Amazing brewery and Taproom. I visit every time I am in town and never fails to disappoint.

Vast selection so something for everyone.

Staff couldn’t be nicer.

Great range of their own beers from easy drinking L/P (necessary thirst quencher after a long walk from KCBC) and some more serious German style. A bunch of sours and ciders, and of course IPAs on draught.

Their only stouts were can and bottle when we visited at the start of Sep, that may be different in winter?

A few non alcoholic beer options and wine too.

Decent food choice as well. From interesting bar snacks, I had the sweet and spicy nuts. And Apizza (New Haven style thin and crispy) with a varied choice of toppings.

Had a flight of kombucha which were great. The Mango Calamansi, Apple Cider, & Coconut were excellent while the Pumpkin was a little overwhelming but not bad.

If one were looking for a place to drink without alcohol this would be good alternative to the usual breweries.
Yer basic taproom, a bunch of their own great beers on draught and can, mix of lager, IPA and silly stout. Bar staff that know the beers.

The afternoon I visited there was a DJ on playing some light rock, a nice amount of background ambience without getting in the way of having a conversation.

I went on a free tour this Sunday and enjoyed some amazing places and top-quality beer. Although my English is not very strong, and I couldn’t fully understand all the explanations, it was still a great experience. The merchandise near the entrance looked lovely, but I plan to purchase some on my next visit.

Wow, what a place.
The coziness and atmosphere are top notch.
They have many different of their own beers on tap and their bartenders are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their beers are great.
Please prioritize and visit Brooklyn Brewery.

Came in on a sunday afternoon, had a variety of Kombucha flavours (loved all of them) and drank a very tasty chocolate. Nice place, almost european 😉
For me Kombucha is the best alternative to alcoholic drinks and sugar water. Hopefully this catches on! I had a good time, thank you! 😊

Whether you like beer or not, come and hang out at Brooklyn’s centrepiece social scene. There will be something on tap that would tickle anyone’s fancy: from their take on the classics, to all the weirder stuff. While you are at it, have a gander around and check out the impressive interior: the big vats and pipes over a solid brick backdrop and mood lighting is iconic.

As out-of-towners in Brooklyn for the first time, we enjoyed walking past the fully seated long tables on a Saturday night, seeing more empty pints around than filled ones. At ‘full house’ capacity, we were happy to be seated right next to a wooden keg for a table. We sipped away and soaked in the lively weekend atmosphere.

There were no TV screens playing sports, and no one was on their phone. It was just lots of relaxed people enjoying each other’s company. Something rather nice this day and age. It was no surprise that we enjoyed every drink we ordered, which came with cardboard coasters that we took home as little souvenirs.

For those with a bit more time, definitely consider signing up for one of their curated experiences such as a brewery tour. We made the most with the time we had but would definitely love to come back again.
Lovey brewery and taproom from a top craft beer brewery.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was pretty quiet.

We had a few different beers, mainly DIPA's and all were very good.

We didn't try the pizza, so we can't comment on the food.
Great beers from KCBC.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was pretty quiet.

The choice of beers was very good with lots of different styles to try.

We opted for a tasting board, which allows you to pick any four beers that they have on tap.

This is a great offer and allowed us to sample some amazing beers, including a great 14% imperial stout.
Nice place! Not a ton of seating, but free wifi and the bartender was cool. I had just dropped off my UHaul next door so this was a nice break between finishing my move. I got the Falcon Wing IPA, more of a citrusy taste. Was really good, better than expected. Will definitely stop in again if I’m in the area.

Visited Brooklyn Brewery for the first time and was impressed by the wide selection of beers. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the large space is perfect for hanging out with friends. Definitely a great spot for beer enthusiasts!

I hosted my husband's 50th celebration at BKE tap house and back garden. BKE was a perfect spot to bring the cheer and love. Jackie, working the tap room, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgable regarding all things kombucha. The space itself was ideal for creating the right vibes and ambiance we were looking for. BKE also worked with us to curate a special kombucha drink list for our guests and in setting up their beautiful back garden to transport our guests to a lounge oasis to laugh, connect and dance the night away! We are so grateful to Saleena, Lawrence and all the BKE staff for making the nite (and planning experience) such a wonderful one!

So much single-use-plastic!

Would love to see y’all just serving the multi-use glasses here, instead of a weird mix of plastics and glass. It’s a shame to make so much trash just to get beers with friends. Ruins the ambiance, too!

We all know by now that over 90% of plastics don’t get recycled—they insteps go to landfills, the ocean, the incinerator, and/or break down into microplastics that are poisoning us and our ecosystems.

You’re already proving you can make reusables work by offering some drinks in glasses. Why not go all the way? And phase out all this plastic mess?

Thanks for considering greener options, and thanks as always for the delish beer!
There is no best way to start a trip to New York than with some great IPAs.
Second time to KCBC still the best!
And definitely some of the best can designs.
If you love beer you have to go there.

Had a great time at Grimm!
The rooftop had a pizza place, and their brick oven pizza was really good.
Drinks are all amazing. I love ambient fizz Riseling grapes the most!

he atmosphere is fantastic—super chill and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can just kick back and enjoy yourself, whether you’re with friends or just grabbing a drink solo.

And let’s talk about the beer: It’s seriously delicious. They have a great selection of craft beers, and everything I tried was top-notch. You can really tell they care about the quality of what they’re serving.

If you’re into good beer and good vibes, this is definitely a place you should check out. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Hosted a birthday gathering here about a month ago. The staff was excellent, educating myself and my friends (many of which were not frequent kombucha drinkers) on their selection and process. The kombucha was great and they welcomed my dog as well. For a hang-out spot (especially if sober) this is tough to beat. Thanks so much, BKE!

The white pie is exceptional, really great. The pineapple bacon pie was different(pineapple sauce, not pineapple chunks). It can be pretty acidic between the pineapple sauce and marinara sauce but is still tasty. Excellent beers over at Grimm too, and a very cute brewery cat, Simcoe.

Amazing vibes and great kombucha on tap, which you can order in flights to get a taste of everything. Wide variety of flavors and they focus on keeping sugar content low & having a less vinegary taste, which makes it more welcoming for people who may not traditionally love kombucha. They also have NA cocktails and lattes. The guy that served us was really knowledgeable and answered questions we had. We loved it!
This spot is amazing, the vibe is cool. There is a Wide variety of beers. My beverage of choice is Cider or sangria. Just so you know that IPA hits.

An incredible tour experience. James was highly knowledgeable, fun, engaging, and entertaining. We had an incredible tour, and learned so much about the building, brewing process, and beer in general. James told stories, shared fun facts, and answered all of our questions. Plus, so much beer was included in the tour (and beer glasses!) Highly highly recommend a tour with James!! (A shoutout to his brothers; a fun personal story!) Cheers 🍻
This place is like a second home to me, with good reason. Amazing staff, best brewery for quality and variety in the area, and one of the best in NYC period. Very friendly to the local art scene too, if their comic-art style labeling doesn’t give that away.

Great beer options for any type of beer lover. Nice rooftop too but with limited hours. Very nice and friendly bartender with great beer advice. I definitely recommend it as a great local brewery option.
First time at Brooklyn Brewery, fine drinking experience on a happy Saturday, the brewery caters to locals and tourists alike.

Order directly from your phone by scanning the QR code, the whole ordering process is done without a waitress to talk to. Order, and magically glasses of beers are brought to the table. Since you pay when you order, you can leave anytime after which assurés of good table rotation with plenty of space for everybody.

I would not spend a whole evening there, feels a little too corporatish , but certainly worth a stop while browsing Williamsburg.

Recommended.

Amazing sour beers and a fun vibe! There’s indoor seating, the bar, and picnic tables outside as well. At some point they were going to open the roof but I wasn’t able to see if they ever did. Great drinks and pop up foods on the weekends

Such an amazing and welcoming atmosphere. The owners were such laid back chill people. They educated us on how they make their kombucha. Definitely made with passion. A must try! We left with kombucha to stock our fridge. Also they now are offering food and it was to die for. The pickled string beans and preserved lemons they used to cook our food with had flavor bombs of greatness. Cheers to Saleena and Lawrence!

Lawrence and Saleena (The owners) were extremely sweet and the atmosphere was gorgeous in there. Not to mention, their kombucha is nop notch. We tried samples of everything on the menu, followed by a rose matcha beverage which was delicious. Then we had some canned kombuchas that were so tasty. I highly recommend this place. 10/10 Thank you again for your hospitality.
Not only one of the greatest breweries for different IPA’s, but the brewery offers a great option for seating, ambiance, and it’s dog-friendly! The neighborhood is unique and artsy. Highly recommended!

What a friendly place! My husband, a visiting friend and I stopped here on our way to a neighborhood errand yesterday. We meant for the stop to be just a quick “taste” of something healthy, because we were feeling a little bit shell shocked after a late Saturday night.

In BKE, we found a restful, sunny, hospitable environment. Jackie - not sure of her title, but let’s call her the “resident expert” - kindly let us taste her favorites from the tap before we ordered. My favorites were a raspberry kombucha and a bright blue pea flower shot (!) and my husband loved his latte, a special creation of Jackie’s (pictured).

We stayed a lot longer than we had meant to and left feeling happy - we will be back!
Cool funky vibe with great brews never had a stout from KCBC before was pleasantly surprised and IPAs here are always a standout. Really nice cicerones behind the bar know their brews. Pizza recos in the area weren't as awesome but brews they know spot on...

A band was playing live music when I arrived here on a Saturday night. I hadn't intended to watch the show and the space was fairly small. The beers I had were alright, far from the best. Overall it's a short walk from the L and it's worth checking out once.

I thought this Brewery would be full of people because it’s famous, but it was completely empty on a Friday night… We decided to stay to taste their draught beer and obviously was that great.

I had high hopes for this brewery since it's the Brooklyn Brewery. This one seems to be a product of heavy gentrification. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing if that's your thing but it definitely feels commercial. When I visited, they played plenty of pop songs that have been on the radio for the last few years. Yet the gift shop was selling Notorious BIG stickers. Definitely expected a brewery with more character.
Great and varied selection of beers, from lagers and IPAs to sours and stouts.
Beside the beers, really pleasant location: great mural decoration outside, clean industrial/bricks look inside, with visitable production area.
Staff highly competent & friendly. Great choice for your beer in NYC!
This place was fine? The food was serviceable and the beers were decent. Tried a couple of their cocktails which were basically just juice. Also the bartender gave very weird vibes- like he seemed real high but also oddly aggressive.

There are worse places to have a drink while waiting for a show at Brooklyn Steel- but there are also definitely better.
REALLY need to come back here! Cool food trucks outside and of course having the Brewery tour was fun. Definitely a lot of fun for a day out with the boys, a night out or an event worth celebrating! Would highly recommend especially for the special brews 🍻

Really fun for a super casual and chilled afternoon! Got their mini beers so we could try a few and played their board games! Only downside was that they didn’t actually do a proper beer flight or the tours on weekends which is a shame as my visiting friend really wanted to do it!

Service was friendly, he let us try the sake and it was on point so we got two. My other friend got two different beers and he enjoyed them both as well. Plenty of seating, there is also board games for people to play and many areas to hang around and talk, I’d come back to try out some of the other offerings

Cool brewery near our hotel so we stopped by for a flight. Place was poppin’. The beers are good, and place gave positive vibes. It’s pretty big and if you don’t want to be in the main room where it’s pretty vibrant, you can sit at the front of the house upon entry; there are some single/double seats there. Although packed and busy, the workers move fast and there’s never a long wait or a long line to order your beer.

Would definitely visit again when in town.

We’ve been to our fair share of breweries around the nation. This has been by far the best one! From the moment we went through their large red doors to receiving our beer to drink as we walked the tour to purchasing our merch, we had a great time! Dan, our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided us with several small free tastings. The price also included a clean pint glass souvenir. They had a food menu as well. However, we didn't eat anything here. Can’t wait to come back to see the new larger location.
Hazy IPA lover’s paradise.
- Dog friendly, nice space, friendly service, great beer!
- Outside food is allowed to eat here.
- Happy Hours, yes!
- fruity sour beer, yes!

We ordered 2 Hazy IPA with the servers’ recommendation and they are sooo good!
Dynamite Evaluation is my favorite that comes with a fruity aurora and 🫧, very flavorful and refreshing!

Amazing taste. Super friendly service. Be sure to know that it's hidden within the restaurant so don't be shy about inquiring!
I suppose the atmosphere of the place is evocative of a grunge concert. I'm not a fan of grunge but I like the beer. The Password Pale Ale was crisp and refreshing. One can mix and match any 4 pack cans of beer to their choosing. They also fill up 32 ounce crowlers.

Nice selection of drafts and a great flight deal with 4 good little pours for only $11. They have a lot of space outside for actually spaced out seating too, which is nice. Plus individual boxes of jenga and other board games, for anyone so inclined. Also would recommend the chili lime peanuts.
