Sent off with the words: "46 is maximum". I have shoe size of US 13. Disappointing experience

My visit to the Courir Sports outlet in La Défense was a fantastic experience. The store had a wide selection of athletic footwear and sportswear from top brands. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making my shopping trip enjoyable and successful.

Poor service and arrogant staff. They had wrong sizes in the same box of shoe and could not find the second pair. When told that we would proceed with our order without the mismatched shoe - they charged me for the mismatched pair (ordered correct sizes online) instead of my remaining order and told me that I need to come back to “return the order and get my money back”. She even carried my correct order to the Cahier desk so I am unsure how they made this mistake and proceeded to offer no apologies instead of a mere “too bad for you”.

Even though I like the collection for in store selection in La Défense - I’ll take my money elsewhere for the peace of mind.

The staff is rude, unwilling to work. It seems I have to apologize for wanting to try on a shoe. I don't recommend it!!

Last minute I went to buy few shirt with my friend n I was looking for Color n design of shirts , n one girl said dis respectly u should told me before touching shirts Hahahahahh , I was shocked to hear that because I m not asking for free , so it’s my right check weathers it’s gud or not , and size and all !! Because we need to pay !! She told that we r not allowed to touch !!!! N later security person came, that security person told me to get out of show room COURIR ( La defanse) i they hve not done any FORMATION ( course ) in business n how to deal with customers in show room !! May b it’s because we looks different !!!! I will not recommend in Courier LA DEFANSE !!! U need to give formation how to deal with the customer with RESPECT !!!!!! It’s my LAST TIME in courier ( La defanse ) !!!

Standard shoe shop - one of many in the mall - with the added advantage of actually having the shoe style and size I've been looking for for months. Friendly service too, which isn't a given in the competition.

Cool! Amir is very persuasive and so attentive.
I really enjoyed the session
