Prices for what you get is way too high. Portion is small and taste only ok. View prices I remember from the list:

Staff was friendly and sprays you with mosquito repellent, but theres so many, it doesn't really work. Won't be coming again, theres much better and cheaper options.

Don’t even think of going to the Takeaway Lounge. They have no idea how to handle orders. No queue system. Just randomly preparing. It is total chaos. Some are waiting almost an hour to get just a fired rice and a deviled chicken. Totally disappointed.

When I discovered the hair in the food, I should not have continued eating. Besides, tourists here like to pay 3-5 times the normal prices.

Food is quiet good compared to other restaurants in Anuradhapura town. Staff is friendly and service is also good. There are plenty of seating spaces. Highly recommended. Lots of parking spaces available infront of the restaurant. Dine-in restaurant is in upstairs and take-away is in downstairs.

Nice and calm play for dinners. Food is ok 👌. Excellence service 👨‍🍳. When it’s busy it will be bit noisy. They have own parking.

This is possibly my favourite restaurant in Anuradhapura and quite possibly the whole of Sri Lanka. The variety, flavours, quantity, everything is on point. The food in general is amazing. The price left me in awe with it being surprisingly cheap compared to the amount of food given. The buffet style food was amazing. The location in the outdoors was stunning, and surprisingly the pest control was top tier with there being minimal flies. It’s an amazing restaurant and would definitely recommend to others.

Loved the milk tea here and the chats with the staff. The Kottu is famous here too, the sound of preparing it very authentically rang through the whole restaurant when ordered 😃

This is a great place for enjoy your evening with a coffee or cappuccino ☕️.

I’m a regular customer of this place. Whenever I visit Anuradhapura I visit Seedevi. Their breakfast buffet 🥞 is good. I only enjoy their Hoppers and egg hoppers. They have the best hoppers in Anuradhapura area and the Lady who prepared the hoppers is specialized on her job . She is so nice and helpful 👍

Dinner you can order any dish from their menu. Indian food, Chinese food and Italian food is available including Pizza 🍕.

But be careful when you order dishes from menu. You give them proper instructions if not they will spoil the dish. Service is bad. Their attitude is like ‘ you eat what we give’. Be specific and give instructions carefully. After they give something wrong there is no body that you can complain and they will give silly excuses. The owner should improve these things.

They have a separate bar with beer 🍺 , wine 🍷 and liquor 🥃🥂👍. Parking available.

The atmosphere is really good with comfortable chairs and clean tables. Suitable for outings such as dates.
But food are expensive and quantity and quality is not satisfactory for the price.
Some staff members also having a bad attitude.

First of all, they don't provide water for hand washing. We went there to try out their special lunch buffet which costs 650 LKR per person. They do not allow us to serve ourselves. The owner of the restaurant came and served us chicken pieces(absolutely chicken bones). Even they had prepared the bill for what we did not order. Make sure to double check the bill before making the payment. We ordered 3 chicken meals and 1 vegetable meal. The restaurant owner had made the bill for 4 chicken meals. Nothing is standard at this place. Not recommended for anyone.

It's a total waste of money and time. Less higenic and low quality food. We were sweating inside and the only fan working was switched off by the staff. They charged 200 for 130 rupee bottle and said extra is for service charge we wasn't available there at all. This place is not recommended in any circumstances.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Anuradhapura Delights, a restaurant located in Anuradhapura. The server was stand out too and kept refilling my water without being asked, this was the topper on the cake for me.

The chick fried rice dish was expertly prepared, with each grain of rice perfectly cooked and infused with an array of flavors. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, blending seamlessly with the vibrant vegetables. The combination of ingredients created a mouthwatering symphony of tastes that left me craving for more.

Best restaurant in Anuradhapura. We arrived without knowing anything about this place and it was the best surprise. You have a lot of choices and the staff is very friendly. We took several sides and payed around 500 roupies per person. Add to that, staff give us free soup. Highly recommended.

May be because some part of the restaurant is not finished yet, the premises looked not so neat. There is no proper wash room. You have to use wash room inside the house. But we enjoyed food. Various choices for breakfast was great. Price is reasonable.

It looks like a new place. Its ambiance is quite nice. There was plenty of parking. We went there for breakfast. It was an "international buffet". There was butter to qualify that title. The rest was a local affair. We had to wait a long time and requested several times to get some hoppers. There was only plain tea but no milk tea. It had to be ordered separately. The price charged matched an international buffet.

I bought Chicken full kotthu & It's not worth for price. Their Full kotthu is like regular kotthu of other places & not tastier as high priced meal. And thay charges over prices for Yogurts & Water bottles💸💸💸. Staff also not good😣. don't recommend Foods in that place. 😐

Although this place is situated in the middle of the busiest place of the town, after going inside, you can escape from that. Menu, the service, taste of the food, serving the food and the ambiance is just perfect.

Went there for dinner last week. The atmosphere was not up to my standards but it was okay. It gave this chinese vibe but I thik the place was not clean enough plus not very appetizing. Food was delicious and spicy. Recommended for spicy food lovers.

There are 2 sections. Cafe and restaurant. Both have a very calm atmosphere. Not get so busy. Food was good. Recommended

We recently visited Seedevi Family Restaurant with my family of 7, and we had a fantastic experience. The food quality was excellent, and we especially enjoyed their special dish. Although the prices were a bit expensive, we felt that it was worth the money. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I highly recommend Seedevi Family Restaurant for its great food and enjoyable atmosphere.

A calm and a lovely place to hangout with your loved ones. The food is delicious but the beverages can be improved. They have a variety of options in the menu and are worth the prices. The decorations are beautiful and the atmosphere is serene. What's most outstanding is that you don't need to wait a long time waiting for your food unlike other cafes. The staff is very attentive and professional in their behaviour. However, I think it's better if they can ask for our permission before giving out the bill as I received the bill even before I requested which I felt like kinda being rude. Except it, everything was great and I had a nice experience there.

This eatery is absolutely terrible! If you're not familiar with the area, avoid this place at all costs. We requested 4 full servings of fried rice, and what they brought us was incredibly disappointing - there was not a single piece of chicken in it, and the chicken that was present was downright disgusting. We even had to beg for chili paste, but instead of providing it to us, they brought us some chicken gravy. When we inquired about it, they had the audacity to claim that they didn't have any chili paste at the time, and then they attempted to deceive us by giving us a leftover, half-eaten chili paste from another table. The customer service here is horrendous; do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place if you want to avoid ruining your day.
Our visit to this restaurant was an absolute nightmare. Not only did we receive terrible food and customer service, but the manager's attitude towards us was nothing short of disrespectful. We had also ordered a vegetable fried rice alongside our other dishes, but after the payment was done, the manager informed us that they were out of rice. He then offered us a full serving of chicken kottu instead, but when we declined his offer, he seemed unwilling to provide us with any other options and simply told us to "manage it" as if we were asking for a free meal. It was especially frustrating as we had made it clear to the staff beforehand that we wanted enough fried rice for all our orders, yet it appeared our requests were completely ignored. In light of our experience, we strongly advise anyone against visiting this establishment, as they clearly have no regard for their customers or their satisfaction.

If you are nearby and craving for some great coffee, this is where you must go. They have the best coffee in Anuradhapura and even some fresh baked goods as well. The atmosphere inside this coffee shop was very vibrant and relaxing. Keep making great coffee and pastries! Can't wait to be back ❤️

Very nice crispy chicken burger made of actual chicken instead of processed frozen meat. It came with some salad and a couple of fries.

The pancake with Oreo was delicious and the portion size was just right for this tasty sugary indulgence. It came with one scoop of vanilla ice cream which was homemade and very tasty.

Their juices are also very tasty.

If you want coffee with your meal. Go for the black coffee. The cappuccino was not good.

Service was very good and they have AC and a nice seating area. I enjoyed watching the locals go on dates at this place.

We took lunch from here. Self service is available nowadays due to covid-19 pandemic. But very good service and very friendly and pleasant staff working here. Foods are very delicious, but pprtion is not enough... Anyway nice environment is available here and cctv also available here. Dine in and take away both are available. I'm not sure about delivery options. The day i visited, all payments were cash only. Anyway 5 stars for the delicious foods and the hospitality given. ❤️

Recommend restaurant around Anuradhapura area for lunch or dinner. Very clean and attractive environment there and architecture is wonderful.

My fav midway point coffee shop! Love the signature frappe. Staff is friendly and cafe is clean. And it’s next to a great buffet restaurant with clean bathrooms!

I recently visited this restaurant that had quite a unique feature: a supermarket located in the same premises. While this may not be an important factor for some, it certainly caught my attention. However, the restaurant itself left much to be desired.

Firstly, I must say that their rice and curry dish was not up to my expectations. It lacked flavor and seemed a bit undercooked. However, one redeeming quality of the restaurant was their extensive variety of dishes. They had a wide range of options available, so if you're someone who likes to try new things, this might be the place for you.

Another positive aspect of the restaurant was their lime juice. It was refreshing and had just the right amount of tanginess, making it a perfect thirst-quencher on a hot day.

Best buffet in the town. No doubt in that 🤩 Food was so delicious. We had the breakfast. Buffet is Sri Lankan. But you can ask for something extra from the staff if required. Owner is very friendly and would even bring the food containers to your table for refilling 😍

Good place in anuradhapura to have some quality food. But price quite expensive. Interior atmosphere is calm and nice. Staff is professional and helpful. Food is really good and tasty. I can highly recommend Seedevi special family mix chopsuey rice. Has sufficient meats.

They have a vast variety of coffee which are good in taste including espresso,americano,cappuccino,latte... Prices are quite high but worth a try.

The food tastes really good. The place is clean and well kept. The service is good. This place even have generators incase of a power cut. After all enjoyed the meal. It has parking as well and it's situated close to supermarket and a bakery as well.

Location was fantastic, table service was good. But the Food is tasteless, prices are way too high. We ordered a Vegetable Fried Rice & a Chicken Fried Rice. If your main goal is to hangout & have a normal meal, it's an ideal place, take upstairs.

Price is ok but the food quality is poor. Me and my friend ordered chicken fried rice and kottu they Bern the chicken its too hard to eat 😒 . And the stuff is asking us too many questions like a police man 😨 .

we have ordered a sea food but we got a plate of rice which consisted of dried fish only And it was stinky..No appetite to eat and it was a real waste for us;waste of our time ,wate of our money. we never recommend this place.plz attempt to provide good food for your customers and give a validity for what they are paying. We have taken the photos of the food item what we had ordered.even a dog can't eat this food.

We came here looking for breakfast, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The buffet is very very cheap and fresh good quality food. The restaurant is very clean and well presented and the staff are friendly and attentive. I recommend you come here for breakfast lunch and dinner and you can also receive takeaway meals had a very very reasonable price
Good quality food at locals prices.

Had a good meal at Walkers--red rice, spicy, chicken, dal, and long beans. They also.served an interesting pineapple salad-- a slice of pineapple topped with diced red onion, carrot, tomato, and pineapple. There were two steam tables of various dishes which included fish curry, fried chicken, pork, green and coconut, and more. They also serve lunch in a takeout box. A choice of cold drinks are available.

It's super cheap at around 300 - 500 depending on if you have meat or not.

As vegan the options were great and delicious.

One of the food outlet in Anuradhapura. Very popular among locals as well as tourists. They have built a new spacious cafeteria to cater large crowd so you’ll have a relaxing pleasant experience at this place.

However most of the time we’ve seen only two person deployed to cater the crowd but that’s not enough for a spacious place like this.
