The old lady was rude and younger one was charging extra.
I strongly do not recommend buying here because the prices are outrageous. If you accidentally make a purchase, you should double-check the receipt and the items, as they charged me extra on my receipt. I only bought 5 chocolates, but they charged me 6 pieces of it. I had to go back to the store for this, although they gave me another chocolate, they did not accept refund and returns!

Very bad experience. I wasted 84 dollars simply here since i had to get back for my flight. Got maple candies which are double priced at 24.. dollars, which at the other shops you fan get at 13 dollars. I found even the airport shops very reasonable than this one. Never visit this place if you wanna save money.

Awful experience. The only store selling t shirts, shown in piles, but you can't touch the t-shirts from the pile. The lady came to harass us and sell her mother to us (figuratively), a couple seconds in front of one of the things she sells and she comes and tries to sell it to you hard! Then we look at the t-shirts. What a mistake, we took one from the pile. We told her to stop harassing us, she kept going. She even came from the store's back with another shirt, took ours out of the baske, while we were holding it, to replace it with the one she took herself... Unbelievable. Would I have been alone, I would have dropped all my stuff and ran away. We still bought their stuff... of course too expensive. You can go to Chinatown for the same souvenirs at a portion of their price. Do not come here.

The Canadian version of a tourist trap is this shop. There is a decent collection of souvenir items here, but the price is excessively expensive.

They have trendy, low price accessories. No comments on the clothings as I haven't purchased any, but from the glance their sizings are not consistent (proportion is strange) and not quite worth it for the quality.
I could give a 1 star but extremely unfriendly, disturbing manner of the front staff with short hair (don't think she's the owner) threw me off to the point to leave in any minute. Not the experience I was looking forward to based on how they come off so pastel chic and bubbly on social media. Won't be shopping here again!

I walked in didn’t know they are closing soon. There are still around 7-8 people in the store, the staff come to me and said ”excuse me, we are closing in 2 minutes that means we are… just close” with her eyes wild open. Will never shop at this store:)

Bought this Maple Syrup for $19.95 and the next day at Canadian Tire (5 min walk inside Eaton Centre) and Rexall to found this EXACT SAME for $5.95. Upsetting. They take advantage of their customers. DO NOT BUY.

I'm happy with my experience here but was almost put off by the previous bad reviews. I thought the selection of products were nice and the presentation is also good. The prices are as expected for a gift shop and you'll be able to find items for different budgets. The staff assistant was also friendly and helpful so no complaints from me.

The customer service is really bad. No one cares about the customers at all. Please do not buy anything from Canadian tire anymore. There is a policy change to scam customer by not paying for their returns and giving them a store credit. Just be smart and go elsewhere. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE CANADIAN TIRE STORES

I’ve been coming here since they opened a few weeks ago. They import all their cute clothes from South Korea. It’s great to get all those styles here, one star off as the quality of the prices can really vary depending on the pieces. In general it’s pretty good, but I avoid buying knits and anything with an unfinished edge.

Decent mall if you're looking for a place to do some cheaper shopping or just wander around. Bathroom wasn't clean though.

They have some cute items, but for all the times I've been to the store, NOT once has an employee greeted me :(

Warm friendly atomsphere everytime

I enjoyed window shopping here when there was still Toys R Us. I haven't been to this mall in a while, but it looks nice after it got renovated. The only thing that got on my nerves were the noisy children tonight.

This use to be my favorite mall when it had toys R us and EB games. Now I wonder why it’s still around?

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this situation bothered me. I went into return a pair of pants that didn’t fit right and upon further inspection when I got home, were just poorly made. This store does something where they give 15% off everything, but only during certain hours of the day, which happened to be when I got the pants. I was never informed that with this surprise discount, the items become final sale. When I went to return them, I was told all sale items are final and they wouldn’t accept a return. I understand things off of a sale rack may be final sale, but not clothing that is sometimes full price and sometimes not? As this is untraditional and kind of confusing, I would expect them to make that clear as you’re paying. I explained this, and the salesperson said there’s nothing she can do, but there is always something you can do if you value customer service. I had been in other times where the sale was mentioned to me by this same salesperson, but again nothing about it meaning everything in the store is final sale if you buy it then. It just felt a little scammy and I never understand when businesses don’t put customer service first.

I went to apply my daughter’s health card. Sanvra attended me on counter 2, He answered all my random questions with having a smile on his face. He made me aware about my missed ticket number that I missed by mistake as I was busy filling the form. This visit was satisfactory. Thank you for your service and guidance.

I came to this location to exchange a gift that my fiance had purchased for me just the day before. I went in, gave the purse that was still in a Kate Spade gift box to the associate as well as the gift receipt. I received the bag without any tags, and my fiance said he spotted no tags on it after purchasing it because it was pulled from the back. The sales associate begins speaking in a thick European accent and I couldn’t understand her. She said that I wouldn’t be able to return the bag and accused me of wearing it due to the missing tag. I laughed because the bag was not my style and I’d never wear. And here’s when my experience turned around for the better. Another sales associate named Komalpreet came to the rescue and assured me I could get store credit for the bag. She continued to be patient and helped me pick out a pair of shoes I purchased with the credit. It’s sales associates like Komalpreet that make the experience of shopping so enjoyable and she ensured I left with a smile on my face. As for the other associate, she needs to review some training on company policies and how to be polite. Thank you again Komalpreet!

Nice local community mall nice to see what they are doing with part of the former Walmart space by having a known credible national retailer like winners in there rather a fly by night retailer like they did after Walmart. Now all they need is a decent food court with more choices

Two stars because my last experience was great.

However this time it wasn’t.

Came in today and wasn’t greeted. Had 5 items on hand but was not offered a change room. Went to fitting room and no one helped show me which room i could use, meanwhile there was an employee there taking photos.

Had to ask if they still carried the black version of a shirt i wanted. “Oh it never came in black.” I told them I saw on IG it did. “Oh we didn’t put it out yet, it’s still in the back.” Why would you post it then.. “Oh it’s sold out.” like what..

Staff needs to be attentive to clients in store and needs to be further trained on products and customer service.

Super cute Korean clothing store! I absolute loved everything in this store (especially the change rooms) only downside was their prices. I did end up buy a minimalist drawstring backpack for about $60, which was worth it. The customer service was also amazing so I definitely plan on coming back soon.

Nice mall Quieter than the other ones

Toronto downtown did not have much of gift shops or souvenir shops . I had to check google maps and found this place inside a mall. They had some souvenirs.. got magnets… this place was very expensive though. Hoodies costed 75 CAD or more ! Tshirts were 40 CAD s… didn’t buy them .. it was tough to find this shop though. Wish the directory was updated .. customer service was ok.

We are not from Ontario and went out of our way to come to this shop. We did not scan their entire website so we did not see that they had halted walk in customers. It was late in the afternoon and there was nobody else in the store. They could have let us in as they would certainly have sold us something. Not a chance. We were turned away at the door because we did not have an appointment. As a business owner I would never do this. Money is money and if I was not busy with a client I would have gladly made a new one. This store however will never have me as a customer.

Best place to buy economical items, not crowded at all

Great mall with diverse stores and items. I have been here few times. I have visited winners, ardene, no frills, service Ontario, and stitches. Clothing stores have a variety of dresses at affordable prices. Service Ontario is quite busy. Thank you:)

My wife and I are white collar professionals in health care and corporate environments. Should that matter? Apparently it does at this location. Impeccable service in the past when stopping by from the office. Smiles today for most patrons, a 10 foot tail and stoic faces towards my wife while wearing our comfy vacation attire. Whether it's corporate policy or a paucity in training, shame on you for shaming others.

Good Life is fitnesses centre.Canadian Tire is one of the very big Canadian chain store. In Canadian Tire all sorts of hardware, plumbing , paint, electronics, Crockery and motor parts are available, besides these govt office is also available. There are 02 banks are also here e.g CIBC banking service centre and BMO ( Bank of Montreal ) A very big parking approximately 2000 cars can be parked at a time.

I really wanted to like this place. My fiancé and I were hunting for our rings after recently getting engaged. Service seemed nice and happy to help. We were stuck on a few options and thought we’d sleep on it, in the mean time Cynthia offered to repair my grandmothers ring (which never comes off my hand) as it was missing a stone. She said it’s be ready in a few weeks, I called her to check on it about a month later as I hadn’t heard back. She told me it was misplaced, she received it from her repair guy and remembered putting it away but would call me when she found it. My anxiety immediately kicked in. This is the one thing my grandma had passed down to me. A week passed, nothing. I called back and she still couldn’t find it, and had asked I give her another week. Again, no ring. Nearly 6 weeks later after pleading multiple times in the phone and reinforcing how important this piece was to me still no ring. I went into the shop one afternoon and again PLEADED to the point of tears for them to please find my ring because at this stage I don’t even believe they had looked. Crying in front of customers they asked me quietly to leave and give them a few more days. Four hours later, after a ton of anxiety and many more tears Cynthia called and said she had found my ring. I went to pick it up immediately the next morning, needless to say she offered an apology and only felt it “fair” she didn’t charge me for the 100$ repair. I am typically pretty patient, never felt so unimportant as a customer anywhere, ever.

a little hidden nook of history. went in on a whim one weekend and was very pleased with how friendly the staff is. although you really have to be careful with where you step and walk because the items are all fragile. the staff were super knowledgeable with the items and I had a great time looking over all the beautiful pieces, especially the jewelery. will definitely be back to see what else they have!

These guys are awesome! I'm definitely not an easy customer because I'm awful at making decisions and take a long time in general. I went in with a few bags in mind, but my SA (Cynthia) showed me every style and every color of those styles to make sure I ended up buying exactly what I wanted! There isn't any negative attitude I often get from luxury stores, and everyone is totally there to help you find your perfect bag!

We went to Kate Spade Square One to look for a shoe, and was told that Kate Spade Sherway Gardens had stock. We requested the color silver for a specific model to be put on hold and that we would purchase it at Kate Spade Shereay Gardens location. Upon arriving, we told the sales representitive that we had put a pair of shoes on hold. She went to the back and got the shoes. Upon asking to see if it was the correct shoe and color, the sales representative CLEARLY appeared to be irritated and did not want to show the shoes to us to verify. Upon inspection, the shoes were of the wrong color. We asked if they had the correct color and size, and was told that inventory was already scanned in, and could not sell the shoes, as the day was done per inventory schedule. The time was 3:30 P.M. The store closes at 6:00 P.M. Unprofessional and irrational sales representative. Could not sell a shoe that was in stock in the back? Please tell me that makes sense. Bear in mind we were not rude nor aggressive to this sales representative.
Corrective action needs to take place at this location, as of the three times we came here, on different occasions, we were treated poorly.
Management can contact me to resolve this issue, as I would like to clearly understand what nonsense had just happened.

I had a very pleasant experience today at the store. The manager Marlene took a lot of time assisting me as well as the other salesperson working. They were very willing to help me with an online order. I ended up assisting with a purchase I made in store. I must say this was a far better experience than the one I had at the Yorkdale store. I would visit here again.

i had an awful experience with the two managers at this store. i went in to return an item and the managers were VERY rude to me. the first one i spoke to was accusing me for something and was challenging me over it, and the other one raised her voice at me and gave me attitude, yet had the audacity to say “i hope i was able to give you a better experience”. i am never ever going into this kate spade store again. the only reason why i am giving a rating of one star is because i did end up returning the item.

This place is tops for selection. Hands down the very best selection of Canadian goods and souvenirs, I have seen anywhere! I didn't end up buying anything this day but I will go back. Prices are high, as they are in Eaton's center. Look at the pics I posted and see for yourself the quality of much of the merchandise. I found some very unique items.

Very friendly place. This place didn't feel like a typical store at all. It was bright and lively with a lot of friendly faces. I ended up buying bracelets for friends, for my wedding!
