Rick is very professional and dedicated in what he is doing.He doesn't waste even a minute and ensures the therapy time is utilized completely in an efficient way. Also very understanding and knowledgeable than any other therapist I had met before.

If you like a massage that finds those knots and tight muscles and makes them turn to jelly then April is the one for you. I’m sure she’d do a nice gentle massage if u want one but I like a massage to leave me feeling like my shoulders are down where they’re supposed to be instead of up near my ears.

I have gone to a lot of Massage Envy’s in my life and honestly, the masseuses can be hit or miss. Massage envy in Apex is hands down the best one I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and greets everyone by name and now that I have found Ashley, I won’t see anyone else. I went from periodic massages to regularly scheduled MUST HAVE visits.

After trying different massage therapists in the area, I can vouch for how good April B is. I have been seeing April B for over 3 years now. And she is really really good. From deep tissue to stretches and therapeutic massage, you name it and she has the skill set for it. After every session i walk away rejuvenated and relaxed. I get deep tissue massages done and it has been really helpful for me to address all the tightness and fatigue that develops from work and working out. I highly recommend April for anyone looking around the area.

Great experience. I was dealing with a sports injury and April developed a strategy to address my issue. We were in constant communication during the massage ensuring that her focus and pressure were appropriate. I really feel like April’s massage helped me turn the corner on my injury. Very grateful.

Rick is the best ever. I’ve been going to him for over ten years and I will literally not go to anyone else (I drive over 30 minutes to come here because Rick and this location is by far the best one). He’s great with athletes and deep tissue and cares and listens to his clients. Would recommend him to anyone. Also want to give a huge shoutout to Sarah - she is the only manager who has ever taken the time to learn my name and gotten to know me in the 15+ years I’ve been a member at M.E. and she’s obviously doing a fantastic job running a wonderful location in Apex. Abby is always bright, welcoming, and kind every time I come in, too!! Love it here!!!!

Love this Location! I’ve been a member for several months now and my experiences have been nothing short of amazing! The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful! I see Rick once a week to expedite the recovery process from my surgery. Rick is very knowledgeable and uses several techniques to figure out what best works for my injury recovery. I always look forward to my appointments with Rick and his consistent exceptional care!

All five of us in my family schedule massages with him. It is key to have a regular therapist. Just exactly the same as having a regular doctor or dentist. Regular therapist can track and manage progress effectively, and you don’t waste a lot of time having conversations and explaining your issues.
Another valuable detail about him is that he will chat during a massage if you want to chat, or not, if you just want the quiet. He is definitely in tune with The client on the table.

I was there on 2-3-24. I had an appt at 9am and they told me to get there 15 minutes early? The girls at the front desk are very nice but i got there at 8:43am and was still waiting at 9:10. My massage therapist was late and we didn’t start until 9:22. I paid for an hour but my mediocre massage ended at 10:09 AM?? Im not coming back here.

Valerie is a great massage therapist. Always makes sure I’m comfortable and leave feeling much better than when I came in.

I have unsubscribed three times, and personally responded twice trying to get off their email list. This is my response. Every new email I receive, I will find a new store to one star review.

Went there for a facial. The heat was apparently broken. My room was freezing cold. The bed was cold. The table warmer was broken. I was so excited to treat myself, but just ended up disappointed and cold. The esthetician was good and her service was friendly but I was so cold that I couldn't relax.
Im shocked they did not have a space heater in the room? The reception area was warm so.... I am confused why they let a paying customer freeze??
I would never go back...

Had my facial here this past week! Shannon was great! Very soothing! And she provided me with informative feedback about my skin and skin regimen. Following my appointment I use the hydro massage for 15 minutes and loved it as well. I recommend arriving 20 minutes prior so you can relax for your appointment with some tea!

This is a horrible experience and I do not recommend this place for anyone. I did one massage last month for the first time and the experience was not bad, so I dis a membership to come every month due to a chronic pain in my back. I had to cancel my appointment yesterday due to an emergency at home ( taking my son to hospital at 9 am) so i called at 9:30 to cancel where it is impossible to go to this appointment. The lady answered the phone was super rude and she said that i will be fully charged for this service as i had to call 6 hours in advance to cancel. I am wondering if my appointment is 11:30 am so i had to call 5 in the morning to cancel ! Plus when i did the membership she said i can cancel any time, yesterday the whole thing was different. I can cancel after 30 days and they will charge me for March! Simply they rob people!

This is a very bad place to get your massage at, rude people and they simply tell you something and do something else. I will for sure wait till end of March to cancel this membership and will never go back again. I wish i can give them zero stars

I’ve been coming to MassageLuXe for over a year. I usually go to the Raleigh location, but occasionally with good to Apex if they have an opening that can accommodate my schedule. I pay for the membership because it’s a good deal and worth it. I don’t have a regular massage therapist and have seen multiple people, all have been absolutely amazing. Today, I experienced the worst massage. Her name was Simone. She came to get me 10 mins after my appointment time, and didn’t bother to apologize or acknowledge it. She was so busy looking at the clock, she barely told me what to do (undress, lie on table). She asked me what my focus areas were and I said back and shoulders due to work stress. She barely touched my shoulders! For some odd reason she massaged my left arm repeatedly! Didn’t even massage the right one. I swear she went to my left arm 5 different times! And was very rough with handling my arm. No reason at all why she was hyper focused on my arm. Didn’t communicate with me about the pillow under my legs, just poked me so I could move/lift them. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up putting my arms scrunched up on my body. I should have gotten up (and contemplated doing so many times) but felt uncomfortable. If this were my first time at this establishment, I certainly would not return. Either she’s new or was distracted. The receptionist said she’s booked up. Either those people don’t know what a good massage is, or I caught her on a very off day.

Galina is a true professional. She listens to your needs,and really focuses on your areas that you may not know that is a issue. I asked for cupping with the massage and she was exceptionally accurate with it. I went two weeks in a row, and I feel like a new young man.
