Large outdoor dining with beautiful river view and foods are out of this world! You must visit this place at least once in your life!
Cute little place, with amazing tasting food! The kofte kebabs were the best in my opinion out of everything we had. The raspberry crepe cake was great too. One thing for sure the portion size is good.
I was reading some not so good reviews to understand better why would someone give this place anything other than 5 stars for everything that they do. It’s mostly due to inconsistent quality of the coffee I guess, due to changes with their working staff. I can understand that part but do they deserve second and third chance for all those people, they certainly do. This is such a rare place with all they offer. I can only praise them for their unique hospitality, quality of the food, drinks and cakes. I used to visit them occasionally but since recently this is my place to go on a daily basis. Just very grateful that they exist.
If you want the worst shakshuka ever, by taste and by look, oily, spicy, disgusting, with a bonus of a heartburn because of the gallon of the pure tomato paste in it, you are more than welcome to order it from «Wildberry.” And I did ask for the least possible amount of oil in my dish. Btw, menemen is also disgusting from this place.

French onion soup was great. French fries are equally amazing. The mashed potatoes are good. The coq au vin was okay to me, but my companion thought it was pretty good. Overall, a good meal. Prices are a bit high, so bring cash.
Very nice bistro on Smith Street. I went there as part of a group of 6. We all greatly enjoyed our brunch meals. The iced coffee wasn’t to my flavor profile, but it was good.
Well first off I had a reservation for 330 today. I got to the restaurant at 2pm. They didn't hesitate to accommodate me. We walk up some stairs an was seated in a cozy area. Our server I'm so sorry I don't remember her name . She was awesome!! We made our selections and she brought out the drinks. Shortly after we got our drinks our food came. OMG!! I got the pancakes and chicken sausage. Amazing... Fresh and hot. So flavorful. I also ordered the onion soup. That was delicious as well. Please please try this place. I pray your experience is as good as ours was
We had a beautiful dining experience in the garden. The 2019 Saint Emilion was perfect. We split a salad, and enjoyed the duck and the papardelle with poached egg. Can’t wait for our next date night at French Louie.
8am on a weekday when it opens very easily got a table for the breakfast menu (the longer brunch menu starts at 9:30). Cheddar scramble was tasty and filling whilst the pancakes were to die for! Although would probably have been better if we ordered a single pancake to share after our breakfast - could easily share a pancake between 3-4 people!
A very nice café with lots of Russian and Turkish dessert options. They have friendly staff, especially the guy named Cihan who is always committed to providing the best service. He is always very polite and helpful with choosing the right food. All 10/10, we will definitely return again.
My bagel was cold, which was disappointing. Toasting would have helped, but they didn’t offer and I didn’t think of it. I’m visiting from CA and I was looking forward to a good New York bagel, but this wasn’t it. It’s a cute vintage place. Crummy music.

Been here twice for brunch and dinner, and it’s been a 10/10 experience both times! The service is excellent and every single dish we’ve has been absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself is also extremely cute. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back!!
I’ve been coming to Bagel Pub at this location for +12 years. They have the best bagels in my opinion in Park Slope. Over Bagel World, La Bagel, Terrace Bagels, Bagel Hole, etc. They also have the largest ones. Some other ones are maybe 70% or 60% the size. While I have seen the price go up over the years. A bagel used to cost $1 flat including tax but now a single loose bagel 🥯 costs over $2. But cost aside, they have the largest and best bagels in the slope. Good place to catch up with a friend for coffee. My go-to bagel is the whole wheat sesame.

Phenomenal experience, and likely the best day to visit for brunch (after all, it is Sunday). I had the chicken sandwich that was just perfect, especially with a side of fries. The pancake was good as well, but very filling and a great option to possibly share as a table app. It’s something they’re known for, but a bit of an acquired taste. Very good though. If you plan on going, make a reservation or get there early in the day because it fills up fast. A must visit.
The food was okay. The French onion soup and the home fries were my favorite. Everything else did not taste as good as the first time I went, which was a year ago. I did enjoy their Bloody Mary mix. It was very busy for a Saturday afternoon. Wait staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was a nice vibe.

The pancakes were super fluffy. We asked for the hot sauce on the side for the biscuits and gravy, but I ended up adding it in as it really added to the dish.

I came here for brunch and had the Eggs Louie which was pretty good. I switched out the poached eggs for eggs scrambled soft. The buttery croissant was the star of the meal for me. I also ordered the Creme Brûlée french toast. It was just ok, the texture was nice but the sweetness wasn’t there as much as I expected.
The service here was on point and amazing and your cup will never be empty.

We had a wonderful breakfast in this charming cafe on our recent visit to the area. My latte was beautiful and delicious. Avo smash was great and my companions enjoyed their breakfast choices. Cafe has a nice ambiance and great service. All the cakes on the display looked delicious. They also have an outdoor area. I loved the mugs we got with our coffee drinks!
The atmosphere was very intimate and cozy, and we were there only a couple hours before close so it wasn't super busy. Our server was pretty unfriendly but otherwise the experience was good! the cocktails were pretty good but dinner and dessert were very very tasty.

This place is absolutely amazing! Their sunset happy hour deal which includes a variety of cocktails, pitchers, and wines is extremely affordable accompanied by 8-10$ small plates. Do not pass up on the octopus, fries, or french onion soup. The staff are super friendly and accommodated our group of 12 on a day’s notice.
Came here for a late brunch with a friend because the menu said it had fresh juice smoothies and pancakes. I wanted to feel slightly healthy by getting a green juice but still wanted fluffy pancakes. The menu was expansive so my eyes became bigger than my stomach and I ordered

Contrary to expectations, the sandwich lacked the promised chaos, featuring only a solitary piece of ham and bacon, with an inadequate portion of cheese. This should be a chicken gyro…. No chicken at all, some dry green salad, I had 1000 gyros in my life, this is the worst ever!!!!!!!
My mom and I went for dinner here (which was amazing) and immediately got reservations for brunch the next day (which was even better). The food is so unique, inventive, and delicious and the staff is so friendly! One of the chefs came up to talk to us at our table both times we visited. They were also very thoughtful and accommodating towards my dairy sensitivity. Definitely coming back next time i’m in the area!
On a fairly warm-ish Sat afternoon, we gathered the courage to bravely pull-off a walk-in at what always looks like a super busy establishment. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away as a group of six, and after walking a flight of stairs, we were seated in an extremely comfortable corner table which felt custom made for us! Noise levels were on the lower end, and we got to ordering right away.

We ordered the Sun Up Hazy IPA ($12) [they don't have any beers on tap], and a few cocktails which included our table favorite - the Sunday Bloody ($16). We also ordered a side of the Sunday Fries ($9) with Oregano, twice!
For mains, I got the Warm Grain Bowl ($19) with the egg on the side. The portion size was absolutely spot on. Our table favorite was the Hot Chicken Sandwich ($19) which was ordered by two people, and our order also included a Don Ruben Omelette ($19) which came with plenty of lettuce! We did a mistake of not reading the fine print that Sandwiches don't come with fries by default, and were charged for an extra ($5) - which I feel is a little unfair! As you can guess, we were left with a lot of fries at the end of our meal.

I love that the Adore waitress was super nice. The food was ridiculously good. It was so well portioned the portions were very big. The drinks were a bit small but they were tasty. The pickle okra was incredible. I have never tried that before, and the Spanish Dominican culture we eat this a lot, but never like this, so it was a great surprising new taste. I love how the waitress was very attentive and gave us enough time. They also had good energy in the restaurant. I really enjoyed this place. The food was very fresh. It was very well plated. The eggs were cook perfectly.
This place is always crowded and there is a reason why. The food is amazing. We were therefor brunch and ordered the chicken sandwich which was perfectly season. The chicken was crunchy outside and moist inside just as it should be. The other dish was the warm bowl with shrimp. There were so many delicious flavors that it was hard to determine what made the dish so good. Their drinks are also very good. Highly recommend.
Went with my hubby for early lunch. He had the burger which was good, it just wasn't seared so was grey in color. I had a wrap which was fine. The waitress was nice, but service was extremely slow even when it wasn't busy. We've always been huge fans of Pegasus, but last few times have not been so great.

I have always enjoyed breakfast here but lunch was sub par. Burger was grey and just ok. Wifes chicken gyro was very dry. Service was very slow. When I asked for a fleshly squeezed grapefruit juice to go on the way out the guy said okband then never made it. Strange. Won't be in a rush to go back and we've always really enjoyed it.
Stayed in Williamsburg for two months and stumbled upon this place early on looking for a place to watch college football. If you can get past the fact that it's a FL Gators bar it is a great place to watch a game. Should be noted that it gets packed and passionate fans will be present which I love. Wings are great and legitimately spicy if you get the hot ones. Bucket specials on beers are a huge plus. Staff gets after it and handles the crowds really well.
Okay Pegasus. Going all in for Christmas decorations!!! I’ve been here twice with my husband for breakfast and dinner and we really love it. My husband got something sweet while I got something savory. I got the HUEVOS RANCHEROS and my husband got the BANANAS FOSTER FRENCH TOAST. I’m not gonna lie, my husband dish was a nice kick to sweetness. I really like my gosh. The second time I got the same thing. Food was fresh and yummy. The vibes was great and I’ll definitely come again. P.S. the restaurant don’t accept credit card, but cash. However the restaurant now accept Venmo which is great. Definitely give this spot a try.
This spot definitely fills up on game day. Our food wasn’t spectacular and they gave us the wrong starter, but they were very busy. The atmosphere is great and they have a nice viewing area/tvs outside in case the inside is full.

Quite simply the best sports bar in Brooklyn. Staff is super friendly, food is delicious and way better than normal sports bar grub, and the crowd is fun. Love it.
The food here was just okay, I had the duck which came out really dry and tasted as if it was possibly frozen? The dish itself looked like a thanksgiving plate with everything piled on one dish. Not to mention it was $37 for this dry frozen duck, I don’t ever mind paying that for food but I mind when the food just isn’t up to par. On the other hand service was great and the bartender makes an awesome Negroni! Definitely recommend for drinks and maybe an app but not the duck!
3.5 stars mostly good. Kid friendly. Decent service. Sea scallop special was salty & tasted sour/old. Sauce was good. Mussels were phenomenal. Cornbread was dry. Steak was perfection. Burger and devil eggs were surprisingly good. Polite and somewhat romantic atmosphere during Dinner. Accommodated my birthday party of 8(plus two toddlers) very well.
I ordered take out and it was ready at exactly the time they said. They packed the smoothly very carefully so that it would not spill! Thank you to the chef and staff at Pure Bistro!

Cute little neighborhood gem — so pleasantly delicious! French Louie has a beautiful, intimate setting with great food. I got the Bavette steak frites for dinner (comes with a really yummy and fresh mixed salad. Topped with pickles tho so if you don’t like pickles, I’d tell them!). The fries are hand cut and so good. For lunch I got the trout po boy, also delicious and came with fries. My husband got a vegetable dish that I can’t remember the name of. It was good but we both admitted my po boy was better. We ordered a side of fries. Very intimate and chill. Perfect date night

Best bagels in Brooklyn. I stopped in early Sunday morning on my way to JFK and it hit the spot. Every time I’m in the area, I’m grabbing a half dozen.
I love this spot and have so since they opened. Always a good chill crowd, on weekdays you can grab a table and some damn fine food! Tasty pub fare with amazing fries. Always stop by here when I’m back in town. Keep up the great work.

Mix feeling so I'm just going to give something in the middle. Service was ok, prefer cash, coffee wasn't great compared to the price. Their coffee tastes like $1 coffee that delivery guy always gets in the morning.

Love this place for brunch! Whether I’m dining alone at the bar or on a date with my boyfriend, I always have a great experience! Sometimes getting a seat can take a while, but the wait is always worth it! The Peaches and Cream French Toast I my go to with a Bellini to drink! The atmosphere is friendly and trendy which attracts a diverse crowd. The service is so good and the staff are all very nice! Overall, one of my favorite brunch spots in Bay Ridge!
One of my favorite bagels place in the neighborhood. I been coming here for years and since the renovations the place looks really nice (cleaner) they did a really good job, also they have a backyard and all the staff is friendly. There’s many choices of cream cheese’s and bake goods, also the wraps are really good. Coffee is a little strong but I like it that way. My favorite thing to order is the Lox #1 with pumpernickel bagel is always on point (order that you won’t regret it), love it!

This is a cool local spot! I ordered the steak tartar and fries. The tartar is ok, a little plain. Fries amazing, drinks are great! The ambiance kinda has a feel of your rich friends’ house in the midwestern suburbs in 2009 which is fun. Good spot to hang and have some drinks!

Don’t let the Berghain-reminiscent line winding out the door fool you: this place is, like, fine. The portion size felt initially disappointing — the plate arrived and I gaped despondently at one little disc for a hash brown — but in the end I was sated. What I really appreciated: good flavors displaying attention to detail (especially liked the mustard seed in the salad greens and the generous goat cheese in the eggs).

Buttermilk Channel is a great place for brunch. I have come several times and received excellent meals and service every time. Reservations are recommended, as there is usually a wait for a table. When your food arrives, you will see why. I can eat. I can eat a lot. The Pecan Pie French Toast is one of the few dishes anywhere that I consistently can’t finish in one sitting. The biscuits are also excellent.

Group of 5, and we all enjoyed our food! Lots of vegetarian options as well. 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 2 sides and 2 desserts was plenty of food for 5 we were all stuffed and happy.

They have really yummy and healthy options of breakfast and satisfying 2 for $12 mimosas. I love my sweet potato home fries. The vibe here is pretty chill and laid back. Will come back again!
Came here for a celebratory dinner and was not disappointed. The ambience is lovely. The staff were all wonderful and so very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed everything we ate and specifically recommend the mussels, trout, fried chicken, and raspberry icebox cake. All were very flavorful and well crafted.
There is no place like this. It’s my most favorite place to eat in all of NYC. Delicious food, and the kindest and best restaurant owner I know. I’ve been going here for YEARS, and have loved it the whole time. The most delicious French fries in NYC— hands down.

Such a nice community feel! It’s changed over the years but remains a neighbourhood staple. Today I ordered food for my fiancés birthday and they were quick, delicious, and even wrote happy birthday on the packaging as I requested. Such a good experience!
Did brunch here on a busy Sunday. Was nice to see your place that is well run and able to serve a full house. Reservations look to be a really good idea on busy time is like Sunday brunch. The service was professional and friendly. Chicken sandwich tasted as good as it looked. Poached eggs were perfection. Pancakes were divine, the maple syrup was a sweet delight. And the fries, the fries! Don't forget to order some. Look forward to Dining there again when we visit family in Brooklyn.
Dropped in to grab bagels and a few sandwiches to start the day. Staff was courteous and food was ready in minutes. Good bagels and an impressive collection of crème cheese flavors that make it look more like a gelatoria than bagel shop. All around a good experience and everyone’s order (all 8) where on point. I went in to order a bacon egg and cheese on a roll salt pepper and ketchup a coffee and OJ was $9- 0.50 if you use a card they are nice very professional the food is very good they have some seating very nice place
Immediately sat on a Saturday morning. We ended up here because all the surrounding places were full. It ended up being a happy surprise, And the prices are great! The menu is definitely health focus, sweet potato and turkey bacon options. We got juices and ice cold Matcha lattes it was a hit for our hungry group. I thought the juice should have had more ginger but that’s ok.

My husband likes their Grilled Buffalo Chicken Bites and the massive Pure Burger. Summer Salad with side of Salmon was fresh and well made with huge chunks of mango & feta. Breakfasts are great too!

I also loved my burger, it was one of the better ones Ive had from a preparation standpoint, I got it with the blue cheese. The ratatouille omlette wasnt really a stand out but it was good.
The space outdoors is lots of little cafe tables and chairs, it has a roof on top in case it rains and has one big group table for shares and large parties.

Let me start by saying there may be a cultural aspect to this restaurant that my naivety missed, but I was not impressed with the taste of the food. I got the Curry Shrimp and Rice. And while you do get a healthy serving of food, the food itself didn’t have much taste to it. I had to add salt and pepper to give it a little flavor. Not to mention, there were tons of hard rice pieces in the rice. Not sure if it was overdone or old, but that too made for a less than desirable experience. I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because they were polite, and they have a robust menu. So maybe I just happen to order the wrong thing (although I asked for the most popular item). But I just don’t think I’d try it again.

I called my order in (2 BLTs on rolls) and asked when it would be ready. I was told by a woman "10 minutes" and arrived there in about 15 minutes. Then I waited on line for 7-10 minutes and was told my order was still being made, so I stepped to the side. After another 10 minutes I asked about my order again. This time the people behind the counter all started talking to each other and a woman walked over to another counter on the side and handed it to the person at the register. Apparently, it was sitting there the whole time!
The BLT was good, the service not so much. No one was rude, they were all polite. However, my order should have been clearly labeled and at the counter by the register not somewhere on the side getting cold. Also, making someone stand on a long line after they called their order in is inefficient from a business perspective and annoying for the customer. Have a separate line for phone orders or simply ask if someone ordered already and just needs to pay. They are always busy because the food is good (which is why I gave them 3 stars), so it would be a shame to loose customers due to time management issues (which is why I didn't give them 4 stars).

Not happy with that little guy who works there, he’s always wanna to touch customers and shake their hands and it’s just too much. Also prices are different every day, one day wrap costs $9 , the other day it’s $11 - exact same thing. The food is good, I love their bagels, but they have to change their menu and update prices.
The staff is super friendly, the food is amazingly - seriously you have to try the wings - and the atmosphere is fun! They currently have TVs setup outside for COVID and the majority of tables are covered in case of rain.

These guys are great! The service was nice and the staff welcoming. The price was good as well. Avenue U Bagels had Bagels, rolls and hero. Plus other different food to order. Avenue U Bagels has it and fresh. These guys are good and I'm definitely going back. Clean and friendly.
This is my breakfast spot almost every morning. Today I finally got lunch. When I tell you the FOOD tasted like it was straight from Trinidad. Omg, I had it all on my plate. I told the owner to put everything but meat. To have this Caribbean Spot in the middle of Greenpoint is amazing. It's right off of the backend of the G line. Never had a bad meal here.

This place was ok. The food photographed well. However, the food needed more seasoning. It was a lil bland. The bartender was also our server she was very pleasant and nice. Due to her double duty we didn't get the attention we deserve. For instance long wait for menus, took a while to get her attention for more napkins. Not her fault, it was because of staffing.
Is there a 6-star review option?! I am very impressed with this place. The dark-haired lady behind the counter may as well have been three people. Rarely do I see someone as good at their job as she is. Her ability to take orders, communicate with staff and organize dishes/coffee while also greeting half of the customers by their first names and personal questions blew me away. She is one of a kind.

Bagel Pub makes the best bagels in the hood, IMO. The are just the right size. Not so large that the center is a bit raw. Not so small that you feel you are not getting your money’s worth. Get The Hulk, best green smoothie with pineapple, greens, mango, and coconut water. Yum. Vegan spreads, too. I give he Blueberry Bagel 💯 out of 💯. Eat it plain and if you go there early enough, it’s hot! Nice staff. Always moving and filling orders.
I stopped by here on my way home from Europe. I've been eating at restaurants for the past 3 weeks and I'm a food snob anyway. So I was expecting to be settling when I came in here. But this place was effortlessly amazing! Friendly staff and notable community feel amongst the patrons. Very diverse offerings, from fancy coffees and savory bagel sandwiches to fresh juices and salads with topping for every palate. The place was clean and large and the ordering/paying process was obviously well thought out because it felt organized and this allowed me to THINK while ordering. With such a rich menu, this is an invaluable factor because I hate feeling rushed and pressured to decide only because they have only one guy taking orders and preparing food and taking payment. Here, everyone seemed to competently handle their part of the process!
