I’m so glad I found this restaurant. It is family owned and run. The owner will make you feel like part of the family as well. I had the cheese and spinach ravioli with cream sauce. The sauce had a light, creamy, buttery flavor which was way better than most places that serve a heavy floury sauce. Cappuccino and Italian ice cream was the perfect combination to top off this amazing lunch!
We chose this venue for our son's confirmation and no regrets. Firstly, the communication with Fiorina was excellent. She responded quickly and answered every questions I posed her way. She accommodated our needs, and I could see that the Tucci Family put in their best efforts to make our event extra special.
The food was amazing. The portions were huge. The hospitality was top notch. The room came together beautifully. I highly recommend Il Porcellino in Mississauga a hidden gem for your next private event. We can't wait to host our next event here! This place is a literal gem! Been coming here for the past 3 years and they have never disappointed me. Their marinara sauce is sooo good! I always order the panzerottis or veal sandwiches. They are massive! And stuffed with cheese! The prices are more than fair. Happy to support this small business any day, they deserve it👏🏼😀 really wish they would bring back their own delivery though, I can't stand the delivery apps.

We were relieved we made reservations for an early Saturday night dinner as this place was hopping. Our server was okay, didn’t engage too much and didn’t acknowledge the birthdays our group was celebrating. The cocktails were delicious- recommend the peach Bellini. The Caesar salad for two was small, nothing special, and did not have enough dressing so we requested more. The pizza was delicious. Pasta dishes’ portions were generous. Spaghetti Carbonara was dry and bland, definitely needed more sauce and something to boost the flavour. Pasta Bolognese was good but the abundance of fresh basil overtook the taste. Chicken parmigiana was good. This is a noisy, busy, happening place and people are loving it based on the crowds lined up to get a table.
Ordered 4 hot veal sandwiches, there was no sauce and very dry. Went in there once a week for years for veal sandwiches and Angelo was there and made the best veal sandwiches. Don’t know if Angelo still works there but he definitely did not make these ones. Very disappointed
I used to frequent California sandwiches, after hearing about La Parmigiana, I had to try it for myself. The sauce, the Veal everything was excellent. Family run business and family feel, very nice very welcoming and all around excellent. Sandwich and pop under $20

They get my order wrong every time. The pasta dishes are dry and flavorless. They NEVER have the rapini they list on their menu either. TERRIBLE…
So, I guess there’s a forever shortage because a year ago they stated the exact same issue. Maybe the description should be edited? Extra DRY pasta is NEVER a substitution for a fresh vegetable. And just because it’s written on the order doesn’t make it acceptable. That’s not what I paid for. And I can assure you that the dish was warm when it arrived and opened immediately and it was DRY AND FLAVORLESS AGAIN. Maybe the sauce should’ve been put on the side?!?! That would be common sense… It’s interesting how instead of improving their food items and accepting responsibility for consistent and poorly prepared meal items and making some adjustments, excuses are being made to blame a food shortage, and a customer who paid for their meal, for not consuming the food in a timely manner. Hunter was AMAZING to say the least. We came in tonight at about 6 pm, very busy on the way to a hotel in Toronto to catch a flight. He recommended the Naked which was phenomenal, we got gnocchi, spaghetti & meatball & chicken Parmesan. My daughter works at an Italian restaurant so she’s picky on the taste side and I work in hospitality as well so I am picky on the service side. Everything was amazing but the service is what makes or breaks a meal and he made it great! Thank you, Hunter!
I'm never disappointed whenever I come here to dine in for lunch or dinner. I just wanted to share my recent experience that I had here at this specific Scaddabush location in Mississauga on 03/16/2024. I dined in for lunch with 2 of my other friends. We tried their '3-cheese truffle charity bread' and it was absolutely delicious. It was somewhat busy but service was reasonably quick and decent.
As I was waiting for my order (chicken & gnocchi), one of the female managers' with tattoos and glasses approached me and apologized after telling me that my order did not turn out they way she hoped it had. I was not expecting for her genuine concern and truthfully, I wasn't complaining and didn't have an issue if my order didn't look appetizing (food is going to go down the same way regardless).
I forgot her name but the female manager was an absolute angel and gem! She went above and beyond despite that what I thought was minor was extremely important for her to try and 'fix.' She offered me their complimentary 'Italian garden greens' salad while I waited for my main (it was super refreshing, zesty and tasty). When I did get my main dish, it was definitely worth waiting for. The gnocchi was a tad bit salty for my liking but everything else was perfect! Thank you again to the wonderful manager who made sure my friends and I had a quality dine in experience!

Our server Hunter was amazing. He was engaging especially with our daughter, informative and gave out menu suggestions based on how we were "feeling" for food.

I went to this location a couple weeks ago. Our waitress was extremely friendly and very helpful. He recommended all of the items that we would absolutely love. And we absolutely did love them. Check out the little handle at the bottom of the door in the bathroom so you do not have to touch the door handle. Also, the menstrual cycle thing for the woman’s bathroom is battery operated so you don’t have to touch that either. It was very clean in there. The food was a little pricey, but worth it. I am definitely looking forward to going back again oh, and look how much extra sauce our waiter gave us.
We use La Parmigiana for catering at home. Absolutely the best food! The most tender veal, meaty lasagna and the sides are delicious. The service is excellent. If you have a function soon. Definitely order from La Parmigiana. You won't be disappointed.
La Parmigiana has some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten. I had the minestrone soup and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are huge! The family that owns the restaurant is so nice, very concerned with your comfort and dining experience. A great place to get lunch!

Great place, great food and superb service. We went in for some casual dining and found the food to be fresh and the service top notch.
Seating was comfortable but place was busy and noisy which irks you sometimes but not a biggie.
Service was friendly and prompt in spite of the rush, which is impressive.
Our pizza and kids pasta was great. Though the food was fresh, it was probably a bit too Italian (read: bland) for my liking as I like bursts of flavours. We sat down to watch the mozzarella making at the counter too.
With a little less noise it would be great.

This place is awesome! I ordered the veal sandwich and it was one of the best I've had and the portions are so generous (my mouth is watering just thinking about it). Not only was the food great, the service was also amazing. The staff was really warm and welcoming staff, and I even got to meet the owner- you can tell right away that he's passionate and that he cares a lot about each individual customer's experience. Can't wait to go back! :)

Our family went for our Christmas dinner at La Scala. We have been there before for dinner and also had my daughter's Communion and Confirmation there. We have had great experiences before so decided to have our Christmas dinner there.
Biggest mistake EVER !!! The service was terrible. We were all there for 4 hrs. Took forever, and the food was terrible. The portions were extremely small and everyone was still hungry when we left.
If you need to go for a family function , GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very unprofessional and rude to everyone. 20% tip added to each of our bills which should have been 18%. Don't get me wrong if the food and service was great I wouldn't mind paying the money . For my family alone it was almost $600. I felt so bad for the rest of my family. They were all disappointed.

Such a cute lil restaurant, super cozy. Highly recommend you make a reservation before going. The employees there are sooo lovely and adorable. Pastas were really good! You probably can’t go wrong with those!
Hands down one of the best pizza 🍕 in Mississauga. This place is located in a strip mall at Clayton.
The menu is short with pizza, sandwiches and pasta. As I was there at lunch time, the only pizza available were veggie, cheese and pepperoni pizza. I had a slice of pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. The sauce, the meat, the cheese were excellent but the highlight of the pizza was the bread. Delicious, home cooked and soft with crust on the outside. It was everything you wanted in a good pizza.
Service is quick and efficient, they didn't give any cutlery but wrapped in a napkin which was big enough to enjoy the meal. You won't feel the need for any cutlery.
Do visit if you are in the area.

A family run business and it really shows. The food is all homemade and absolutely delicious. Great prices and generous portions. Staff are all super friendly. It's like going to a family friend's place for lunch.
I have enjoyed every dining experience I've ever had at Grano over the last ~6 years. I don't generally post reviews, but my most recent experience was so outstanding, I felt it was worth mentioning. As a past customer I know reservations are the way to go, but I had a colleague in town on short notice so we dropped in. We were warmly greeted, and informed there were 2 large parties in front of us, so there would be a wait. We were just happy there was a table as their Pollo Amore is worth any wait! Our waitress was extremely pleasant and mixed us some unique and fantastic martinis as we enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere. After a delicious meal, we had the Toblerone creme brulee and cheesecake. An excellent end to an excellent night!

Grilled Calamari appetizer. Half moon ricotta stuffed pasta for me (vodka style “red” sauce) and my wife had an amazing veal dish (veal was unbelievably tender). I think all veal dishes are great.

Sounds like they make everything fresh. Once they sell out of what was made for the day that’s it so make sure you get there in good time for lunch.

Great Italian sandwiches at San Francesco in Mississauga! I got the chicken parm sandwich with cheese, sweet peppers, and carmalized onions. It was delicious, full of flavour and big chicken pieces 😋 Clean restaurant with room to eat in if you want but I got take out. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

We were quickly seated, tucked away in a little corner. The Caprese was recommended to us for a starter so we had to try it, it had great flavor and the mozzarella had a perfect texture.
For main course we went with two of their features, the Ravioli in Rosé sauce danced across my tastebuds, I could not get enough of that sauce, I literally cleaned my plate. My wife got a chicken feature with red sauce that she has not stopped talking about hours later. She loves red sauce and insists its better than her own Italian grandmother's. We were completely stuffed afterwards and couldn't make room for dessert but they sounded homemade and delicious.
I could never say enough positive things about the service. We truly felt welcome and taken care of in a way that made us feel at home in a city we have never visited before.

Food was delicious. Had the agnolloti in a rose sauce. Service was good but took awhile. I called 30min before and had to wait another 15. Also on the pricey side for what I got.
Just had one of the best pizzas of my life here. The flavors were spot-on, the crust was perfection, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic and delicious pizza.
We’ve been coming here for over a decade. Even our child loves it! The service is always outstanding. We celebrated a birthday here recently, and our server made the dining experience extra special and he was very attentive. The risotto and fettuccine pasta are our favorites. Our kid loves them too. WAY overated. We came here based only on the amazing google reviews. It tasted like was prepared by the staff of a pizza franchise. We sat on the outside and the host/ staff looked at us like we could not afford to eat here and did us a favor by giving us a table at 5:45 pm in an empty restaurant. LOL! They have a fake show where they open the sun vents for 5 minutes, kinda cool unless you are sitting nearby. All the debris fell on the guest and food. They were NOT happy.

It is a dated style restaurants with very senior staff that only take care of their regular customers. The new females staff was useless on a Saterday night when we visited ealry in their dinner service so it was not busy. She forgot about our table when we asked for items amd had to ask her a second time on 3 occasions.
Senior Staff seems to have have worked there for 30 years+ and it shows. Was not a refined dinning experience at all, it was kind of sad. It is a dated style restaurants with very senior staff that only take care of their regular customers. The new females staff was useless on a Saterday night when we visited ealry in their dinner service so it was not busy. She forgot about our table when we asked for items amd had to ask her a second time on 3 occasions.
Senior Staff seems to have have worked there for 30 years+ and it shows. Was not a refined dinning experience at all, it was kind of sad. I wanted freshly made pasta, so we found this place. It was delicious! I had a dirty gray goose martini with extra olives. The drink was good, but the olives were tiny and had pits. Maybe just get some wine instead. Do not let this deter you, though, because the service and food are fantastic. My husband had the spicy arribatta pasta, and I had the chicken parm but with the fettuccine instead of the penne because the fettuccine was made there. I also tried their rose sauce, which was tasty. The portion sizes are big, I couldn't finish mine. It was all really enjoyable. I'd go again.

This place was a bit small and unusually warm. The food though was fantastic. I had the Pasta Nonna and it was FANTASTIC.

Was so impressed with the food! The calamari appetizer was the most tender I have ever had…it was delicious. I had special of the day spaghetti with seafood and a lemon sauce. It was delicious. Pasta was cooked perfection and fish was all fresh and delicious. We were there for a friends birthday. She had a lamb shank and she loved hers. I had a bite. It was delicious and tender. The mashed potatoes were amazing. Could not resist a bite!! My other friend had pasta with steak I don’t remember the name off hand it was also delicious. We all tried each others and the sweetest thing, they gave a piece of tiramisu on the house for my friends birthday. I would definitely recommend, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. The only thing I would say is the atmosphere is a little bit dated could use a little sprucing, but I could definitely overlook that any day of the week because the food is that good!

Two Guys From Italy is tucked away in a small plaza in Streetsville. I was craving some pasta so my partner and I decided to give this place a try. The food was good and the service was great! We did not get the name of our server but she was fast, efficient and friendly. We got the Calamari, Greek salad, Bruschetta and Chicken Fettuccine. None of the dishes stood out over the other, they all were good choices and satisfied our cravings. Pricing was fair and portions were big. We would definitely visit here again

Tried 4 different dishes on the menu, ravioli, veal, chicken parm, everything was excellent, a little bland for my taste but soooo flavorful. The Tucci family knows food. If you're looking for excellent home-cooked Italian cuisine, Il Porcellino is the place to be. Their dishes feature the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and taste like they came straight out of Nonna's (Italian grandmother's) kitchen. I will definitely be back!

Their tomato sauce ...wow...Do not leave without trying their homemade cheesecake. Incredible. Can't wait to go back. And make sure you reserve ahead of time. Like days in advance. Mario's catering menu is pretty vast and food quality is great. I have order their catering service since 2017. He has look after some of our family and friends events. Mario has accommodated menus from 10 ppl to 50 +ppl and consistency has always been there. Also, all his staff have always been friendly and respectful.
We decided to check out Two Guys From Italy for date night. We had a reservation and arrived a few minutes before (7:42pm). We were greeted and taken to our table right away. There were a few people at the bar and on the restaurant side there was a fairly large group (approx. 10people) and two other occupied tables (4 people).

We were given a menu to review when we were seated and a server returned to take our drink order at 7:55pm. We decided to order our dinner and appetizers at once because we overheard a server saying that the kitchen was busy.
The server was friendly but clearly busy as she seemed flustered. She also constantly spoke over the drinks which was uncomfortable.

We landed here randomly and what a lovely surprise. Small staff place but great service . As we walk in we given a table right away,Our waiter was great and food came out so fresh and hot just like I like it. Bruschetta w/cheese was great at just 8.50! Most places charge way more and not half as good and pastas absolutely nothing bad to say. They give you a generous portion with plenty of sauce. The deserts are great cheesecake is smooth with option of fruit or chocolate. the tiramisu is airy and light but big portion. Just perfect desserts are about just 7 dollars but really great taste. I can’t believe the prices for the quality.

I tried the large pepperoni pizza and enjoyed it much better than other outlets I have tried so far. It’s only a small space with seating for quick dine in. Dropped my mobile in a rush and they were nice enough to help keep safe till I retrieved it. I will be coming back next time.
Food and quality is always consistent. It is always ready with the time they give me when I call ahead with my order. My 2 teen boys love the Panzo’s and I especially like the Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich. The pizza is well made and very hearty, and they also use a very good quality mozzarella. There at least once a week and never disappointed
Decided to try this place now the veal was fantastic no complaints there very good price was good as well. But the pizza was a disappointment four slices and the cheese fell off and everything all it was was a medium cheese pizza. The food is really amazing, the chefs prepare really fast and it's always hot and tasty. We went to a lot of places in Streetsville but this has to be one of my husband's favorite places to go. The atmosphere the service the people are all just amazing. They make you feel like you're a part of a big family and not just coming into a restaurant. They really care about each and every customer to make sure everybody is well taken care off.

Quality of the food was VERY good: appetizers, entrees and desert.
Service was also good, super nice and friendly staff.
I had dinner with my husband and another couple and asked everyone how many stars they would give and all answered 4 stars, but for different reasons.
Responses: seemed like the customers can’t have what they want if the owner/manager doesn’t “approve” of it.
Example 1: Asked for olive oil to eat with the bread, was told no because the bread already comes with butter, I still wanted the olive oil but didn’t get it.
Example 2: Asked for more bread to finish my plate and enjoy the rest of the red tomate sauce and couldn’t get it, just because they don’t give two baskets of bread per table. In 4 we had 1 basket. Charge clients for more bread, shouldn’t say no.
Example 3: Charging clients 18% to split checks doesn’t seem fair, charge at least how ever much the extra transaction would cost, but profit from splitting checks is not really fair.

We ordered a Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken XL Pizza with Onions, Capsicum and Coriander with a Butter Chicken Gravy Sauce Base.
It was tasty!
I would have liked slightly bigger toppings or more in quantity but it wasn't a cause of complain.
I wouldn't exactly call it a dine in place its best to take away your order to the nearest park.
An XL Pizza cost with 2 cans of pop cost me $28 with tax.
Overall a must try place!

We were happy to support this small business because it's our favourite Italian restaurant. It's a small space and it's perfect for special occasions. The food is fantastic and they have a wide array of pasta and meat dishes as well as appetizers. We always get grilled calamari but I forgot to take a picture of it before we ate them. Just know that they're perfectly cooked and with balsamic vinegar they're delicious; which brings me to my point, all of the food I've eaten there is delicious. I would definitely recommend for a special occasion.
Menus on the website under the events page show one price but when you email to inquire further and the price increased by $20 ($57 to $80). In addition, the website said children under 9 were complimentary only to then be told children meals were actually $50. Don’t waste your time with the sketchy pricing and menus.
BAD!!! Chicken on the pizza was very dry and old (see the 3rd pic). The staff was terrible. Very rude and clearly looked like he hates his job (guy that works late shift). Would not come back ever again!
This place has the best ever veal sandwichs, there pizza is homemade and amazing ! There pasta dishes are to die for !! Love this place !! Eggplant parmesan is amazing !

Found this gem through a coworker, went to eat on a Wednesday, went back Thursday and Friday. Will be going every day I’m in the area.

Blown away by the quality of service: super polite and humble, no joke you feel like you’re Italian family eating at your grandparents house, they take care of you!
Blown away by the portions and prices: I’ll usually get two heaping meals, one to go, a bottle of water and a hand made cappuccino,
All that under $20.
I’ll be back and telling everyone I know.

Best caterer in the city! They listen to you and do exactly as you asked. They're excellent ... I come back again and again for any work functions we have.
Mario and his team have done a few functions for us fantastic profesional service from Mario and his team. Veals are out of this world and the BBQ he throws are top notch was great meeting this team highly recommend thanks MARIO......

Mario's is a real find. Their lunch special is a veal parmigiana or steak sandwich with salad and pop for about $8 - and the sandwich is the size of your head! Everything's really tasty, too.
