Saema was knowledgeable and wonderful at the store and the delivery men were fabulous. On time, exceptionally helpful and lovely to deal with - even when making a delivery to our cottage, on an island, in Lake Muskoka! We highly recommend Cozy Living Pickering and their delivery service.

Quality, selection, price and service! Cozy Living has it all. Al and Saima walked me through the showroom while chatting about the vision for my new space. They had everything I needed and more. I am so thrilled with my new sectional and kitchen table. I will definitely be back for more great furniture pieces.

The great service continued with the delivery and set up. They were quick, tidy and knowledgeable about the products. They inspected and placed the furniture like it was their own. And they took the packing with them.

first, you offered 11000, I asked nicely if 8000 works, how come that's ridiculously low? if you dont like my offer, you could just say no instead of asking me just go Walmart. if you dont remember, ask your employee! Don't play victim on internet for your rudenss attitude instore! I live in canada for more than 10 years, i left reviews only if i think its nessary. You can check your reviews, so many complain about your rudeness and poor customer services. Learn how to treat your customer nicely if you wanna my advise! good luck!

after reading other reviews, i understand why no one comes here.
i try to bargain on the price. he(i believe he is the owner, one of other reviews posted his photo with mask, yeah, thats him) he told me you should go walmart.
I have a lot experiences here in Toronto or anyother furniture store in Vancouver, most of them are negotiable. even if it's not, no one will ask you just go Walmart.
learn some customer service! or just shut down.

Sean and his assistant were attentive and helped me find the perfect configuration within budget. The team delivered the outdoor furniture on time and in the rain. However they left one box on the truck by accident. I thought they would reschedule it for down the road. I called Sean, and he got right on it. YONAS the delivery man came back later that same night in the rain again and delivered the rest. Things sometimes go wrong, it's how you handle it that makes a difference. We were prepared to purchase an umbrella and base but Adam checked our car and said it wouldn't fit. We could get delivery or come back with a SUV. My husband borrowed a suv 3 weeks later and drove almost 2 hours to find out that umbrellas are not stocked and must be ordered first. Key information that should have been shared on our first visit. A lost sale....

On March 24th, Sunday, I arrived at the store a few minutes early, expecting it to be open by 11:00 am as indicated on the sign. Unfortunately, I had to wait for 18 minutes with a store employee, who couldn’t provide clarity on the manager’s arrival time. After requesting her to call the manager for an update, I was informed that the manager would need another 10 or so minutes to arrive, resulting in a delay until 11:28 am. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, better communication with the store employee would have greatly improved the situation.

Nadeem and his staff were extremely helpful in our search to find the perfect sofa set for our family room. The showroom has a large selection of furniture and accessories for all rooms in the house. The delivery team was also amazing. They came on time and took care of all the details. You won’t be disappointed shopping at Cozy Living!

I went here to pick up a Sierra Bistro Patio Set and was blown away by the beautiful outdoor furniture sets. They all looked like great quality and they had some really unique pieces. The staff was also very friendly.

We bought a dining set customized with our own measurements in 2014. Still very very strong. . 10 yrs !!! A long time . No complaints at all . Thank you Amish

Today I received my dining set from Dot Pickering. Consisting of a dining table and eight chairs.
What a great experience my husband & I had.
April, the manager, herself took the time to help & guide us through the process.

Tomorrow we will be getting our Tropical Relax Seating set again from Dot Pickering with the help of April.

What a great place to start the day with a coffee and watch the sunrise but it's even better watching the sunset with a glass of wine!!

Such a comfortable set that just can't be beat!!!

Extremely poor after-sale service from April, the Pickering store manager. At the time of sale she was very friendly and helpful - I ended up spending over $5k on patio furniture. But when there was a problem after delivery, April couldn't be bothered to make any effort to help. It's unfortunate because I do like the merchandise and selection but based on principle I will not be returning to that store and I will resist buying anything online!!

Today we visited DOT in Pickering to begin the process of choosing furniture for our new backyard oasis. With a lot of decisions to make we were a little overwhelmed. April introduced herself to us and offered assistance. She listened to what we are trying to accomplish and walked us around the store showing us different options. We decided on the 10x12 gazebo along with other pieces of furniture. April showed us patio tables and we found chairs that we really liked but couldn’t decide on which table was the right one. April made a suggestion and placed the chair we liked beside a table. Wow! It was perfect, making the decision easy. April was patient, professional and really listened. She made us feel valued and appreciated us as first time customers to DOT. We made our first round of purchases and she gave us her card. She made it personal and provided exceptional customer service. Thanks April for a really positive experience at DOT Pickering. We’re looking forward to visiting you again soon.

Excellent customer service from April! We came in just as the store was closing to get some chairs repaired. Despite having set the alarm and a personal emergency she took time to sort us out. In addition, she went the extra mile to get special permission to do a transaction over the phone saving me returning to the store just to process payment today. Can't say enough about April's attitude toward taking care of customers! We will be back to look at their indoor furniture inventory and will most certainly become regular customers.

Love these stores. I think I am attracted by their merchandising skills.It's laid out so well. Found some pillows here which would improve my outdoor set.

Amazing beautiful crafted furniture for your whole house. The quality is top notch and the prices are relevant to that. I think most of their furniture will last a long time. Worth looking at.

Great stuff, but the manager April workinh here seemed totally uninterested, rude and not so knowledgeable. I came here shopping for a Patio set, and asked her if it was available to buy. The reply I got was that "IT IS FIVE OR SIX THOUSAND!" Not sure what she was trying to imply. I wanted to buy hedges, without even checking the system, she said hedges are sold out. I picked up 2 packed hedges right by the entrance and asked her, "What about these 2 packets of hedges?" And she replied, "Oh, yeah these are available." I bought those, and ended up going to Whitby location to purchase more hedges and patio furniture, cause the manager at Pickering seemed totally uninterested!!!! Ms April is causing Dot to lose business.... Sorry, but this was my experience.
P.S. Tracey here should be the Manager cause of her exceptionally pleasant, efficient, hardworking customer service skills. My experience with Tracey positively changed my opinion of Dot staff in a 360 degree turn.

Excellent service. Made 3 or 4 trips before making a decision on a bedroom suite. Patrick was excellent, patient and did not apply any pressure to make a purchase, until I was satisfied with my choices. Even the guys who delivered and set up the futniture were extremely courteous and professional. Great quality furniture. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap particle board that wont last, shop elsewhere.

My custom designed Canadel table arrived today and it's perfect. Many thanks to Doug Jr who helped with the design and choice of stain. I could not be happier with the outcome!

Amazing experience buying and getting the couch delivered! Very friendly and patient staff! I originally heard about AFD through the paper, I got this beautiful custom made couch and pillows for only 2.4k! Most stores you can buy a chair for that price! Love that they tell you the durability of the fabric! Make sure to go to this hidden gem!

Handmade furniture from multiple families. The staff are NOT the peole who make the furniture. The staff order it acording to your desired dimensions, wood type, and colour choices. Fully customizable size as well. Very nice and fairly expensive furniture. If you're ready to buy heiloom peices this is the place to go.

This place is very welcoming and the sales people are knowledgeable, helpful and not fake or pushy! Steve helped us with all of our furniture. The quality and look is outstanding and worth the investment for the long run. We purchased a bedroom furniture set, kitchen table, crib and dresser for a changing table. The quality of the crib is not even comparable to cribs at "baby stores" like babies r us or even pottery barn. The Amish are centred around family and kids so you know their cribs are real quality and can be trusted. We will be using this crib for as many babies as we can make lol 😜

Perfect place to buy quality and great looking furniture! Bought sofa, accent chairs and the painting. No other furniture stores will offer excellent customer service that we received (his name is Al) and great contemporary looking furniture. Never stepping my foot in Leon's or Brick!
