This is a good store. The customer service is wonderful. They have a large selection to choose from.
Staff was very kind and considerate of helping me purchase furniture. They gave me various options on kinds of beds and described it very well before making my purchases. It was a good experience, encourage people to come :)

Reality -5 five stars I bought a dresser from here and not even a month later the drawers started falling off I mean I know it was cheap and prolly wasn’t the best quality but it should last for more than a month or less 😩😔🙄😮‍💨

Love the stove! The stove not only looks sleek and modern, but it also performs like a champ. It heats up quickly and evenly, making cooking a breeze. This location is short staffed and often out of stock on items. I went for cat food. Other Walmarts have a large, varied selection of wet food. This one has the same varieties every time I go. There needs to be more than one person available for the money transfer department. It is often without an associate and no one fills in if the associate is at lunch, late to begin or on a break. This location needs more carts for handicapped customers.

Did the mailbox service. Days or weeks after they wanted some sort of extra form they didn't mention. In the meantime I was waiting for critical mail. Finally I spoke with two people here including a manager. They told me the mail never arrived. I specifically asked if it had been sent back. They said no, they wouldn't do that regardless of the form issue, and they would let me know when it arrived. I never heard back. Contacted them two more times and never heard back. In the meantime I was trying to get tin touch with the sender to confirm it had in fact been sent here. Finally the sender called me back and said it was sent here but refused and returned. The mail was MIA for a month. F this place.

Very confused on why you need an appointment for geek squad.?? I am currently writing this review at 11:48am, while waiting for my turn with an appointment scheduled for 10:40am. I got here early and there was a line and people who didn’t have an appointment got in front. Very upset with how my time is being managed

If I could give this Walmart a negative star I would. The money center is never open and when you ask an employee if it’s going to open they never know and don’t even take the time to ask someone in a higher position to get an answer. The self checkout is for cards only and then if paying cash there is only like 2 registers open with long lines. The laundry soap is now locked up and when I asked an employee if she could open it for me she had attitude. Something has to change.

This place has everything locked up. A thousand cameras and a bunch of new employees and still can’t figure out who’s next in line. Never would I buy anything in the elections department. And when I spoke to manager he just seem to laugh it off and say he was extremely busy. Like as a shopper we not busy. Shouldn’t have to take 1 hour in a store and you already know what you want.

I had to get some quick copies for a business client. Color prints and a heavier grade paper that could withstand a binder tug and pull. Trenah was attentive and responsive. I love great customer service and make it a point to acknowledge it every time. Thanks Trenah!

Been to this location many times over the years. I hadn’t been there in about a year and was a little thrown off by the new layout, the store seems to have gotten a facelift recently. But I like the new look, things were well organized and easy to get to. I definitely recommend this store, right in the heart of tax free shopping! A+

Wayyy too much expired food on the sales floor; they rarely rotate stock. Make sure you check your dates. This goes for both cold items and dry/shelf stable products. There is also a bunch of product out of place and scattered everywhere. Very messy. Lastly, the inventory is not kept very well; there are a ton of items it says are available on the app but no one is able to find in store.

I wanted to visit this location a few times before I gave my opinion well here it goes, after three shopping trips I found the store clean not very organized the employees helpful. The biggest issue when you leave the store there's always a line to exit because your receipt has to be checked, on my last visit I bypassed the lady for this but my boyfriend did not and she told him for us to never return to the store.

I recently had the opportunity to visit your store in Wilmington, Delaware, and I wanted to share my thoughts about my shopping experience. Overall, I found the store to be clean and well-maintained, which definitely made for a pleasant environment to shop in.

As someone who isn't a frequent shopper at Target, I did face a bit of a challenge in navigating the store initially. It would have been incredibly helpful to have a store map available, especially for newcomers like me. Having a map on hand would have made locating items much easier and saved me some time wandering around.

However, I must commend one particular aspect of my visit that truly stood out—the exceptional service at the self-checkout counter. The woman assisting at the self-checkout counter was nothing short of fabulous. Her friendly demeanor, efficiency, and willingness to help made a significant difference in my overall shopping experience. In fact, her positive attitude and assistance would be a compelling reason for me to return to your store in the future.

The ending experience at the self-checkout counter was truly beautiful, and it left a lasting impression on me. It's encounters like these that make shopping memorable and encourage customers to become loyal patrons.

Thank you for providing a clean store environment and for having staff members who go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. With a little improvement in wayfinding for new customers, I'm confident that more people like me will continue to enjoy their time at Target.

Great Best Buy store! It's clean and has a lot of different products like workout equipment and Legos! We have been to a lot of other locations and this one has the most unique products available in the store. And it's a plus that there's no sales tax! Definitely recommend this place.

Bitter Experience...!

I ordered a Samsung Z5 flip in this store almost 17 days prior as a pre-order buy. When I reached the store for pick-up, the pick staff told me that the product is pending for release (meaning no one knew), but to answer a question, she said that the phone isn't released (Aug, 11th is the official release date of the product).

But when I spoke to the supervisor, Shane, though he is quick in getting the information about the inventory and very helpful in addressing the issue but he even does not know what exactly pending for release means. (E.g., maybe a backend issue or product, maybe with flaws. "Maybe") further suggested us that if at all I wanted to get hands on the mobile, I have to forfeit the pre-release promo, which is the ultimate loss for me.

When things stood thus, we reached out to the customer care rep Priyanka of Bestbuy, explained the whole situation over the sms, and she informed us that even though she is not aware about the status or the meaning of pending for release. But finally, she suggested us to contact Shane, the supervisor who was like, as I explained earlier, that he does not know the exact reason to get the phone as on date i have to forfeit the promo offer and the customer representative is not able to do anything except to raise a complaint.

When I questioned him about the other products which I ordered 3 in number but only got one instead of three. When I questioned, they said it shows in the inventory but can not find them.

I have traveled 90 min to the store to get down on taxes (which we all do) and failed due to the lack of communication gap between them(customer representative and store supervisor), which made me suffer whole day.

Hope this review helps the staff both in store and representatives to work on communication gaps and help the customer in need.

Yeah, it's a Walmart. You see your stereotypical Walmart crowd there. That might be fair or unfair, but you know what I mean. Whatever, cause I shop there too, so I'm not complaining or anything. For me the bottom line is the prices are generally really good. So that's what I care the most about. Furthermore, the curbside delivery service is great. If you plan ahead of time it's really a time saver. If you don't like the clientele, don't shop here. But if you like to save money, you'll get good stuff here.

If it wasn't for the nice and personable lady that checked me out, this likely would be a 3 star, maybe 2. I needed to purchase a small TV for the bedroom. Apparently the two people working in the TV department could not be bothered to offer any assistance or acknowledge my existence. It is not my job to ask you to do yours. I didn't find the TV my wife wanted but I did find one that she likes more. Finishing up with the positive, the checkout lady was the exact opposite of the store associates in the TV section. She was engaging. Asked all the questions, even made a joke or two, and made me feel like a welcomed customer.

I love this Target store. It is consistently clean and well stocked. The associates are very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The parking lot is always maintained and parking is always available. The restrooms are also kept clean. Great place to shop.

I was within 6ft of about 10 different store associates today and not even one hello or anything...funny I went to Boscovs at the mall and every single person greeting there greeted me. My family and I have been shopping at this target for years now. A current cashier, Donna that works at the Brandywine Target is the reason why self check out will never work. We have waited in lines just to be serviced by her as she is a prime example of extraordinary customer service. She provides joy, positivity, smiles and an amazing experience.

GameStop kirkwood They never answer the phone. Anytime of the day they just let the phone ring. I’m calling to ask a question about a game. I had to call a different GameStop who answered very quickly. Wonder if this is the reason for losing business.

Since I stopped regularly gaming, I haven't been going to gamestop as much as I used to. On a recent shopping excursion. I decided to go in here. They have tons of merchandise, fewer games. I'm a merch type of person so I ended up picking up some Pokemon plushies while i was there. This location used to be my go to GameStop and I've taken part in some midnight release parties here which were fun. Perhaps nostalgia clouds my vision these days but I miss the day where games were all inclusive to the discs and cartridges and you weren't having to pay for additional game content. *just realized that was an ageist comment* Um, I'll just turn around now and leave.😅

Usually, when I walk into an electronic store people are on top of me asking if I need help, so initially, I appreciated space when I first walked in. However, it got to the point where no one came up to me to help and I couldn't find anyone to assist me. Time was going by. When I finally approached a young man who looked available, he was only a little helpful. The selection was better here than in other stores but still not a huge selection to choose from. I ended up picking out what I needed but it was not the best experience.

Walmart has everything you need in stock and that also goes for the customers. It's advised to be prepared for a fistfight anytime you take a trip to Walmart, but it's worth it. The store is clean and the people who work there are always willing to chat for 10 to even up to 20 minutes! This is the only Walmart near me but I can't wait to visit more.

I live and work closer to atleast 3 other Gamestops but Mike and his team keep me choosing this one over the others.
If they don't have what I'm looking for they'll check and confirm with another store before sending me to them. Normally get calls about my pre-orders I've forgotten about so that's very helpful.
Will 100% chose to go to this Gamestop before the big box store across the shopping center.

Walmart is walmart... No customer service friendly people... Everyone is busy stocking.. or you cant find anyone on the sales floor..no lines open.. just 2.... And everyone has huge carts full.... Self checkout is fine.... Thats what most stores are doing now....but I would recommend this location its Walmart cant expect too much

As someone who buys far too many games, I usually don't hit up GameStop but when I do, I feel like the people working there are really friendly (far better than ~10 years ago!) and they usually have the game I'm looking for. I enjoy the shirt conversations between acid gamers with no pressure, like it used to be. I don't pre-order and they don't nag me or try to hammer me with yodeling anymore. So much better!!!

Received the email that the order was ready to be picked up.
Upon arrival at the store, the sheets were not laminated and were black and white.
Was told by the person at the print services desk it would be 30 minutes. Came back 35 minutes later and still were not done and told another 10 minutes.
They never corrected the fact that they weren't in color. Never received an apology for the inconvenience no offer of a store credit or anything.

A super center with well stocked. Little bit crowded during covid times. Well maintained and well stocked with ample car parking space. Easily accessible from interstate and main state roads. Tax free makes this store a crowd puller too.

Avoid this store at all costs !!!! I ordered a black office chair. Should be pretty simple ... right ? No. They ordered a red chair instead. I called the 1-800 number on my receipt to cancel the order. After multiple calls trying to cancel the order and getting absolutely nowhere with the worthless customer service reps, I find out that I'm getting a red chair delivered that I don't even want. Worst part is, I was told that the order got cancelled. It wasn't. I tried calling the store directly to cancel the order. I told the woman who answered the phone that I wanted to cancel the order for the chair since I had no intention of keeping it. She asked for my name and said she would pass my info along to cancel the order. She never even asked for an order number so I'm pretty sure my info won't get passed along. It really was a nice office chair but after this horrible experience, I'm pretty sure I'm done with Staples. I'll make sure all my friends know about the horrible customer service here and make sure they avoid this store as well.

This has to be considered one of the top Target stores in all of Northern Delaware. I would probably consider it in the top tier even if you included Targets from Delaware county as well. And believe me, that’s high praise. My favorite thing about this Target is how they cleared out all their extra merch...it feels so light and airy in there now! All the extra space is so nice and relaxing. One employee was so helpful that when I asked where the batteries were, they pointed right at them and said, “There they are, sir!” Now that’s customer service.

Great friendly service here. Pick up order an easy and quick transaction. Organized clean store AND can't forget to check out clearance section... wonderful deals to be had.
