Had lunch at there today. The food was made perfectly- everything was fresh and prepared with attention. The staff were friendly and detail oriented. Some days, you leave a restaurant and think, everything about that was great. That was today!

My first time eating here🤢 this is a lesson I will definitely learn, I paid 17 a little over price idc about that I mad about how nasty the food was!!! in how the beef an rice meal barley had any beef more vegetables then anything, rice is so bland how can you mess that up they really cheat you with that 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 egg roll taste like it sat in the oil taste very old.( also hard) Lesson learn

Food was very fresh and flavourful! Was my first time eating there. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I love coming here because I can create a meal with everything I love and nothing I would prefer to avoid! They are quite generous with the items chosen, and those items are cooked fresh and kept hot on a steam table until a serving of them is added to my burrito bowl! I never have a problem finding a table, and have yet to be "surprised" by a hidden jalapeno! Yes, I am a wimpy eater...but my bro-in-law likes really spicy food and he likes the place too!

Unfortunately I went here last night around 9 pm. I have been to this Qdoba multiple times before and have not received service the way I did like last night. First I walk in and I’m hardly greeted the young kid who was working asked what I wanted and proceeded to make my order. I ordered a burrito and a bowl, he did not any very many toppings I had to ask multiple times to add more things and he would roll his eyes. The cleanliness of this was also gross there was a point where my bowl was sitting on top of my burrito, and I was checking out he forgot to put a lid over the bowl so everyone talking and walking around the food was be covered with I. I actually had to remind them to put a lid over my bowl. I also saw other people behind me being treated the same way and the young man used the trash to empty out the juice of the beans right above the trash holding onto the burrito. Overall the food was fine I’ve had better times but watching them handle my food didn’t instill any confidence in me to want to eat it or continuing to come back.

If I could give zero stars for the service my husband and I received yesterday I would. The food itself was great. It was pretty obvious the girl behind the counter did not like her job . I understand it’s fast food and not the most enjoyable but she was impatient with us and rushed us through. When I couldn’t remember the name of the queso sauce she made me feel like i was stupid. She rang up our order and didn’t even bother to hand me the receipt, she just walked away. I had to reach around and grab the receipt myself. Which after looking at it I realized she overcharged us. We got it taken care of but Iam not in a big hurry to come back.

Now, I usually go here over Chipotle because the poor people at chipotle are overworked and always seem to be out of something.
When we went in last night around 6 pm, it was very quiet. No one eating in. We walked up and were never greeted by the people behind the counter. One woman seemed to be a manager and was discussing something important with an employee. My daughter and I were looking at the menu and figuring out things. We stopped and looked at the manager. Who stopped talking and just looked at us. No smile. No greeting. So we ordered. She only spoke to ask if we wanted beans. My daughter wanted cilantro, which they were out of. The other employee was making her bowl at this point. She said “I’ll go get some” and the manager stepped up and was irritated saying “Why did she just walk away?!” The girl came back and she reprimanded her, in front of us, for going into the back to get more cilantro.
As we finished a guy checked us out and he was very nice and friendly.
Manager never said more than two words to us the entire time.
We are on the patio and I came back in to politely ask for a lid, to which the manager ignored me but the young guy got for me and wished me a good day.
If she was the manager, I have doubts on the safety of my food. She clearly did not care at all about anything happening in that store.

Overall really good! The bathrooms were clean, the tables and floors were clean, and the food was great!

The best chinese fast food place I’ve ever been to. Love their Cashew Chicken and noodles. Yum yum 😋

10/10 for customer service! Placed an order on the app and they CALLED me to let me know one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Ok, that is some top their communication if you ask me! Once I got to the drive thru there was maybe a three minute wait (which is nothing compared to the Panera in my town) and they gave me a free brownie!! The sandwich I ordered was prepared nicely and I even got THREE WHOLE SLICES of avocado on each half of the sandwich! What a breath of fresh air. I’ve seriously had to wait over a half hour before in my town’s Panera drive thru, for ONE SANDWICH! And they hardly ever put any toppings in it. This was easily the best Panera interaction I’ve had in forever. Especially since I was coming home from traveling for a full 24hrs so I was desperate for a decently fresh meal. Ugh thank you! Lol

I was just at Panera to order a sandwich and had some of the worst customer service ever. The drive-through person must not have learned manners when they were in school. All it got out of this person was demanding the payment. Did say please or thank you. Besides waiting for a long period of time, you would think they would apologize for the slow service and say thank you. Instead, I got nothing. When I said, "you are welcome", the response was 'have a good one" and proceeded by the drive-up window being shut. Really? I think you need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A who have excellent service and all of their workers are very polite. After spending $14.00 dollars on a sandwich, I think I at least deserve a thank you.

Got a half tuna salad sandwich and a cinnamon sugar bagel. Bagel was excellent. However the sandwich had less than a spoon of tuna. It felt like eating plain bread with two slices of tomatoes. Sandwich was overpriced but this was ridiculous just for the bread and tomatoes.

I literally visit this location once or twice during a work week M-F. I order the same thing every time online and walk in to get my order. Half a Napa Chicken Salad sandwich on sourdough with a regular charged lemonade. (Before the recents deaths due to the over consumption of the charged drinks it was self-serve. Now the counter staff has to give it to you). It comes with the tiny bag of chips. I'm not sure if there's suppose to be a pickle because it's hit or miss if I get one. This sandwich is delicious. It seems recently they are putting less of the chicken salad with more lettuce and tomato. All-in all it's a perfect lunch. I often get money off because of their rewards program.

Update the response for me to bring the food back is worthless when I drive all the way home to find out how wrong it was. Seem like a very programmed response from ownership. Also tried to order today lunchtime and they are not open. The owner should be embarrassed at how unreliable this location has been.

The two gentlemen that were working were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The manager almost had them confused on the orders. However, they kept their cool and explained whose orders were whose, as there were several others Lin line as well. The food was hot as it should be, service was quick, and prices were in line with other locations.

I love this place! I come back here a lot and am not disappointed at all by the food and the friendly people.

I was happy when I opened my bag and unwrapped my food. Then I took a bite on something hard and it was this avocado skin. I said "ok fine..." but on the other side there was a piece of paper stuck to it. THIS WAS IN MY SANDWHICH! I feel sick to my stomach. I don't even want to know what it looks like in the back where the food was being prepped. $22 wasted. :(

Good food and good ambience. In store app is also too good with a very user friendly interface, only thing is screen is very small. Good ambience with lot of space and very good lighting. Unlimited Sip is one of the main attractions. Though quantity is very less, everything tasted good.

Delicious. I ordered online from a restaurant with drive through because of my handicap. When I got there, the drive through was closed. The manager brought the food to my car and said they were short staffed. That’s excellent service to provide at a time when you are already stressed.

As Panera ages some locations have gone downhill. This location is as bright as when it was first built. It's clean, bright, well stocked and well staffed. The manager was extremely sincere, kind and accommodating. It was clear he took pride in his store and in serving its guests.

Sorry to this LAC! I mobile ordered and left a moderate review when prompted because I thought I was missing sauce. Owed it to at least come here and put in the review that it should have been.

Appreciate the drive thru at this location! Service was fast but they did forget part of my order and I had to go back:/ From my view, the cleanliness of kitchen could be better. In my picture you can’t even see all of the food on the floor. Not a great visual and it is a tripping/slipping hazard for the staff. Soup was nice and French baguette was slightly over baked.
