To begin, I should have gotten a Deep-Dish 🍕, but I didn’t want to wait the 30-45 minutes because we had craft shows to get to. I love deep dish and that probably would have been better. For me, it’s SO hard to outdo Red’s Savoy thin crust, and these pies didn’t do it. The 🥗 was boring, and the ranch wasn’t great, but it was a good value for $5.00. The pizzas themselves were okay, though the Margherita version here was the strangest I’ve seen. Where is the fresh basil? Where are the globs of fresh mozzarella? Neither of those are included in the description, but that’s what I expect and not the reality that we got.

This place has been on my list for years, so I’m sort of bummed it wasn’t better. It’s got an old school vibe that I really enjoyed, and our waitress was talkative and friendly despite being the only one working that day. I will say that the booths are TIGHT. Thankfully, the seats move a bit, but if that’s a concern for you, I recommend heading to a table.

Ordered the lasagna with olives and sun dried tomatoes. This is the only place we have been able to find that doesn’t have meat in their sauce. Made us happy! :) docking a star because of the bread that came with it. We look forward to returning.
We have always enjoyed going to Olive Garden. The food is always great and the attention we get from the wait staff is top notch, no matter which one we go to. Well, it was until we visited this restaurant. We had a group of 6 and the waitress started off good, getting our drinks. Unfortunately, that’s when the good ended. We placed our orders and then waited a good 25 minutes before we got some breadsticks and our salad, which was wilted, like it was sitting around for awhile. Usually, we only have to wait 10 minutes at the most and that’s if it’s really busy. I could see if it was busy or they were short-staffed, but they were neither. We were surprised how empty it was, especially for a Saturday afternoon around 12:45. There were a lot of waitresses, however, they were all huddled back in the wait station yakking away. We waited almost an hour before food finally came to the table and then my 4 year old grandson didn’t get all his food. We had to remind the waitress TWICE about getting his food. My wife got fed up with the waiting and tracked down the GM to let her know what was going on. Of course, all of a sudden we got some action, which unfortunately didn’t last long. No one came back to ask how the food was or refill our drinks. We could see they were again busy yakking away. They could get road construction jobs holding the Slow/Stop signs the way they just stood around. In her defense, our waitress said it was her first day. Really? They just put you out there without someone working with you? I doubted this was her first day but I blame most of this on the GM. She saw those waitresses standing around yakking and didn’t do anything about it, even after we complained to her about it. Then to not have anyone help the new waitress, if she was really new. Needless to say, we weren’t asked if we wanted any dessert. At no point was anyone in our group mean or yelling at anyone. We just asked for the service we were used to getting at an Olive Garden. No wonder this place wasn’t busy, who would ever want to come back? I know we won’t!
We haven't eaten at the Italian Pie Shoppe for years, but we order them at work frequently. Went for pizza and a salad tonight and it was delicious as always. We'll be back!
Came to eat here with my family to see how the experience would be dining in, because I always order to go. Our server was nice but clearly hasn’t been serving for long, It took forever every time we needed something and a huge part of giving good service is being able to work at a fast pace. Hopefully management focuses on hiring good staff instead of others to add to the clique vibe they seem to have going on here. Had a previous experience at this location about two weeks ago, there was at least 4 employees, a few that introduced themselves as managers just standing at the front of the restaurant where customers come in, gossiping about everyone & everything in the restaurant, very tacky and I gladly wont be back.
I had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden recently, and I must say, our experience was elevated to a whole new level thanks to our exceptional waiter, Peter. His service was absolutely amazing!

From the moment we were seated, Peter was attentive, courteous, and eager to make our meal memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. Peter's extensive knowledge of the menu and his recommendations were spot on.

What truly stood out was Peter's willingness to help with anything our group needed. Whether it was refilling our drinks, providing extra napkins, or accommodating dietary preferences, he did it all with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. It felt like he genuinely cared about our enjoyment of the evening.

And of course, the food at Olive Garden was simply incredible. Each dish was a delight, bursting with authentic Italian flavors.

From the perfectly cooked pasta to the delectable sauces and mouthwatering desserts, every bite was a taste of Italy.
In summary, our dining experience at Olive Garden was made unforgettable by Peter's exceptional service and dedication to ensuring our group had a fantastic time.

I would wholeheartedly give him and the restaurant a five-star rating. Thank you, Peter, for making our evening special!
Took my husband there for a birthday dinner. Our server Eve was excellent. She was very attentive but not overly so. More than enough food to bring home for a second maybe even a third meal. She was very good at showing us how to work the computer screen to pay our bill. Would definitely return here. This was the Eagan restaurant.
Easy quick service with options to build a bowl, salad or wrap. Lots of items available for vegetarian, but all protein add-on options are meat. No beans or tofu, but they do have quinoa. The tasty power bowl is easily made vegan by leaving off the yogurt.

This is the best pizza place anywhere - and believe me, we try pizzas when we travel and have never found any place that compares. My husband took me here on our first date in 1988 and it's been a favorite night out (or in, with take-out) for over thirty-five years. Their deep dish pizza is wonderful and the thin crust is fabulous. We usually get pepperoni and pineapple with the toppings on top, but we've tried other varieties over the years and they are all amazing. The atmosphere is fun with the gangster motif. So many memories there and so many great pizzas.
Good pizza, good serving size. A bit slow on the service side, and the ambiance is lacking; the table we sat at slid all over the place and wasn't very comfortable.

Pizza fries were real good.
My husband and I had what we like to call "Drunch" due to eating at 3pm here on Saturday.

Service was wonderful from start to finish. The doors were opened as I rolled up by two hostesses which was absolutely lovely! I'm in a wheelchair and we were asked if we wanted a chair removed from a table or if we wanted a booth which was fantastic! Usually you're just automatically placed at a table with a chair removed. Sometimes I want to transfer into a booth and get out of the blasted wheelchair.

The area we were in was decently busy but the server was still at the table quickly. He was also great. Full of energy, kind, and patient with indecisiveness (husband ha!)

I had the salad and salmon. Husband had minestrone soup and seafood linguine. This was our first time back at an olive garden in quite a few years. The salad was ok. It was mainly iceberg lettuce, onions, and croutons. There were 2 slices of tomato, 3 black olives and a banana pepper. I can't say I was impressed with it. Husbands minestrone soup was also majority broth. We also got 2 mild garlic chewy breadsticks. Starters = just ok.
The salmon was heavily seasoned and flaky. It was very good, though small. The broccoli was cooked perfectly but was overly salted. Husband's seafood linguine was excellent. I suggest the seafood linguine if you dine here. It was wonderful.

To sum it up service here is fantastic, the starters are underwhelming, the seafood linguine is delicious but the salmon dish is a salt trap (maybe ask to go light on the salt?)
Accessibility for wheelers is good for the areas I was in (parking, doorway, dining area)
There were 7 of us, we stopped here around 830pm to eat dinner and they sat us in the bar area. The bar tender was nice and the restaurant was clean. The salad and bread sticks were great as always. My aunt ordered the spaghetti and barely touched it bc it was more spicy than she remembered so I asked if they could give her a discount, the bar tender did one better and completely took it off her bill. That kind of service was over and above what was expected! Most of everyone else had the shrimp and chicken carbonara and it didn't disappoint! My other aunt had the minestrone soup and said it was good. The building is beautiful and had a nice big parking lot.
Hands down one of my favorite fast food places! I have been here about 8x in the past few months. I LOVE THIS PLACE. If you like spicy the hot chicken is fire!! Definitely stop in and try it out and hopefully more locations open up soon!
I was served an hour old “build you own” piada. I went in to grab lunch for myself and family and ordered 2 steak avocado piadas. I told the first girl I ordered from that I wanted to add cucumber and pickled onion. She told me to let the girl down the line know. When they went to transfer my order between each other the girls both confirmed there was two steak avocado piadas already made sitting on the line and grabbed them for my order. I said I wanted to add some things to the wraps and a gentlemen looked at me and asked if they could just put it on the side. At this point I’m made to feel like an inconvenience if they actually had to make my food fresh for me so I oblige they can put it on the side. Then I ask if they were just made or have been sitting there and the cashier laughed a bit and the man told me there was a mess up order when they opened. It was 11:50 when I was inside. They opened at 10:45. So I got home unwrapped my piada to add the ingredients I wanted and to no surprise the steak was cold. Not exactly up to standard for the health department. I have always enjoyed piada and this experience really sucks to have happened.
This place was pretty great! Ordered my food online for pickup in 15 minutes, had to wait an additional 10 but that was no big deal, it was relatively busy as it was dinner time. The power bowl was on point (got the spicy chicken and was impressed by the flavor and surprising heat.) and the fiance enjoyed her wrap. Calamari was super tender, a little fishy, and the corn salad was fresh and tasty. 4.5 but rounded up to a 5. Would order again!

Stopped in while visiting family before our flight back home. I was greeted immediately with a smiling face and positive attitude! The food was amazing... you have to try the breadsticks! Overall the best food experience I had during my visit there. Highly recommend! Ask for Chef Amanda. She'll make sure you leave happy and full!
Good pizza with many options. I got the 6 topping special. Not a fan of the square cut slices. Fast service. Solid choice.
What a nice re-discovery. We had not been here for a while. I forgot how yummy their food is. The staff is very helpful and do their job well.

Great flavors. Love the piada wraps. Chefs favorite wrap in the picture. Crispy chicken in pasta had a good breading.
Nasty food. This has nothing in common with piadina or piada from romagna italia. They're serving 100% American style wraps. Changing everything possible. You'll find None of the cheeses or Italia meats. Please, don't be fooled into thinking you're have an Italia street food experience. 100% The opposite. Cultural appropriation to the max, using Italia as a selling point. Below are photos of piada that i ordered in cesentico italia this past summer. Piada, what a joke!
The unlimited salad, soup, and breadsticks is definitely the way to go. The salad and soups are all delicious. The breadsticks are good when they're hot and fresh. We went with a group of 30 and the staff was very accommodating and we got food super fast. There was confusion about shots, someone's drink was completely wrong and had to be brought to the bar, and someone else ordered chicken that was both burnt and slimey, but the manager comped that meal. Overall, the service was great but the food was..okay. I got the seafood Alfredo and it was only somewhat warm when I got it.
Slightly disappointed being this was my time ever to Olive Garden but Overall the inside is beautiful and no wait to be seated for two people around 5:30pm on a Saturday. We ordered the calamari appetizer which was tasty but a very small portion, the shrimp Alfredo was delicious and the shrimp scampi looked beautiful but had a bland taste. Towards the end of our dinner I noticed 2 fly’s flying around our food and at that point I told my boyfriend I was ready to leave and we asked for to-go containers, sadly I didn’t get to take my calamari or salad because I was turned off by watching the two fly’s land on both as we shooed them away. We also were never asked how our meal was as well. I loved the breadsticks and the mango strawberry tea. But for $67 I was hoping it’d be better and hoping for a better experience my next visit. But it won’t be at this location.
They make an excellent deep dish. I had mine with meatball, tomato, fresh chopped garlic and black olives. The crust is perfect, flaky and tasty, but could have used brushed with butter and garlic or Parmesan or both.... I can’t dock them a star for it because it is still such an amazing pie. Online ordering is recommended and extremely efficient. My order was ready and HOT when I walked in to pick it up.
This was our first time here. It is in strip mall in eagan so not the greatest location but the parking is free at least. We got some deep dish and white pizza here... both were awesome. We also has some drinks and a decent tap beer selection. The bathrooms are clean and fresh. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new pizza place to try.
