My father lived there from 2014 up until he passed away in July of 2023.

My brother who is the executor of my dads estate has called numerous times and left email in regards to his security deposit and no one gotten back to us.

Security deposit is supposed to be returned 14 days after a tenant leaves.

After the estate cleaned out his apartment no one from management has returned any calls or emails regarding the security deposit of my father.

Totally unacceptable.

This is a great place to live. Love having a pool and clubhouse. Garage is nice too.

As a Staten Island broker, I deal with many management companies, the staff at Wellington is hard working, professional and thoughtful. Which is what makes Wellington a great place to live!

Best view

I’ve been living at Wellington for three years. I enjoy the location of pizza and deli options at the local restaurants. Also, the management is very helpful. I see how happy my son is living there with me as I feel safe and the staff makes us feel at home. My older son has easy access to the bus from the apartments to get to work. This saves me a lot of hassle. The mall is awesome for my kids to walk or ride bike too. Also, the apartments are spacious and clean. That is important to me. Check them out of your looking for a place to call home.

Wellington Apartments are a great place to live. The location is excellent. Easy commute to Manhattan, NJ, a quick walk to the SI mall, restaurants, near SI College and La Tourette Golf course and park . Many of the apartments are fully renovated with beautiful finishes. White shaker cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous floors and beautiful bathrooms. I found the apartments are larger than most with oversized walk in closets, large kitchen and open floor plan. They also have garage parking and a community center with a beautiful pool and life guard. The management company works hard to accommodate our needs and has good lines of communication.

Living at The Wellington Apartment has been an absolute delight! The environment is serene and tranquil, providing a peaceful oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The management team is incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly. The cleanliness of the apartments is exceptional, making it a joy to come home to. I highly recommend The Wellington Apartment for its wonderful environment, top-notch management, and impeccable cleanliness.

There have been many updates made within the past year. The management team is clearly dedicated to improving the building and making it a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all the residents. The many recent updates to the common areas make the coop looks and feel much more modern and welcoming.

I would like to express how grateful I am to Lauren Felicione. She befriended my sister who lived at Park Lane for only a few months, she helped her through the process and my sister was so grateful. Unfortunately my sister passed and Lauren helped me with everything now. She has been very thoughtful and accommodating in every step of the way from the beginning of this ordeal for my family. My sincere thanks to Lauren. She is a huge asset to Park Lane at Sea View. Never let her go!!!!

A lot of work continues to be done to these apartment buildings. New hallway renovations, new elevators, New intercom system, and beautifully renovated units, new garage doors and now new roofs. The ownership has spent a lot of time improving the buildings and it shows. Wellington has underground parking and free water. Wellington has an excellent location, near public transportation, mall, and parks. New Springville schools are excellent. The employees care about the tenants and genuinely want them to be happy. The community offers a beautiful pool club membership right across the street. Wellington offers very fair rental prices.

I want to express my gratitude to Lauren of Park Lane for taking the time to speak with me on multiple occasions to discuss options for my aging parents. Lauren is a tremendous resource and provided valuable information.

The location is great which the staff are very helpful, in which they make every one feel like home, for example Fred who is the Super for the building is a great helpful gentleman which he’s always assisting, and mr. Chris that is the location live in maintenance technician is also very helpful and will assist in anyway he can, and Ms. Lauren who is in management office is awesome which she will go above and beyond to assist and make you feel like home, one of the best management team that I had came across, and the area is very quiet with in house private security

We use to have activities, since the pandemic this has stopped. The rumpus room and community room is off limits. The office worker (Lauren) is Great she helps the tenants with all of their problems. She goes beyond what the job description.

I am a resident here for 2 years during covid I moved in and it felt like a ghost town it was sad to hear that some people passed away and we were not able to socialize. When I came to the building to look at it all the amenities were open and when I moved in, it was unfortunate that everything closed down... Still is closed.
Now that things are almost back to normal I would like to see the community room and activities resume. I am seeing more of a lively environment since the building has improved its staff members. Chris is someone I can always count on. Lauren is such a pleasant friendly person to have in the office and I like the idea that she has an Open door policy. She has monthly newsletters to keep us informed and plays music to liven up the lobby. I look forward to seeing the amenities open and enjoy the expectations that I had when I first came here to the property.

Parklane is super great!! I was here since the beginning so I have seen staff come and go, but there hasn't been amazing people like and Lauren and Chris. We appreciate Fred getting this done FINALLY!!

The building is neglected. Parking looks like junk car graveyard, full of trash, that is never cleaned up. Some windows’ glass is broken. Obvious lack of management.

Excellent residence. The environment is very peaceful and beautiful. The apartments are very comfy and are spacious. The manager, handyman, and the office are very responsive and are always there when you need them. I'm in love with my choice for my home ❤️

The people who work here are very friendly and respond quickly. It’s a nice sized apartment with good kitchen appliances. That’s unfortunately where my positive comments end. We only lived here one year because it was so loud. It’s a cheaply made building - you can feel the breeze come in between the wall and the window. You hear everything outside whether your windows are open or not. The electric bill was always crazy high - like $300. ConEd told us that our downstairs neighbor’s bill was much lower but they couldn’t come check the lines because of COVID. Building management said there was nothing they could do. They also raise the rent every year. We tried negotiating a multi year lease but even with that, there were annual increases. We also tried negotiating on updating our 2006 washer dryer but they wouldn’t budge on that either. You also have to pay for parking on top of the already overpriced rent. I wish there were more reviews of this place when I was looking. I wouldn’t have moved here.

I swear to everything I love worst place to live. no maintenance no job ever get done you have to be friends with the maintenance worker for him to do the job that's crazy. They shut down my water for 4 days I couldn't take a shower or use the bathroom I will never give anyone else advice to move to Elbee Gardens. it is worst place ever to live in.

They maintenance services sucks i move here 2 months ago i have a problem with my intercom still didn't get fixed yet thats terrible

I’ve lived here for over 20 years. Ever since we got a new super, the building has gone down. He smokes in the building, encouraging other smoking tenants to do the same. You can’t even do your laundry without choking on smoke coming from his office near the laundry room. The workers no longer clean & the floors are filthy. The walls have peeling paint chips. This used to be a place for working class citizens, now they’re letting everyone in. I began getting roaches—& lots of them—in the past 4-5 years. Now I’m getting the worst thing possible—mice! I’m looking for a new home because no matter how clean I keep my apartment, the dirty people they’re now letting into the building & the dirty super who won’t clean the building have creatures that find their way into my apartment.

Beautiful area in Staten Island close to the mall. However, the apartments here aren't the cleanest and the management company takes a very long time to get repairs done or even paint jobs. For example my door buzzer took over 1 year to be repaired. Also, the apartment has not been painted for over 3 years. If the company would update the apartments and care about maintaining the apartments. That would be really great for the tenants. I'm looking forward to moving from this place.
