Went to the store this evening to look for football boots. Great selection and availability. Matia was extremely helpful. Definitely come back as experience so different to other sports directs.

Went to the store on Satday morning, around 10.40. Greeted by a lovely security with a big smile, I was then assisted by Royston (apologies is the spelling is incorrect) who was amazing! He was able to match me with the right shoes for daily wear. Despite being busy, he pay attention to my questions and ensure I was attended to. Also, the service was very efficient (20 mins, in-out 😍). I was so happy, I took my husband in and we ended up with 2 shoes! Happy customers! ❤️

I ordered a pair of shoes online while sitting in the store because they did not have my size. I received a confirmation email for my order with estimated delivery date for the following Monday. The date came and went with no further despatch email notification. You cannot get hold of anyone to speak to. Nobody cares. No refund. NOTHING. Where is my order????? THIEVES.!!!!!

Great experience in the shop. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to help you—there is plenty of stock to choose from. Also, they organise run clubs, so feel free to ask about that in-store.

My family had a great experience at the ON Regents Street store. My daughter participated in the Saturday morning womens empowerment run which was organised by Simon @ ON, and it was such an amazing experience for her. Everything that ON are doing for young athletes is really helping to build their brand and build loyalty for the potential future Olympians coming through. Love everything you guys are doing!

I came to change a damage basketball shoes after more then one month ( i use it twice but one of them was hearting my leg, i couldn't come earlier to the store), although i came without the box and the recipt they accept my refund and changed it to another pair. Amazing service

I went inside here to visit the GAME store that was all the way up on the sixth floor. Went to the lifts on the ground floor and found one was out of order. There was a staff member near the exit doors that didn’t think to tell me there was another lift not too far away that was in operation. He could clearly hear me talk about this to my mum. Maybe he thought because I was on the large side I needed to lose the weight I don’t know 😒Instead I climbed all the way to the top, to then wait around for a few minutes before the staff member who had the keys to all the games in GAME could access what I wanted. I felt really awkward standing around there. If I’m off on another trip to London I’ll find somewhere else I think.

I had a horrible experience at this store and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The store was severely overcrowded, making it difficult to move around and shop comfortably. There was a long line at the entrance, which only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, treating customers as if we were inconveniences rather than valued patrons. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and stressful. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

The store is really good with the robotic arms in front that makes me enter this store on the 23rd of July. I went inside and looked into the shoes section. I was interested in one particular shoe and suddenly an Indian shop assistant came to me with a rude manner and told me to step away. I was confused on why I was treated with really bad hospitality as I am a customer who is willing to buy a product. Since I was treated badly by this Indian shop assistant, I decided to just serve myself by taking the shoe on display and try it on myself. Later a young, white, bald shop assistant came to me to offer to try on a pair of the shoe with a polite and friendly manner that ends up with me buying a pair of the shoe. My shopping experience is saved by this shop assistant. This indian shop assistant needs to be sent back to India as he is really amateur and needs more training on how to handle customers with great manner.

What more could a sports enthusiast want. The most magnificent store that caters for every age, gender and sporting interest. Sales are brilliant and one can pick up a pure bargain. Be prepared to spend a few hours shopping, it’s that big. A shopping experience for the whole family.

Great store for sportswear and luggage deals. Football section was vast. My 10 year old was literally overcome with emotions when choosing a new football kit. Service there yesterday was great.

Warm, friendly and helpful experience at ON in Regent’s Street. I went to exchange a pair of trainers, and the customer service assistant Ash was very helpful and helped me choose an alternative trainers that suited my needs best. Would definitely recommend their service in helping find a perfect trainers.

I recently had a great experience at this store. My friend and I visited twice, once last week and again on May 6th at around 4:30pm. Eric (or Erik) assisted us both times and he knew exactly what would best fit my walking needs, including helping me choose the correct size. It took me a while to make my decision, but he was patient and super helpful every time I changed my mind. Honestly, if it wasn't for him, I don't think I would rate this store 5 stars. So, I would like to extend my thanks to Eric for his exceptional service.

Visited the Marble Arch ASICS’s and yulizh was really helpful. Another staff member failed to do the minimal and find out if a particular shoe was available, she instantly said “No, we don’t have it”. Only to be supported by Yulizh who swiftly mentioned they had it and and retrieved it which we then bought! It’s a shame that not only was the staff member not motivated to make sales but also lacked the simple essentials of customer service

The shop attendants were unable to answer any of my questions, providing only generic information. They explicitly stated that the trainers are made to last only one or two years and suggested it's best to purchase previous models from an online outlet. As someone who has worn ASICS for many years, I was deeply disappointed by the operational approach of their stores. Such poor store management led me to question the quality of the actual trainers. I left the store without making a purchase and now considering other brands. I wish I hadn't gone there, as my impression of ASICS has drastically changed.

Complete amateurs in this store. You’d expect a company who is charging up to £150 or more for a pair of running trainers that they’d have better qualified employees to sell your product. ON are charging way too much for the mass production of running shoes that are made in China. I went in store recently to buy the new Cloudmonster 2 trainers but they didn’t have my size in stock which is shocking. I also ordered a shoe on their website to be later told via an email that the shoe was out of stock. Shocking! Customer service at this store is very bad and they are also rude which is tarnishing the ON brand with the rude amateurs working in their store. The staff downstairs are not very helpful, where the staff upstairs are more accommodating. Some of the workers they look like they don’t want to work there. How did these guys even get a job at ON? With the ON running shoes’ egg-cone-box style cushioning technology, you are more prone to sustain knee and hip injuries which is very concerning. ON running is overhyped, overpriced and most of all overrated.

Very nice staff and excellent shoes. Really excited to try my tennis shoes and amazing you offer a 90 day trial to return if not happy. I can’t see why I would need to. Had awful issues with office shoes so that’s why i went for Oasics just incase. Bravo!

After traveling to the Sports Direct store located at Whitechapel road, then Mile end road, I was told to travel to the store located at Picadilly Circus to ask if they could help get a refund for a a shirt for my nephew, a lady named Carolina was very kind and helpful and deserves a pay rise because she explained that Sports Direct does not offer refunds. She explained that they give you a voucher instead. This forces Customers to purchase from their company. It is evil and wrong. If you make a mistake and want to return an item, no one picks up when you call their customer service number. When you email, they respond that you will get a full refund and when you visit the store, staff refuse the refund and tell you the email from Sports Direct is a lie. Management need to learn that customers make mistakes and sometimes deserve a refund on the product. Learn to provide good customer service and reduce your prices because there is a cost of living crisis.

I am aware that staff have been cut in all Spots Direct shops at least in North London but it is no excuse for providing a poor service.
I had to the staff to ask for help and the man was quite abrupt like he could not be bothered.
I did say that l was referred there by the Wood Green branch because they had a wider selection of Sketchers high arch.
He said to me we don't have those shoes but go and check!!
I said to the cashier that the customer service was very poor and that l would never ship there again.
This was after she wanted to upsell a promotion because l had spent £70.
While l finished paying for the product she phoned and said to someone that I paid for the shoes.!!!

Staff doesn't understand proper English and service was very slow. I strictly asked for shoes with Gel as I am 76 years old and suffer from arthtitis. I have slways bought shoes with Gel from this store for the last 6 years.. After trying quote a few shoes, I was at the till and asked for final reassurance that those shoes have gel. I was shocked when told that they don't have Gel. The guy at the till questioned me very rudely that who told me this. I told him that all three of the shop assistants in the basement. They were all girls. He didn't believe me and was very rude. I left without buying as it was almost closing time. It used to be a very good store but no more. Shall never go their again.

Went yesterday for a gait analysis - Spoke to somebody working upstairs in Cotswold shop and was made to pay before even having the appointment, only to be told that my payment hadn’t gone through despite it showing up as paid on my banking app. The staff member was very rude, telling me I was wrong and after refusing to pay again, he eventually let me go down saying “that’s okay we’ll do it for free” (even though I had in fact paid). It made me feel so embarrassed, that I was given a free service as if I wasn’t willing to pay at all. So I go downstairs for my appointment where I questioned if the salesman could speak English - he kept gesturing to me to do things like sit down or run on the treadmill. After watching my running video back, he told me I had a neutral position when running and that was it. To think I paid £15 for that. He recommended three pairs of shoes, all of which were above £175. The whole thing felt like a money making scheme - didn’t ask me about what I wanted, how far I run, etc. Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, was a waste of time.

Really bad experience! I was clearly trying buy some shoes and they showed 0 effort to try and help me! Store closes at 7pm and I was there at 6:15. They were so slow, it took forever to come and check on me every time I tried something even if I tried nudging them. I was like I really wanted to buy a shoe here only to find out they had mixed the prices between the shoes and tell me had not time to switch the tags. There were at least 4 members of staff with 1 always chilling at all times... don't give me this! Wasted almost a full hour of mine just because they couldn't be bothered....For the boss if you're reading this, it happened on Tuesday the 31/10/2023 at 6:15-7pm. A good sales man just tried to sell you something. Definitely not the case here so I just left without buying anything. If you are looking for help buying shoes, don't go there!

It's good place for shopping sports wear. It's nearby Piccadilly Circus so easy to go. I had 5 floor and good collection in all floors.

Pretty good as far as Sport Direct goes. Great variety of products and services (picture attached). It's in a very nice location right in Piccadilly Circus, though you won't find parking anywhere in the area. Prices are ok for the middle of London.

Had a fantastic experience at this shop! Kassim knows all the brands and models and can recommend shoes fitting your needs and concerns. He does an anatomical analysis to find your perfect shoe and is helpful and super friendly. I would highly recommend getting a pair here.

Sold out of what I wanted and hard to get help but on my 4th visit I caught someone. Once you get someone the staff is great but the wait times can be absurd and the shoe section is such that you can't do anything until you have help.

This is a fantastic running store. I was served by the amazing Liam who gave incredible advice to my specific needs and he was doing this whilst balancing multiple customers, bringing multiple stock out and analysing running gaits for customers all at once. Had a great experience in this location. I booked a gait analysis on the runners need website, when I got there they were ready to start. They showed me how I was running and what shoes would be best for me, gave me multiple trainers options. Very good service, will recommend to friends.

Like others have said, Joe is amazing. Had gait analysis and he gave me really useful advice about my running technique and patiently helped me figure out the right pair of shoes. Ended up buying on the Runners Need website for a different colour option that wasn't available in store but can't thank Joe enough.

I’ve never been a proper runner (having dabbled during lockdown). It’s always felt really intimidating especially when I am not at peak fitness. Zara was amazing in helping get me sorted, explaining what I needed and what was best to support me in my goals. The customer service was excellent. It was particularly impressive that she was dealing with two other customers without compromising in quality of interactions. So grateful to her and the team. Will certainly be returning to the store in the future, they’ve made me excited to start running

I placed an order today and when selecting Apple Pay as payment method, after my Face ID was scanned and payment showed “processing” delivery method was automatically selected as next day delivery which cost £11.99. While payment is processing you cannot click anywhere to cancel and I have emailed your customer service who said no changes can be done on the order: I am outraged that nothing can be done from your API somehow selecting the most expensive delivery option without letting me pick or approve anything and I somehow must be happy to pay an additional £11.99 on a website for affordable sports gear! I am a loyal customer and expect this technological wrong to be made right.

Had a gait analysis session today with Joe and cannot recommend highly enough! Super professional, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Had initially assumed I needed higher cushioned shoes to avoid knee pain, however he explained the importance of proper running gait and reducing heel striking. He recommended a number of shoes to try, based on my gait, and I was able to select a pair which felt great and suited me perfectly - also was a welcome surprise, as I had not considered this model prior. Many thanks to Joe and a 5-star recommendation!

Great customer service here especially the 5th floor running section. Came here a few times already and this is my go-to store for sporting goods whenever I’m around the area. Was looking for some running shoes. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and gives you good advice and recommendations. Better store compared to the Sports Direct on Oxford Street (near Tottenham Court Road). I had a question and they didn’t blink an eye.

I went here thinking they would have a huge selection of asics running shoes, which is not the case. They do have a selection of footwear from various companies and a good selection of sportswear and outerwear. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The stock is well displayed. The disadvantage would be that on the day we visited, there was insufficient staff and customers waiting to be helped.

Staff need training on customer service, they ignored people and were really rude and blunt. They had very little in stock, and couldn't be bothered to advise. I had more luck in the Green Park store.

Gary really couldn’t be bothered to help or serve me, everything seems such an effort. He has a very strange attitude for working in a running shop which helps advise people running shoes. Maybe try go to one of the other shops in London, because this one clearly doesn’t want any business.

You would think the birthplace of the game has a ton of options for boots but London is really hit and miss for boots. The only remaining Lillywhites ( all other stores are Sports Direct) is a good option for selection . Staff was helpful but stock was lacking in some sizes for top flight options.

Having worn out two pairs, I needed to replace my running shoes. I had a voucher for Runners Need, and planned to visit during a trip to London. The Piccadilly shop was first on my route but it was very busy when I got there. I carried on to Covent Garden instead and was glad I did because I met Shad, He was really helpful, particularly in sizing since using a sizer he showed I was wearing half a size too small which was causing me the beginnings of black toe. He also gave me useful feedback on the treadmill which is used for informal gait analysis . They had a fairly good range of shoes, almost a ‘top 20’ selection. I was tempted by carbon, but was told that the benefits were minimal in relation to where I was in running form. I’ll have to run more miles then.

I've been there a few times and I've found the store very chaotic. They have a very tiny women's section but a larger men's section. I've noticed that staff don't wear uniforms so it's so hard to find someone to ask for help. I picked up a parcel a few weeks ago and I had to wait 5 minutes until the member of staff found it. The queue was getting longer and someone who I think was staff, as he was (almost) behind the till handling hangers, didn't come to help reduce the queue.
I don't recommend it if you're looking for women's clothes but you may be lucky if you're looking for men's clothes.

I am very happy because I looking for two pairs of trainers and the shop had them in the right size. The shop is near to the bus stop and is very big. There have plenty of different trainers and shoes in different companies. The staff was very helpful, only one thing: the price tag of one of box of my pair was not match with the price in their system and on the shelf had a totally different price.

They offer a large selection of sports and outdoor clothing, the prices can be a little steep in my opinion. I used to remember feeling like you could get some bargains in there. But it feels like the shops internal layout and display has been charged to more of a boutique style, especially when it comes to footwear. I find when looking for trainers in adult sizes 11 you struggle to find them in stock. I also don't like the fact that when returning unwanted items they only offer a credit note. Because of this you really need to make sure you're happy with your selection before paying. Car parking at Kew retail is plentiful and it's free. They have other shops that serve coffee and food so there is no need to leave the retail park. Hope the review helps.

Lots of stock for opening. Very spacious.
