I discovered OCVS based off of reviews, and want to contribute to that for other future users. They seemed to be highly regarded by others online, and so I decided to make the choice to work with them. I was not disappointed.
First, beyond the reviews I saw, I was reassured by their policy of providing courtesy review prior to accepting clients (and importantly, payment) to ensure a good fit. This was a good sign from the start demonstrating integrity and a commitment to making sure no one is wasting their time or money in this process.
Second, their formal review of the documents for any potential issues was similarly reassuring. Living in Texas and it’s not an easy process to get a Chinese visa. My friend referred us to use Oasis China Visa Services. Leon and his team did an outstanding job to help us get our visas. They were super-helpful with filling the visa application forms and very detailed oriented. We received our visas within 2 weeks and their fees are reasonable and probably better as we checked that for the same price, other agents’ services will take about 4 weeks to process.
First time gathering proper documentation to visit China. This company worked perfectly well for me. They gave clear instructions and helped me correct some errors on my original application to the embassy with ease. Once everything was prepared, their turn around time was very nice ( only about a week and a half). Being from Florida, I couldn't stay in DC for long, but Oasis China Visa Services came through for me with their passport pickup and mailing service. They packed my passport safely with a cover, so no worries about it getting banged up in the mail. I received my passport two days after the pickup day.

Oasis is wonderful! We used their services on two separate occasions, one for ourselves and one time for our group of friends. They are very polite, responsive via email and call, and available to answer any questions we have. They made sure to communicate clearly next steps and action items we needed to do to the make the process smooth.

I wish to thank Ekaterina at World Visit Center for helping me get my visa processed and approved. I had previously contacted two other companies as well as the Russian Embassy and none were able to help or even answer simple questions. Company #1 incorrectly told me that the Russian Embassy was closed and that they did not issue visas. The Russian Embassy then directed me to Company #2, except that company was unable to answer simple questions or explain what I needed to do. Instead they referred me to their web site which was full of conflicting statements as to what I needed to provided to them. In contrast, Ekaterina at World Visit Center answered all of my questions, and helped correct my application so that it could be processed by the embassy. Today I received the visa in the mail and was absolutely pleased with the result.

I have to say this was definitely a nail biting experience for me. I dropped the ball on a name change for my passport only two weeks away from my trip to Europe. I was skeptical at first, hearing that a lot these agencies are a scam, but David came through, he was very nice on our initial phone call and didn’t try to pressure me and seemed very honest and helpful, my paperwork was mailed out Wednesday night, received Thursday and was back to me by Monday, just follow the checklist instructions!! David is a very busy man so make sure you have all your questions prepared before you call but also just let them do their job I promise it works
I scheduled the appointment online for the 9.30 AM slot. The place was not overly crowded, and I submitted the required documents smoothly and quickly. They conveniently accept credit card payments. Just make sure to bring all the correct documents as per the checklist. The GEP office is located on the 3rd floor, and the entire process is straightforward and easy.
I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled to write this review to thank David at Fast Passport Center. He helped us get a passport for our daughter in less than two weeks when we really needed the help. Then a few months later, we found ourselves in a bigger emergency. I had already applied for two passports for my daughter and son. All of a sudden, the processing time increased from 7-9 weeks to 10-13 weeks. But the passports were already in process, so I didn't know if I could even start from scratch or what to do. I called David and he was AMAZING. While I was in anxiety-ridden panic, he patiently explained how the system works, what my options were, and how he could help. He never pressured me. He was not "sales-y" at all. Just a very helpful resource. I referred a few different people to him and they were also very happy. Yes, some of the services aren't cheap, but if you're in an emergency and you need help, you can trust David and Fast Passport Center. They are reputable, credible, and effective.
David came through at the very last minute for me. I was able to get all of my documents sent in on a Thursday and my passport arrived on Wednesday, that is exactly what was advertised! I received a passport within 3-4 BUSINESS days and it was worth every single penny. I head out in my trip tomorrow and couldn’t be happier.
I have to admit that in the beginning the communication was a bit unclear. After I had spoken with David, I called and emailed a few times with some questions, but several times I had difficulty getting through. After finally checking the emails I found David's mobile number and using that I was able to get all my questions answered. I was very nervous because of how little time we had to get the Passport, but David calmly went through each of my questions and insured that I had the right answers. The couriers that he works with who accepted my submittal were also fantastic and helpful. Once I had the packet complete it took about 3 days total to get the renewed Passport back.
Just follow the checklist and if you have any questions make sure you call the mobile number to get your answers.

Needed a new passport in two weeks and got it in less. Post initial communication is lucky so talk absolutely everything out on that first call you’ll be lucky to get an email or call after that. Personally would recommend 10/10 other than communication

David guided me through the entire process, his instructions were clear and concise. The checklist leaves no room for errors or delays. I received my passport on Thursday. My husband is asked to come to Washington DC for biometrics. My application is under observation. We applied on March 10th. Since we didn’t hear anything back from Portugal embassy and after multiple attempts to contact VFS Miami, we shot an email to Portugal consulate on April 15th.First they replied that they don’t have our visa application paper.Then we got another email from VFS and asked my husband to come for biometrics as there is some technical issues.
We are suppose to fly on April 23rd.
My question is is there any way if my husband fly tomorrow April 21st to DC, we can get passport with visa on the same day?

I applied for the NZ visitor visa and I was supposed to send the physical copy of my passport to VFS to verify. Turns out NZ immigration changed the rules and the passport was no longed required physically. However, I wasn't communicated this by VFS and they sent me the link to deposit the money for the courier services. I did the same, but even after a week I didn't receive any shipping label/any information from these people. On the 8th day, I got my e-visa approved by the New Zealand immigration.
So, I sent an email to these people that I didn't even send my passport or receive any shipping label/information from VFS. So, please issue me the refund as I didn't use any of the services.

I contacted Travel Visa Pro to assist me in applying for a 10 year Chinese tourist visa. I live in Florida. Arvin and Kestutis were so wonderful to work with. I recently applied for France Tourism Visa. I scheduled my appointment at 9.00 but the wait was around an hour since each staff really pays attention to your documents. They make sure that everything is correct according to the requirement of the French embassy. In this sense, I think it is acceptable for the waiting time because it means that you would get your visa approved, definitely better than rushing through everything and paid for all the services just to be rejected. Staffs there are very patient and polite as well. I apply on Monday and got my passport back next Monday (5 working days to process).

David is an absolute saint! We planned a last minute trip and couldn’t get clarity from the airlines as to whether or not they required 6-month passport validity to travel internationally. When I couldn’t get an appointment with the passport office on my own, I found this service. I was apprehensive about putting my passport in the mail with 10 days to departure, but David walked me through the process so confidently that I jumped into action. Sure enough, my passport arrived exactly when he said it would. David was direct and to the point, but also demonstrated genuine concern for helping his clients with significant knowledge of the expedited passport process. Thanks for saving our trip!
I submitted my application a month and a half ago at the Washington DC office, for a visa to Portugal. The date my application was dispatched to the embassy has changed 3 times so far and I don't have an answer to why this has happened. Last time I was told my application was sent on March 9th, which is over a month and a half after I submitted my application!! I tried calling and sending emails but no one is able to give me an answer or a proper update on the status of my application.
Update: I received an email from the embassy today saying that they received my application yesterday!! Yes, my application was at the center for 2 months!! My trip is in a week and the embassy needs at least 1 week to have a decision.

I was terrified after reading the reviews of this place! Convinced myself that my passport would be lost or it would take forever to get it back.
I am happy to share that my passport was returned within 15 business days of applying. I applied for a Tourist VISA to Portugal. I'm super frustrated by my experience applying for Portugal Schengen Visa with VFS Global. I submitted my application and provided my biometrics in person at the VAC in Washington, D.C. on 14 Feb 2023. It has been longer than the normal 15 business days processing time, and I have not received any updates so far. I decided to call the Portuguese Embassy directly today. Although the tracking system on VFS website showed that my application has been dispatched to the Portuguese Embassy from day1 of submission (14 Feb 2023) which is now 3 weeks ago, the Portuguese Embassy informed me that they never received my passport and application from VFS. I am super confused and concerned that my passport is lost. Moreover I have an emergent international trip due to a family issue that I need my passport back as soon as possible. I tried to contact VFS helpline both via phone and email without any helpful information.
If the VFS admin sees my message, please advise on the options/way to escalate this complaint. I really need my passport back. I hope you understand my frustration. Thank you

This VFS location lost my passport and won't give me an update. I have contacted Portugal Embassy and they said that they do not have my application with them yet after 15 business days of submitting my application with VFS in DC. The tracking status on the VFS site says my application has been sent to the Portuguese Embassy 16 business days ago. I am trying to contact VFS and they escalated a case and said it will take 3-5 business days to resolve. I am losing my patience.
update: Day -3 and they still don't know where my passport is. As per the Portuguese Embassy, they have not yet received my application which I submitted to VFS Global DC office in person on Feb 15th, 2023.

If only I could give zero stars. I usually have a straightforward experience applying for a visa, but my most recent visa application process was horrible. I've done this so many times that I come fully prepared with all required documents, and my appointment takes a few minutes only. I started calling to check my visa status about a month after I applied (it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks tops), and checking it online, I kept getting the same answer on both sides: "In Processing". When my flight was under a week away I started stressing and planning on canceling flights and hotels etc.. I even called a Dutch office in the Netherlands to check but got no answer. I then decided to show up at VFS unannounced, only to find that my passport and visa had been ready for over two weeks, waiting for me to pick it up.
Not only was I not notified by email (triple/quadruple checked all my email folders) or phone, but when I called to ask, I was expressly told it was NOT ready.
Shame on you guys, this is not to be taken lightly for people who need visas to go everywhere.

I had a very important business meeting that was short notice. My passport was going to expire within a month and needed it renewed quickly. I contacted a few travel documents companies and found that Travel Visa Pro was the only one that could get my passport back in time.

VFS is on the second floor and you can bring a bag with you.
Everything is done in 40min. The lady in front desk is sweet. I am applying for Portugal and the staff (a lady in counter 5) is also very friendly and patient. She explained everything in details. But I can hear the other two male staffs beside her talking like robots… so far I would give a five star.
Basically, she just collected all the documents following the checklist you can download in the website. And did the fingerprints and photo. She told me the processing time is 15 business days not 15 days… and my flight is in 16 days. So again finger crossed 🤞. But since the summer is gone. She says it might be quicker right now. And and the sweet front desk lady also told me people can get the Portugal visa in a week or so.
Probably it differs from countries. For Portugal, there are tracking number, email and phone number on the receipt that you can use to track your application. I’ll get back to this post when I got the visa.

But first the tracking website has no updates. Second the stamp is on Oct 6, but they send it to me on 10th. Btw, they did not put my apt number on the address but fedex figured it out maybe based on history…. Cheers!

We had an excellent experience with Travel Visa Pro and HIGHLY recommend them. We found out at the airport that our daughter’s passport expired too close to our return date and couldn’t board the plane for a family reunion in Europe. The embassy used to have lovely sunflower gardens across the street that made the dull Soviet era architecture tolerable to look at. But someone ripped them out last week. Looks hideous again.

The three things that impressed us with this company vs. other travel agencies we used in the past: 1) Best communication ever. We had questions answered immediately and didn't have to sit on hold like we did with other companies. Staff was helpful and worked very fast to get us our visas and tracking #'s. 2) They took PayPal and credit cards. Other companies wanted money orders and that's just too risky to lose in the mail. + they were cheaper! 3) Processing took 2 weeks! We were told by other agencies it would take 7 weeks!

Working with the World Visit Center simplified setting up travel, getting an invitation letter, and applying for a Russian tourist visa. They were recommended to me by a Russian friend. I found them to be very prompt and attentive to detail. It appears that a single individual handles all of your paperwork (Natalia in my case). She was outstanding -- quick to respond by email, give clear instructions, and keep me posted at each step. Thanks for the great customer service!
Needed a VISA for travel to China. They had an incredibly thorough checklist of items that neatly and clearly explained everything.
After paying, I was able to speak on the phone to the person handling my case. He walked through the checklist with me again and wound up making a few more items even clearer (needed to make sure my name was listed on the hotel reservation and also let me know I could NOT use the same photo from my passport for my visa...and since I just renewed my passport I had planned to do just that.).
Once he walked me through everything he emailed me a FEDEX shipping label. I gathered all my documents and passport and sent them off to FEDEX on Friday, January 26. They arrived the next day and I received email updates every time a new step in the process was completed. To my surprise, I received notice that everything was complete just 6 days later and today, Feb 2, I have my passport with VISA in hand.
Could not have been easier or faster. Also, they accept credit card payment ONLINE which is much better than the other companies I looked at who either wanted a check or for me to write out my credit card info on a piece of paper and submit with my application. That did NOT seem safe to send my passport and a credit card number off to someone I didn't know.
