Staten Island Urby Apartments

It has been an absolute pleasure living here. For the past 9 months, I have had an excellent and regular relationship with security, the front desk, and maintenance crew here. Shout out to Tony and Ivan with Security, Brian and Brandon at the front, and of course, Mr. Mike keeping this place going. They have an excellent staff, and I’m sure I missed a few people that deserve a shout out too.

Wonderful place to live! I want to give a shout out to Brian, tenant coordinator. I love seeing him at the front desk. He’s always happy and friendly. Always ready to help out. He’s what makes URBY a great place to live!

I had an amazing experience at Staten Island Urby's events, thanks to Brian's exceptional event planning skills! From Flower Power to collaborating with new businesses like Gelaterra and Sally's Smokehouse, Brian consistently brings residents delightful treats and memorable experiences. Keep up the fantastic work!

This building was amazing. All the staff were so incredible. I primarily worked with Ashley as my leasing agent from management office. She’s one of the best. I moved out of here to move in with my husband. I had to break my lease a couple months early and these guys were sooo accommodating of that. They helped me market the apartment to hopefully get another tenant in before my move out date. Now that I’m in Brooklyn management companies here are not at all helpful. They’re just happy to keep ur security deposit. Urby was amazing. I would definitely live here again. They’re so responsive to maintenance requests. Mike is the superintendent and he’s always always on top of everything. I’ve never put in a maintenance request and been disappointed. This is one of the places I’d say truly treats its residents with a luxury experience. Definitely worth the money.

I have Been at Urby 5 months I cannot tell you how amazing it is. The staff. Is absolutely marvelous. Ashley helped me Settle and assited with all My paperwork and was absolutely super helpful after settling in I meet, Brian and Brandon who are always helpful and do amazing community events. I loved the pool always clean and maintained, the gym is easy access to me and dispite other reviews it's a very clean building I constantly hear them vacuuming the halls. The maintenance crew is also on point had a few situations needed help with and they responded immediately. Ivan and Tim the security staff also pleasant. I love Urby thankful to have made the move. You all are amazing. Happy Holidays

The place is incredible! You feel as if the staff is part of your family, because they treat you as if you were! The Resident Coordinators Brian, Brandon and Darren are responsive (with beaming smiles) to your needs and provide assistance, instruction and knowledge on how to navigate the Urby Experience! The maintenance staff, especially Jonathan, the security staff especially Andre, and the housekeeping staff, especially Ms. Iona, are all wonderful and assist you in a genuinely caring and friendly manner! This truly is a nice place to call home!

Since moving to Urbys two years ago, I have been extremely satisfied! My favorite part about the apartment is the attention to detail, the amenities, the neighbors, but what I like the most is the attention that Brandon and Brian have, they take care of everything and ensure everything is in order! Both Exceptional problem-solver’s and always good energy!
