Mason was the absolute best! He made me feel so comfortable, was able to lighten the mood and joke around, he did an amazing job! He was so informative, and made sure I knew exactly everything I needed to know, given I was just visiting the area. Highly recommend him and Ten Tigers! ❤️
Went and had my second chest piercing done here. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to my requests, and they had me in and out super fast, I did make a appointment online prior to arriving so I’m sure that expedited the whole experience, so I would recommend make the appointment. But all in all I was very satisfied and will be going in again in the future for my next piercing.
Do not go to Ayana if you want a smooth process. I came in to get my forward helix fixed, and she single-handedly ruined my impression of this location. I had gotten my piercing done a few months to here and today I woke up with what I thought was a missing jewelry. I drove almost an hour to have them look at it, only for them to say it was embedded and the jewelry was not missing. The front desk said it would be an easy fix, and to wait for the next available piercer to help. Ayana comes to greet me, and brings me to a room. She sits me down, looks at my piercing, and starts cleaning it. She doesn't explain that she can't even see the jewelry, just that I will feel some pressure as she gets the clamps on. After she gets the clamps on, she fiddles around with my jewelry trying to get it to poke through. The entire time she's talking about how to manage the swelling with a mix of warm and cold compress, but she had neither warm nor cold. After feeling pressure and pain for a few minutes, she asked if I needed a break. I said yes as tears started rolling down my face. I told her to continue, not knowing she wasn't even close. After the second try and tears streaming down my face as I'm trying to hold my sobs, she brings out only a warm paper towel. She applies the paper towel to what feels like the back part of my piercing, then continues to fiddle around the front without describing what she's doing. I had to literally ask her to describe what she was doing while I was pulling away my ear. She doesn't bring out a cold compress at any time to help bring down the swelling. After a third try of fiddling and even using needle to try to guide the jewelry out, she says urgent care is an option and I might prefer that. I say no and she keeps going. Not until after the 4th or 5th time of her literally poking at my swollen bleeding piercing, does she ask if she can bring in another pair of hands to help. I point to the room next door and say the piercer in there is who did my original piercing. She tells me to sit tight and I'm left waiting in the room, sobbing. The other piercer comes in, takes one look at my ear, and brings in a cup of ice. I have no idea why Ayana did not bring me ice before. Ayana said nothing to me after this piercer came in. She did nothing to comfort me while she was fiddling with my ear, didn't even have the sense to describe what she was doing, or tell me after the third time that she CANT EVEN SEE THE JEWELRY SHOWING. After the other piercer got started, I saw her from the mirror just staring at me, not helping. I truly wanted her out of that room and I should have asked. I am traumatized, embarrassed, hurt, angry, and I don't ever want to go back. Don't come here, and especially don't get pierced by Ayana. You will regret it.
Great place! I went here for my septum piercing a few weeks ago. Steve was amazing! Great bedside manner, excellent attention to cleanliness, the piercing is placed perfectly, and the entire process was virtually pain free.
This place is rad and nothing but welcoming. I came in awhile ago and forgot to write a review. Really beautiful, high quality jewelry and the staff there were super helpful and kind and make you feel very comfortable. Another small business that I highly recommend!
I had a lady and a gentleman help my husband pick out a wonderful Mother’s Day gift and I have gone there before to re-string my 16inch multicolor pearls. The small Tahitian small pearl being shown in the picture-that I’ve got from them in their store and it was a bet small at first at the time I tried it, but the lady said she can adjust the length and change the the back clasp to gold. She was very fast had both pearl necklaces done within a couple hours. I will definitely be coming back they were wonderful.
Everyone here was so wonderful! My friend and I came in last minute to get ear piercings and we felt taken care of from start to finish. Jess pierced us and she was so so superb, thoughtful, and fun :) also everything was extremely clean! Will be returning for any and all piercings!

i called an hr before my appointment to let them know i would be 30min late. they were rly nice about it and when i got there i was able to see my piercer almost immediately. i was there because one of my nipple piercings wasn’t healing well and alex explained what my options were, answered all my questions, didnt make me feel rushed to make a decision, & was rly thorough with going over aftercare.
i really appreciate how comfortable everyone working there made me feel, and my piercing already seems to be less irritated after having the barbell switched out.
the space itself is also really nice. really pretty pieces of art on the walls & obviously very clean.
will def be back for my next piercing!

Lesser of one evil...causing location to be deemed . Sales Floor.makeup intriguing..to add a group atmosphere. Style .driven, no disparity...catalog, men's suits or women's fashioned parkas ...some in store none forgotton, Boutique blemish .engrossees one with accomplishing detaile visit which balances on time. Meeting one's entire fit.

On 4/4/24 I brought in 2 watches for battery replacement. I was quoted $45 which is very high for 2 10-minute procedures. When l came to pick them up I was charged $45 + $3.50 sales tax. I told them that in California repairs are free of sales tax and of course they knew this too but figured that I was a tourist and could be taken advantage of. That's not how we should treat visitors to our city. I live nearby and refused to pay the $3.50.
Mason and Lev are both so sweet and made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. I got a bunch of new jewelry and Lev had so many great suggestions and ideas on making it all cute and cohesive. Mason did my piercing and was super accommodating and communicative throughout. I’m super happy with my entire experience at Ten Tigers! : )
Went in for a VCH today. I showed up a way earlier then my appointment. Nerves make me show up early. I was welcomed promptly and taken earlier. Check in and out was super easy love the efficiency. Go google pay! Jess is a really cool human. They provided a very safe and welcoming space. Loved the walk through the appointment and aftercare.

They don’t even have simple tools to remove a watch back. Insulting to ever say you repair watches.🤦♂️ definitely don’t go there.
Mason & Lev were so helpful, kind, and friendly. This was probably my favourite piercing experience I’ve ever had! They are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel super comfortable. You will be in great hands here, we left sooo happy 🌞💜🌀
I had an incredible experience getting my nostril pierced! I was a little nervous but they made sure to talk me through the process and made me feel so comfortable. I love the jewelry they have in their shop as well. I’ll recommend all my friends to come here and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

New owners are a lovely couple and spent a very long time helping me pick out a watch. If you're looking for a Seiko watch I highly suggest coming here. They also have extremely good prices compared to online and other stores selling the same brands.
Wow… what an amazing experience! I made an appointment to surprise my nephew with a nose piercing, that he has been wanting for a while. Mason and Lev were so supportive and friendly with giving my nephew (who wanted to flake) the confidence to decide for himself if he wanted to move forward. Their support and encouragement to go down either route with no pressure was so appreciated and refreshing to see. I will definitely be coming back with some friends for my next piercing. I got a nose piercing earlier today and was pierced by Jess. She was so sweet and truly made me feel like I was in good hands! I want to change from a stud to a ring later on so Jess took her time making sure it was placed in the correct spot for when I'm going to change it! The place looked very clean and minimalistic and all of their tools were sterilized, I am so happy I chose this place!
I went in to replace a piece of jewelry and came out with a new piercing! Lev was amazingly patient and informative right from when I walked into the shop, and Xochi was super friendly and really made me feel comfortable through the piercing. Whenever I am in need of any new jewelry or feeling impulsive again, I will definitely go back!

Really was a surprise that the prices of clothes are cheaper like ross dress for less (only 10 or 20% more, but better quality).

Unpleasant salesperson who treated me completely differently from the customer before me. The salesperson treated the white lady in front of me in an entirely different manner than how she treated me.
We were both returning an online purchase that was both in a box it was shipped in. To the white woman in front she took the box, unwrapped the product, made small talk, and asked how she wanted her return. She even took the box the customer had brought in and offered to toss it for her. The salesperson even walked out from behind the cashier to hand the receipt and her credit card personally to her.
Then it was my turn. The salesperson didn't say a word. Waited for me to open the box and hand her the receipt. Did not ask me how I wanted to my return so I told her I wanted a giftcard. She walked behind the counter to process the return. She then just placed the receipt and giftcard on the counter without saying a word. There was no offer to toss the box I brought in. I was shocked at how different her demeanor was.

This jewelry store has japanese pearls and other nice pieces. At the moment , you need to make an appointment to enter the store.
The store is very nice with a variety of products, with pleasant salespeople, especially in the shoe area, in the Creed brand perfumery area, the salesperson is stubborn, aggressive, not at all pleasant with the customer. I finally ended up buying where they treated me well.

Wow, what huge department store, all the major brands are sold here. It’s great to be able to try on shoes and clothes in person to see how they fit and looks on me. Much better than shopping online.

They have every great outfit for everyone. Love how spaced out the place is; giving every person room to look around and find what they need.

Located next to Union Square, with several levels of shopping. I went to Cheese Cake Factory here for lunch , which was located on the 7th floor with direct elevator up to it. Here you will find most of the famous american brands - all under the same roof.
Saks steals. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE. I ordered a 20-piece cutlery set and they delivered only 5-pieces. After spending over an hour on the phone and sending photo evidence, Saks rejected the refund. I now have to call back and deal with it again. I am reporting to BBB . Avoid the headache and the store.
Superb wine bar with views that relax and service that is relaxed and makes you feel at home ; best part of this store is where they sell bed sheets where the service is informative; But the basement where they have kitchen products is more cluttered warehouse with limited service; I also like the Boudin cafe in the basement which has good food and service.
Agent was nice, courteous and pleasant. Even though she was not supposed to accept my Returns due to final sale policy, she did anyway. I didn't see the final sales sign during purchase and for that am Happy and grateful. Thanks
I Received an email stating that my package was delivered and my account was billed and after many phone calls telling the store that I had not received the item. I had to contact senior leadership. As it turns out the item never left the store and I had to write a letter to the CEO explaining what had happened and how they charge my account for an item that never shipped.

This is a very nice Macy's Department Store. I love the aesthetics and Holiday Decor 🎄I was amazed at the fact that they have Toys R Us, Cheesecake Factory, and a wine bar on site. It was a bit difficult to find assistance on the floor, but I got lucky enough to find a short checkout line. There are a lot of people doing their holiday shopping. The cashier was very polite. 👍👍
This review is for Toys R Us located in the lower level of Macy’s in Union Square. Now, i’m extremely biased because I grew up a “Toys R Us Kid.” After the store went out of business some years ago, I was so sad because it was part of my upbringing. It was so nostalgic walking through the aisles and seeing the logo. Despite being smaller in scale because it’s not its own store, this location in Macy’s has a lot of amazing toys. There is an aisle for all of the favorites; Disney, Nerf, Power Rangers, and so much more. For the next week, beginning Saturday, October 15 the store will have sales and giveaways.
Great employees! store is really weird though. the door is always locked and they come to unlock the door whenever you want to come in. almost like they dont want you there, very empty and souless. I love how they don’t follow you around the store and lurk behind you. overall weird experience due to the vibe.

Very nice older owner who stayed after hours to let me buy a present for my wife even though his friends were there waiting for him to leave. Excellent service and exquisitely beautiful craftsmanship which was on sale for only $70. I’ve seen much worse craftsmanship on much more expensive pieces at Costco or other jewelry stores. Very much a bargain for the extremely high degree of artistry and craft that went into these pieces. Definitely a unique store looked after with intense care by an owner who looks like he’s been there for 50 years or more. Hope he continues working there for many more years.
Worse customer service I have experienced at a high end retail. They keep the customers outside without explaining why. The store only had one customer inside. I had called them beforehand to make sure they are open and they confirmed they are. Going there I was told by the staff at the door to wait outside. I assumed it was Covid related. After 10 minutes of waiting asked her what is the reason as I only saw one customer inside and she said it was a decision by manager and she doesn't know what the reason is. Worse than that this was my third attempt to go to the store. On Monday went there and someone inside told me they are remodeling and will be open. On Wednesday went there and there was a post mentioning the store will be open on Thursday. Today I called to make sure they are open and went there and they kept me outside for 10 minutes w/o any explanation. I would give 0 star if I could but seems like that is not an option. They lost a loyal customer solely due to bad customer service.
Completely rude and ignored me the entire time I was in the store. Then my sister called, I answered my cell phone and the owner only then acknowledged me and asked me to leave. LOL. I was about to buy several Amethyst pieces since my son and partner are both February birthdays. I left as instructed and clearly won’t be buying anything here. Terrible and low key discriminatory vibes.

A special "thank you" to Jackie at the Ferragamo store on Post Street for finding my beautiful white Varina Ballet flats! I could not find this color and my size anywhere (I even called the Ferragamo company directly) but Jackie told me she would and she delivered. I also want to thank Becky who assisted me when Jackie was not working, and Ruby who double checked the date my shoes were actually sent (yes, I bought a pair of beige Varina ballet flats too) by UPS. Thank you again from 2,000 miles away.

I’m only giving the star just cause I really love the brand. Otherwise I wouldn’t have even bothered. The service by the Korean gentleman at the store was ridiculously poor. He handled my purchase so badly like he would handle something that you purchase out of a wet market store. So shocking as he was rather rude and stuck up for I’m a lady who just came in and bought what I liked in like 5 minutes. While he took a good half hour to give me my purchase which wasn’t even properly boxed, the recipe which was crushed into the envelope, clearly had a new piece but I caught he stuffing the display one into the box and no dust bag was given and product info. Very disappointing and he can’t even communicate as he just refuses to acknowledge or talk!

Why 4 Star? Ferragamo is my favorite shoe brand and have been wearing them for the last 20 years. A young gentleman that works at the men's shoes seem cold and stuck up. There was another man in the store well dressed in a suit which he gave 100% full attention and left after 20 minutes and never bought anything. Possibly because I was just wearing jeans, hoodie and Chuck Taylor's. The Sales clerk never said a word to me nor knowledge my presence. My partner and I was about to leave and finally Marie another sale clerk ask me if I needed help. After an hour or so, I purchased 4 pairs of shoes and two belts are being shipped to me. She even gave us bubbly water and champagne. 5-stars to Marie. I don't see why high-end retail workers should have an attitude - after all they are hired to make a sale.
