I went today to exchange shoes I bought online. The counter desk looked tiny and nondescript. The counter staff was very good, friendly and helpful (which is not common in France).

Went to try and buy a pair of shoes I was craving for. The saleperson was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. I Asked for my size and waited 20min for it. at the end she said " oh gave it to someone else". with a straight face like it my problem not hers. had to leave because I felt disappointed

A racist store.
My son is a big Nike fan, so we went to the store to buy a set of Nike techfleece tracksuits. We are visitors from Kazakhstan. When we asked to find out if there was a size M, the seller Alexander replied that there were none, even without checking anywhere. Later, we went on our own and found size M on the shelves. When we tried to enter the fitting room, he blocked the passage, saying that it was closed, although there was 1 hour left before the store closed and all the fitting booths were free. Instead of politely asking me to stop, he physically blocked my path and said, "Stay here." I asked why he blocked my way, to which Alexander pointed to the sign and to my answer that I did not understand French, he replied "We are in France". Although we speak English fluently, he decided to be rude to us. It was the worst customer experience of all the Nike Stores in all the countries I've been to. After that, the seller Alexander went to serve another French-speaking man, although he did not even want to help us. Seller Alexander should stop being racist towards foreigners, and become humble with his low salary of 3,000€ or whatever he has there. Alexander is a tall man of European appearance with reddish hair, dressed in a Tottenham Hotspur jersey (even a team that did not win anything would be disgusted by a fan like Alexander). I hope Alexander will be fired from his position and will never be able to work with the stigma of a racist. His other colleagues also stood with poker faces during this situation, and only a lady with reddish hair apologized, for which I am very grateful and wish her the best in her career.

We were looking for a pair of Nike Jordan.. We were waiting a long time and the staff just chatting. I think they are going to die of success.. Nike is wonderful but not the only ones who are great as well

Very good sport shop in "la defense" zone with very cheap prices and offers that lower further the prices. Suggested
I went to get a new tube + tyre installation.
While repair only, they tried the gear so hard that it got broken and the staff says your cycle is too old .. and said do you want to change it , it's 40 Euros.
When I told clearly my only request was for tyre and tube. Why did they even tried to do any other thing.

Nice place to buy solid and standard sports and garments products.
My visit to the Courir Sports outlet in La Défense was a fantastic experience. The store had a wide selection of athletic footwear and sportswear from top brands. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making my shopping trip enjoyable and successful.
Poor service and arrogant staff. They had wrong sizes in the same box of shoe and could not find the second pair. When told that we would proceed with our order without the mismatched shoe - they charged me for the mismatched pair (ordered correct sizes online) instead of my remaining order and told me that I need to come back to “return the order and get my money back”. She even carried my correct order to the Cahier desk so I am unsure how they made this mistake and proceeded to offer no apologies instead of a mere “too bad for you”.
Even though I like the collection for in store selection in La Défense - I’ll take my money elsewhere for the peace of mind.

It's quite disappointing to be honest, for a 3+ underground story store it didn't have a lot of variety, it was pretty but everything was pretty much spread out for it to look full.

Always the best store for all hour sporting equipment needs and to daily essentials from the trekking shoes, clothes, accessories to the running shoes or for ski and much more. The entrance is spacious and sections clearly marked for men and women at each interval so that you are not confused. The staff is available to assist on demand, very impressive and good service. The first level has additional section for cycles and more. Check out the corners for the last chance discounts and if you get lucky to pick up something for a real bargain. Lots of sport drinks, chocolate, neck massagers and rollers. Lot to choose from, so head out and make the most while you visit this super nice store inside the cnit mall. Last minute I went to buy few shirt with my friend n I was looking for Color n design of shirts , n one girl said dis respectly u should told me before touching shirts Hahahahahh , I was shocked to hear that because I m not asking for free , so it’s my right check weathers it’s gud or not , and size and all !! Because we need to pay !! She told that we r not allowed to touch !!!! N later security person came, that security person told me to get out of show room COURIR ( La defanse) i they hve not done any FORMATION ( course ) in business n how to deal with customers in show room !! May b it’s because we looks different !!!! I will not recommend in Courier LA DEFANSE !!! U need to give formation how to deal with the customer with RESPECT !!!!!! It’s my LAST TIME in courier ( La defanse ) !!!

It was great before moving the bike section to 1st floor. Moreover, the poor performance of the lift, it makes a quest to visit the bike section with a baby stroller.
It used to me my favourite place but now has become a place of people who don’t want to work, who yell at clients to do their job on their behalf. I am never returning to their La Défense shop. Unapologetic behavior
Standard shoe shop - one of many in the mall - with the added advantage of actually having the shoe style and size I've been looking for for months. Friendly service too, which isn't a given in the competition.

Excellent service and their employees especially Arthur and Thomas helped me greatly finding my perfect bike and all other equipments needed. Great in their doing their best of the best. Plus i got myself their loyalty card, have great advantages . I'm very much happy . Recommend this store absolutely i do!:)
This store is great and it have an amazing collection of clothes.
great supermarket for cheap sports stuff !! thermal pants for 5 euros .. 9 pairs of socks for 13 euros .. shoes for 12 euros .. you can literally find anything here .. football, basketball, cycling, hiking, skiing, climbing, camping,.. eveyy gadget that you want to buy is here woth the best price in the market .. the service is very fast !!
There was a staff member there, a young lady, who was absolutely lovely! She happened to have the same birthday as my daughter (January) and was so helpful and kind to her while she was trying on shoes.

The queue for the payment was long as there is a definite shortage in member of staff working there or otherwise it is just a bad coordination of staff because even though people who work there were running around to get things done it took them a while to bring the shoes from the storage room...
Welcoming employees when they are available. If you need an information, good luck to find someone to assist you. But if u know what you want, you probably have all the chances to find it here.

Its a great place indeed. The prices are very competitive. The quality is also remarkable. Self checkout service is there. Even if find any defect in the product, the staff tend to return the same without asking too many questions. You can even get protein powder from the same.

I bought a hat from there and I was totally satisfied by the quakity of service although I prefer buying online.

Beautiful store with a huge selection. Staff was friendly and helpful, although may not speak much English they work with you to find what you need if you don't speak much French.
If there is one thing that makes me angry is a store that doesn’t answer their damn phone. Is this a thing in France? How is it possible to call in the morning, noon and evening for 20 minutes each time and nobody answers?? Ridiculous

A sports shop with all the top brands. They have good prices and graet sales
Well to start with, it has really good collection of sports and casual stuff from all the well known sports brand like Nike, Adidas, Lecoste etc.
Though items are very limited in number but they are all good. Prices are also decent and its same even if you go specific sports brand for the same thing.
Only advantage is it gives you one place where you can actually compare items from different good brands and make your decision more realistic .
