Soda fountain has ants and has for last year. I called to tell them and the owner hung up on me.

This place is great amazing people working here. Craig and Jamie get me hooked up with my daily munchies and drinks. Love the atmosphere here check em out.

It's a "76" fuel brand affiliated convenience store. The sign said the gas was $3.98 per gallon. When the sign flashed cash-debit- credit the price didn't change.
But the pump said $4.089.
The hose was worn out in one spot. The pump screen was also worn and not clear.
It pumped the gas ok though.
It is Top Tier gasoline.

Nasty mean lady in there

I have been coming to this chevron for years. Never again, simply because the workers aren’t properly trained on the liquor and cannabis laws and are refusing to sell lighters to people under 21 stating it’s a law. No I won’t be back, just went down to the 24hr chevron and got what I needed. Unfortunately had to go out my way. I actually called back and talked to the manger because of how I was spoken to. Sad. I think they need new management and new people who are actually nice and know what they’re doing.

Was fired for being sick& not wanting to be off at 6 a when I had church (although it was okayed BEFORE I was hired) worked with a woman who referred to her daughter as Jeffrey dahmer and was convinced her hair is grey because her daughter messed with her shower. Majority of staff is awesome. Management has no management skills & feeds drama and cattiness. Night staff doesn’t use gloves& says “if they don’t want me touching food they can eat somewhere else “. Customers are great.

80 cents a gallon more than a gas station less than 2 miles away. Ridiculous.

This convenience store is the best. Always friendly and helpful staff. Best fish and chips in town with a very reasonable price!

These people have no business working at this place both the manager and other male employee thinks it's appropriate to talk over you so your unable to talk or say what's going on. Went in on a Sunday for gas and drinks paid 64.87 go out to pump the gas it only pumps 15 cents, the girl working the counter comes out and says oh sorry your card was declined I think that's odd I just transfered money she says I can pump gas but to come in and pay so I do the fuel ended up being 73.01 for a tank of gas I go into pay a second time I proceed to show her my transaction online that I was charged for the gas and the drinks she says no it will be back at end of day. So Monday comes around still no money on my card I proceed to call the store again this time it was a guy never gave me a chance to talk or anything just kept saying nope nope nope to where I was unable to talk. I call my bank on Monday they proceed to tell me that Chevron charged me twice once for 64.87 and again for 73.01 my bank emails me stating the charges. I call Tuesday morning this time there's a manager there named Lenny I believe again I get told they didn't charge my card I try to explain he rudely kept cutting me off as to where I was unable to speak . So only option now is to contact corporate and the BBB hopefully something will get done that way. If you don't want money stolen avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely high prices compared to other convenience stores in the area. E.G.: charges $.75 for ice in your own cup!; bacon egg cheese croissant $4.99 while just down the street you can get two for $5; etc.

Went in to use the bathroom. Got gum so I was being decent and was a customer. Paid. The girl today said $1.25 for the gum. I gave her a five. She gave me back $3.50 which should have been 3.75. I addressed it. She gave me .15 back and no receipt given. I said “whatever” took my gum, grabbed a piece. Chewed it, hard as a rock. Look at the expiration… it expired in 2021. This place is garbage.

RIP OFF! This Chevron is is the first one you encounter coming off the freeway, and this location is using this as an excuse to price gouge customers. There is an older, smaller Chevron only three blocks west of this one that is usually 20 cents or more a gallon cheaper, and is more in line with other Chevron stations in Longview-Kelso.

They are no longer open 24/7 . It would be helpful if they updated Google

Cashier 86d my husband today because he and another gentleman had words with each other due to a traffic problem. My husband used a curse word so he was asked not to return. She said nothing to the other guy who wasn't even a paying customer and her paying customer got kicked out.

I use this repair service on a regular basis. Last year the alternator needed replaced. That was Sept. It's now August and pulley on the rebuild was going out. Warranty is 1 year and they honored it, no questions asked. No charge, invoice balance $0.00 includes labor. I didn't pay a dime. Wow! Saved me plenty! Thanks guys.

My fiancé was just in getting quarters for laundry and she has been going there the past 3 weeks. Some brown haired woman attendant was very rude to her and made her cry when she got home. If there is a rule about quarters there then it needs to be posted. We have been giving business to this station for more than 10 years. Extremely dissatisfied with that employee and needs to be reprimanded because that is not how you do customer service.

I called the other day to get a quote on the windshield wiper installation, employee who answered the phone was very quick, as well as rude. Didn’t want to answer general questions. They guy was being a smart A$% the whole time. Better off going to Jiffy Lube on 15th Ave!! They have great service Very affordable and just all around great guys.

A great customer friendly store both morning shift amd evening. Owner is great! A one star rating cause of what goes on out side of the store is completely ignorant. The store calls the sherriffs anytime they see a drug deal. It's not thier fault there are druggies in the area. High gas prices but great hot case!

Excellent place to go for fish and chips. Halibut and coleslaw were excellent! Excellent service and owners and staff were attentive and super friendly with great prices. Come here for great food and great service! Affordable prices as well!! Also, great espressos with great tastes and prices!

The gas is good.

The car wash is another story. It is the crappiest car wash in the state. Poor job no matter how hard you work to prewash. Leaves large amounts of soap and dirt behind. I’m kind of obsessed with my car, so maybe I’m too critical, but I won’t ever use this wash again. Not even in a pinch.

This is a great place to eat food to go, or eat in their little diner seating area. They have very good hot food here. Their fish and chips is some of the best in town, and also the lowest cost in town. Their other hot food is good to. They also have a Shell gas station and a good automated car wash here.

The 360 carwash sucks...it didnt clean any of my windows. Theres still soap all over my SUV. It didnt even dry it all the way. You have to wash your own rims. I always go to washmen's but I thought I would give this one a try. Definitely will NOT be returning.

I was a previous employee. Lindsey and all the other women here are great. The food is fresh if you get there before sundown, and theres ALWAYS plenty of it. Store is always clean. They care about their customers. Its like a family there and customers are always welcome to join. Got some tables in the back so if youre on your lunch you dont gotta cram into a car and eat. My ONLY complaint was with the owners who own this/a couple other stores. They are awful people and that is why i had to leave, but it was of no fault to the workers in the store itself and I wish i could of stayed . If youre driving by and want some lunch i highly recommend it. (:

I just stopped to get gas

Was SHORT changed at SHORT stop (forgivable mistake) but was yelled at by the next cashier on duty and treated like a liar. He MISINTERPRETED ONE thing (or pretended to) when I asked "so that means she took it?" After he told me her till did not ring up over & HE felt it was a statement) I asked to have the tape reviewed and was told "they would call me when they did."
If it had been a small amount I wouldn't care as much but it was enough to fill my tank. I'm furious.
This is my FIRST TIME HERE DURING MORNING SHIFT EMPLOYEES & IM SO APPALLED BY THIS TREATMENT. I didnt accuse anyone, I just asked for the tape to be watched and my money returned. The cashier I had who made the mistake with me( its partially my fault because I thought there was $20 per roll of quarters but it was only $10 per roll & I paid with a $50 bill but got $10 back & that's when I went back inside) was the nicest one out of them all.

Minit Mart gas station on 38th and Ocean Beach hwy is crazy. My wife and I went in this morning to get fuel for a vehicle before work. It's taken on their gas pumps that debit and credit cards are to be used inside. So I went inside and told them I wanted $40 worth of fuel. The owner of the store was at the cash register and rang me up and when I use the card machine it said that it was accepted he then stated that it was declined. So I ran it again this time it did the same thing and said accepted but he said it declined. I went outside and talk to my wife and her and I both checked our checking account in our checking account it said we had a zero balance however on the pending transactions it stated that Minit Mart gas station on 38th and Ocean Beach Highway took out $41 and some change. I went in and showed the owner this transaction and he proceeded to tell me that the charge would going to my bank and then it would drop off within a few minutes. I paid $20 cash and put $20 in my fuel tank. After dropping my wife off and my son to school I went to our bank and notified our bank or Bank gave me the $40 that I needed for fuel and called the gas station and stated that I did in fact have enough funds in my account. The guy then proceeded to say that he wanted to see a bank statement. I don't know about a lot of you folks but I will not be doing business anymore with this gas station and I would suggest that if you do use this gas station to find another one.

Sold expired product. I bought several things including a glass bottle of Mtn Dew. I bought these items on 12/10/17 and I took one drink of my Mtn Dew and it was AWFUL!! I looked at the expiration date and it had expired 8 months ago (4/17/17)

My go to store with awesome food

This place such a huge ripoff. I went in there the other day to get help with finishing an install of an ac unit. The guy wanted me to pull the ac unit out and take the belt off and wanted me to pay for a $650 dollar ac kit when i paid $350 for the kit i already had.

This place to get work done on a vehicle or even to get gas from. This is my own personal view and feelings as i went to quality care down on 15th across from jiffy lube and he helped me and only charged me $50 bucks.
Buyer beware on this cheveron store

After several years as their customer, they are my go-to when it comes to my car. From friendliness to exceptional prices, they provide incredible customer service. They have always been honest about my car and any repairs that need to be done. Or repairs that aren't needed, in my case sometimes. when I think there is something wrong. They have always patiently answered all my questions and concerns. If you want someone you can trust, these are your guys. Your car will be in excellent hands.

ZERO STARS!!!! We had to quickly stop and get $20 in gas. They are holding $150 on top of the $20 for an entire week!!!!! My power just got shut off because of it... with a fee. DO GET GAS HERE! THey are horrible business people.

Actually negative 2. Was heading to the cost so thought I would try the film service for once and have them check fluids, etc. First I sat for ever waiting for someone to come. No one did so got out and walked inside to see if I needed to pay first, cashier told me to go back out there and they will come. So I did, attendant finally shows up and while checking oil, tries jamming the dip stick back in breaking off the handle. Long story short, the supervisor I called over, refused to pay for the new part, or fix it right than, and said it's an engineering default and they aren't going to do anything. I said unless you can show me a Chrysler recall you needed to cover your mechanics work. They still refused. I'm still working on this issue.... Do not go there, they do not stand behind their employees work. That stick was jammed in so far we about didnt get it out.

They have everything you can think of including very friendly cashiers. They have paper towels and windshield wiper squeegees and wash - which lots of gas/stores don't anymore. Competitive pricing on beer, cigarettes, snd pop. They also have killer "serve yourself" choc, vanilla, & choc/van mixed soft ice cream - year round. If you can go sfter 4:00 you'll likely be helped by Charles - he's just the friendlust, upbeat, & offbeat cashir you'll ever meet. I think his father is the owner - I've seen his dad in the stoe during days a few times. Nice person - but Charles is clearly the entertainer of the family.
