It shares the problems that all In-N-Out Burgers have, due to some strange iconic popularity Buzz that circulates around the restaurants. You will wait over an hour in the Drive-Thru no matter what time of day or night you go there. I have seen their drive-thru backed up from 30 minutes before they open till well past when they should have closed. There's a good chance your hamburger will not be fully cooked all the way to the center even if you specify you want it well done. On average the Patty spends less than 1 minute on the grill. If they're particularly backed up it may spend even less than that, and after watching the guy running the grill part of the problem is how they do it they will put cold meat onto a grill right where they just picked up a burger, the metal is not had time to heat up enough to cook another hamburger. In general if you've never been to In and Out, and you want to experience it cuz you came to California by all means go there enjoy a double-double order animal style fries go wild. Enjoy it for what it is. It's a basic Burger chain that has a kitchen gimmick that they use, which is to somewhat reminisce of the old days of Drive-In and drive through restaurants of the 1950s and 60s. The food is about as good as what you would have gotten at McDonald's in the early 1980s. Other than the hamburger patties aren't Frozen don't expect it they're not processed. The fries kind of waxy and Neely yeah they're fresh the guy just cut the potato you can see that. But that's not how you make french fries any chef will tell you that. It's just another advertising kids gimmick that the fries have only existed for a few minutes. A lot of people love it and we'll go there a couple times a week. When it first opened where I lived I went a few times but after I've been into a raw hamburger that kind of killed it for me. I haven't gone back in about a year and a half and I might if there's no line in the Drive-Thru. You sometimes get better service going inside but that's going to be hit or miss depending how backed up they are expect the place to be noisy loaded with people, and just a big ball of confusion. But after all that's what you're paying for when you go there just like going to any other friend restaurant you pay for the environment that they generate for you.

Double double with Fries and medium drink. For fast food, it's delicious and reasonably priced. And kept clean.

This place has the absolute WORST parking!!! After many trips up and down the aisles we finally parked in another area and walked in.

The streets of brentwood are great but i think the stores are hit and miss option wise. The theater is great to have. Amd there is always plenty of parking.

Perfectly situated between Brentwood, Whitehall and Baldwin. Lots of shops to choose from. Just keep in mind during the holidays. It gets a little busy in the parking lot.

Service was great! Kyle helped us twice, great employee.

Went to Italian restaurant. Food was great. Service sucked. It won't keep us from going again though.

Some will say this place is amazing but it didn't sit right with me. I might have ordered all the wrong things as it was my first time going there. To me it was like a fancy quickly. My wife and kids had been hearing lots of raves about this place and had been itching to go. I ordered a bunch of stuff and in my opinion it was OK. Believe me, I'm simple to please when it comes to good food and I become a walking advertisement if I fall in love at first bite. This food was plain old OK.

I went to Khols which was cool because although tis the season and of course lots of people were there shopping the lines moved fast and my mom and I were in and out of there in no time.

Note to those driving into that parking lot to the left of the in and out burger: THERE IS a hidden speed bump as your passing the in and out burger on your right... it caught me off guard and startled my passengers and I 😉

Went to Giant Eagle. They have the best produce and meats. We shop at a few of the stores in the shopping center. Definitely You, Dollar tree, Fine wines and Spirit's..... all very convenient for us.

Love the shops here. Get chiropratic adjustment at City of Bridges Chiropractors and then frequently stop at Definitely You for all things Pirates, Steelers or Penguins. Great tees for City of Pittsburgh also. Then there is Giant Eagle, Dollar Tree and GNC. All in 1 shopping plaza. Also close to many food places!

I go to Raley's all the time but they never have enough cashiers. Other then that the center is great.

Stopped in for some shoes for the growing boys. Seems to be the theme every 4-6 months; Growth Spurts....

Perhaps a reflection of the times but seeing no less than 4 uniformed loss prevention people on duty does tell a story.
For a discount chain, merchandizing and cleanliness is really quite good at this location. The location is well lit and large enough that there are choices in just about everything. I found what I wanted at the right price.

Not many stores that interested me. Giant Eagle, Dollar Tree. Looking to grab a quick lunch after Dr.appt.Only place was McDonald's and a restaurant that wasn't opened yet across the street.

Just love all the music events set in the middle surrounded by the many shops, restaurants and Cinema in the early evenings. An all family friendly area.

We go there for Infinity Phone Service, Ulta, and BJ's Brewpub(Try the root beer glazed wings and Pazooki for dessert!). Black Angus for a great steak, also. Sprouts 1 block away.

This place is a good place for lunch breakfast or dinner easy going meal

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, spacious aisles, good product selections, Deli staff and product offerings are great, fresh meat and butchers are wonderful, ample and fairly level parking availability. Kim and Marion at checkout is awesome. Great experience.

It has many places you can go for food, business, medicine, you name it.

Adequate outdoor shopping experience. While it offers a range of stores, it falls short in capturing a unique ambiance. Suitable for a basic shopping outing, but not a standout destination.

Wonderful shopping center to walk around. Nicely laid out with one way traffic that surrounds a park like area with playground for little ones. Events are held often for the whole family to enjoy.

It's alright. It has Raleys and some other big name stores but nothing special. And there is that one store that has been a revolving door of furniture stores. I'm pretty sure it's just the same owner having grand opening events and then closing events, pretty much on a regular 2 year cycle.

The lights in the parking lot have been out for several months now creating an unsafe environmentfor shoppers. At first I reported it to CVS and Safeway however they said that their lights were on and they didn't know how and when the lot lights go on. I also tried to find information about who owns the lot to report it to them however have not been successful. There are also many business sign lights that are out too.

Nothing special here. I do love the DSW but nothing else special there. The movie theater has been on a steady decline for years. I wish someone would come along and build a new theater. You won't find any hidden gems in this center.

There's being some renovation in the last years , newest addition is Grocery outlet, La Costa is always bustling, Nail Tek 11 is amazing place for nails, Ace Hardware is overpriced compared to the big Box home improvement centers but sometimes willing to pay the price just to not have to drive all the way out to home depot or Lowe's, Skip lines which used to be a fine dining Italian restaurant always busy, Who claimed the fisherman And firearm aficionados, Yogurt onion is always a great stop for a quick yogurt they even have vegan yogurt.

I went to a few places. Dollar tree ( or I call it Dollar and Quarter Tree $1.25 🌴). You need to be careful though. You will probably end up buying more than you thought about buy because of the prices and variety.

Also went to Giant Eagle to get a few things to have something for lunch at work.

King liquor is the highlight of this shopping center plays music open late and amazing selection

For,places to eat a bike shop and smoke shop depending on personal preferences is all. Very convenient for something local. Safeway also stays open fairly late if you wanted a late night snack.

The place is great!!! Even at night. Although the shopping stall here are kinda expensive. Like Victoria’s secret, Hollister, MAC, etc. Please see attached map 👇🏼

Overall this location offers variety of places I shop frequently so I come here. The parking is plenty and most drivers are courteous but some are just plain entitled and no regards for pedestrian or safety of others or theirs. As like other parking lot or places always be aware of your surroundings and be vigilant.

Very large store with lots of options. You will wait a little bit sure to limited staff but they are very friendly.
I have the "Care Pass" and I highly recommend it if you ship there often. Many different ways to save money... Rather than collecting and managing your coupons, it's saved to your CVS card as well as a $10 credit every month.

Got everything you need at Brentwood Commons Chinese Spanish food Spanish Bakery liquor store clothing Family Dollar and a good taco joint which is called Don taco really good tacos

Ate at Dad’s Cafe with our Men’s Group, ROMEO “Retired Old Men Eating Out.” The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the private room was appreciated. Everybody in our group raved about the food. We’ve tried several local restaurants over the last five years but this is, unquestionably, the best for our group. Try it, you’ll like it!

A very diverse place with personable citizens. Nice & clean & actually makes Suffolk Ave look a bit more decent.

Delicious cakes, cookies, breads and decorations. All sorts of things. From Colombian mart. Kep chains and other arts n crafts.
Drinks are made fresh as well as already served to take out. Hot food available.

Had a few changes since the pandemic. A major plus is Domino's has a location there, and Popeye's is a good eatery. Sufficient parking available!

Lots of great Stores, Restaurant’s and Services to choose from. I come here often and have frequented most these establishments. Quite a great line up for one center.

Stopped into See's Candy to pick up a couple of things for the holidays ⭐.
This store is really nice. Everything is very clean and organized. You can pick up a box of already boxed candies or you can pick your own and have them boxed for you. Gift wrapped if you want also. The candies at See's won't disappoint! They have always been great and they still are!
I recommend you stop by and get yourself some!

So glad to have this store here.

We went to the Popeyes that is in this shopping center. We tried their new chicken nuggets and not impressed. No flavor and the chicken was kind of rubbery. This place did not have any sauces or any desserts and looks like it has been that way for a while.

Love this plaza this is also the BEST C.V.S in town, the customer service is fantastic!! Very helpful and super friendly! The store is also kept clean & well stocked, the pharmacy part is also so great! I really like these guys they care about my health and making sure each month I get them in a timely manner. Also when ever there has been an issue or a problem with a prescription they call me or they handle it, I love the fact that the actual pharmacist called me herself on a busy Friday morning to say she handle the issue and I would have my medication in 3 hours.

I go here sometimes, for my nursing uniforms. They have affordable ones here. Cashier, wasn't so pleasant. Just a hurry up and buy attitude. Other than that they have plenty to offer.

I variety of different things that are of Spanish decent. The store is laid out like a strip mall.. Service is the best of the best. The only reason that I gave this place a 4 instead of a 5 us that it's difficult to find what you want & the aisles are narrow.

Affordable household items in abundant variety may be found here as well as a Subway restaurant close nearby to take a break from spending your money. Check cashing, HRH Health Care, Compare Supermarket, nail salon, Checkers (the burger joint beyond the shopping consortium) and more are all here within a five minute walk or a thirty second scary car ride. Drive slowly 😁 please. Let people live to take home their purchases.
This is by no means a conventional mall as found outside of Brentwood's environs, but is surely convenient to pick up lunch items for your child's lunch tomorrow at school.

Awesome now since management changed at store each trip is being more attractive and more organized better layout and lightning store New Manager is one of best man in Furniture business very clear control over Honesty , customer Loyalty,smile and serious about job is I liked.

Good shopping center although could use some good appeal. The shops there are good and people are helpful and friendly. They have a checkers and a soon to be opened Popeyes chicken.

Great ambiance to walk and browse and quite a wide variety of stores with convenient location and all (east immediately off Hwy 4 at Sand Creek exit), but traffic density and parking are not easy. Not the best planning. Also be advised during hot summer months that there is very little shade, even though there is lots of places to sit (they get HOT!) so plan accordingly. There is also notice from the vehicles on Hwy 4 -- again, not the best planning. We don't come here often even though it's right nearby...

If you want to do more than walking and browsing, then know that all the stores and restaurants are WAY over-priced to be here. And ones that go out of business and new ones that come in all do the same -- so this review needs to be seen by the owners making their prices way too high. That's capitalism, but I also get to choose WHERE to spend my hard-earned $100 (because this place it's way more than just a hard-earned $1)...even though I'd love to support some of this businesses, I'll have to support local elsewhere.

They do try to plan events, especially during holidays, but COVID was hard on all retail, but I would really like to get the OWNERS to see what greed does -- 3 ⭐ for all the unused potential.

I love that they have a place for your kid to play at while you shop! Very fresh produce ALWAYS! Stores always great temperature,clean and easy to find things.If you can't find what ur looking for everybody is really helpful at assisting you! I tend yo always come out with more than I intended too lol...cashier's are great,respectful and never gave me grief even when I go in with 6 giant eagle gift cards with a certain amount on each! I really enjoy this grocery store,plus they have wide variety of foods..! I LOVE TO COOK!

Well groomed property. On the the street side is Bagel Street Cafe and Jack in the box. Bagel Street Cafe, Pizza Hut & CVS are the next 3 establishments that I'm familiar with. There are other shops throughout that I don't frequent, nor have driven up to. I can't say for sure if the large building at the north end of this parcel, is occupied or not. It seems to have an omen, there have been at least 2 past tenants, that I know of. Not sure if the development was designed poorly, or if some simple changes are in need. Such as moving trees that have grown tall now and hide that large building. All that said, I still emphasize on the great maintenance and good appearance it has.

Wow, a huge variety of shops off of hwy4. There are lots of great choices for eating. I stopped as Google Map was helping me avoid 580 traffic. I will definitely take this route again so I can visit again. I stopped this time for Peet's.
