I went today to exchange shoes I bought online. The counter desk looked tiny and nondescript. The counter staff was very good, friendly and helpful (which is not common in France).

A racist store.
My son is a big Nike fan, so we went to the store to buy a set of Nike techfleece tracksuits. We are visitors from Kazakhstan. When we asked to find out if there was a size M, the seller Alexander replied that there were none, even without checking anywhere. Later, we went on our own and found size M on the shelves. When we tried to enter the fitting room, he blocked the passage, saying that it was closed, although there was 1 hour left before the store closed and all the fitting booths were free. Instead of politely asking me to stop, he physically blocked my path and said, "Stay here." I asked why he blocked my way, to which Alexander pointed to the sign and to my answer that I did not understand French, he replied "We are in France". Although we speak English fluently, he decided to be rude to us. It was the worst customer experience of all the Nike Stores in all the countries I've been to. After that, the seller Alexander went to serve another French-speaking man, although he did not even want to help us. Seller Alexander should stop being racist towards foreigners, and become humble with his low salary of 3,000€ or whatever he has there. Alexander is a tall man of European appearance with reddish hair, dressed in a Tottenham Hotspur jersey (even a team that did not win anything would be disgusted by a fan like Alexander). I hope Alexander will be fired from his position and will never be able to work with the stigma of a racist. His other colleagues also stood with poker faces during this situation, and only a lady with reddish hair apologized, for which I am very grateful and wish her the best in her career.

We were looking for a pair of Nike Jordan.. We were waiting a long time and the staff just chatting. I think they are going to die of success.. Nike is wonderful but not the only ones who are great as well
We wanted to try a shoes, took them 30 mins to give us the shoes. Unprofessional.
It's quite disappointing to be honest, for a 3+ underground story store it didn't have a lot of variety, it was pretty but everything was pretty much spread out for it to look full.
