As a Hongkonger, the food and the atmosphere has given the home feeling. They are not only authentic, but also delicious. That’s why we visit there from time to time.
Compared to other Chinese restaurants, this is a great place to have some authentic Cantonese dishes. Highly recommended their Brite Reismodeln Gebraten mit Rindfleisch, Hchnerfsfe Mariniert, Prawn Cheumg und Chin Chow Dumplings.
Tastes the same as the Food in Hong Kong 👍🏻😋
The staff are too busy as it’s so full and the smartphone ordering system was down.
We bicycle along the river Würm from Pasing to Oriental Hong Kong restaurant in Karlsfeld only 30 min. :)
This is a really a discovery since lot of Dim Sum restaurants closed down in Munich before and after Corona Crises.
老香港 is really a Hong Kong style Dimsum restaurant which provide a full menu of Canton Cuisin. It is delicious and the service is really friendly. We will go again.......
Good home-made dim sum, we particularly enjoyed the prawn in fried bean curd skin and the different cheongfuns. Pity it’s a bit far from Stuttgart for regular yumcha sessions. The steamed sea bass was good too, though I was a bit disappointed that I could barely taste any salted fish in the fried rice. Next time we would concentrate more on the dim sums. Friendly service, the boss was from Hong Kong hence the rather authentic Cantonese cuisine.
I highly recommend this restaurant and feel it deserves a well-earned 5 stars.

Although things can get a bit chaotic during busy times, the staff is always attentive and willing to help - I especially appreciated the assistance from the Chinese staff when I asked for recommendations on authentic Cantonese dishes.

The dim sum in particular is consistently amazing and tastes like it's been homemade with care. I highly recommend enjoying it with a bit of vinegar and chili oil for an extra burst of flavor - it's a heavenly combination. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant and would definitely return for more delicious food.
Highly recommend both fried shrimp in Hong Kong style and the barbecue pork bun!
Can't say about the atmosphere because I didn't eat there but the food is superb! The 水煮牛肉 tasted very authentic! Every dish except maybe the generic fried noodle was very good! The lady giving us the takeout was also so kind as to carry out the order for us when she saw we couldnt make it to the car in one trip. Definitley coming back for an in store experience.
We came on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy fresh dim sum, since there aren’t any places to enjoy it in Stuttgart.

Definitely on the more banquet/fancy style of place. Peking ducks hung in the entry, proclaiming to be a specialty of the house. If we didn’t have our hearts set on dumplings, we definitely would have given the duck a try here.

No dim sum carts, but the dumplings came out piping hot as they were ready. Everything was fresh & the shrimp were big & plump. The prices seemed a bit high, but we left stuffed and everything was delicious. Definitely enjoyed the delicious Cheung Fun rolls, the Shanghai dumplings & the salt & pepper squid.

The best part was it was outside the city, so traffic & parking weren’t an issue returning from a road trip.
They’ve clearly got the BEST char siu that I’ve tried so far in Germany - and I’ve tried quite some in NRW, Frankfurt, and Berlin. All Dim Sim options are beyond my expectations as well. In general very happy with the food and service I received here.

While rather far out from the city, this place does serve up pretty authentic Cantonese fare that is good by German standards. They also have weekly specials - and it’s definitely worth asking about them as some of their more stand out dishes come from this separate menu.
