:
1. A minimum $3000-$5000 maintenance check where the flush all the systems and top up fluids. They also put in a new windshield and new all season tires.
2. They offer a lifetime power-terrain warranty which covers 50%- 100% for life.
3. Free oil changes.

I was sold before I saw the van based on the peace of mind that I was offered through these programs.

I will be buying my used Toyota’s from Country Hills Toyota going forward and recommending them to all my friends and family who are looking for a Toyota.

Last February 2023, I made a purchase of a 2024 Toyota Corolla from Canyon Creek Toyota. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the production process at the Toyota plant, resulting in a longer wait time for the car to be delivered. Despite this setback, I was highly impressed with the delivery schedule that Canyon Creek had initially provided. Additionally, the Manager at Canyon Creek Toyota went above and beyond to assist me in resolving a few minor pricing issues. Their exceptional service has left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely consider returning to Canyon Creek dealership for any future car needs. Moreover, I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family, as they have consistently provided outstanding assistance.

They are very kind and helpful. After initial check they noticed my winter tires were installed in wrong direction that I did it by myself. They informed me and offered to reinstall them. They also noticed the seal of engine oil tank was leaking and asked if I wanted to have it repaired. We made an appointment. They did a wonderful job.

Used to be an amazing place to do business with. Unfortunately they discriminate against loyal customers just because finances required them to go from a new vehicle to a used vehicle. Kyle at the service department was condescending towards me when i inquired about having the oil discount since I'm a long time customer and I was paying over $300. His comment was "That's the price". The issue is not fixed and on the phone he was, once again condescending. Thanks Kyle for not knowing how to resolve issues with a female and putting down my experience at other garages as a female, resulting in me needing to question the legitimacy of the job done there last week.

But then again, what do you expect from a garage that looses winter tires and put the new owner of your returned SUV on your file.

Look for Anne Reyes! She's amazing. She found the perfect car for my partner and I, explained the process very well, and gave solid advice. Thank you Parag & the staff of Country Hills (Pre-owned dept) We purchased a used 4runner and our interaction with their staff was great from beginning to end. There were a few things that did not work upon test drive. Issues that would have costed $500-$1000/each in repairs and Toyota was able to fix these issues upon releasing the vehicle to us. Brought my 2020 Sienna to Charlesglen Toyota twice, spark plugs filled with oil, and engine rattled heavily when idle . Service manager said " It's normal to have spark plug filled with engine oil" , and deemed the car as " normal condition" , so they don't fix it. Will update video of the " normal rattled engine " soon. 5 start for their "bravely normal honest behavior" :)) , but not for their expertise :))

If I could give Craig 6 stars I would. What a wonderful experience. Craig was so accommodating and patient. I was buying a new vehicle on my own as my husband is working long hours at the moment, so I was quite nervous. Craig answered my questions patiently and in depth, which help immensely. I ended up purchasing a new Sienna from this dealership. There were some bumps along the way, but overall, I am happy with them.

As a loyal customer who has been purchasing and servicing vehicles at your dealership for over a decade, I regret to say that the level of customer service provided by the staff and service manager has been consistently poor and disappointing.
Purchased the Toyota genuine battery less than year ago for my truck and its dead, went for warranty at parts and they send me to service, went to service they again send me back to parts and again back to service. Several staff seemed uncertain and uninformed about the procedures and protocols necessary to assist customer effectively. They agreed to replace under warranty but must pay for testing the battery $50. Couldn’t understand why I must pay when it’s under warranty. My deep concern regarding the unprofessional behavior by the service manager when I tried to put the genuine concern about the quality of service provided, I was met with dismissiveness and lack of professionalism. Not only was my issue brushed aside but I also felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
Later on the same day I took the battery and went to parts and they have no problem replacing the battery. Seems to be it depends on who you talk with and what intentions or mentality they have.
I have dealt with similar situations regarding services manager and talked with their GM Brian Schmidt before but doesn’t looks they take it serious about the customers .

Service department, especially Chad, they are always on top of things. One time there was a discrepancy in my quote and the labour completed. Was adjusted with no issues. The next time I had a service, they accommodated my car while I was away for the weekend and they did fantastic work! Really helpful service crew! This is my third in 22 years from this dealership. I have a lot of trust with this crew.

The service here was top and great. Jay was meticulous and kind from the beginning and did his best at every moment. Jay gave us detailed information about the car and gave us a great experience. Jay did his best to answer all my inquiries and requests, and I was very impressed. I will purchase a car through Jay again next time. Jay is the best employee and will be your great partner! I showed up to Canyon in a difficult situation and after a couple not so stellar experiences at other dealers, I wasn’t really too optimistic. I gave them an extremely difficult task and an even more difficult timeline with target budget that didn’t have too much wiggle room. Cel gave me multiple options, worked with her team, got the managers involved to help me figure out a solution. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected to make sure they not only made a deal work, but that I was happy with what I ended up driving as well! I recently had good experience here which was somewhat a surprise as generally I don’t like dealerships. But I would give a shout-out for Chris Ye at South Pointe Toyota. Bought a New Car, lady at the front warmly welcomed and properly assign sales person Mr Umair. He showed everything which was available appropriately and with great care. I was impressed upon his Excellent Customer Service in a way that not only he showed me the positive features of vehicle but he also informed me about conditions which was not okay too, an extra star for this. Mr Lieu (Sales Manager) personally came in during the potential deal to help me out and showed all the information and document which actually helped me out in making a decision. I had millions of questions which both of the gentlemen answered efficiently.
