Biagio was fantastic in every aspect. The food was just phenomenal. I especially liked the tiramisu. I was there with a private party, so obviously the atmosphere was great for me. But the overall service and ambiance of the restaurant was certainly in it’s on class.

Here I am I may have picked the wrong location because miami was on point. Well this place well far from on point server was slow and not focused so sad. I had pizza was ok nothing great and we also had the veal was also just ok. Nothing eles to say but said. Was expecting 5 star and left sad. Was just a bad feeling all around. You guys failed me !!! And I was still being nice with a 3 star. Let’s see if anyone reaches out.

Great vibrant atmosphere. This restaurant is located at a busy entertainment district (especially on a weekend). The server was kind and attentive. Food was mediocre. Will return when we are around the area for some Italian food.

Food was delicious, a little on the salty side but overall very enjoyable. I would go back. Service was amazing and servers were very attentive. Ambiance was lacking, very quiet with no music or background noise.

From the bread to the dessert, hands down to how they cook here in Italian perfection. Come hungry, and you will leave full, you never have to think about the portions or serving size, because they’re big on taste and flavours. And her. You have no less that Señor Biagio overseeing the service, you’re sure to get the feeling and comfort of being served in an Italian home.

We had a fantastic experience dining here. The food was really good, we enjoyed everything from the carpaccio to the pastas to the homemade tiramisu. The staff, especially Edwin, were so kind and friendly ! Will be back soon.

Great food and service. It can get a bit loud in the dining area but the decor is tasteful with a relaxing ambiance.

We started with the Insalata Carisma. They split the salad in two without us having to ask which was a thoughtful touch. The dressing was very good and this salad paired very well with the bread served.

For mains, we chose the Calamarata and the pasta of the day which was a Butter and Truffle Linguine. The calamarata was a wonderful balance of seafood and tomato, and the linguine was rich and flavourful. The fresh pasta in both dishes was excellent.

For dessert, we shared the Torta Di Noci which was nutty and rich. It wasn’t too sweet and had great flavour.

The food here was terrific. The only detractor would be the price point which is quite high for the size of servings.

Overall, a great experience! If you like good pasta, you won’t be disappointed here.

Ordered salmon and pasta, mushroom fettuccine with chicken breast. The portions were nice and large, lots of veggies, great sauce and salmon was cooked nicely. My order was through Uber eat but I have eaten at restaurant and it wad just as consistently good. Would order again.

For starters, the service was amazing and our waitress was friendly and lovely, so nothing with our meal was any fault of hers. My family has been coming to Vi Pei for quite some time and we have always loved it.

I went for dinner with my parents and grandmother for a celebration. The calamari was good and quick to come out. Our mains took quite a while, about 25 mins. Prior to ordering my main, the “Sea Fruit Deluxe” I specifically asked if the coconut curry cream sauce was spicy at all, and the waitress said it wasn’t, it was sweeter and very mild. I trusted that and ordered it, believing it to be closer to a korma sauce. I do have some spice tolerance, but when this dish arrived I was immediately unable to eat it because it was too spicy. The waitress was lovely and offered to get me something else, but I didn’t want another lengthy wait for a main dish. My mother and I switched plates, and she had a pasta dish that was honestly quite bland itself. I had a few bites, but not much more. The scallops were over cooked. The dish advertised smoked salmon but it came with cooked chunks of salmon which were very fishy tasting. It was okay, but not great like I remember it.

The mussels in both my dish and my grandmothers dish were extremely salty for some reason. Overall, I was just really disappointed. This restaurant used to be amazing, such a great little restaurant with delicious food for a good price. It’s sad to see it’s gone downhill. I wouldn’t go back, at least not for dinner.

Sotto sotto is a true gem. The service was outstanding. Geoff the manager is so nice and made sure my group was well taken care of. We will definitely be returning. Everything we ate was perfectly cooked and tasted even more amazing than it looked!

Food is good and consistent, however, the quality of service could definitely be improved upon. Of the few times I've been there, wait staff is almost nowhere to be seen. Not all menus are provided (I'm always asking for a dessert menu and unsure why this can't be provided from the start) and wait staff is often times unattentive.

Food takes a long time, but when it does reach, it's good and temperature is fine.

I only find myself coming back for their Tiramisu and Polenta Fries. Other food items are mediocre.

Everything was okay. Not great, not terrible, just ok.
We started with the meatballs which were tender and cooked perfect but need a touch of spice, some heat or something. Flavor was a bit bland. The sauce that came with it was good.
We then split the mushroom pizza which was disappointing. The mushrooms were cut too large, or not cut at all and tough to eat. The crust was also undercooked. While the flavors were better, the soggy crust was a bummer.
The service was, again.....okay. No feeling of attentiveness. We also placed an order to go for our kids when we placed the appetizer and did not receive it for another 20-30 min after we had finished and closed out the check. We were hoping it would be ready when we finished, so that we could leave.
We ordered the lasagna and kale salad (not pictured). They were also, okay.
If you sit outside, there is a wasp problem. They ask before seating if that will bother you, we were fine with it, but it is a bigger issue then they let on. I won't sit outside again.

The food is always good at Pi Co. Fresh and fast. Great tasting pizza.

I had the pleasure of dining at Carisma restaurant in Toronto last night, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.
What truly sets Carisma apart is the freshness of their food. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and made with the finest ingredients. Generally, when it comes to desserts part, I am crazy about Cheesecakes and I also tired their strawberries cheesecake; it was one of the top ten for me!
I highly recommend Carisma to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Toronto. Whether it's a special occasion or just a night out, this restaurant delivers in every aspect.

Great good and beautiful setup! Had a quick lunch, but love the food. Not my 1st there as I usually used the Patio for dinner, but totally recommend for delicious pasta dishes, beautiful setup.
Ohh forgot to mention the salads specially Mushroom 🍄 with Goat Cheese was so yummy and prefect portion of everything.
Street parking 🅿️ is just both side of the street and walking distance from King Subway station.

We sat on the patio and it was pleasantly lively, and the food was delicious.

However it took a very long time was our waiter to take our order, and an even longer time for them to bring each dish out. We saw many other tables that were seated after us all get their meals first, finish and even pay as we continued to wait. We didn’t want to pester the waiter but we kindly asked twice only to be told that it was coming soon. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes to get the appetizer, then another 45 to get our entrees. This was after waiting nearly 30 minutes for someone to take our order. I was ready to cancel and leave after the appetizer but they kept saying it was coming soon. It was frustrating nonetheless.

The food was amazing but I’m not sure why we received such bad service. The waiter clearly knew how long he had kept us too.

We have been a regular at Sotto Sotto since early 90s. The food is amazing. Severs are all professional and friendly.
In addition, if you dine here, you may see a celebrity. It’s a definite must go.

Everything was absolutely delicious! It did not disappoint at all. We had lobster pasta and the calamari/shrimp fritti. So good!

Came here as a group and ordered a few items to share. They do auto gratuity included and only accepts one bill for groups.

Upon entrance, the ambience felt really nice. Music is not too loud, which is great for socializing. Overall, the food tasted okay. Most tasted too salty to our liking, but the best one for us is the tagliatelle with chicken and funghi. Portions were a tad bit small especially for the appetizers. We also enjoyed the grilled octopus and calamari as they were so tender and flavourful.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. We had the Berry Martini Mocktails, we found them to be the perfect blend of sour and sweet. I do have allergies and they were very accommodating. The beef carpaccio was melt in your mouth delicious, and accompaniments delicious. I had the Sweet Potato Gnocchi w Beef cheek and it was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend had the Butternut Squash ravioli, and it was buttery and satisfying. For dessert, the Affogato, biscotti, and Blu cake were the perfect way to round off. This is definitely the place for you to splurge and eat your way around the menu!

I had a great pizza here, the flavour was amazing, it made my mouth water. Connor made the pizza for me with great service.

Was here for private event. 3 course menu. Starter: seafood salad was generous. Main: lamb chops delicious. Finally, the home made tiramisu tasted awesome. However, note that it is very light and fluffy in texture.

20$ for a personal pizza, complete rip off. The pizza was good but there’s no way I’m coming back, they’ve jacked up their prices big time. I’ll just order an entire pizza from anywhere else. Also took forever pretty sure the women working made her first pizza ever when I came in, this location stinks.

Went for the first time today for Lunch had the Pesto Chicken Panini with Bruschetta and was very satisfied. The Panini was so flavorful and filling. The staff were courteous and atmosphere inviting. A great place to wine and dine.

Limited but very tasty plant based vegan option. I had the spaghetti and mushroom side dish. It was one of the best mushrooms of my life! Props to the chef.

I am not a fan of the food here but because it sits in Yorkville so you're there for the atmosphere.
I had better food elsewhere for sure. I'm a foodie so the food are not qualified in my opinion. Will I go back? Probably not unless is a bday I need to attend to.

5. Great Italian spot with consistently good food. Service is friendly and attention is paid to little things like changing plates and refilling the water.
The pastas are my favourite but everything is great. The olives are served warm and they’re a great item to have with drinks while waiting (food comes out quickly though)!
In terms of accessibility- washrooms are upstairs but there is lots of ground level patio seating.
Atmosphere is fun, vibrant, and lovely. No reservations- first come first serve- majority of party needs to be there to get a seat!

A lovely restaurant located in the heart of the charming Yorkville neighborhood, offering delightful Italian dishes accompanied by a well-curated selection of Italian wines. The food is of high quality, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere, although there are occasional lapses in service (some servers appear less content with their roles). On occasion, we encountered instances where utensils and dishes were not properly cleaned, and experienced slower service as well.

An important aspect to note regarding the pasta and pizza is the presence of glyphosate, a concerning herbicide, in the wheat and other ingredients like kale and spinach. It would be beneficial for restaurants to consider shifting towards organic sources or at the very least, providing the option to do so. I'm hopeful that the management will consider implementing additional training to address these matters.

Overall, we were satisfied with this place but it did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, the place was not as lively as we thought with a lot of empty seats. In some ways, this was good because it gave us a quiet atmosphere to talk but in some instances it was slightly suffocating. The arancini was pleasantly good and paired well with the orange wine we have received. Despite the lack of guests, we felt that the service still lacked and they were not as attentive as they could have been. All in all, it was still a nice place to sit down, chat, have a drink and a snack but a little bit too quiet for our liking.

Overall, it’s a decent place, I just expected more from a name like this. the food was pretty good, and the service was alright, I just felt the vibe was a bit… plastic, for the lack of a better word.

Holy smokes this restaurant is good!

Look, there are tons of options if you want to go out for Italian food, right? And many of them are good. After all, Italian food is delicious and so commonly done well. But Carisma is next level. No. That’s not it. They’re not even playing the same game.

My wife and I had a 7:00 pm reservation. This was our first time there and it’s quite a drive for us (over an hour) so we were really hoping it would be worth it. There’s an underground parking garage next door, but we found easy street parking. We arrived and were seated immediately at a nice table for two. We were struck immediately by the ambience. Comfortable, clean, and roomy even though there are a lot of tables relatively close together.

Our server showed up immediately and was friendly without being overbearing, informative without being condescending, and for the entire dinner was attentive to what we needed (ready to clear dishes, replace cutlery and clean the table between courses) and what we might want next, all without that sometimes “I’m too posh for you” vibe that you can get with that level of service at high end restaurants. In other words, the perfect server.

Let’s talk about the food though. Wow.

First they bring bread for the table. The bread seemed like a really nice pizza dough kind of bread that was crunchy on the outside but amazingly tender inside. The crunch was just right. Crunchy enough to satisfy but stopping just shy of shredding the top of your mouth. It’s topped with a garlic butter and rosemary combination that made it something we ate too quickly. But all is well. We ordered more!

For our mains, my wife wanted the raviolini, which is stuffed with braised veal, but it comes in a tomato sauce which she doesn’t generally like. We fully expected the common “we don’t make substitutions” refrain you get, usually with disdain, at quality restaurants. Not here! Our server was quick to let us know that they can make any substitutions you want - different pasta, different sauce - and they are happy to do it. They want you to get your food the way you want it! Such a great attitude. So my wife went with the alfredo sauce. I chose the papardelle ragu, which is a wild boar ragu.

First of all, the raviolini. The veal filling was so well seasoned, and so well ground. The texture and taste were perfect, and the pasta was delicious and perfectly cooked. The alfredo sauce was actually light while still holding full alfredo flavour. A trick that almost seems like magic because alfredo sauce is usually so heavy. My papardelle was also perfectly cooked. And that wild boar ragu had such deep flavour I wanted to devour it but ate slowly so I could savour it.

Many really nice Italian restaurants we go to have not the greatest choices for dessert. But not here! I had an apple strudel that was fantastic, and my wife had strawberry sorbet. Perfect finish.

They have gluten-free pasta as an option, so for people with that requirement, you’re covered! We will be returning with our kids at our earliest opportunity!

The food was absolutely amazing! The only downside to coming was when I came in with my friend, we got our food extremely late. When we arrived, there were 2 couples that were seated, then us. Not long after, the entire floor was packed with customers. It was very obvious to us that we had ordered our food before most of the people inside. It seemed to be that we were the last people to get our food as it did take 45-50 minutes for ur food to arrive. A big table that was right next to us came after we arrived, ordered after us, got their food, and finished their food before we got ours.

5 out of5, all day everyday. Service is exactly what you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. Food was excellent. We ordered a variety of items, apps, mains, desert family style. The patio is small and quaint. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic food and service at Cibo. The staff really went above and beyond for us. They even catered to one of my colleagues requests which normally wouldn't be possible. Thanks for making our business lunch meeting extra special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone downtown looking for great Italian cuisine.

The atmosphere and service is always great at Cibo. I’ve come here on a date, out with friends, and for a girls night out. Each time was a great experience. This time, we ordered the burrata to start. The prosciutto was cut perfectly thin, and although the burrata itself was on the smaller side, it was still a delicious plate. Both the bolognese sauce and the rosé sauce were creamy and so flavourful, definitely recommend either dish. I wouldn’t go as far as to say this is the best Italian restaurant in downtown Toronto, but it’s definitely a great option for a day/night out with its lovely atmosphere, great service, and delicious food.

Came here after strolling around the neighborhood when deciding for dinner. So glad we came here. The food was absolutely amazing! The pasta was my favourite, I loved how saucy and creamy it was, the flavours were impeccable. The pizza was amazing too but I would recommend the pasta over that! Dessert was absolutely delicious! The pistachio gelato paired with the fudge like chocolate cake as well as the hazelnut crumble… to die for! You will not be disappointed with the food here. Only thing is, which I have seen with other reviewers is that it does get quite loud and it was difficult to hear my date across from me. We were seated at the patio and the wind was strong and the leaves on the plants kept hitting my face, which wasn’t that pleasant. Staff wasn’t that personable but they were busy so I’ll give them a pass. If you’re looking for amazing food and like to not be bothered by staff often, this is a place for you!

Gnocchi is next level delicious (and the picture shared is only a half portion to share!)

Mushrooms weren’t bad, bread was quite fresh, and had the option of substituting meat for vegetarian options, which I always appreciate.

Amazing calamari fritti, incredible rack of lamb and fettuccine Alfredo!!!! And of course, the tiramisu was divine!

The place is very nice and elegant, live music was a great bonus but we couldn’t hear it on the 2nd floor.
The food was good, some choices were excellent (like salmon), but some were not (steak for instance, great sauce but the meat could be a better quality)

Nice Italian restaurant, perfect smiky staffs. Enzo was our waiter, they did a wrong salad with bacon (we asked without) and even they made a new one cause of our children got upset first, they didn't charge us. I appreciate.

The manager is from Mexico if I am right and he is supervising everything.

Other staffs I mean who brings the foods, waiter's assistants, should pass more lessons.

I liked the Ravioli, Tiramisù and the Salmon.

Lobster Ravioli from the regular menu was the best menu out of other menu we tried.
We ordered most of the food from the happy hour menu. Maybe because of this or not, inside of arancini wasn't hot.
Polenta fries were hot and crispy but not the best one i tried.
Pizza was soso. Not so much flavour.
Margarita pizza was more like plain cheese pizza
Our server wasn't so attentive as well.
I had better experience from other locations.
I probably try regular menu next time but not really recommending happy hour menu other than 1/2 price wine

Not sure where to start with my review for this hidden gem in Toronto. My son was looking through Google to find an Italian restaurant near us and he picked out this place based on their ratings. What an amazing choice. For the first time in awhile I had nothing to complain about and every single item we ordered was WOW. The bread is so fresh crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. We ordered a margarita pizza to share, gnocchi, linguini shrimp Alfredo, pasta with blush sauce, shrimp and mushroom, and pasta with seafood. Everything was beyond delicious and the service was amazing as well. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to all our friends. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff as well.

We choose Blu for my daughter's wedding dinner with a guest count of 26. The restaurant provided us with a nice semi-private space for our event, and we opted for a fixed menu that offered a well-balanced selection of 4 appetizers, 4 main dishes, and 4 types of desserts. It was wonderful to have the freedom to choose our drinks as well.

The food and the overall atmosphere were very satisfying. All the dishes from the menu were top-notch in terms of taste and presentation, leaving a spectacular impression on everyone; our guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening and wished the newlyweds well.

Though the restaurant did an excellent job overall, I have a few suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the live music in the second-floor hall was barely audible, and it would have been great if it could be made more prominent. Secondly, the guests were not informed about the menu items, leading to some of them not making the ideal choices for themselves. This resulted in guests exchanging dishes among themselves after they were served.

Additionally, I expected a bit more attention and involvement from the waiters, especially considering we spent around $4000 on the dinner for 26 guests including 4 children and 11 adults with soft drinks . Despite these points, the pleasant atmosphere and fantastic food make Blu restaurant a definite recommendation for family celebrations.

Decided on Cibo for dinner tonight. Seemed to have a few tables available. We sat inside behind the bar in a quiet area but the a/c was blowing on us.

Service was good and fairly attentive. Somewhere mod-dinner our server was changed the new one was not as interesting and seemed a little fake friendly.

Wine list is very expensive. Nothing lower than $60. Markup always excessive. They should really offer something lower. So the wines listed are certainly not with it.

Food was great. Gorgonzola pizza was excellent for appetizer. New experience. It was awesome.

Dinners veal melinase(sp), lobster ravioli, gnocchi and short ribs ravioli were very good.

Dessert ice cream. Nothing special.

We came here for my birthday dinner. Highly recommend this place, the food is fresh and delicious. Our server was very helpful, honestly and friendly. The atmosphere was okay nothing special. We were there for the food. Great wine list, and cocktails as well.

We usually get delivery, and the food is always delicious. My favorite is the Richmond Pizza.

Recently we went in person, and the food was even better.

Service was also great. Cheena made the food very well md very quickly, and was very pleasant.

Came here for a friend's birthday. Service was a bit slower than what I expected. The food was just okay considering the price point we paid. My partner and I shared a pasta dish and Caesar salad.

We got the pesto and the portion wasn't as big compared to what our friends ordered. The taste was also just okay. I think the truffle pasta was better but it could just be the truffle.

We also got sangria and it was just regular.

What a wonderful experience!! The food here was top notch, well presented and extremely tasty. Our server Roberto was friendly, chatty and gave us great food and wine recommendations. The restaurant itself had a bright airy atmosphere though it could use a little of an update. The washrooms are not connected to the restaurant and located in the basement in the building. It was very dimly lit and felt pretty sketch.

Absolutely amazing experience!! From the service, vibe and especially the food. We were a party of 3 got sat right away on the roof top (it was a Monday so not too too busy) ordered quit a few different items off the menu and we shared everything. Our server was very attentive and gave us lots of great recommendations. The grilled octopus was honestly one of my favourite things I’ve gotten at a restaurant to date. We had pasta, fish and pizza as well as some apps and desserts. Nothing disappointed!

Great experience. Came with a group of 8 for a celebratory dinner with the summerlicious menu. Service was very attentive & patient, waiting for all members to show up before we order food. All courses were brought out simultaneously & they were full of flavour, hot & presented well. It was a nice night out in a beautiful location & I would return again for regular menu.

Been here a couple of times over the years. Always quiet. On the plus side, they don't rush you out, food is decent, as are the prices. Asked for bacon and eggs with brown toast. Got sausages and eggs with white toast. No possibility of mixing up orders cuz I was the only one there at the time. So they just need to listen and retain things better...

Sofia’s is a great restaurant to go for small groups or big gathering dinners. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. The atmosphere is calm, private and sophisticated. The food was delicious, and their cocktail menu has many liquors to choose from. Thank you!

Cibo is a good spot. The food was good and arrived quickly. The pappardelle was our favorite. The anchini had a nice crispy outside and melted center, just as it should.

We ordered cocktails and they arrived about 30 seconds before the food. We sat for a while without drinks. It would have been great to enjoy our cocktails first. It wasn't busy so it should have been possible.

Food is always consistent but the service isn’t which is why it’s a 4 star and not 5. The service is either impeccable or mediocre at best. But because the food quality and flavour is always consistent I’ve returned on multiple occasions and will continue to! It’s definitely worth it. Every pasta I’ve tried has been flavourful and satisfying.

Came here for brunch/lunch and had a great experience. Highly recommend the polenta fries although they are not on the brunch menu. Great service. Definitely more of a dinner place, but you can’t beat bottomless mimosas for $30🤩

The truffle pasta is a must try. I come here every few months just for the truffle pasta. The other pastas are good too but if you like mushroom, just get the truffle one. The pizza, bread, and bruschetta are also delicious.

The atmosphere and service is great. I highly recommend coming before 6pm to avoid waiting. If you do have to wait, you’re usually seated in 15-30 minutes.

This is one of my favourite restaurant in Toronto. If not in the top 3 of what I think are the best Italian restaurant in Toronto.
Ambiance is sophisticate, romantic, chill. It’s family owned and they are the nicest people.
Food is delicious, simple ingredients but with the highest quality. Pasta is homemade, appetizers are so good, the pastry are made in house too and you can tell that the team works so hard. Everything feels fresh and Italian.
Carisma is perfect to celebrate an important event or just to stop by with a friend to grab a quick meal. Service is top notch!

We love it! Every moment we enjoyed and can’t wait to go back! Amazing selection of wine and cocktails and delicious food😋🤌🏻 Luis(our server) just an amazing person we had so much fun and we are never forgetting “Chablis”😄

Free parking on the side of the building, a few tables and seats inside, great pizza, pizza has forever been great here throughout recent years and then some, friendly staff.

Friendly service and great vibe! We sat on the patio and it started to rain so they moved us inside and we were glad they did! The restaurant had live music inside and the musician was amazing. Food was great and we recommend the ribeye and carpaccio but all of the food that we had at our table of 5 was great! Highly recommend!

Came here for a date night with my now husband when we just started dating. The atmosphere was so romantic. I loved the dim lighting and the ambiance. The food was delicious and full of flavour!

I repeatedly order multiple pizzas from this Pizza Nova for college events. I also spoke with the owners in the store. Very kind people. Willing to work with me and special dietary restrictions. Orders always arrived well in advance. Courteous delivery people. A pleasure to work with.

Great Food, honestly!! very nice food. Good and very friendly staff. The place was clean and pleasant... one feedback on the table for 2 - very small and congested, and space between chair and table was extra tight ... little bigger tables and little extra space would be comfortable seating arrangement.

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious; we were a group of 4 and all our plates were wiped clean by the end of the night. But above all, the service was flawless. Ricardo took care of us and made recommendations and adjustments to our meals to make sure we were all perfectly taken care of. Would highly recommend

The food was really good and the service was amazing! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they brought this dessert out! So cute and according to him it was very tasty!

Music that will blow your ears off, literally impossible to hear the person sitting next to you let alone the waiter.

They don’t even bother coming to the table offering you something to drink because they know you won’t hear anything.

The venue it self is decent but aside from that the food took two hours to arrive not to mention tons of stuff was “sold out” I was sitting and eating lemons and bread and stuffing my self on olive oil, when the food did arrive it was ok. Overall I’d never come back here or recommend anyone to come here.

2 hours after our reservation, I'm so very pleased to say that the lemons and olive oil are truly exquisite. I am sure I'll get my hearing back in a few days as well. Lovely !
Update: I received my appetizer and it's quite unfortunate. This place really is pretentious and overpriced. If you want authentic and GOOD Italian, try Eataly or anywhere else. If you like to eat in a nightclub with poor service, you may enjoy yourself here.

Went for dinner before concert on a rainy evening. So glad we made a decision to go. Food was so tasty. Pasta was we ordered cooked with vodka and tomato sauce. Unbelievable! I was craving for pizza. Loved the pizza too.

Enjoyed in the beginning as I was already a Pi Co customer but it seems this branch needs adjustments- just read other reviews.
Tonight I tried to order a pickup and app didn't allow - it was 9:02pm and the store closes at 10pm. When I asked the employee, she just said "the app closes at 9pm"
So then I ordered in the store. One of the pizzas came as a square almost, the other (a margherita) barely had cheese, the basil was put before baking it and then when I got home I realized they overcharged me (the Margherita was charged as craft your own). My email receipt never arrived.

Ordered through door dash. We had the wild mushroom chicken, Vegetable lasagna and bruchetta. Chicken dish was nice and the sauce was amazing but they don't give alot and no option to request more. Veggie lasagna was lacked with veggies and topped with cheese but had hardly any sauce on it.bruchetta was tasty but expect a thin base that got soggy in delivery container because wet lettuce was at the bottom.
Overall the food is very good but needs a more sauce option.

What a great experience, booked our corporate holiday dinner at Blu Ristorante. Yes this review is a bit late coming but people are still raving about the impeccable service especially from their friendly and knowledgeable staff (Mauricio, Luis, David and Nasir - I made sure I wrote down their names for this review)! Do yourself a favour and make sure you make it here at least once because the food was amazing, from the appetizer to dessert. I didn't get a picture of the all the options but these ones still bring back the memories of our night at Blu. Thanks to all the staff, and a shout out to Kamila (Event Coordinator) and Jeff (Manager).

Recently discovered this cozy brunch spot by chance while driving by and decided to stop in. While we did have to wait a bit after placing the order, but the delicious food and friendly staff more than made up for it.

We discovered this place in 2020 and go there when we can. The food is great and the service is great too. Except, during the last visit, at 615 PM. We were told they need the table by 8 PM multiple times. While there were a couple of tables available on the main floor, we were led upstairs to an empty space (felt like eating at home and not a restaurant), the food was somehow lcaking in flavor and the Server seemed to give off a vibe like he did us a favor by giving us the table in an empty room. He did his job, but the atmosphere was not top-notch. I met the owner the last visit and she was lovely, but this time.. just came away slightly disappointed. I'm not sure if we are going back there.

PS the Tiramisu and the Almond Salad were awesome!

the oizza is good they have different options to choose from and have gluten free pizza. there are fast and uts always fresh. staff are friendly and nice to deal with

Been here 3 times now. Its the most authentic and delicious thin crust pizza ready in 90 seconds. The tomato sauce and toppings are sooo good and the crust is the perfect mix of crunchy and soft. Amazing service so friendly and accommodating, taking extra special care of my 2 year old. Will be back over and over and truly can not recommend more! The salad with balsamic dressing is also So good!!!!!!!

Good restaurant and bar in a great area. The whole restaurant was decorated with beautiful art pieces and decor from the gallery next door. The service was excellent 😌 our server was really nice and could even talk to us in french. Our plates for brunch were delicious. Will come back for sure!!

We had winterlicious lunch menu, which includes Veal and Calamari as main course. They are very fresh and tender. I like the atmosphere of the setting of the restaurant and we also were told how to pronounce the bill amount in Italy, quite impressive and friendly.

Nice atmosphere and very good service. It is a fine dining experience, so naturally, do not go in expecting a cheap meal. Three things I will say is my wife and I ordered a fair number of things for just 2 people. We were sat at a small two-person table, so it was a little cluttered with all our plates. Definitely do not order too much at once if you are at a two-top. Not their fault, just a warning for couples with big appetites. The other thing is we got the filet steak ordered medium rare. One side was perfect, but the other side was overcooked to mid-well. Not sure if this is a common thing because of their equipment, or we were just a little unlucky. Lastly, I had a slightly difficult time cutting the steak. Not sure if we were given the wrong knife(s), or their steak knives are just bad.

Perfect for an intimate Italian dinner. Inside is dark and moody, outside is lush and sparking with string lights. The patio is covered and heated and great for fall nights. The staff are attentive and the food is classic and quality. The burrata was incredibly creamy and the tomatoes were bursting with flavour. The seafood in the pasta is abundant and the tomato sauce is perfectly seasoned.

Came here for a celebration with a large group. They were only able to accommodate us at an earlier time (5pm) since it’s a smaller space and not really meant for large groups. Definitely more for intimate dinners.

We used their valet services which is really one guy running around, and the staff didn’t seem to be too knowledgeable on how much it costs since it’s another company (it’s $20).

The staff here were very courteous and service was great, (but it was also super early so there were maybe 2 other tables seated at the time). We ordered a lot of food and everything tasted delicious. The seafood appetizers were so tender and delicious, I would highly recommend them. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the carbonara. It wasted pretty mediocre in my opinion. Other than that, we had a great experience here.

First time going to this place. Went for brunch to try a new restaurant. The service and food were very good. Will definitely return. They have Prix Fix Monday to Friday with very reasonable prices

Was our first time at Biagio and found it a lovely experience - everything felt and smelled Italian.
Nice place in the heart of Downtown with a decent patio. The staff were very welcoming and helped us to order great set of dishes. The warm cheesecake cake was the rock star!!!

Update - April 25th
I visited for dinner. We had the fried calamari, steak and lobster special and Seafood medley. The seafood was fresh and the service was great. The server even made us a drink not on menu. I increased your rating to 5 star. You did a great job. I will be back for more!

A hidden gem in Scarborough. We ordered the brunch combo platter and the eggs nova. The plates were great portions, good prices and nice service.
I would like to go back to try lunch and dinner options too.

Celebrated New Years Eve Dinner and the food was exceptionally good. Service was top notch and I can appreciate the old school service of having experienced men serve us. Price point was worth all the good flavours in our dishes. It was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back to enjoy the other dishes.

Ordered a small Hawaiian and a medium meat supreme on doordash and received burnt pizzas! Can't believed they charged me $45 for this. Never getting food there again, not worth wasting any money for a pizza that was burnt!!! Ended up going straight into the bin.

Tried the veal cutlet sandwich, sauce is great, meat and bread not that tasty. It's hard to review a chain but I always learnt that even if it's a chain, but individual stores have a character and they could be good executers of the concept or bad ones. This location was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
