Normally I enjoy coming to this place, the spicy chicken roll has been my go to but todays visit makes me never want to return, this was my boyfriends first visit so he had questions and the guy at the front was incredibly rude. His body language and his tone wasn’t welcoming and it was obvious he was frustrated from the busy dinner rush but for new customers it’s an unpleasant experience when someone rushed you and expects you to know the menu. I think I’ll give this place a break and find another sushi restaurant in the area
I went to the Restaurant first time for buffet lunch with my friends and to my surprise it was really nice. My experience with Indian food in Jackaonville has not been good. But I recommend this restaurant for the Indian food in Jacksonville. Every thing was perfectly cooked and served but Mango Mousse in desert was the high point. Must try. Definitely taking my family next time.
November 7, 2023. Yes! the daily lunch buffet is back! We love a good Indian Buffet! So many different flavors to savor. We were there on a Tuesday. The buffet had a great selection of dishes, especially for a weekday. We were not disappointed, and we will be back. I believe it was around $18/person.
I asked for super spicy Chicken Katsu Curry. Chicken was juicy! Curry was a little too sweet for my liking but very flavorful. Wish they had some naan! Will return for the Ramen!
I went here yesterday (11/7/2023) but the reason why I gave the place an overall 3 is because the older man cooking the food, he was wearing a blue hat and uniform was on his phone as the food was cooking on the grill. The worse part was he didn't even wash his hands afterwards. I stared at him and then at the cashiers and no one said anything. I wished I took a photo, now onto the food, it wasn't worth the amount I paid. They messed up my order, I wanted it to-go but they put it on a plate for me to eat it at the restaurant. There was a lot of rice and veggies but only a little bit of meat. I also ordered crab rolls and they were okay.
This place used to be good. The buffet was not good at all, but the hibachi was delicious. I gave it 2 stars because of the hibachi. I will not go back.
I have eaten here several times and have always had good service and food. The layout of the restaurant can feel a bit cramped when it’s busy but that’s the only real downside. If there is a wait time they will gladly take your phone number and call you when seating is available so you don’t have to just sit around. The food feels very homey/dinerish. I usually end up going with a curry but have tried the yakisoba, the lunch/dinner boxes and the omurice all of which are good. If you like fried potatoes be sure to try the croquettes!
Ordered take out. Requested hibachi chicken and filet. No chicken but still paid $18.00 and I tipped for take out. They also didn't give any soy sauce in the bag. Got yum yum sauce, but no soy. Took back to Richlands so I ain't going back out.
We always come here with our friends from India. The menu has items from all over India and the food is great. The level of spice is just right and we always get 4 or 5 different plates to share. Everything I have tasted here is great. The mango ice cream is free. I really enjoy this restaurant.

We order take out from here a few times a year. Food is always delicious! The chicken 65 is my favorite with some spicy vegetables fried rice.

So the atmosphere and rating of this place are low. Yes that's not exactly good. With that being said the food and service are pretty good. The servers don't slack. The cooks will look out for you and the food is primarily fresh for it to be buffet food. If you're looking for a good selection then Mai Tai is almost your only/ best bet in town. Also kids eat for $3 during October so, yeah. Hope this helps

Literally no reason to eat here. The price and food do not match. Its like going to Red Lobster for a cold McDonald's filet o fish. You can get as good and much better Chinese food anywhere else for a much better price.

Service was great, I ordered the tonkatsu Ramen with a side of chicken katsu and it was delicious! Will definitely eat here again.

This use to be one of my favorite places when I was a kid. The food was terrible. Most of food looked dry and like it had been sitting for hours. It looked so shabby on the inside and nothing looked appetizing. I honestly was afraid to eat anything else after my first plate. The only thing good about the place was the server. He was attentive for the most part and seemed nice, but he did not introduce himself or anything.
Best teriyaki and chicken rice bowl i have ever had. Food hits every-time. Only downfall is the constant long holds when calling in to order. Inside restaurant could definitely use a redesign and update as well.
This is me and my boyfriends’ favorite place to eat at. We’re here once, sometimes twice a week! Everything is so flavorful! All of the staff is super sweet and helpful.
My best friend and I visited this restaurant for the first time. We ordered a Thai tea and Taro tea for drinks, which was refreshing and cold. We ordered the pork belly buns as our appetizers. The bun dough was fluffy and the fresh veggies, tender pork belly, and sweet hoisin sauce was delicious.
For lunch, we ordered 3 sushi rolls and miso soups. The Alaska roll and Spicy Tuna rolls were fresh, delicious, and visually pleasing. The Boston roll wasn't the best, but it was fun to try something new. This roll consisted of lettuce, shrimp, and mayo, which was sounded good but wasn't the lunch favorite.

I used to love this place but lately it has been straight TRASH the chicken is always overcooked and dry and I went today and ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi with ALL vegetables not ONLY vegetables and they gave me dry chicken and shrimp with only vegetables 🤬🤬pissed off is an understatement especially when I have my mouth fixed for it just to get all the way back home to see that my food is highly disappointing. I called and told them my food was wrong and that I don't live close enough to come and get a side of rice and the manager caught an attitude with me like it was my fault they didn't give me any rice for my food. I will not be going back ever again after this
I had the Ramen. Everything was packaging separately, the meat, the veggies, the seasoning, even the broth was in a container separate from the noodles. Didn't really care for that, but the service and atmosphere was nice. Will try again!

I used to love this place so much! Unfortunately the past two times I’ve been here I have left disappointed. Last time I came for a late dinner around 7:30/8 and no one greeted us at the door for about 10 min..so we left. Tonight I decided to give it another try and the food was okay but the service was sad. Tables left dirty for way too long and our server wasn’t very knowledgeable when it came to the menu.
Sooooo many options. You could eat here everyday for a year and still not try everything. Super friendly wait staff, good prices and big portions. Can't wait to go back.
Very disrespectful group of people! Food is good! But I always felt rushed to get kicked out after paying! Today it was verified staff came to us literally seconds after paying asking if we were eating more if not.....I asked "your asking me to leave?" He shook his head and stated "well if your not eating any more..." so wait your customers can't enjoy themselves? Are we live stock? You feed us and kick us out? Will not return.
I used to eat Japanese curry alllll the time when I lived in Japan. Ever since I got back I have been on the hunt for some good curry here. After a decade I’ve finally found a place that serves it right. Every other Japanese restaurant I’ve tried that “has curry” is actually just chicken katsu and a curry sauce but this place has the actual curry with the carrots and potatoes and stuff.it’s everything I’ve ever wanted. I have come full circle. P.S. before our meal the waitress brought my table a small sushi roll on the house!!
Love this place! The food is always delicious! Over the years their portions have gotten much smaller. The price has gotten too high so Shogun is far better and they cook the food at your table. In light of the fact that it is only a few dollars cheaper per person at Miyabi now I will probably choose Shogun! You get alot more food for less than $5 more per person.
This place has the worst food I’ve ever had, not worst Chinese food but just worst in general. All of it had to of been sitting out all day long. The crab Rangoon was so old that the cream cheese was curdled, the noodles were like greasy mush, the sesame chicken was like deep fried chicken nuggets with extra sugary ketchup. Could t even drive home without puking. 0/5 stars
The Paneer Biryani was amazing. It's one of my go-to entrees from here. The staff was pleasant too.
The food was great. Hibachi chef was wonderful. My only problem was the restaurant was not full. But we could never find our waitress. I felt like a little kid in school. We were raising my hand to get attention. I tipped the hibachi chef. But I did not give my waitress a tip. I felt like she already got my Gratuity she was not going to get Extra money when she was no worries to be found.
Being from that part of the world, I like to think I know a thing or two about the food. Everything I know was tossed out when I tasted the food here. This place is cool and all but it is very smoky. They’re a million hibachi grills in one room and it’s just full of smoke. My eyes were very irritated and I smelled like complete smoke when I left. The food was good don’t get me wrong and the service was pretty cool besides the cook and the waitress having a few words due to having the wrong ticket. I just have never experienced Hibachi like that lol and I always go to Hibachi places.
My wife and I have eaten here numerous times. Food is very consistent as well as the service. JoJo was especially pleasant today. Keep up the good work everyone!
I just got the walnut shrimp bowl. It was more than $10. There were only 6 shrimp over a little bit of white rice. Maddening!!!!!!!

Some of the best sushi I've had in a long time. Very well presented and friendly staff.

This has got to be one of the best and most affordable places I have been to. The food and it's portions sizes are out of this world. Best part is the price. Great food great place. Definitely a must if your in town.
By Far Best Sushi in town. There sushi to Hibachi dinners are amazing in presentation and Taste. Workers are all so nice and the sushi workers made a special salad with sashimi, salmon and crab was AMAZING!!! #1 for my family. The closes to Hawaii my home town taste.
I went there for a Friday lunch buffet once. The server was very attentive. They have many different dishes to choose from, fresh and tasty. It is not your typical all your can eat buffet quality. It is high quality. The rice pudding as a dessert is very delicious. I am glad that I tried this for at least once. It a very valued lunch buffet. I believe that they don’t have dinner buffet.
The atmosphere was nice. In addition to regular booths, shoeless booths are offered as well.

I went to Okinawa's today for a birthday celebration. The food and chef was really good. Actually, the chef was awesome. My issue is that I ordered a sushi roll (Jimmy Smith) and did not like it so I sent it back. When I received my bill it was there. I asked if it could be removed since I only ate one piece, and didn't like it and sent it back. She said they do not do refunds. I said ok, since it's not a refund because I haven't paid, yet. She said I have to pay for it. I wouldn't have had an issue paying for it, if they would have told me up-front that I would have to pay for it if I returned it or not. I would have just given it to someone at my table. I frequent this restaurant often but I'll be hesitant to return. This is an awful policy if it's actually a policy and not left to the waiter's discretion. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars for service is because the chef was great. I would have given 0.
I have been here three times now and it is fantastic. I have tried five different dishes and they have all been delicious. The chicken curry katsu is my favorite so far. It is affordable especially for how much food you get.

I have always love Indian food. Just ordered some Indian food through Uber eats today. Their service was pretty on time. The food came to my door still warm. I ordered boneless chicken biryani. It’s a little spicy but the taste is there. The chicken lollipop though it taste good only have 5 pieces. Not enough. I also ordered shrimp bahar came with 2 pieces of roti. I think the taste is alright. Not spicy. Mango lassi is always good. Overall I gave their food 4 stars.
I was surprised as had such good food here before. The chicken yakisoba was a total disappointment. Well prepared cook wise, very poorly seasoned. The pieces of chicken had zero sauce/flavor and tasted more like boiled in plain water. I will go back and give them another chance as their fried rice is the bomb.
Honestly is the first time for long long time we enjoyed a Chinese food… since we arrived from miami we don’t had the opportunity before to taste the wonderful taste and flavors of the Chinese food.. all was clean 🧼, the waitress who’s attended our table was super very nice . Yesterday was her first day of work i she did our time there fantastic. Th owner is very pending about customers and I haven’t words for describing how beautiful experience we had in your restaurant. Guys keeping doing this job and continue keeping the quality of food. If is possible expanding your business to Raleigh, we need one here like your business !!thank youuu
Came here from reviews off of best eats and I am so glad that I did. I got the butter chicken with garlic naan and my husband got the lamb platter( I forgot what it’s called) but the service was well and the food was delicious a little

We tipped the chef a good bit extra not knowing there was an 18% gratuity which was fine but it would had changed how much I tipped if I knew that. Other than that, great service, excellent food and would go back again!
Most disappointing experience. I usually love Panda Express But this time it was the worst experience period the teriyaki chicken was burnt. The orange chicken seemed like it was there for hours. It was soggy and oily. And the worst part was not even that they forgot part of my order, it was the chow mein. It was so Raw and disgusting, it turned into paste in my mouth. And my mouth wasn't numb from all the grease. I had already gone back and was already at work. I tried calling more than 5 times but nobody answered the phone. My lunch break was ruined and had to wait to eat until afterwards because this Panda can't get their job together.
The food is always amazing here. This is the first time we had the lunch buffet and it was nice to have the extra variety in one meal, without sacrificing any quality (food comes out in small batches so it's fresh every few minutes but there's no wait). Price is a little high compared to some other lunch alternatives, but not for the quality of the food you get here.
Great Indian cuisine. We will definitely be back. We were craving Indian cuisine and so thankful we found this place. So if you are in the area, definitely try them out.
We like spicy food and they did not disappoint. One of our favorite appetizers to order is the Gobi Manchurian, we ordered it with medium heat, and it was perfect for the appetizer. Not to hot, and it was delicious. My go-to meal I usually try first at a new restaurant is the Vindaloo, I went with chicken this time and medium heat as well. I was not disappointed, it was fantastic. My husband ordered Lamb Curry and spice level hot. He said it was perfect. And of course, we shared, and we both agreed that the place deserves a 5 star. And of course we ordered Naan bread, Garlic is our favorite and we ordered a side of Raitha which was delicious as well. We love the Raitha dip as it seems to clean your palate when going from dish to dish. I almost forgot to take pictures so the food pics are partially eaten. It was that good.

It was good, I had some of my brother's rice and some chicken pot stickers. Reminds me of my growing up here, nothing has change over the years and it is still good quality food. This stuff will fit you up.
My first time here but certainly not my last. Excellent location. The atmosphere is very nice albeit a little crowded. The service is top notch. The food {d was awesome. Best hibachi I have had in Jacksonville. I highly recommend.
They literally never pick up the phone. We have tried to order at least half a dozen times over the past year and have, without exaggeration, never reached them. They have no other phone number listed anywhere, not kn their menus nor any website. It will just ring and ring 'til it disconnects, and sometimes if we call a couples times in a night, it seems like they turn the phone off (it will stop ringing altogether and give an error signal.) We love their menu options and would have been frequent business, but we are never trying again honestly, I'm done.
They allow me to go through drive thru to pick up deliveries. This has allowed me while high risk pregnant and after my son was kicked out of daycare for his medical conditions to survive. I appreciate you guys for being so understanding and accommodating. Always friendly always excellent service rarely do I wait long and just very happy they appreciate delivery workers so much! You truly support our family <3 glad to have such amazing restaurants in this area. I can’t say anything on their food but based on the many orders I get I don’t think anyone in this area has dislikes with the restaurant also not one complaint of an order missing something!
I recently visited and had a highly disappointing experience with their gyro. The gyro meat was shockingly flavorless, leaving me utterly unimpressed. It was clear to me that the meat didn't come from a spit as expected but rather seemed like pre-packaged meat, lacking the authentic taste and texture that a good gyro should have. The service was far from satisfactory. The server (Bob Ross lookalike) appeared impatient and seemed uninterested in providing a pleasant experience for a first time customer. It's disheartening when the service doesn't match the restaurant's reputation or the price you pay for the meal. Honestly, I've had a better gyro at Arby's. At least there, the meat is consistently flavorful and juicy. Mandaloun needs to seriously reconsider their gyro recipe and improve their quality control. My visit left a lot to be desired. I won't be returning. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're craving a delicious, authentic gyro experience.

Place needs some improvements so it doesn’t look really old I been in Jacksonville for the last 20 years and this place hasn’t changed much food was ok staff friendly hoping to come back for a better experience.
Food 5, cleanliness 1. The food was great! I got the goat pepper fry, Indian hot. The spice and flavor were perfect. The rice was fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant was not clean and the restroom was very dirty. There was no way to dry hands in the men's room. Paper towels were spent and the electric dryer did not work.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!!! My only complaint is they’re always busy during dinner every weekend, so I recommend visiting during weekday dinner; especially if you want to get seated quick. I am still giving 5 stars obviously for the service, food, and location itself. Once you are able to taste their ramen, sushi, curry, and etc, you will know why this place is always busy. I think this is the only place that they serve Takoyaki? (I might be wrong) I love ordering their Takoyaki everytime I go here! You can never go wrong with that. Their ramen is so delicious and very flavorful. I can’t really compare this to Okinawa since I’ve never been there, but I am sure it is close. The atmosphere and the vibe of this place reminds me of Japan (from what I’ve seen watching documentaries). I love seating at their bar area since I can somewhat see the kitchen and behind the scene. We are absolutely coming back here especially with my takoyaki cravings! This spot is also one of the ideal date night places. Don’t miss out!
Lunch Time Feedback: Stopped by during their lunch time on a Saturday! It wasn’t that busy and we were able to get seated quick in the bar area. I was finally able to order their House Special Lunch with the vegetables yakisoba, side fried rice, and chicken karaage! I enjoyed the yakisoba since it wasn’t salty. As for the chicken karaage it was crispy and soft on the inside, it comes with yum2 sauce as well. Ordered some Rainbow roll, I wasn’t expecting that it included octopus and I’m not really a fan of octopus unless it’s takoyaki. Regardless, the rainbow roll was amazing. My husband ordered Teriyaki Chicken; he said he didn’t enjoy it since it had too much teriyaki sauce that overpowered the rice and the chicken itself. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, my husband said that he wished he ordered the same meal as I did and/or a ramen. Again, we will be back to try other stuff in their menu!

Great food, friendly service, and great selection. We sat down and enjoyed our time here. Shared the appetizer combo. It was delicious. The food portions are large enough that we didn’t finish them in the restaurant. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to enjoy more dishes.

Had a very nice waitress who helped me decide from their large sushi menu. Very cute inside decor that you can tell they put a little thought into...would be a nice semi-casual date dinner.
The crispy eggplant app was very good. Was recommended the Angry Bird roll (subbed seaweed for the normal soy paper wrap) and then I also got the Futo Maki roll for some variety. All very good!

I went on Sunday and there wasn’t lunch buffet. However, the lunch menu is like a mini buffet. It comes with multiple dishes including an appetizer and a dessert. Food was very good. I liked goat curry better than the lamb one. Lamb meat was a bit dry and flavorless inside. If you love spicy food, this is the right choice for you. My kid enjoyed Egg Dosa.
Not for sure who is the cook that makes the Teriyaki Grilled Chicken at this location. But they need to take a training class on how to grill chicken well done. It’s no reason for nobody to be paying for uncooked meat
Don’t get me wrong I like Panda Express and this place is pretty decent however I was just robbed in my last purchase. I took the family here and I wasn’t hungry but I thought I’ll just get a small order of shrimp. This place charged me over $6 for 5pc of shrimp. I’ll come back but I will never order a small serving of anything here. This place deserves a 5 star but at the same time corporate deserves a 0 stars. This serving size is straight up theft. Look at the pictures and see for your self. NEVER order a small entree.
Dropped in for lunch. Got the house special lunch (vegetable yakisoba, vegetable fried rice & karaage). Notice they had spam musubi and ordered that also. Service was quick; portions large. However, I was expecting a teriyaki glaze on the spam, but the musubi came out with the spam just pan fried; kind of salty with the furikake and nori. The karaage was not seasoned/marinated very well. Came out with a mayonnaise-based sauce. Expecting a tonkatsu sauce.
My husband introduced me to Indian Food at 5th Element almost 6 years ago and I have loved it ever since. The food is high quality and the serving sizes are huge. And the complimentary soft serve mango ice cream is a perfect way to have a little something sweet after your meal.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat down. We went during lunch hour so we were asked if we wanted the buffet or menus. We opted for menus and I got the lunch special with kafta, baba gannouj, tabbouleh. My husband ordered kafta with the veggies and rice. The flavors were out of this wolrd. The kaftas were so juicy and tender. The baba gannouj had a sweet, savory smokey flavor and the pomegranate seeds added a burst of fresh fruity flavor. We also got Kebbe and it came with fresh taziki sauce. They gave us a basket of soft fresh pita bread with a side of seasoned sesame oil to dip it in (I really don't know the name of it but it was so good). I was really full and couldn't finish all my food but I made sure my husband didn't finish my plate because I wanted it for later. All around great service. Delicious food. Staff was super friendly and attentive and we will definitely be coming back.
Great sushi place and wonderful staff ! I have grown to love sushi even more as I grow older and they are my comfort spots. This place is no exception. I ordered the mango sushi roll and it had a bit more spice than I was used to but otherwise good! Also ordered pork katsu for the first time and the sauce that came with it fit the dish well. The vegetables were alright, they had little flavor. Clear soup was standard as well.
I also got a freebie and while i have not a clue what it was I found it both hilarious and absolutely ecstatic to get a sample of a unique sushi. It's hard to go out of my comfort zone to try new sushi since it can be pricey. The free sushi had a bit of a spicy bite with cream cheese. It wasn't bad but it wasn't for me.
I would 💯 go back for more sushi when I'm in the area, it was very good.

I think the food here is made with love and care. I had the Ramen curry noodle and it was off the chain. A lot of times you see celery and I’m not a fan. I think it’s just “filler” food. They didn’t put any celery in it. The Teriyaki sauce was yummy…. Way better than Swansboro’s Asian Bamboo. Andrea is a super nice and personable. You’re welcome.
Pretty good and authentic Lebanese restaurant. Food was all around tasty. They have an outdoor seating area that allows for smoking hookah and eating. Interior designs are clean and attractive. Service was attentive and friendly. Our party ordered the Moujadara, Sijouk, Kefte Mishwe platter, Moussaka and Chicken Mishwe platter. The Moussaka could've been better enjoyed with rice or some sort of starch, as the dish was minimal. The lamb kebabs were very tender and flavorful. Veggies also were perfectly cooked. The tiramisu was delicious, but was not made in house. Originally wanted the Jebnah dessert but it took too long to make. Prices are a little higher than I'd like. Glad the menu wasn’t the bare boned Mediterranean spread, it was closer to what you'd eat at a Lebanese household. We left just in time as a belly dancer presentation came up, wife was happy to get me outta there😂.
First time dining here. Very friendly service. A little slow but worth the wait for the lumpia & bulgogi! The clear soup and salad were not good, but the other 2 dishes more than made up for it! Looking forward to trying other dishes in the near future.
This place has to be, HANDS DOWN, the best Japanese restaurant in ALL of Jacksonville. Everything from the hibachi dishes, to the sushi, the ramen, and even the appetizers are incredibly good. The seasoning is just right on everything we tried.

Food was pretty great very fresh ingredients. small inside but nice ambiance. Portion sizes very large had plenty to take home . Got the seafood tempura with a spicy tuna roll 6ct. Bestie got shrimp and salmon hibachi $52
The food and service are definitely a lot better than it used to be! Unfortunately today I did find a produce sticker on a piece of bell pepper lol food was still good though but gotta drop a star for that.
We tried Sake for the first time yesterday, very impressed. First thing was the booths had butt cushions which made it comfortable. Our waitress was very nice, and kept checking on us. Every roll and sashimi were perfect. One kid got the shrimp teriyaki kids meal shown in pic, huge shrimp. We got the fried banana with ice cream too. I shouldn't have shared it. Delish.

Clean shop! Food normal good - better than other fast food. Service was OK. Greeted when we walked in. Then servers seemed half asleep. But definitely glad to be greeted.
My first time here and it was AMAZING! A hidden gem tucked away in a plaza off of Baymeadows. Every bite was so so good. Service was good. The owner Pierre came over to make sure we enjoyed our meal which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.
The food and service was absolutely amazing! Portion size is great! Our server Jay-R was super sweet and attentive. She really made our daughter's birthday even better by bringing her a fried cheesecake at the end of our meal, and singing happy birthday to her! Definitely recommend 👌🏻
Went there today for the first time, it’s different from other buffets since you have to pay first and you can choose to sit anywhere. I saw a picture before coming here that claimed to be the best buffet in town but I don’t think so. It’s mediocre. The chicken meat is very dry or mushy. The pork dumplings or any other pork dish had weird taste in it. They have hibachi and it is cool since you get to watch and pick what’s going to be on your hibachi. There isn’t any sushi much to my dismay, maybe it’s available during the dinner? Not sure. I think the plates weren’t very clean since I had to rub something off. I ended up getting food poisoning after and we will most likely not be back because of it. The reason why I gave 2 stars because the people were very friendly and we had a good service. The water they served is very clean and filtered too so I’d give them that.

Experience is typical honestly, you've been to 1 you've basically seen them all.
The food was good and the service was excellent. The rating is because they don't have normal hood systems over the grill, creating a smoking top layer to the atmosphere that sits on your clothes.
The other is they only serve rice. I know I'm complaining but I don't like fried rice so I typically order noodles and since they don't serve then I'm forced to get double veggies. I would like to think a better resturaunt would offer options.

First off loved the sushi it was the best thing in my opinion here. The hibachi was on the less desirable side. Much better at a place where they cook it in front of you. Honey walnut chicken was fabulous very huge. It's a tiny place on the inside but if your a sushi fan I would recommend them.
We usually pass by this place every time we stop by Staples and Best Buy. We finally decided to stop by today and we are definitely going back here again! At first we were a bit bothered because we had to wait for awhile to get our order, however I’d say the wait was definitely worth it. I ordered Fish & Teriyaki chicken entree and my husband ordered Teriyaki chicken bowl, it was delicious! The teriyaki chicken melts your mouth unlike Panda Express’ teriyaki chicken. The fish is perfect, it wasn’t too salty as well as the vegetables. My husband ended up not finishing his bowl since it is a pretty big serving and I’d say the price of our food is reasonable. The place seems to be busy and I can see why. You can’t really compare this with Panda Express since they cook your order fresh, it reminds me of Teriyaki Madness.
Great place for lunch. It is small and there is only one server, so expect to wait a little bit. I highly recommend the kani tempura (softshell crab), Okinawan soba, and miso salmon bento. The tempura came with a ton of veggies as well as the softshell crab and it was cooked perfectly. The Okinawan soba had a light, flavorful broth with plenty of meat. The bento came with salad and miso soup, as well as tempura and nishime. The salmon had a crispy skin on it and was delicious. Would definitely go back.
A great little Japanese place with Okinawan fare. Went there on a Saturday night and it was extremely busy. We put our names on a wait list and walked around for 30 minutes while we waited for a table and eventually got seated at the bar in front of the kitchen. Got a bit of sushi to share as well as the taco rice and unadon (unagi donburi), which came with miso soup. The sushi was good and tasted fresh. The taco rice was tasty. The unagi was charred instead of grilled, but was otherwise good. The staff were polite, quick, and attentive. Overall a great place and I will definitely be dining here again.
Finally reopened sort of. Definitely a work in progress but I enjoyed it and it is cleaner now than it was prior to the extended closing. They understand the need for improvement and actual advertise it as a soft opening. Will return and hopefully they are running on all cylinders when I do.
Good but not amazing Indian food. I like the diversity of their menu, but some of the curries lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting. My favorite was the Chicken Tikka Masala. We only got takeout this time, so I'd like to come back to dine in and try their Thali. Prices are reasonable for Jacksonville. Food was ready on time.
First time eating here and we were completely blown away. The waitress is great and the food comes out at rocket speed. We had the baby octopus salad, chicken fried rice, shrimp tempura and the Yummy Roll. Everything was absolutely perfect. We've been in Florida for almost 2 years and this is by far the very best Japanese, hell the best Asian restaurant we've been to in Florida! Bravo folks... Bravo.

The tempura shrimp was plentiful and perfectly breaded. Not too much and not too light. Cooked perfectly. It is shrimp, green beans, zucchini and other vegetables.
The California Roll was rolled perfectly and presented beautifully.
Bento Box A was my dinner. It had Teriyaki Beef (flawlessly tender), white rice, soup, sashimi (that included thin sliced octopus) and tempura. Amazing was all I can say.
Wife had Pork Yakisoba that was her favorite so far of all of the places we have eaten yakisoba. It was abundant with pork.
We got an order of shrimp fried rice & udon with pork to bring home too. This was a great decision as we tasted both before leaving. Phenomenal. Both. Just excellent.
They carry a few authentic Japanese sodas & teas. Beware the bottled green teas are not sweetened.
Lastly, this is a family owned restaurant. All of the decor came from the owners house. Our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
We will be returning for many times to come because there was so much that sounded awesome. Our dinner proved the fact that they will all be on that level.

The real winner here is the Sampler listed under appetizers. Dumplings, Lumia, chicken yakisobi and the best fattest egg rolls I've ever had. If I had to do it all over again, for the 2 of us, I would be ordered the sampler and a side of rice.

Loved the Lamb here!!! Im usually picky about the way the lamb is made and last night we stopped by before closing and had a quick bite to eat here. I enjoyed the it very much! I was not a fan of the cheese and meat pies. Seemed like they need a little more seasoning. The vegetables were done right not overly cooked. Just perfect. Thank you for a good experience and service.
