Well I've never had an issue per se at this particular mall it is a very old structure more than 40 years old to be exact I literally grew up in and around that area and have never seen that mall upgraded not once I've seen Major grocery stores come and go and change hands often but The mall itself is nothing unique It's a single level structure with very minimalist interior decor nothing really is a appealing to the eye basic mom-and-pop shops selling everything from furniture to hair salons a TD Bank a variety store and that's pretty much it I believe this location is destined for demolition and probably a condo at some point.
I visited my first time on Sat. September 23rd namely for the antique market. I was disappointed as there were very few stalls to browse at. There weren’t any prices labelled unless it was a bargain place selling trinkets and odds and ends.
The best experience I had was at the food court. The churros were amazing. See photos. Highly recommend!!!

The only reason that I visited this retail relic of the past is Tim Hortons & the Dollaramma. Avoid the rest..
Community needs a grocery store. Not another Tim's! There is war veterans housing beside this plaza lacking a fresh food grocery store. Used to have one. But the owner only thinks of themselves. Very sad indeed. Wouldn't recommend.

Great! I like it a lot! I found a lot of fresh and tasty ingredients, some familiar brands and another unknown for me. Prices are good and accessible. I bought so many food. I recommend it.

The market as everything you need form food to furniture and if you are looking for quality gift to take back for friends and relatives see the shop with the best customer service I found and you can use your card.
I was just here to do late night laundry and as I was leaving there was a drunk dude laying on the ground and a cop walking around taking photos of the plaza... so yeah hope that explains it lol.
Great farmers market! Friendly outdoor and indoor FleaMarket. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Variety of stores. Organic honey and dried nuts. It's cheap and affordable prices.
You also have variety of turkish sandwiches which i believe are cooked on charcoal right outside before you enter the FleaMarket. We also come for the Delicious corn on a cob.

Friendly outdoor and inside FleaMarket, cheap and affordable prices. The staff are nice and the washroom are clean.
It’s hard to find parking and sometimes you fight for 1 parking spot. Very hot in the summer, no air condition but giant fan. I always go for sugarcane juice or sweet corn.

Good Plaza you can get food and other your needs.
I pass by here often since it’s connected to my nearest subway station. The library is connected here, there’s a hotel, food court and one of my favourite food spots, Centre Cafe. I hope more stores and food places open up soon, some of them closed due to the pandemic. Overall, can’t complain that I live near here!
Medium size mall in the center of North York. You won't find big brands there but can buy some economical stuff. Food court is always busy with limited cousin options. Dollarama, Tim Houston, and Shoppers beside other famous stores. Getting parking no issue.

Nice little mall but not a lot of options when it comes to stores. Lots of parking outside and there’s a td, CIBC and BMO bank nearby.

Why does a sandwich cost $8? And a tea at the bagel place was $3.50. Why? Why do all debit readers have their first screen as a tip option? If you didn't serve me you don't get a tip. Been in the restaurant industry for a while, good serving is a skill and a talent, moving an object from the counter to the customer isn't a skill.
Great little shopping centre with a nice selection of bakeries, salons and shopping locations. Solid food court and a nice winners. Paris Baguette Cafe was very nice!

It has everything in terms of food and groceries, drinks and coffee, shops and post office, 4 banks etc.
A big, clean, thriving mall with a huge selection of stores. Definitely an ideal place to go if you like shopping.
It has everything i need. But there is no cohesive opening closing hours in the mall which should remain the same for all businesses but it seems to me RioCan has really dropped the ball in a lot of their properties by letting business keep their own hours. The health food guy is hit and miss as to when he is open
This commercial center is located just above the subway station. Apart of the food court and the banks it has a winners, a dollarama and a shoppers

Nothing special. No grocery store, zero fresh food, outdated. Wouldn't recommend.
Excellent prices. Great food in the international food court. I love the diversity. I heard so many different languages.

For its location, it's an ok mall. Missing several great stores though, it's more of a value bargain mall
Great place for shopping to be more specific if you need fresh vegetables and fruits. Only cash without HST. There is a huge parking lot. Unfortunately, there is no navigation and you have to remember spots. There you can find a natural honey without sugar. There you can repair your bycicle. Last my highlight is Thai massage which costs 40cad per 30min. In addition, there are a lot of cafes with range different cuisines.
It's a amazing market , you can find anything here , fruit veggies, food, groceries etc , you can find a lot stuff is this market and all one are so so cheaper
Centerpoint Mall is alright. It seems like they have all the basics covered. There's a grocery store, bank, small food court. There's a Northern Reflections in case you need a rugby shirt from 1989... there's also a shopper's drug mart. The food court is full of teens during the lunch hour, which is good for business but some of them are seriously annoying. The food court is also full of geriatrics and they can be annoying too!

Tim horton's here good they are fast to take and give the orders the only problem is the wash room here need to look after very dirty. Need to take action immediately washroom is very important to the costumers too. Otherwise the staff is friendly and fast.
Very dirty,expired products in supermarkets,most people are rude in this area,no parking that much avaible,irregular shape plaza very hard to park or go there,i went here once and i amdone no more! although i am iranian but i do not recommend this plaza,they sell many expired products in supermarkets! there are better places to shop than here
Not a bad plaza lots of little shops there is a metro a Starbucks a small shoppers drug mart a place to but cards and different items for graduation or mothers or fathers day a wimpys diner.
Explore the restaurants there and enjoy best kebabs in town. You will find Persian cuisine and delicacies there. Open till late

Accessible parking, good area to buy groceries, pizza, to do your nails and much more
Lobby was a bit small for our large team to gather in the morning, but lovely breakfast dining are with super attentive staff. Room was very clean, nice newer style shower head- easily adjustable. I was on the 11th floor. Hotel 'attached' to food court/subway/and more which is fantastic so you don't have to go out on rainy/snowy days. Would stay here again :)
You can find Parsi products here and they bake breads and cook food's like Lamb,Fish,chicken , different kinds of flavourful rice and other parsi dishes a bit pricey on everything in this supermarket

Family Day. The mall hold Heritage Boutique Market. Nice to wonder around there seeing those with its taste of time.
I absolutely love the Finchdale Plaza! It holds so many special memories for me, and I appreciate its convenient location in a densely populated area. The plaza has almost everything you need, from a Centra grocery store to a Shoppers Drug Mart, a coin laundry, a dollar store, a barber shop, a doctor's office, and several restaurants. However, I must admit that I'm not thrilled about the recent addition of a cannabis store in the plaza. I don't believe it's appropriate for a store like this to be located in an area with so many families and children.

Great farmers market, nice food court, lots of STUFF! My highlights were the video game shop, book shop, and natural products (shea butter and soaps). Affordable prices, generally cash only. Lots of low quality products and fake brands though so be on the lookout for that.
This centre has underground access to the subway which is highly convenient and overall a very nice place, but there are a lot, and I mean a lot of unused retail space. As shown in the picture, the level beneath the ground floor is basically just a Fit4Less, Rexall, and Subway entrance, the rest of the space isnt used.
Even on the main floor there are a lot of unused space both in the food court area and just beside it. Would definitely be a much more popular centre if more of the retail space would be used.
Other than, I'd say its a very nice place, that has a couple of good choices for food, a fitness centre, a pharmacy, and direct subway access.

Excellent quality services with superior quality offers to enjoy coffee and other choices. Parking is available easily around in plaza. There are other shopping options are available around and banking services also. The best place.
Amazing mall complex, well connected with 2 subway lines. Wide range of shops for shopping and eating as well. It's pretty neat and clean including the washroom.
Parking here is a pain. Careful on side street parking north of here. You can get a $100 ticket! Beware of the signs
I'm giving a 5 only because the pharmacist is such a great friendly and helpful person. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. You feel right at home not like other pharmacies.
It has a big parking lot at the back which is mostly empty. The only problem is that the parking Lot's entrance is very thin

The Plaza is crowded and difficult to find parking. There are more exchanges than regular shops. Reminds me of Englab Square in Tehran
The North York Centre is a commercial block that has a few stores, bank offices, a food court, pharmacy and Toronto Public Library. It connect directly to the North York Centre Subway Station. During lunch time it serves the busy office crowd and transit passengers. It has one of the best public libraries in the city with a tech and sewing hub, which serves the local community. If your in the area this is an interesting place to check out.

Best Persian supermarket in the city. The prices are steep, but great produce, freshly prepared delicious meals & English-speaking staff make up for it. Pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended.
Not bad we got frozen toys set $11 only from dollar store you can't find from other places
This is an ok strip mall. Service at the Tims is usually slow. The Dollarama is generally a good experience. Today Iam happy to say I had a good experience at both the Tim's & Dollarama. August 7 23.
