It’s a shame that according to the pictures and their other content their works looks nice but the owner is ridiculously rude. She will shut the phone off on you avoid your calls and keep you hanging and wont respond nicely at all! You would have to beg her for an answer. If she wants to keeps the business the owner should hire a customer service representative! Completely unhelpful!

Had an excellent rental experience with Haddad events!
Needed a comfortable and stylish couch for my friend's baby shower and it had to be light blue to match the " Teddy Bear / Welcoming A Baby Boy " theme.
Hadil and her team were prompt, communicative, flexible, and kind through out the entire process!
We had to make a number of changes when it came to pick up and return - Haddad Events was very understanding and the couch was in great, event ready condition when we picked it up. It matched the theme perfectly and was the perfect " throne" for the Mom - To - Be. Thank you so much!!

She did a great job with the decoration but customer service needs to be worked on! She got an attitude when asked to make a change for literally 1 balloon! After she was done she just left leaving us to guess that she was done!

My husband and I just went to this party city to ask about a garland, we had a few extra questions about transporting it. So, the “manager” came to talk to us and boy… his attitude was unprofessional and he seemed bother by our question. Please Party City provide customer service training to your staff, specially the “managers”.

Great customer service! The regular standard balloons didn't stay inflated long but the Graduation balloons are still up floating since May 4th! Great!

We had a great experience with Partistry Events! Andrea was incredibly responsive and easy to work with and had great ideas about which kinds of centerpieces and other decor would work well for our event -- and keep us within our budget. At the event itself, Bianca did a great job with delivery and installation, and her work really made the place look fantastic. I recommend them highly and will definitely be calling them again for future events!

Working with Haddad events was a bit difficult. I am giving 2 stars because the set up was great but customer service was not up to par. I reached out mid February for a baby shower March 10 and took forever to receive a response or get anything in place until a few days before the baby shower. Also, I was given attitude and threatened about payment. They use quickbooks for their payment method and I was given the option to schedule the payment for a future date. The owner then caught an attitude with me over the phone saying “I have been doing this for 4 years and that is not an option.” I was a bit shocked at her response as I am a paying customer and her response could have been a bit nicer. I went ahead and made the payment and sent a screen shot of the 0 dollar balance. Later in the week after the baby shower I was sent a text message that the second half of the payment was not received and if not received by Friday then legal action will be taken against me. I understand that you would like to receive your payment, but threatening your paying customer is not acceptable. Then they proceeded to call someone else who had nothing to do with the payment and stated the charge was disputed. Now a lie was told and I went to do some investigation as to what happened with second part of the payment. The issue was resolved on my end, but my advice would be to be kinder to your customers as we are paying a lot of money for your services especially if you’re communication is not up to par. Learn to be a bit more flexible with your customers and more considerate.

Thank you so much! This was for an event that no one ever wants. I lost a child, just 38 years old. Balloons have been a part of our lives since my kids you toddlers. Knowing that I would have this display was the only thing that got me through. ALL attendees appreciated the beautiful display. I don’t know if this was their first for a Memorial but it certainly won’t the last. Thank you all so much! ❤️🕊️
Both Andrea (Sales Manager) and Adena (Installation Manager) were a delight to work with. Andrea made the entire process streamlined and efficient, and Adena was flawless in her execution of our gorgeous, out-of-this-world balloon arch! The cost is absolutely within reach for small corporations and well worth it, if you've ever assembled a balloon arch yourself! Give these ladies a chance, you won't regret it!

I’m big on customer service! I can’t blame this on racial profiling when my mate saw the employee treat someone else the same way. Sometime you just have one bad apple making all the other apples look bad. Moving forward there was one employee saw my frustration and asked if I needed any help. It was my 27 anniversary at work and wanted to celebrate while on my night shift. I believe her name was Ashley. I will give her a 5 on helpfulness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She saw my disappointment corrected a negative situation and turned it into a positive experience. I am glad I was open to accepting her help. Thank you, Ashley. I hope I’m using the correct name. She was working on the end register on Feb. 11, 2004, around 1230-1p. Hope this info will be helpful.

I ordered three different color balloons on line…blue, white, and gold…the string on the balloons were black. I asked why the decision was made to use black and not any other color of the balloons and was told they didn’t have enough white string for 14 balloons and the manager said to do what they can. I had to purchase string from Party City, so yes string was in stock in the store. This was very frustrating and there should be an option on line to request a string color and not be surprised with a string color that doesn’t match the balloons because the manager has not properly stocked. So disappointed in party city for this one!
Great job! Very responsive, and quickly handled communication and setup. We appreciated their understanding and flexibility since there was an event that was booked right before our corporate event, so there was not a lot of wiggle room for timing. But, they came in ready to go and got everything set up without missing a beat! Thank you!

I thought I placed an order for my son's birthday, but I had not. I called the Columbia MD location a few hours before we were due home and Lawrence went ABOVE and BEYOND for me to get balloons delivered to our home before we arrived - THANK YOU LAWRENCE!!! It’s a little run down, but that makes sense since I think most people order party supplies from Amazon now.

DO go for the helium balloons! The staff is very helpful about those.

DONT go for tablecloths or party supplies. You can find everything else cheaper at Walmart (for example a table cover at party city was $4.50 while a similar table cover at Walmart was $2.50)

If you get helium balloons, know that they will be good for a long time. They will stay fresh for 48 hours as long as you keep them in a warm environment. I got my balloons January 18 and today is the 30th — they are STILL floating and full (as seen in the photo)
I booked Partistry Events for my company Anniversary Party. Our theme was Roaring 20's and Partistry Events delivered. We ordered an organic garland and they did not disappoint. Our balloon artist was professional and well prepared with balloons already blown up for time efficiency. Booking was easy and the flow of communication was consistent. I highly recommend this company and will be booking again in the future.

Worked with Andrea on a last minute order for a corporate event. She was very responsive and easy to work with. Install went as planned and the balloons created a fun entrance and added the perfect pop of color we were hoping for!

We were so thrilled with our balloon art. It really added a flare to our Annual Meeting and the attendees loved it!! At times there were lines for people to take pictures with it! We would definitely recommend!

This is the second shower we have hired Partistry Events and they have been an amazing experience each and every time from start to finish! The efforts to make your vision come to life, to step by step color matching, dedication to formulate each detail and the overall delivery on the day of your event takes so much off of your plate! Haddad Events did an amazing job with the balloons and backdrop for my graduation party! I was so pleased with how everything turned out! They definitely surpassed my expectations. I worked with Haddad Events for my daughter's first birthday party. Both Hadil and her husband were very responsive, patient, and easy to work with. Communication was seamless and I can tell they truly enjoy what they do. They went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and that is a core memory we'll hold on to forever. They even surprised us by adding an additional print to the main backboard to go with our theme! Everyone was in awe of the set up and we have already recommended them to many friends. I highly recommend their "One Year" board (you get to keep it after the event). We look forward to working with them again. Thank you so much!

First, customer service was wonderful! Sadly, our helium balloons in latex or regular materials didn’t hold the gas and they drooped within a few short hours. The Mylar Ballons Held the gas and stayed up for our party. Prices competitive and service fast with minimal wait. Please get better quality balloons!!

I recently found this place through my mom and I’m so glad we decided to try this place out. The customer service is outstanding and Ms. Lola has such a sweet, kind spirit. She has so many things to choose from to the point it is overwhelming! I purchased a balloon from her and I can still say it’s still holding up. It’s very affordable and so much better than Party City. Ms. Lola can definitely count me as her regular customer.

The customer service is outstanding. They have large variety of party supplies. The prices are reasonable.You don’t have to stand in long lines like Party City. You don’t have to wait for 1 hour to get your balloons blown up. Check them out and you will not be disappointed.

I purchased Birthday balloons for my sons from here and customer serviceis fantastic. Not only is there no wait...great selection...but can I tell you??!! These balloons last forever!!!!!...and look still full blown!!! Party City watch out 👀lol

There's no wait time for balloons!! And they have A HUGE selection. I first went to Party City and was told there's a 1.5 hour wait, at two different locations.

Here they got my balloons ready right away and the customer service is great :)

Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time. I looked up a product to see if it was in stock and the Columbia location has 7. The problem is they have it but you will not be able to get it because the inventory that should be in the back is thrown all over the store. And the inventory that should be readily retrievable is not. On top of that, when you ask Management or Staff about buying it they have an attitude and tell you to go to another store when they have it in stock.
