Went last night, taking some important clients as a thank you ...hadn't been for many years. In the day it was outstanding.

To start we had a waitress that was clueless. Everything we asked her she had to ask the manager.. Apologized that she was new. We were astounded that she had no training. She brought the bread it was stale. We asked for fresher bread and got a shrug. We were told don't worry. I'll bring you another basket. Same stale bread.

2 dishes were reasonable...the third dish - eggplant looked disgusting. Covered in a pasta sauce that looked like it was from a bought bottle of sauce. I ordered a pizza. It was bad. It was soggy and the base tasted raw. As I picked it up the cheese had coagulated and did not stick the the base. I called the manage....he was quite rude. Questioned my as if I were lying. I had one slice. He picked up the pizza to check the base. Quickly offered another pizza, and then I declined he offered to take it off the menu. It almost tasted as if the base was frozen and that they threw the toppings on - the cheese melted but the base was barely thawed.

Once served never saw the waitress again until she came to take away the plates. Obnoxiously stretching over the table.

It was an awful experience. So disappointed. Would definitely not recommend

My friends and I ordered the lasagna and the spaghetti bolognese. They were all tasty, well-seasoned and saucy. Ambiance is also very nice. Servers are pleasant and attentive.

I visited Paisano for dinner and had the lasagna. It was good, tasty, the sauce was a bit acidic for my taste yet enjoyable because I finished the whole thing. It's a great portion for value. Would return to try other items.

The food is amazing! Love the pizza and white wine-mussel. Feel like home and love the music and vibe. Service excellence and the people are so nice. Will come again for this!

Saw this place a few times driving by and decided to grab some lunch here. I got the lasagna and my wife got the Mediterranean pizza. Overall, they tasted decent. Pizza was better I would say. The quality of food is good, nothing too standout -ish but basically your better than average run of the mill Italian place! Good service, good food, and good atmosphere. Prices were good too.

The best! The most enjoable place for food and coffee (cappuccino)! We had a breakfast with croassaunt and cappuccino! 😋 Awesome service! Quality of food is 5*! Beautifully designed delicious cappuccino!
Loved my portobello pasta. Italian salad and the soup were good. Pizza was good, the thin crust was delicious but the toppings could be a bit larger chunks. The dessert was amazing, it has definitely improved a lot since we last had dessert here.
The service was excellent. They were very attentive and let us modify the pizza combo toppings. The seats are fine but the cushions could be thicker. The decor is nice, but the pizza oven does create a smoke smell in the air.
Overall, a solid 4.5/5.

Great Italian food and simple place.
Not too crowded and service is great. So many options to choose from, even vegetarian options less needed customization needed.

Definitely would come back! The food was amazing and the service was even better. Our server, Helena, was incredibly friendly and she ensured that we had a great time by consistently checking up on us; she was really great! I'm glad that my husband and I took a chance to try this restaurant because we had a wonderful dinner.

my favourite cafe in the area, most kind owners, been coming here for years for their ginseng latte! i wish this could be closer to home, but used to come here often during a lunch break (before covid). so happy to know it’s stayed busier, i stop by whenever i get the chance! don’t hesitate to come for coffee. or quick lunch. it’s simple and quick, not anything fancy but the owners put lots of effort into making the food and making sure you have a great experience!
A very nice experience overall, very good food, nice atmosphere and excellent service. We had shrimp al pesto and a small pizza with pepperoni , mushrooms, red peppers and and anchovies. The pasta was perfect, sauce included pine nuts, tiger shrimp were perfectly cooked and plentiful. Pizza crust was quite good, sauce a nice balance between sweet and savory. Toppings were delicious. As for dessert...the tiramisu is outstanding. We'll certainly be back!

I ordered a shrimp and scallop pasta. Sauce, shrimp and size were pretty good, however scallop was slightly not fresh. Excellent service. Great creme brulee. Clean environment. Not noisy.

Had a casual lunch at this Italian place. The room is a bit cold, but the food is okay. The size of each dish is big enough and the waiter is enthusiastic and friendly. We ordered two entry level Italian dishes: spaghetti & meatballs and beef lasagna. They are handled well and we feel satisfied. The highlight is how they handled escargot, which is very delicious with sliced bread. May come back again.

Tip: if any Italian place that cannot handle the two pasta dishes I ordered, don’t go there again.

I’ve been going here even before Covid & it’s an amazing cafe. Busy around lunch time as expected but their coffee are imported from Italy & owner is Italian as well. Took my friend here & things hasn’t change for over 5 years. Exceptional service & food. Love it here. This is the coffee ginseng

This little gem was a great find! It’s a bit hidden as it’s behind and within a larger building. It’s got decent parking and a fair amount of seating. This is a casual eatery/cafe, order at the counter and sit wherever and they will bring you the food. The shopkeepers were super friendly. The price to portion of food was very reasonable! The food was hot, delicious and made to order! My favourite was the prosciutto and egg toast! The espresso beverages taste great. I would highly recommend visiting this cafe if you’re in the area.

Sorento is an Italian restaurant, we decided to try it out after having a craving for pasta. Our cravings were definitely filled. To start we ordered these garlic bread with cheese ($8), it came with four pieces. The bread was fresh and it was satisfyingly cheesy. We also ordered the pesto chicken pizza ($20) which was really good. Everything you'd want in a wood fired pizza was met. We then got the sausage and bacon pasta ($23) and the philly cream steak pasta ($23). The pastas were nice and creamy and everything was seasoned well. Makes it hard to stop eating once you've begun, even if you're full!

We'd definitely recommend you checkout Sorento if you're ever having a pasta craving. They offer a good variety of pastas such as meat, seafood, and vegetarian. The prices are reasonable for the amount that you're getting as well.

The customer service if fast and the staff are very friendly which always makes the experience a lot better.

Overall: 4/5

Food: 4/5 - I got a chicken panini and it was great! It felt like a fresh sandwich, with fresh Italian bread. I'd love to try the hot foods next time.

Service: 5/5. Such friendly and kind staff, really cared if we enjoyed our meal or not, and brought a little flavour of Italy to the room.

Atmosphere: 3/5 nothing bad and nothing special, just more of a food court vibe, but the store itself was great and had Italian snacks, pastries, etc.

Definitely going to come back here to try the warm food :)

I went to this cafe with friends to share my secret place. I told them that their coffee and food are good. When I got there, two people were inside. One of them told me, 'This place is a hidden gem; you found the right spot.' Later, the other one also said, 'This cafe is nice.' LOL. They were excited to share how nice this cafe is.

We enjoyed Prosciutto pizza, garden salad, chicken panini, and latte. Everything was so good, and there was very good customer service from the owner. Thanks; we will definitely come back.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience. The prices are fair and reasonable, the service was exceptional and the food was phenomenal. You have the choice to take the food to go or sit down- if you choose to sit they bring the food to you. The seating area isn't large but gives you options for seating groups or single people. They also have other snacks to buy like cookies and chocolate. I ordered a slice of pizza that comes with salad ($5.99) and a bagel with cream cheese ($3.99) it was fresh hot and delicious. The service and food quality is something I'd expect from a fancy and expensive restaurant however they give you everything you'd want in eating out but with a better price.

An overdue visit to this authentic coffee shop which we wanted to visit a while back and it did not disappoint. It is a middle of a commercial/office type area with decent amount of parking. We loved the service which was top notch from beginning till the end. This cafe has Italian goods specifically imported from Italy. We had the butter croissant, croissant caprese, cappuccino and orange/peach tea. Everything hit the spot! Next time we will have more breakfast items as they have a diverse breakfast menu. Thanks!

We booked online for New Year's Eve around 6:30. The restaurant is divided in 2 sides. The host at the door was very friendly. He seated us at a booth and gave us our menus. They had a New Year's Eve menu along with the regular menu. We ordered the turkey dinner for $30 and the lobster tail and shrimp for $35. I've seen lobster dinners go for more money than that.
The server was friendly and the service was fine. We order the carrot, Carmel cheesecake $7.50 and lemon pucker cake $7.50. Both desserts were delicious. The restaurant did feel chilly whenever the door opened. You could feel the draft and we sat 5 booths from the door. And the place needs more decor. It didn't feel Italian. But the food and service made up for it. I can tell they have a lot of regulars.
