Ordered 2 chili cheese burritos and it was all tortilla and the size of my hand. For $5.00 per burrito you’d think I’d be eating more than a few cents worth of a tortilla. Also very skimpy on my taco supremes and crunch wrap supreme.

I was here to pick up Mobile order using drive-thru. Absolutely worst experience and possibly worst in entire city.
Staff does not greet, does not have smile on face, not welcoming, no please or thank you. Are they even in Customer service area at all? Anyway won’t be visiting this location again. It was first and last visit
The lady who works in evening shift on August 20th was so rude i was waiting for my order more than 30 minutes and i have ordered 30 minutes ago so thats whole 1 hour to make single pizza she told me it will take 5 more minutes and I waited 30 minutes after that and not only that after that she said either you can cancel the order or wait for another 20 minutes i mean that is so ridiculous and rude behaviour a store front employee shouldn’t be like that 0 star for employees. I'm a delivery driver and had a shocking experience at Taco Bell. I arrived to pick up an order, but despite waiting for 30 minutes, the manager claimed it wasn't ready. When I asked him to bring it to my car, as I'd already waited long enough, he became aggressive and made nonsensical comments.

The manager's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, he threatened to call the police on me! I was stunned and humiliated.

As a driver, I expect basic respect and courtesy. Taco Bell failed to meet even that minimum standard. Until they improve their staff training and customer service, I'll be cautious when dealing with this location.

Here are some suggestions for improvement:

- Provide better training for staff on customer service and professionalism
- Emphasize the importance of treating delivery drivers with respect and appreciation
- Take disciplinary action against staff members who exhibit unprofessional behavior

I hope Taco Bell takes my feedback seriously and addresses this incident.
Ordered pickup via phone, was told 10 minutes for a hot and ready and crazy bread, got there 20 minutes later just to wait another 15 minutes to pay and reciece food, after leaving it was a meat lovers pizza. Not what I ordered. Food is fresh and tasty but come on

Zach was amazing unfortunately I was trying to just sit and enjoy some tacos and could barly hear myself think it was like there was a party going on in the back. Watched the manager slap several employees and yelling very unprofessional behavior. Zach was working away well everyone else was standing around talking definitely will not be back to this location.

Very smart set up for drive thru u enter you order you pay and get your food you ask is everything there. Yep its all there . The exit is right on to the busy street so you're not stopping to check your order so u get home and its missing your items. When u pay 40 bucks for food u should get everything u paid for. We tried to call 7 times and nobody answered the phone. The cost of everything going up is what pisses u off . Pay more for garbage service.
Former employee here, all the bad reviews at this store are not surprising. The manager is terrible at his job and is a jerk to his employees and customers. Upper management is to blame however. They only care about themselves and themselves only. They only like managers who make everyone's lives miserable, and if you're a manager/employee who doesn't put up with their garbage, they try to bully you into quitting and if that doesn't work they'll fire you. So if you're wondering why your LC pizza isn't as good as before, it's because the employees rightfully stopped caring. I'd recommend staying away from all London LC locations (same owner for all 11) until the owner sells

After placing a large ~$100 order for pizza for a child’s birthday party. This Little Ceasers location forgot to to make the birthday girl’s cheese pizza (she is a vegetarian) and so it was not available for pick up. Little Ceasers then refused to deliver the missing pizza without charging a delivery fee, which we paid, obviously because the birthday girl needs her pizza. I recommend ordering from Gusto which is amazing, never fails and tastes better.

Daughters 12th bday party. Wife ordered pizza and sides to be picked up for the party. I went to pick up the order and was told I had everything. As I am driving into my driveway, I get a call from caesars. Their manager explained they forgot to send me with a pizza. My options were to drive back at my expense, have it delivered at my expense, or be given a 30 day credit. Abysmal customer service. I hope the franchise owner takes the time to a) read this b) re train the location manager and c) contact me to make this right.

Absolutely no regard was given with our situation and the manager could have easily sent their driver without hosing us with a $5 fee, FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

I usually enjoy and was looking forward to my nachos but everything was mixed together and mushy I like the sour cream and guacamole on the side so you can control how much. Chicken on the taco was very dry. I was not impressed

Terrible customer service over the phone. Who ever was the working the phone Jan 24 @ 5:40 Dundas location near first. Disrespectful, laughing, ignorant and just over disgusted by the whole experience. We explained our kid has an ulcer and wanted light sauce for the 2nd hot & ready and apparently that was funny. He then proceeds to be disrespectful when asking about light sauce and we didn't explain what we wanted on our first pizza? It was a hot and ready, pep .. we explained that. The ignorance in the voice, you should be fired!!!
Went for a dine in . Order grilled chicken bowl. Rice was old or leftover from refrigerator. It literally felt like hard rock.

I am floored at how bad the food and the atmosphere was. The guy taking our order was too busy being distracted to even get the order right beside the fact he could barely comprehend our order. When we got our food we went to go sit down and there was absolutely not one clean table. Even though everyone was standing around picking their noses! We will never visit this location again :(

Cannot speak as a customer aside from the few times i ate at the restaurant, which each time was admittedly enjoyable despite the pricing. But i want to warn people from working at this place because when i worked here, management was very stingy and could not make a decision on how to get activities' done. One supervisor would say to clean the floor one way and the next one would say not to do that. It is quite childish and disappointing of management.

There are a few staff members that are kind and always friendly to me when I'm in there. And I love them for it!

But today was different...

The young fellow at the front counter, I asked him for an Iced Capp with extra creamers on the side. Usually I ask for an Iced Capp made with triple cream but they never get that right, so I asked for creamers on the side. He cut me off and said; "The machine is programmed to put a certain amount in, I can show you if you don't believe me!" I wasn't argumentative in any way, and I asked for a handful of extra creamers...not to be educated on how much the machine spits out.

When he showed me how much went into the cup, I told him sternly; "If you heard me I asked for extra CREAMERS on the side." And just then, another male employee came up and in a condescending tone said; "Hey hey now you're usually not this confrontational, what's wrong?" I took a deep breath and sighed and said, "I'm hardly being confrontational at all, I just wanted my extra creamers." I used a stern voice. The male employee then said; "Oh, sorry, he just doesn't hear well so you have to speak up."

They made the Iced Capp with extra cream, which was fine, but I still didn't get my extra creamers.

They usually bunk up my orders, I can cope with that, but the display I got to witness today was NOT needed, especially over something so simple.

I work in the mall and visit this Tim’s location daily. All the staff are always kind, fast and friendly but Anusha and Amul were so helpful, they went above and beyond to give me great service today!

The quality of the food is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's fresh and other times it's horrible. Customer service is really bad. There is a guy who is one the managers and he's extremely rude. Not only to me, but others Ive witnessed.

I tried to order a spinach cheese pie and they said they have some but can’t sell it unless I buy the entire meal. A customer is a customer and if we request to purchase something on your menu, you shouldn’t say no - waiting for a hypothetical customer to come and buy it with a meal. We have ordered take out from here through the entire pandemic and it was our go to when at the mall. But - you’ve lost customers now if this is the way you treat your customers.
The staff here at this location are awesome..They go above and beyond to provide the best service to the community..The store is clean and the atmosphere is amazing...keep up the great work...

I wish I could give zero ratings. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism, as they seemed disinterested in their work and barely acknowledging customers. I was waiting at mobile order area, one of the staff came put my order and went back, without even asking anything. There wasn’t anyone waiting for the order. It took several attempts to get their attention, and even then, their responses were abrupt. From last few visits, I am receiving the same kind of behaviour from their staff. And even if you write a review, it doesn’t bother Tim Hortons I guess, because sales are not the concern here!

Someone has extra long gel nails and services food with no gloves.! None of them actually wear gloves but the look of the extra long gel nails almost touching ur food isn’t so amusing

Came to this Masonville Tim’s location today around 5 pm. Ordered and got a receipt then waited for my order. Did get my coffees but waited for bagel for 15 minutes. Also dark roast was like half cup filled up (like seriously) but did not say anything. I did wait very patiently but then called for help. The workers were extremely rude and completely ignored but then I went up to counter and said sorry I’m missing bagel and how much time of would take and I showed my receipt but the girl chose to completely ignore it and said u already took your bagel. I said, sorry I did not. I was literally waiting in front of her and she said no you took it. Just completely rude staff, no help, zero zero and absolutely zero manners, no professionalism and laughs at customer when at the back together. After requesting she did give me the bagel but completely burnt like roasted and the way she gave was like she tossed it and it fell. So I of-course didn’t take and put it back on shelf and just left. #Timhortons please do better timhortons. Train your staff!! You deserve better and can do better. 🙏

Honestly, I'm shocked at how good this food was and how much there was. The salad and dressing is unreal with shredded cheese on top... then rice and potatoes, both great, and meat with a side of tzatziki. I could barely finish it and nothing deep fried, only $12! Very impressed.

Customer service the worst, they didn’t want to help me with my app and a reward additionally they wanted to me to order fast and gone, just try to ask about some drinks and the answer was ‘I don’t know, if you don’t know me neither’ what kind of answer is that? I would like you to imagine for a moment a severely crowded mall with 30 different fast food nooks surrounding you as your in the middle of Masonville Mall food court London. WHAT DO I DO?!..WHERE DO I GO?!..WHAT DO I EAT?!. Look no further than Jimmy the Greek. A family owned business in London with five star cuisine. I took photos of my Lamb dinner. It was served in a styrofoam container that closed. I thought chef Rames made it. The lamb fell off the bone. The rice was steamed perfectly and the greek salad was to die for. I couldn't believe the quality of the food. It was hot and very flavorful. The thing I appreciated was that you can see them cook everything. The five who were working, were like a factory assembly line, they were that efficient. While we had our dinner 68 people were served.
I be making Jimmy the Greek in Masonville Mall an often stop for my culinary palate. One lamb dinner is all it will take and you'll be hooked. Tanks Jimmy..your amazing. Luv Malcom💪😎💙Stay strong London.

Some of the workers are amazing, but one definitely was not. He was the large man with glasses and greasy curly hair. Seems to have an attitude whenever i see him or gets judgmental of whatever someone orders. Rude as hell. I would have been fired if I behaved the way he does while I worked at a Tim Hortons.

Also had my hot chocolate ruined when they decided to plop a mint tea bag into it. I didn't ask for my hot chocolate to be mixed with tea. It was revolting and I threw it out. Not impressed, I think Starbucks and McDonald's might actually be better places with better staff. Go there people

I have a big appetite, and Qdoba does NOT disappoint. Large portions, fresh/tasty food, and friendly staff! Easily one one my favourite spots this side of london. Highly recommend!
They also have an app that makes ordering that much easier and can earn you some free grub!

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them currently. They are giving tiny portions compared to when you could walk into the store and watch them make your burrito/burrito bowl because they are skimping out on what they give you. We ordered yesterday and one bowl that barely had anything in it, I weighed it in comparison to the other bowls. It weighed 393g and the other bowl weighted 555g. I have been going to their store for years and never had an issue so I did called the store first and Jacob assured me a manager would call me today. Well they are now closed and I never received a call, so google review it is.

Disgusting. Food was cold and old. My chicken was not cooked properly and felt like rubber. The place it self was dirty, disorganized and filthy. Everyone was speaking Arabic and nobody seemed to speak English. Made us repeat and repeat and still got the order wrong. Please speak English while serving customers. I don’t know what you just gossiped. Pay more attention to cleanliness, health and safety. I won’t be returning to your dirty fast food restaurant. Nasty place and food.

Update (October 2023): I'm sad to report that after the extensive renovations the quality of the food at this location has plummeted! I'd like to start by saying I've been going to Taco Bell for many years, and I realize that it's a fast food place...but I do expect reasonable quality for my money. The night in question we ordered two Chicken Bacon Club Chalupa Big Box meals, 2 Beefy 5-layer burritos, and 2 Bean burritos via the drive-thru...what a huge disappointment! The fries were barely warm (we ate them quickly in the parking lot), and when we got to the house we found a squashed greasy mess in the bag (see attached photos). The food came immediately after we paid, as if it was pre-made, not made fresh to order, as it's supposed to be. The filling was sparse, and it looked like it was just thrown together (see photos). Not sure if it's just the night staff on Monday, Oct. 16th, but after reading many of the recent reviews on here it looks like the quality of food has dropped for many others as well. It's too bad, they have lost a loyal customer as I'll be checking out other locations.

Original Review: Stopped by on Thursday night...this is my third time visiting this location. The portion size and quality is much better then any Taco Bell in Brampton, where I live. I see many folks on here complaining about the restaurant being dated...but my fiancé and I enjoy the retro location and love the old decor; I’m impressed with how well they’ve been able to maintain it. I rated them 4 out of 5 for two reasons: 1) they could really use an update/fix in the washrooms, 2) they should really stop using cleaners with ammonia in it...makes the place have a slight smell of urine.
My go-to place in Masonville mall for food. The service is fast, and the food is bloody good. I've tried all veg and chicken varieties from the place and I just love them.

Good Mexican style food.
The service is quick and friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty.
It's a sizable store so there's a lot of sitting room of different styles.
Added bonus, they also sell beer here!

It is a good mall food option. I would consider it a little bit over priced. I would really love if they knocked off couple dollars or include a drink with the meal. The gyros meat should be more for this price. It taste good to be honest. I would be a regular customer if the prices were lower.
