Iman Babaie Lawasani is truly a remarkable physiotherapist! When I first visited Iman , I couldn't turn my head due to severe neck pain and also suffered from chronic hip pain from a long-ago car accident. Thanks to Iman's professional care, detailed explanations, and tailored exercises, my quality of life has drastically improved. I followed all his recommendations and attended every session, and today I am almost pain-free and incredibly relieved. I highly recommend Iman.

This was my first massage here, and unfortunately, I was not impressed. The lady who performed the massage did not focus on the areas I requested. It felt like she was following a routine rather than addressing my specific needs and The overall quality of the routine massage is disappointing, especially for a first visit. I would not recommend her services for those seeking targeted therapy.
Normally not a fan of "chain" massage locations. The staff are great, and I lucked out and found therapist, Jong, there. He is a magician and really is in tune with your needs! Highly recommend.
Dr. Payam Vala is by far, the best chiropractor I have ever seen. His treatment provides a weekly refresher to my body via his versatile and sound adjustments to my spine, muscles and nervous system. I highly recommend Dr. Vala, for your chiro needs!!

This place is so wonderful! The massage therapists are so nice and listen to what clients need. They are very caring and friendly. The services provided are always very attentive and has great technique in getting rid off my knots in my stiff shoulders & back. I love going here and I truly recommend anyone who is interested in looking for providers who care about your long term health. They also do direct billing for insurance, which is amazing!!! 10/10

Alex was very professional and thorough with his procedure. He would ask me where I would like to treatment and target those areas. He would also explain to me the muscles he was targeting and also try to understand the underlying causes/issues of my muscle stiffness. Excellent RMT massages every time! Their massage therapists are all very skilled, and willing to teach stretches that I can do on my own as well. I always leave the clinic feeling much better.
Their space is small but cozy. Each room is always clean and fragrance-free. Limited parking spaces are available at the back of the building, but it's free and I've never had troubles finding a parking spot.

The best place to go if your body needs help resetting. This is true body therapy, not just a place for relaxation (although they can do this too!). I do have my favourite therapists but all of them do a great job at addressing pain concerns. Been seeing them for over a decade (maybe coming on to two?) and have only ventured out a couple times to other places, which were okay but did not meet the high standards and professionalism of the therapists at Bayview Sheppard RMT. I'd rather wait out a bit to get an appointment here than try somewhere else again!

Such a wonderful experience! The heat pad and her style gave me a deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my shoulder, neck and back. Kendra is very skillful and knowledgeable. I've had dozens of massages and this is probably the worst one I've ever gotten. I did show a few minutes late but I had called ahead to let them know, and I was okay to have my time shortened, so I'd understand if they were unhappy with me, but I don't think I deserved an hour of a low effort massage with zero technique. Or did I get someone who was having a bad day?

- at some point she was just swishing her hand back and forth lightly on my back like she was painting

I chose this clinic because they had great reviews and I have been their patient for almost 5 years. The doctor, nurse and receptionists are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to other people :)
I've been to this clinic twice now. Today when I went the receptionist made sure none of the patients were standing for too long by making the process efficient. I appreciated this as a lot of injuries are not visible and patients could have a seat instead of standing in line. The doctor assessed me and was able to deal with my situation and my questions dealing with the situation. He speaks a little fast because he has a lot of patient's but he didn't rush the care. I would recommend because of the other services also provided from this easily accessible location. Only challenge I had was getting to the receptionist when I tried calling, but I can't lower the score as that may just be a "me" problem.
I want to Thank the staff and doctor. Beautiful clinic with a wide array of resources. It was quite busy around 3pm, try to book your appointment in advance prior to 3pm. It was about 30 min wait time but some people waited shorter and longer. The doctor actively listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment and helped me to continue with my health journey. Thank you again to the whole team.
Very happy with my experience in this clinic. There’s little to no wait time for walk in appointments. Dr. Ng is great, I have seen him for different problems over the past few months and he is very thorough, listens to all my concerns and explains everything perfectly. After all these visits, I’ve been more than happy with all my appointments and experiences in this walk in clinic. The pharmacists here are also very helpful and thorough.
Salomi from the rehab is great!! She is so helpful in booking the appointment, picking the fabric of my compression socks, dealing with the insurance. Thanks to her, I got my socks today! The whole rehab team is friendly and warm.
The best massage and I’ve ever had. Riya was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, receptive, patient and knowledgeable. She was able to relieve pent up tightness I’ve built up over years in my upper and lower body. The staff was also very polite and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I'm excited for my treatments as they leave me feeling very agile and rejuvenated – not just immediately after, but several days following. I've been in few other chiropractic doctors before and mostly ok till I was introduced to Dr. Payam Vala.
I always suffered from lower back pain till I started getting treatment by Dr. Vala.
Because of my job, I'm on my feet over 8 hours a day. I wasn't able to walk or sit after work but now most of the pain is gone, I can go for a walk after work and enjoy my life as I should.
As you can see on the pictures, their office is also very clean and organized, front desk are very pleasant and they make you to feel to go back there again.

Iovanca is truly amazing. I came into see her after having chronic headaches and body pain, she took time to speak with me and then determine what approach she thought would be the most beneficial to me. Her office space is extremely clean, Iovanka is very professional and her holistic approach is refreshing.
I have been to few very good RMT previously, but so impressed by how great my body feels after Iovanka's therapeutic treatment. I found her very professional and intuitive. She was able to help me with my chronic migraine. felt immediate relief after 1st treatment. Next few times I went there, she work on my low back pain and neck stiffness -the results are almost full and lasting relief .So grateful I found True Rehab Massage !Although the location is not close to my residency I will keep going there as part of my wellness care
Iovanca is a gifted and compassionate massage therapist and has a passion for healing using different techniques to treat body cronic pain and manage stress. She treated me for cronic back pain, stiffness and migraine. I have to confess, she was able to make connection between an old non-treated injury that caused the neck and back pain and she healed it.
She is a good listener and would focus on the root cause of the pain, then will work with your body to overcome the pain and induce calm and relaxation, thank you!

I forgot the name of my RMT but she does massage and acupuncture. She gave me the whole history of acupuncture and explained how it works. She gave me a free 15 minute acupuncture after the massage because it would help me lower back pain. She said that massage comforts but acupuncture heals. She also explained how a massage works and recommended a little bit more pressure because it will more effectively remove the knots. The massage was amazing too.
The only drawback is that she was 10 minutes late because she also gave her previous client 15 minutes more.
I'm not mad though because her service is excellent and 15mins didn't make a huge dent on my schedule. I'd keep coming back to this place if I wasn't moving cities next month.

Iovanca knows how to heal the back pain. I went there just once and I could feel the relief right away when the session is over. She's not only good in reading the body but she's a good conversationalist as well. Highly recommended!
Ariani has been amazing at helping me recover and fixing certain pains during my marathon/triathlon training. She is very knowledgable and explains ways to stretch or what to strengthen to prevent these pains. Without a doubt I highly recommend her to anyone!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour.

The only good thing about this place is the chiropractor. He is the best chiropractor I've had! But the physiotherapist terrible, they give you the same exercises as everyone else it seems like they cannot come up with different exercises. I have been dealing with Fairview physiotherapy for a couple years now, for myself and my family. They are professional, and very easy to work with. The email reminders and communication is helpful, and easy to keep track of appointments. All of the therapists I have personally worked with have been very helpful, professional and courteous.
Compared to my experiences at other wellness /rehab centers, FV physio team are not pushy or trying to sell you extra services. They only suggest what you need or can afford within your insurance plan. I've never felt pressured.

The clinic is not a big one, but people here are warm and nice. Traditional Chinese massage and acupuncture service are provided by experience practioner from China.
I went to see Amy 明last Friday and had a acupuncture on my left knee. I was in pain and even couldn’t go upstairs before my treatment but I couldn’t feel any pain at all after the treatment. Thank you Amy, you are the best😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Front desk and chiropractor who treated me are very welcoming and made me comfortable from the beginning. However had few red flag with the overall treatment.
1. They charged $100 for an assessment(normal practice everywhere). I was expecting similar treatment like in any other centres such as doing an assessment and then treating a patient in the 1st visit. However, they just assessed for like 20 mins and concluded saying the treatment starts from 2nd session - first red flag.
2. I went for 3 more sessions hoping they would treat accordingly. However, overtime they just treated for 15mins and just talk for another 10-15 mins and concluded sessions rather than treating a full 30-35 mins session which we expect and is a practice in every other centre I visited before. - 2nd red flag.

By visiting Amy for several acupuncture and massage treatments, unbelievably the pain in period has eased a lot, ovulation spotting does not occur again, and my hands and feet are able to be warm even in winter. Amy is significantly professional and highly skilled in acupuncture, her skills could represent how magic the acupuncture is.

If her 1 year in the field (when I met her) would have been a reason for me to doubt that she knows enough, I would have missed out getting treatments from one of the most talented and knowledgeable Massage Therapist I have met so far. She is also an avid passionate learner, who cares sincerely about her clients, and aims to resolve the real issue, not just the symptoms.

I have been going there for massage therapy with my husband and it is amazing. Ms Hiroko Hiano is our massage therapist and her massages are very good. It has helped me with my body aches and stiff back. She doesnt talk during the massage which helps you relax. I have been recommending her to everyone.

Ariani is the absolute best, I have been seeing her for several years now and cannot express how thankful I am to have found her. She truly understands what the body needs (both by listening to your concerns and through her treatments) and remembers exactly what works for your body and concerns. She is above and beyond any RMT I have ever visited, is extremely professional and provides an exceptional level of service. She is extremely skilled and has always done an amazing job treating various issues and concerns. I appreciate that her treatments are holistic and she always provides extra advice for in between treatments for stretching and posture. I cannot recommend Ariani enough!
Ariani has been my RMT for a few years now and I only trust her for massage treatments and acupuncture. She is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Her approach is very holistic and client-centred; she will ask questions prior to beginning treatment to get a better sense of the issue(s). Ariani has worked on the most stubborn knots on my back and neck which eliminated a lot of daily aches. She's very friendly, honest, and non-judgemental. I always feel comfortable coming to her and have recommended several friends who reported the same thing. Cannot recommend her enough!
Ivonka is a practicing a very professional Clinic and is a woman who actually cares about her patient on a more meaningful level. After seeing many different professionals to address sciatica pain Ivonka was the most understanding and effective in relief of pain and healing. She understands, and tries to read your body, truly a gift Thank you.
Silvia is excellent RMT. I had some neck stiffness and after massage it was gone! She knows each body is different and does her treatments accordingly. She make you feel comfortable. I would recommend everyone to go there. I am sure you will go back again!

I go here often. The front desk staff are helpful and the massage therapists are good at what they do. I prefer to go with Lilia as she doesn't talk during the massage so I can just enjoy the session. Nicole gives a good massage too, but she is a bit chatty so you can't relax. Overall a very good place to go for massages!
