One of the better chicken places that I like to order from and take home I'm not interested in staying in the restaurant but they do serve very hot chicken meaning, not so much on the spicy side if you but you can get it. Hot meaning you can barely touch the chicken until you get home. I tried to eat some of it in the car not possible, too hot. I love the crunch on the outside of the chicken

It's been many years coming at this location. But with time at every trip I have found this location not so clean. All the tables left dirty. Left over food stayed at the table and no any staff members get notice and bring efforts to clean the dinning area. Also it's too loud noise coming from the kitchen.

The worst experience I had today.. washroom has a smell and it made me feel like 🤮.. I understand if they are busy then it might be tough but it’s not busy and the tables are not cleaned. When I said the girl to just spray air freshener because we are sitting just beside the washroom. She said me I have to ask the manager.. like how it is related it’s just the air freshener.. you guys have to handle it very wisely

We waited 20 minutes for our order to be prepared. The hamburgers were cold, we asked for hot ones, we waited another 10 minutes. Overall, we were not satisfied.

It's noonish Saturday, and the store is practically empty. It's overpriced considering the food was blant, without any taste or flavor. Our food was served at the counter, and I had to request for the cutleries. I should have gone to McDonald's instead. In a nutshell, it was a disappointing experience.

Really enjoyed the new menu item "the inside out burger" where all the ingredients are smeared all over the top of the bun... Which is then greasley thrust into a screwed up wrapper then miserably thrown at you by somebody who does not want to be there.
The whole concept of fast food is broken... It is no longer fast, efficient cheap or delicious... For the money I have just spent I could have sat down at a family run restaurant and actually had a decent meal... Would have probably been quicker as well.

Fantastic place for a family outing! We had such a great experience, especially thanks to Amirah at the counter. She was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making us feel right at home. Her service was outstanding, and the food arrived in just 5 minutes, which was impressively quick. Highly recommend this spot for both the atmosphere and the exceptional service!

terrible customer service. i dined in on a Tuesday evening. i was the only customer there. I stood at the front counter for what seemed like a long time, trying to get the attention of any of the 3 or 4 employees who were working, but they were at the back. after i placed my order, it took additional time, and i when i went to the counter to inquire the status of my order, they checked my order ticket and started making it.
this is not right. customers shouldn’t have to remind employees to start making their orders. we have places to be.

This location DOES NOT CARE about your allergies or medical concern. They claim they know what’s being added into the dish yet have no remorse if you end up in allergy attack. I double check and asked the numerous times and boldly they said they checked and it’s all good. How about you close the store one day and give the employees proper training so what they what’s being sold and what’s in the dish than just saying it’s chicken?? No wonder this store has horrible reviews and rating, think twice before coming here!!

Chipotle is always a great way to eat out while still feeling healthy. I purchased for my husband, his cousin and myself. We were all happy with our meals! The staff was friendly but as a woman who has put 10 years in the food service industry I totally understand people can be exhausted while working. The restaurant it self always has a great ambiance.

Went today and got 2 meals the shrimp ramen bowl and the spicy salmon sushi bowl. The shrimp ramen bowl was terrible it looked nothing like the picture didn’t have any of the same veggies and the broth tasted like warm water. The spicy salmon bowl had avocado that was not ripe and rock solid it had stuff like corn and carrots in it and those were not in the ingredients and the salmon was put on burning rice not like in the pictures so the salmon was half cooked. This was an expensive meal and was terrible. I should have listened to other reviews and stayed away. Even the website contact us spot doesn’t work.

The staff welcomed us and we were soon ordering bowls and a burrito. Some servers tend to be stingy with the servings, but not these guys, God bless them. I really liked the al Pastor (limited time only). The drink station was a bit of a mess as it seems folks don't know where to put trash.

Whenever I am in mood for some quick mexican food, Chipotle is my place. It’s quick, convenient, easy, and delicious. I love their chicken bowl, quesadillas, and nachos. I worked there for a month or so and found that they make everything fresh every day. So extra points for that! I love their fajita veggies and pinto beans on rice along with corn and mild salsa. Their fountain drinks are great too, I always consume all of them in variety. The orange one is my favourite. The staff is usually nice but I happened to have a bad experience with a girl who always rushes you to order, someone named Bella. Good luck if she is serving you 😉

Picked up mobile dinner order and brought back home. Wanted to try new wings and old favourites. Portions of wings are laughable. Nothing like the pictures and container is too large. We tried hot and Parmesan flavours and both were outrageously salty. Rice in my rice and beans was very old and dry. As if it was sitting out all day. Service was very fast and friendly though.

Tasty but not memorable. Nothing I had made me say "that flavour is amazing". It all felt very generic. Good but generic. I actually appreciate that their burritos are not loaded with sauce as I find sauces usually overwhelm the meat, rice, beans, etc. No plans to go back, but I wouldn't tell anyone to stay away. Just don't go expecting to be blown away.

I was well treated however I'm gonna be honest, that was the worst japanese food I have ever eaten in my whole 32 years life. The pasta was horrible and the udon noodles tasted like birds food. They should remove the "made in japan" from their ads, because it is definitely embarrassing.

A new, clean, nice restaurant with a good location within its neighborhood and the service was quite fast and good. I had a new melt and I was a little disappointed, the flavors were great, the meat was excellent as always, but it was not toasted at all, it was in cold white bread. Don’t forget to ask them for double toasted option.

I went there to had a sub, there was no one in the store, I was the only customer. The employee kept on ignoring me I was waiting for her to start making my order, I started ordering and she just cut me in the middle and went, she just asked me my choice of bread and went again, I was standing and waiting for so long that I had to leave without getting anything and the subway employee didn’t even bother to stop me and kept ignoring. Store management should really look into this, who are they keeping and how are they attending customers.

Came 15 mins before closing today and the woman that was working had the door locked, she opened with a very ugly attitude ‘what do you want?’ We clearly wanted to order but her body language and tone of voice was horrible. Never coming back again.

This place is absolutely disgusting from the food to the store itself. Staff no glove when serving the food into the packages. Dirty not clean, floors garbage everywhere, tables food all over them and the washroom the picture say it all puke, doo doo in the garbage/toilet and floor. Metro Licencing needs to visit this place and shut it down. Staff don't care after showing them the mess and pictures. Food is horrible the poutines look like barf as you see in the picture. I can only emagine whats behind the counter and kitchen how disgusting it could be. If you love yourself you should not eat here avoid food poison.

Worst experience due to just one person. Online it says open till 10pm. Called in @9:40 pm. But the store person said we’re closed and the REASON: “ I have to close the store and go home” ??? Are you serious? People plan their dinner accordingly. I understand it wasn’t right on my part to call just before closing of the store but THIS IS NOT EVEN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE (Not even mentioning the worst experience)

I had to wait for a few hours for my husband getting his driving license so we stayed here. The location is nice and neat. There were several people waiting here too and crews might be used to people like us. The crew are nice and friendly. The place is small but for me its cozy. We got Whopper meal for our lunch and some onion rings and mozzarella sticks. I got mine good and tasty as usual. I also saw them being nice to a homeless guys. So i think this location and crew are as just as great as their burgers!😊

This was disgusting... Rice was under, chicken was dry and the lady clearly didn't care when making my plate. Nice clean restaurant, good quick service. I had the signature beef teriyaki with shrimp which also had white rice and vegetables. It was ok, I've had better. Would have been more convenient for the food to be served on a plate rather than a take out container when you're dining in too.

Horrible restaurant. The owner stated that they do not accommodate people who do not eat pork and wouldn’t make an adjustment to a sandwich that I was ordering. She was incredibly word. We are a black couple and we feel this was racial motivated. She was rude the whole time. We just ended up leaving. DO NOT GO THERE! Supporting these type of businesses keeps them in business.

My last two experiences at this location earned them this overwhelming review.
Experience one: my wife and I walked In to order subs and were informed that we had to wait while the employee at the counter processed an UBER EATS order. The employee then made four sandwiches and rang up the order for a driver who wasn't even there to pick up the food. The employee then told us we'd have to wait until the order was paid for by the non-present driver. Ten minutes later the driver shows up and pays, then the employee asks what we'd like to order - REALLY?
Experience two: we walked back in here a month after experience one, the open sign was turned on and the employee was serving a customer. We waited our turn in line, the employee competed the first customers order then looked at us and said "sorry we're closed" I looked at them funny and said "You can't be serious, we've been standing here for five minutes" the employee responded with "So?"
We left disgusted, the employee did not lock the door or turn off the open sign and as we got into our car we sat there and watched the same thing happen to another customer 90 seconds later.
So Do not be deceived, because apparently their open sign being turned on does not mean they're actually open!
This location could learn a thing or two about customer service which is why they'll no longer be serving our family as customers.

Food was good but the staff really need to get their stuff together. I ordered a foot long meatball, and after a meatball fell out of the sandwich into the counter in front of me, the staff member just stuck it back in like nothing happened. When adding vegetables, the staff member was at the bottom of a bin of tomatoes with tiny slices, and decided to finish those off instead of using the new bin next to it. I'm not saying it's that bad to do these things, but try not to do it in front of the customers.
