Silver Lake Apartments

I have lived in Silver Lake Apartments for close to two years. The service I receive from the office and staff is exceptional. Phone calls are answered promptly and any maintenance issues, which are few and far between, are handled quickly and professionally. There couldn’t be a better Property Manager on site than Kathy. She responds to calls and emails right away. She is so pleasant to deal with and you can tell how much she cares about the residents. I am very lucky to have an apartment in this community.

I love my new apartment, I love the staff that works here, they are always willing to help, holding a door or helping with packages and always a good morning from them. The office is great, whenever I have a question or if there happens to be a problem they assist me. They are very helpful and so pleasant to speak to. I have a beautiful view of the golf course, whether it's a spring day listening to the birds or a winter storm watching the snow fall it's truly beautiful. I don't have to worry about shoveling snow, the laundry room is here in the building, the grounds are very well kept. I tell all my friends about this place. Extremely grateful, RM

I have lived at Silver Lake for 5 years. I have never had an issue with management and the maintenance staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Management and maintenance are wonderful. Building is clean and well kept. One of the ideal spots to reside on the island with local parks nearby.

I have nothing but praises for Silver Lake Apartments. The administration does an excellent job in keeping a clean and safe environment in our community. The building is always clean, safe and it even smells good when you walk around the common areas. I hope they always keep up the very good work. Thanks for everything.

The wife and I lived at Silverlake apartments for 5 years. This was the best experience I've had in New York dealing with building management and maintenance.

No NYC building is going to be perfect. But if there's a problem, you want it fixed quickly. And the maintenance team was always excellent about that. I had to call maintenance maybe a handful of times over the course of 5 years, and every time they were in my apartment within the hour.

It's an older building, but the grounds are really well cared for. Hallways and elevators were always clean. Nice pool area, and lots of green out front.

Camille was always responsive and reasonable. Walls are a bit thin, so you will hear neighbors if they are loud.

Overall, I would recommend living here for an affordable apartment that's close to the city.

Ok not everything is perfect but everyone is very nice in the building it is kept clean. If you are a constant complainer go somewhere else. Camille and Cathy have alwAys been nice to us. Maybe because we don’t constantly complain. Have a Blessed Day!😄
