Service is good, been here a few times and massage is always good. Kokuo with best ambience so far too with easy access and parking. Staffs are so nice and hot drink after massage is delicious too. Price is fair for the service delivered. Overall great!

Kokuo Pondok Indah Ruko. Spacious inside and very well-spot location. Good service and a free drink after massage. However, parking spaces are very limited. If you use a driver just drop off outside or just use a taxi for transportation. If you must drive, they have a valet service.
Awesome & professional. Was having issues with tight left shoulder, massage effectively improved condition. Will be back for more treatment. Will also encourage family members to try.

Ambiance and massage were great. Receptionists were unfriendly and curt hence the 4* instead of 5. The place closes at 10pm and not 11pm, at least on a weekday.
I made a reservation via WhatsApp for 20.30 and perhaps I was the last customer so they had to wait for me, but I didn’t feel welcome at all. Had the same issue as another reviewer that the complimentary drink was no longer available when my massage ended at 10pm, but no one informed me in advance.
Masseuse and 90min oil massage were great though, masseuse seems well trained and professional. Need to know a bit of Indonesian to communicate with the masseuse. Overall good experience, just hope the feedback can be shared with the sour receptionists to be more friendly in future and to offer a drink in advance.

Found this on Google Maps and decided to try it on Sunday. The front and ground floor is unassuming, but was surprised with the skill of the therapist. Recommended if you happen to be in the area.

Was my first time trying Kokuo. The massage was great and the ambiance is top-notch. The service wasn't the best, though. They didn't offer me any drinks even though it's said that a coffee/tea is free. When I'm done with my massage, I asked "am I supposed to get a free coffee/tea after massage?" and then the receptionist replied that I should've had my drink before the massage because the place was already closing. "iya Pak lain kali kalo ke sininya malem mending mesennya pas sebelum pijet biar sempet" in a blaming tone. No one told me that when I came the first time. Oh and the masseurs that massaged me didn't even respond to my thanks and just left in a hurry after the massage. He asked me to wait, but it was over five minutes and I just left. Service could've been better. All the best.
Sano Reflexology is a true find tucked away in the commercial area near Taman Puring. The place itself is clean and comfortable, their service is impeccable, with professional therapists providing just the right amount of pressure to leave you feeling rejuvenated. They also provide complimentary drink, the wedang jahe is homemade and tastes very nice.
A must-visit for anyone in need of relaxation and relief. Highly recommended!

Ibu Maureen top banget, jam 7 pagi di telpon mau massage 7.15 dah sampe rumah. Pijetannya enakkkk, badan kaku2 abis olahraga langsung enak smua nih. Mantaapp. Bakal langganann ini sih 😊

I came with knots in my back, neck, and shoulders. After I got the massage, it’s all gone. Shout out to Mas Rudi (or Rudy) who was my therapist at the time.

The massage was very nice and music and scent was nice too.
Always having the best massage experience here. Went for a 90min massage with bu Diah today and I went out feeling totally rejuvenated. Staffs are really friendly and accommodating. Bonus point for having coffee and Japanese Restaurant all in the same vicinity.
Still good just like I remember, their ginger was better now tho with a hint of cinnamon

The interior & ambience is relatively old fashion, yet having quite decent facilities such as private room for couple, sauna, cold & hot water shower, and complimentary beverage after massage session (hot ginger, tea, coffee or mineral water).
I might say this place is relatively pricey compared to other similar place. Unless you get the right masseuse, it might be reasonable. It cost Rp95k per 30-mins, +Rp30k for scrub add-ons.
If you have masseuse preference, it’s better to book in advance and pick your fav one. As the technique between one masseuse and another is different. One can be excellent, the other one can be the worst (too strong/soft, time inconsistent, demand for tip, etc).

Despite of very fancy establishment, a good cup of coffee (seriously good) and nice service, I would not be able to put a 5 stars for the massage experience itself, or maybe I got the junior therapist ..IDK, it was not memorable or made my relax at all. It wasn't bad or anything, it was just a plain vanilla massage experience. I had better.

This is my first time getting massage in my whole life, even though the price is a little bit pricey but i can guarantee you it was gonna be a good experience both physically and mentally. If u want to go here u need to be ready to wait a little (i go there at weekend and they got a little queue there but i just waited for 5 minutes and its done). The staff is amazingly friendly and professional. Really recommend to try this place at least once👍

Booked home service. Then it rained. They asked to charge me double the actual cost of transportation. I offered to book the transport for the therapist myself but was declined, the reason being "we have to spend our own transport money". What kind of policy is this for a regular customer. Never coming back or reordering. No sense of gratefulness for customer loyalty!
I paid 270.000 for 1 and half hours. Cause i wanted to relax. Than very disappointed. The music is always turnoff ,the other people are so noisy , use handphone talking with ppl, so many notifications, ringtones. Plus soo cold. I almost freezing. The massagist hand also very cold. Nothing enjoyed and relaxed. Even can not wait to finish and out of that place. Very disappointed. And I told the reception girl about cold, she said yes many ppl complain about that, what??? Than fix. Do something !!! Never comeback
Not the best way to experience a good and refreshing massage. It was also noisy. The other customers were chatting with each other. Some answered their phone call.
Wow! Great experience with Wilda today. Chose the 90 minutes for 270K. She was amazing. Back walking and super soft hands. Just incredible from start to finish. I would however recommend not going on a weekend and ask for a “room” away from others. Why people talk on their cell phones or leave them ringing to bother others, baffles me.
First & last time there.I been in Jakarta 11 years & had 100,s of massages.This one advertised sport massage.I asked the receptionist,can I get a " strong " one ,embak,.Yes Mister,she replied.,, Sadly very low quality,I changed from a 90 to a 60 minutes in the middle of it..I guess the owner it wealthy, owns many buisnesses & don't care about giving the customer quality service 😥 Waste my time & money

I can say House of Relax is one of the best yet affordable massage place in south of jakarta. Its cozy, they give the best theraphy massage, my favorite masseus is Mbak Neng, ask her if you feel so tired and you just want to have a good sleep after the massage.

Hands down, one of the most favourite reflexology parlours in town. The therapist (the one with bleached hair) really knows what she's doing, that is deep tissue massage that won't leave you sore afterwards. And she could make my bones crack like ASMR, lol. Most importantly, this place is quite affordable. Defo will revisit.
Normally I always had nice experience every time I went to Bersih Sehat Pondok Indah. Their massage is great, always left me feeling refreshed, with good health protocols applied. But not with my last visit here, I was very disappointed. Booked a 1,5 hrs massage & scrub (lulur). Seems like the therapist, Rara, didn’t check the time when she’s massaging me. When she realised only a few times left she instantly apply the scrub on my front legs without give any massage first. When I remind her about it she then massaged me right away with the scrubs still on my legs! The scrubs are rough & felt painful! I know it’s not the right procedure. They should massage us with oil first BEFORE applying the scrubs. Very annoying & ruin my mood who expect to get relaxed. Plus she did it without cleaning the remaining scrubs on the sheet from the back massage. I must remind her to throw it on the floor because I don’t like the sheet dirty. Hope I won’t get the same therapist on my next visit there.

All therapists here has skills and very professional. You can choose strong or medium power massage. Even before pandemic, all bed sheets are changed for every customer so we can be relief about their cleanliness. The masseurs are using head cover, mask and face shield during massage session.
