First and last time flying frontier. Plane had problems and we had to stay on turmac for 3 hours. I thought spirit was bad but frontier beats them, I was SHOCKED at bag prices to say the least. 3 checked bags came to more than $400. Was supposed to get to destination at midnight, it’s currently midnight and we have no clue when the plane will be “fixed”. Update, mechanic couldn’t fix problems and we had to deplane and wait 7 hours for a flight from tampa to columbus to be able to take us to orlando. tca is closed so we can’t leave and have to sleep in the airport. Worst flight experience ever.

Kiosk check in is out of order and no staff is available to check me in. Received a text that the flight is delayed 1 hour but the 12 people waiting in line next to me didn’t receive the text.
Called the number listed and it’s outsourced to a 3rd party in India.

I was supposed to leave ohio to orlando since Saturday 1230. Flight was delayed then hours later canceled. They gave us a 10 meal voucher. After multiple complaints they gave the remaining ppl a hotel voucher. Hotel voucher didn't work at the hotel. Hotel customer service says they were booked from an event going on. So were stranded for 3 hrs looking for somewhere to lay our head. Paid for our own hotel and uber. Frontier concierge is trash and so is their corporate. You cant get in touch with no one

The help at the airport was atrocious. The computer for us to check in was not working. We asked multiple times for help and we were told we needed to see an assistant. We stood in line, were first there with a belizian woman who’s been waiting since 5 am and they wouldn’t let her through. They moved us 5 times into a different line. We were finally called up four hours later (not exaggerating); we were then told because we couldn’t provide picture proof to the person working we’d need to pay $80 per person for their help. I stood there while my friend ran back to the kiosk for “picture proof” we needed to see an assistant for help. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling. I will never fly with frontier airlines again. Your own staff want to jump ship.

Stranded my minor daughter in Orlando with no option of another flight or another carrier. Not weather related. Baggage carousel was off and people had to climb over bags to retrieve their own. Orlando of all places.... cheap tickets or not should be ashamed.....

Spent two days interacting between the text service, being on hold for actually 6 hours (before being disconnected) and then speaking to a representative on Twitter to try to get access to a credit for a flight booked that was cancelled due to Covid.
Ended up having to pay an extra $200 for a flight since booking prices increased while trying to get help with this problem.
Maybe the worst customer service experience of my life.

I love Delta Airlines. I've flown many different airlines and Delta has been the best experience. Very nice flight attendants and all personnel associated with Delta was very helpful and friendly. They always go out of their way to accommodate their passengers. I needed extra help getting from my flight check in to where my flight was. Delta made sure I had assistance with this and also assistance getting from one flight to the next connecting flight. The Delta planes are new and very nice. The seats were leather and very roomy. Every seat has a tv on the back of the seat in front of it. Free movies and music. The plane was also very clean, unlike many other Airlines I've flown with. I've never had any problems getting my luggage either. It has always arrived at the baggage claim quickly following the flight. I would definitely recommend Delta Airlines for a great travel experience!

Always had a very good experience with Delta and if there are any issues they do try their best to correct. Back in December 2017 when there was a fire at Atlanta Airport we had to take a bus home. Delta was unable to assist or help in any way. Other than that I highly recommend flying Delta and get the AmEx Gold card that is worth the $95 annual fee. Stay away from the Platinum Card which comes with a hefty annual fee but claims you can get a companion ticket for free. There are too many stipulations so when we booked to Orlando for 12/27/19 we couldn't use the companion fare. Basically you follow the link when you receive the companion ticket email. But prior to clicking the link I went to Expedia and found that the plane had about 30 seats available on the flight I wanted. Then I followed the link and guess what it said the plane was full. We called Delta and they said it is an Amex issue. Shame on American Express!

To be honest I never ever see how horrible customer experience has the largest Airplane in the USA , you know what be care full Delta Airline , because if your flight delete and ask what happened they mad and call you Police just I asked when next flight if my flight cancel he said you have two option one for Columbus to detroit and you have to pay hotel your self or wait Columbus and flight tomorrow @ 8:59 pm. What can of that business we are not animal i will fight our right and I send letter federal business complaints because I am not happy to review only google, also they give me boarding pass and they said interrupted travel,

I just got home from a wonderful trip except the last 36 hours was spent in airports because Frontier employees were nowhere to be found when we needed to check baggage in to get on our flight. We were there roughly an hour ahead of time and not one Frontier employee was anywhere to be found and it caused us to miss our flight.
They then blamed me for it!! Regardless of the fact they never sent an email stating they close their desk "45 minutes" before take off, regardless of the fact that other people missed the flight too, regardless that people were literally SITTING in line because they had been waiting so long, and regardless if there was a man who had been waiting 2 hours two days in a row to pick up his bag that Frontier had, they blamed me. We finally got a hold of someone and it took me 40 minutes of arguing with them to convince them to get us on the next flight WITHOUT charging an extra 360.00!! The next flight wasn't going to get us home for a whole 32 hours later, which meant my students and I all had to miss work that next day and spent those hours in airports. They didn't offer a hotel or food vouchers... nothing. To them, they were doing us a favor just by not charging us extra to get us home when all they needed to do was have one person at their counter to check us in because we made it with PLENTY of time to make the flight, but no one was there. I have never seen an operation of an airline be so inept, unfeeling, and non caring for their customers. They claimed they sent me 3 emails stating to be there two hours ahead of time and I can prove they did not email me once because all of my travel plans go through my work server. Orbitz did, American Airlines did... but not one email from Frontier. I have been flying for years and have never once missed a flight because I showed up too late. This was like the twilight zone and I was told by a TSA she would never fly or recommend Frontier, Allegiant, or Suncountry to anyone because they all operate similarly and have multiple issues.
The extra star is because they did get us home safely on that next flight (32 hours later) without additional fees. We lost an entire day for absolutely no reason and told it was our fault. Needless to say... we will not be flying this airline again.
I also ran into another teacher of our organization who had 16 students from Florida whose flights had been delayed multiple times with Frontier and they were going to have to send students on separate flights so they could get them home for family activities on time.
Added observations: baggage fee is outrageous and if you want something to drink on the plane it is $3.50 or more. Also, the seats are like folding chairs. There is no first class, if any class at all.

Absolutely terrible insurance policy. I purchased 4 tickets WITH THE INSURANCE because it stated I would be able to receive a refund if I needed to cancel the flight. We had some unexpected financial issues so I called to cancel the flight and receive to refund. Turns out you can’t cancel unless it’s a medical emergency and then you need to send in your itinerary receipt and a doctors note and then it goes under a review process to see if they will refund you or not. I am now out $800 and I was doing this as a trial to see if we liked them better then SW but I don’t think will be using them EVER again and will stick with Southwest from now on. Unbelievable!

This is not the best airline company, they’re inline with Spirit and United.
After you buy your flight be prepared to be nickeled and Dimed. My experience with getting a hold of an English speaking customer care on the phone wasn’t a pleasant experience either.
I haven’t flown with frontier a ton so perhaps it’s a couple off experience. My real gripe is that I put my luggage on, which is an up charge, and I had items get broken.
A positive note, is that the staff that greats you seem happy and were warm and pleasant.

Delta only cares about the bottom line and not the customer experience!! My wife has been working out of town since December and is due to return home April 12. She has been able to fly home three times, of which she flew Delta. As a surprise she bought me a ticket to fly out to come see her April 5, the ticket was $220. She got a call the she is coming home March 23. And Delta refuses to refund the ticket because the customer service rep told her “ma’am, you are the one that decided to purchase our basic ticket.” Yes that’s because that is what we could afford! Long long story short, she spoke with a visor that told her the same thing and made her feel like she was a low class send and didn’t deserve to fly Delta The basic economy ticket she purchased. She will not be flying Delta home!!! And going forward our family will not fly Delta.

Flight was nice the first trip. Cons, couldn’t connect to WiFi I paid for, no reimbursement. Got on 2nd flight got WiFi free for half the trip, + they didn’t restock the drinks prior to boarding. Fail guy big fail

While Southwest Cargo can have some serious shipment handling/tracking problems at times, the crew at CMH is fantastic. They are fantastic with customer care, and have gone well out of their way a number of times to help me out.

Awful experience. Would give zero stars if I could. Lugged my 6month old to the airport for flight that was already delayed twice that day only to have it canceled with no flights out again for several days. Had to cancel my trip and miss the wedding of a close friend. A voucher that has to be used in 90 days isn’t enough. Won’t fly with them again.

My experience with this airline was super cool. The customer service was top notch. However, my expectations wasn't met when my flight was interrupted at Detroit due to bad weather. This is an area I look forward to for serious improvements and I hope to fly more and more with Delta. Less I forget, I enjoyed good discount for my hotel booking whilst waiting for my connecting flight.

Picking up an item to travel to their facility out of state. The people here are so nice and friendly and let me bring the car in when the weather is horrible, so I don't have to get out of the car in bad weather.

I received my cargo within a few minutes of arriving. The workers are friendly and professional. It was a rather large package and one of the gentleman was kind enough to help me load it into the van. I go here from time to time for work. They run a tight ship and everything seems to be on point.
