Healthy portion of sliced turkey and cheese. Bun was fresh. Hardly any tomatoes and romaine was wilted. No other toppings all for $13.75.
Worst I don’t know what the lady was thinking as I was taking her food. Boss I’m paying for my subway and it’s a chain not ur personal shop. We ordered a footlong new nashville hot chicken subway and she gave like tiny bits and no proper salad and nothing. It should be full of veggies. That’s the reason I see similar reviews in this place. Please please avoid this place. You just pay 18$ for a subway and get nothing. Try another subway on the same bay street that’s much better.
Ordered on the mobile app to use an app exclusive offer, and then walked in about 5 mins later. The owner (as he described himself) was in the process of making my sub. There was about 1/2 the amount of turkey that you would normally get on the sub, so I nicely asked him "is that all the turkey i get?", to which he said, "yes, you're using a coupon so you're only paying $9 when this is usually $13, so if you want more meat it's double meat for more money". As you could imagine, i wasn't pleased with this, as i just wanted the normal amount (of which i was being robbed) so I pushed back a little, but he pushed back more. I surrendered as this guy was acting ridiculous.

First and last time at this store. I purchased a few items and paid with a credit card. Btw i had to ask the lady for my receipt. I was reviewing the price of each items and I was surprised that there was a .20 cent charge on my receipt.
I asked the lady at the cash what the charge was for, and she mentioned that they charge .20 cents when someone uses their credit card. I looked around to see if there is a notice to advise patrons of this policy. There were no postings to notify the customers of this charge.
Wow!!! No transparency. What a blind side to all patrons who do not ask for their receipts. Don't consumers pay too much already?

One of the best I have visited.
The service with the smiling faces of the friendly staff, their kindness, their fresh ingredients, the large number of cheeses and cold meats and other traditional Italian and not only products, combined with their freshness makes them incredibly delicious.
And of course the fact that you can choose, among the large number of products, the ingredients you want to put in your own sandwich is another plus.
The prices are proportional to the products.

Terrible veal sandwich. Paid over $15 for a piece a veal which was microwaved to heat up and put on a less than fresh piece of bread.
When returned to give feedback on the sandwich the lady offered nothing in return to fix the situation but willingly took the remainder of my sandwich to throw in the garbage.

I came here for brunch.It was quite busy for a weekday. The food was decently priced, washroom was dirty. I feel there should have been more than one person managing entire restaurant by himself.

My go-to spot in Greektown for cheap and tasty Greek food with enormous portions! The inside is nice and cozy although a bit dated, but you’re really coming here for the tasty food! I usually get their pork gyros meat platter with Greek salad and Greek fries, and honestly that is enough to feed 2 people. Portions are massive, both the main and sides are tasty, and the food comes quick! Service is friendly and fairly attentive though can be slow during busier times. Glad they’ve been around for so many years and hope they stay around for many more!

Probably is my favorite place for greek food and one of my favorite places to eat in Toronto or maybe is my favorite. Very delicious, nice menu, lots of flavors, delicious meat, nice and cold drinks, a perfect place to eat, and everything at a perfect price, excellent and quickly attention, hot food and delicious, and good atmosphere. My favorite of the menu is the combination.
Our choices were a Greek Fries, a Mixed Pork/Chicken Gyros Pita, a Pork Gyros Pita, and a Pork Gyros Plate. They were all very tasty. We faced a queue. The prices are worth it.

I am a regular at this subway, and never have I ever been skimped on toppings like I was today. When I asked for extra onions, I got a total of 5, when I asked for extra cucumbers, I got a total of 4, on a large sandwich. Your Saturday person needs to be better. Everyone is cutting back, but that is ridiculous.

Having been going here since years! Food is good, service is basic and fast. Had the chicken gyro combination meal. It’s comes with a choice of ceaser or Greek salad. Choice of rice , roasted potato or fries and choice of 2 pita sandwiches. Prices at $24, very reasonable. We were 2 and paid $32 including HST and tips. Overall good experience
This particular subway store #6702 is right opposite to my place. But I have been to this store just twice yet the owner remembered me. The customer service was great. I had dined in and so I got a chance to talk with the owner. He is really friendly and took great care of my experience in the store.
P.S.: The store has the cleanest washroom I have ever seen so far.

This is the best place to eat in . Their service and their food is amazing. The manager of this place is extremely polite and his way of dealing with customer is excellent… Must visit of you want amazing service 😇😇
Came here with a couple of my friends during dinnertime on a Sunday. The restaurant was a bit small but all the tables were seated with people. One of my friends ordered the Mozzarella cheese sticks. We were surprised and quite disappointed with the portion of the Mozzarella cheese sticks compared to the amount of vegetables that was served. We all had high expectations for this appetizer because of the price. However, my friend did like the fact that the Mozzarella cheese sticks were filled with cheese. I ordered the Pesto (pasta). The texture of the pasta fitted to my taste as it wasn't overcooked or undercooked. However, the portion did not match the price. In comparison with other restaurants, I typically feel full after eating a plate of pasta but at this restaurant, I only felt partially full.
The food was ok – not the best in the town, but edible. The man behind the counter was pretty attentive and ready to help with making a choice.
However, the atmosphere was impacted by the area itself – it didn't look like a cafe – too spacious, too empty, too strange. Was it a bankrupt night club before?

Owner is a fraud, he did not agree to the terms and condition of Subway (not following subways's buy one get one free), we had to travel 5 kms extra because of it.
This place doesn't meet the bare minimum service or amount of ingredient put into each sandwich. Go to the subway place right above the street and they will make the best subway sandwich there is. If you still decide to go here expect garbage service from worker named Anu - "it cost more money from us to give you more lettuce". Such sass.
I recently dined at Valens Restaurant, and while the food was commendable, especially the lamb shank which I particularly enjoyed, our overall experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. Upon making our reservation over the phone, I specifically inquired if we could bring our own birthday cake to celebrate a special occasion with my friend. I was assured by a male voice that it would be fine. However, upon our arrival and presenting our cake, we were informed by our server that it was not permitted.
Thankfully, the server was kind enough to consult with the management on our behalf, but the response from the boss was incredibly disappointing. His demeanor was not only unprofessional but also confrontational, as he loudly reprimanded the server in our presence, making us feel quite uncomfortable. Despite us promptly putting the cake away upon learning of the misunderstanding, the boss continued to express his displeasure, unnecessarily prolonging the situation and impacting our departure.
I want to highlight that the server maintained a commendable level of professionalism and kindness throughout this ordeal, and it is clear that my critique is directed solely at the management's handling of the situation. This behavior significantly detracted from our dining experience and overshadowed what should have been a joyful birthday celebration. Ordered two footlongs online with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, received white bread instead. Requested adjustments to the veggies were ignored, and I was told additional costs were due to using a promo code. Found many similar complaints in Google reviews. Very disappointing service at Subway; my online choices were overlooked, and the staff's attitude was dismissive because of the promo use. A frustrating start to the day. Subway needs to improve its service and respect online orders.
Supposed to be open 24hrs! Showed up at 11:55pm on Feb. 12th. The guy inside named Ansh had the door locked because he mopped the floor & said I have to wait 5 minutes. But he should have mopped floor later in the morning (3-4am) when there are no customers. So after I waited over 10min in the freezing cold he then washed his hands, had a few drinks of water, checked his phone, then started preparing online orders while looking at me still waiting outside in the freezing cold. He did not unlock the door until 12:17am. Absolutely worst service!!! Never make a customer wait out in the cold or lock your doors when your SERVICE COMMITMENT to your PAYING customers is to be OPEN 24 hours not locked until you feel like serving a customer.
Service have been very poor. I have visited couple of times, and i asked them to apply a coupon which was valid but they refused saying it doesn't work at our restaurant. It was just an excuse, they added we spoke to our manager and he couldn't give any answer on that. Those coupens are made for us to save some money but in this restaurant they don't accept. They just make unnecessary excuse. Please don't visit if you are going with a coupon. Service is not good though.
They don't even follow the instructions on your order or the original ingridients the sadwiches come with. I ordered a Chicken Goddess sandwich through the app and when I picked up my sandwich, the ingredients did not match my order instructions at all. Even the avocado smash that must come with Chicken Goddess was missing. This location might surprise you with their creativity! :)
Food was decent, nice affordable dinner date for $35 three-course prix fixe that they also have outside of Winterlicious. Cocktails were also good. Seems like they were understaffed when we went because it was only one server for the entire restaurant. Otherwise would still come back

Sunday February 4th 3:08AM , I'm writing this second review as an update on my first review below. I was served by a different person and as I was ready to pay I included tip in my price and as I wanted to pay the guy who attended me cancelled my order and told me not to tip. I asked why, and he responded that the owner does not pay out tips and that the owner keeps all the tips to themselves. To the owner of this Subway pay your workers, stop taking their tip money. I handed this person cash as his tip in order for him to keep it since the owner wont pay tipouts. Shame on you.

Came here to try the Winterlicious fix price dinner menu and very glad we did.

I wish I can give 0 star because employees are too slow and they don’t even giving enough veggies. It feels like they are sprinkling the veggies. Don’t go this subway. Waste of money.
This is my go to Subway location. They’re always very nice and care about my experience. I will say the woman who works there is sparse on vegetables which I’ve also seen in other reviews. This could be an area of improvement.
Anytime I’m in I feel welcome and they remember me, they go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. I even had the owner walk me through how to get a discount on the app. You can truly feel the care with this location :)

They took the easy way and closed things down well before closing, making it so they were out of most bread before close. All that was left was one 6inch piece of white and some flat bread with still a couple of hours before close. Wasted my time.
The quality of the food at this restaurant is outstanding! The value might be the best in the city! The carrot ginger soup and mushrooms were delicious, and the rack of lamb was amazing. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere here.
The old man who is working here have a really bad attitude and dont know how to be professional and give a good custom service when he's working. If you go here when he is working, be aware that he will not listen to you and put the ingredients that he wants.

The person at the counter treated us well. However, there was another anonymous person in the store who was supposedly friend of owner who stereotyped me and my friend and disrespected all of us because of my ethnicity.
I go there every Sunday early in the morning. It has been my routine for 2 months. Food is great, and atmosphere is also great. I’m trying all kinds of menu and everything was awesome.
What a great little secret place to eat. Very low key but this place is perfect for brunch or lunch. I've been here several times for take out and dine in. What i love about this place: huge variety of western diner style food, fast service, not crowded with free wifi and TV, they don't skimp out on take out orders, delicious and well priced. This is one of my favourite places to go and would continue to support this business.
It was quick but the lady here completely messed up sub. I told her no olives or cucumbers. She added cucumbers. Then I asked for chipotle southwest and SE gave me Sriracha. I won't be coming back to this place. If you go here and a woman with a turban is working here be careful. The speaker for the music is broken and doesn't work properly. Wouldn't recommend 😡
Good location, always been the local go-to since it's 24 hrs. Met the owner and he's a really cool guy, the workers sometimes are not the most helpful in my experience.

Beautiful cozy little cafe, hot tasty coffee, and food is fantastic. The philly cheese steak was so delicious, really memorable and the best cheese steak ever. Friendly staff and comfortable spacious seats. Not crowded on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend it.

I live in the area and wanted to drop by to pick up some bread since I’ve never been. Unfortunately as I walked in the manager told me to leave since I had my dog with me. They should really put a sign out front since they’re in a high traffic area with lots of pedestrians walking their pets and might want to stop by.
The absolute best Greek Restaurant hands down! I cannot tell you how big their potions are and how generous they fill their pitas and plates. It is authentic Greek food and so worth it!! I'd definitely go again because I crave their unique fries and their amazing roasted potatoes. Anything on their menu is worth to eat, especially their feta fries. I give this place a 7/5, love it, and great prices!
I would have given half star for food but that is not available. I ordered kikin chicken and green goddess but they didn’t have any ingredients available no habanero mozzarella and no green goddess chicken. The chicken was raw and not even cooked . Horrible food waste of money.
Cool classic spot on the Danforth. To be honest my expectations were higher for the food. The Greek salad was the best part. The Greek fried were OK but nothing extraordinary. The gyros which was the main even I was not a fan of. The fries inside were mushy and the whole thing was dry and lacked flavor and did not taste refreshing and flavorful like a good gyros should. The prices are very fair considering portion sizes. The whole experience was OK but not spectacular
Croissant tree is a wonderful small local owned cafe, with great food and even better atmosphere. I cannot say enough about how kind the staff were to me, made me feel very welcome. I had the very tasty smoked turkey avocado melt sandwich for breakfast with a side of home fries. Will probably get regular fries or a salad next time because I guess the home fries were a bit too potato-ey for me haha. Love this place will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area.

I wish this place had an all-you-can-eat salad option because I love the Village Greek Salad so much that I could eat it all day long! The Gyros are amazing too, along with the fries, potatoes, pita, and fried calamari! I highly recommend visiting during lunchtime and sitting by the window to enjoy your Gyros and Salad to the fullest."
Tried this place for the first time (ordered a few charcuterie boards) and the food was stellar!! There were so many pleasant surprises when trying different items and finding food we didn't expect. SO GOOD!!!. Everyone at the event LOVED them! The service was really great too, they even offer to help me to my car!! I will be ordering from here again! Thank you!!
I love the breakfast combos! You can pick what kind of sandwich you want (baja is the one I got - comes with eggs, spinach, cheese and avocado) and you also get a cup of coffee with it. Reasonable price & tasty. They were also very friendly! Will come back!

I got small tuna on 9 grain honey oat bread , the ingredients was fresh and service was good but they stopped offering sub of the day … the price is $7.25 - I believe prices increased
