Gluttons Bay Outdoor Restaurant is a fantastic dining destination that offers a delightful experience. The variety of menus is impressive, with many delicious options to choose from. Each dish is prepared with care, ensuring a burst of flavors in every bite. Such as TH foods, Seafoods, dessert, local foods and many other things..

The outdoor setting adds to the charm, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. It's a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family while taking in the surroundings. The ambiance is inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual dining and special occasions.

The most important thing is that the price is still reasonable..

I really recommend this place to come..

This restaurant has nice outdoor atmosphere with seating area. We ordered a margarita pizza which was fresh and tasty. The spaghetti bolognaise was decent, the arancini was fantastic. Overall, happy with the meal. One side note, a shame napkins/tissues are not provided

i love this place so much. Amazing place and food. The staff there are friendly as well. I was amazed by the food. The margarita pizza (vegetarian) is great. The cod fish is delicious. We tried a few of their spaghetti and i am impressed by the different taste of all of them. The calamari is also very good so crunchy and tasty. Thanks Prego!

Great food as always, lots of promotions going on that make it a lot more worth it, like 50% off vouchers for Accord vouchers. Importantly, it's good Italian food, from the pizzas to the main courses. Great service by Heme despite the restaurant being fulll

Must try is the beef cheeks which is very tender and linguine pasta is flavourful. Mud pie is big and yummy too. Staffs are very friendly too. Will constantly check and refill our water.

Probably the best cheese wheel pasta I’ve had at this price point!! The sauce was delectably rich and cheesy, while the pasta (can’t remember if I ordered tagliatelle or pappardelle) was cooked perfectly al-dente. What really shone though, were the beef meatballs - extremely juicy, amazingly flavourful & oh-so-tender! They were possibly the best handmade beef meatballs I’ve had in awhile. I cannot recommend ordering this enough. The truffle cheese fries (not pictured) were so addictive & crispy! Another must-order as an appetiser while you wait for your pasta.

Our order took a little longer than expected, but we really appreciated that one of the staff/manager came looking for us to personally inform us that our order was ready. Great service & friendly staff! I highly recommend patronising Saporita if you’re looking for a cheese-wheel pasta at a more affordable price point. I’ll be back - and looking forward to trying their other menu items!

Contrary to other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by my dining experience here. Came here for dinner and ordered a mix of dishes to share. Overall, food quality was good and really enjoyed the prego pizza (a must-order), calamari fritti and the cod fish! Ambience is really nice too.

Lovely atmosphere and staff. They have a wonderful server who probably is a survivor after a stroke, he is proactive , on the ball and ever attentive! There is another “serveruse” who is rough and quite uncouth and just repeats what you ask treating one like an imbecile.

Good food, great dessert. I feel the pinch of inflation as the portions are smaller than before.

So I went there on my own and I was seated at the bar counter area whixh I loved. This restaurant comes with open kitchen kinda concept so you get to see the cooking, the plating and everything. The staff are friendly and attentive. I find the portions were kinda small but I think it was just nice for me. Slightly pricey but worth the fine dining experience

The service staff lacks hospitality and service was lousy.

The lady who served us looked elsewhere while the four times she served up foods and drinks. We ordered a bottle of wine, she showed me the label at the of the bottle instead of the front while looking elsewhere. She went on to pour a glass for my dinner partner who's not at the table then poured me a glass without offering me to taste if the wine's alright. I've neither been served a bottle of wine like this nor served as if I don't exist. I don't even treat the lady like she doesn't matter.

The pastas were al dente. The calamari was a disappointment - flat and dead like the service.

The vibe is right for lone diners who is feeling grouchy and wants to be left alone.

Very warm and friendly service from the staff and chef. Food is very good. Especially like the pork ragout pappardelle, the foccacia with burrata and generous shavings of truffle is the bomb! Ask for the chef’s seafood soup. Good stuff.

Food was good but expected better at this price point. For instance, the carbonara of the day was too salty. Tiramisu was average.

The starter of the day, truffle focaccia with burratina, was also quite expensive (36singd if remember correctly) for a starter, even though to be fair it was a generous portion and a bit of truffle so...

Probably what annoyed me the most was this: wine was quite good but the serving was... Disappointing? Honestly the smallest I ever had in an Italian restaurant in Singapore.

Finally the service was nice and kind but a bit intrusive (maybe because we ate relatively early so restaurant was empty when we arrived).

I think the place is fine if you are not too demanding with Italian food, everything was good like no serious issue at all. But you can find either the same for much less $ or better for the same price. For that reason, only 3 stars sorry.

This restaurant’s steak was disappointingly small and lacked flavor. It looked much smaller in person compared to the images and earlier reviews on Google. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a full picture before it was already sliced by the staff when served. The image I have shows what remains after I took one slice. The entire steak was smaller than the palm of my hand. Considering its quality and size, it was overpriced.

The Clazon is larger than what I imagined. It's good.

Overall the food is really good and we enjoyed every single dish, especially the pizza is the best! Thin, crusty and very flavorful. Kranthi’s service is also very good and we had a pleasant experience dining here. Will recommend to others and definitely come again when we crave for Italian food!

Tonight, my husband and I went to Solo Ristorante for dinner. We loved the experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us. We were served four vegan courses, and we enjoyed all of them. Even their bread basket, which we ended up emptying twice!

The chef came to our table to explain some of the dishes, which was such a nice touch. We can’t wait to go back!

Was there for the course dinner on Valentine's Day. The food was delicious, albeit in small portions that did not leave us feeling full after. Food was also served pretty slowly.

Nothing much to say about the service and atmosphere, as it was full and not much attention was paid. Because it was full as well, it was quite noisy, but it should be fine on normal nights.

Would come back for the food again for sure.

Ordered Steak Tagiliata (medium well), the steak definitely overcooked, steak wasn’t fresh, taste like being cooked for a while and it was reheated several times to be served, the price isn’t cheap at all, for $20 paid you can get a better quality steak in Saizeriya. When we asked the shop, why it looks so different from the signboard display, their response is the photo is just for illustration. Well. Just a disgrace where this place is one of the tourist spot but food and services are just substandard.

Did not live up to the hype. The cheese wheel pasta had a weird aftertaste and texture. Chicken pesto was quite tasty though. We had to wait for more than half an hour - it was 7pm on a Friday. Bill came up to $38 for two pastas (we added meatballs in the cheese pasta).

Had the best birthday celebration here, staff were incredible, maintained the perfect privacy/warmth balance. Loved the grilled octopus and tiramisu. Our waiter also knew his wines and we could follow his recommendations without having to rack our brains. Overall an amazing experience.
Highly recommend this Italian gem! From the fantastic location to the top-notch service, it’s a winner. The food is simply delicious, showcasing fresh ingredients and expert preparation. Highlights include the Truffle Focaccia with Buratina and Parma Ham, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Caramelized Figs, and the exquisite Pan Seared Cod Fish with Clams. Don’t miss the Marinated Lamb Rack and the upcoming Gnocchi with Scallop. The ambiance is relaxed, perfect for special occasions.

This is my go-to Italian restaurant in Singapore. From the food, to the beautiful view of Marina Bay Sands, Dolce Vita is always a pleasure to dine at. Thank you to chef Riccardo and his team For the exquisite food this evening, to David the sommelier, Alessandro and Susana and her team. Tonight we had a lovely amuse bouche of whipped cod, And a truffle ravioli. For entre we had a buratta salad and grilled octopus, and for mains we are had an amazing mushroom risotto (my personal favourite). The only slight letdown is The marketing For this restaurant as it is always relatively quiet, And it has the most potential out of all of the restaurants in the hotel. If more people knew about it, it would definitely be more busy!

Had the sharing menu for 2 - here’s my honest review
=======
Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus, Spiced Salmoriglio, Romesco Emulsion, Feta
Burrata Campana, Medley of Beetroots, Toasted Pine Nuts, Pomegranate ———> overall the appetisers were really good, 10/10 in my opinion

Orecchiette Al Torchio, Eggplant Caponata, Deep Sea Red Prawn, Liliput Capers ————-> very good, I loved the flavour
Spaghetti ‘Monograno Felicetti’ , Cacio & Pepe —————-> this was BAD. it was so dry. It was so disappointing

Jack’s Creek Black Angus Tenderloin
Futari Wagyu Butcher’s Cut
———-> the mains was good, though can taste the difference between the tenderloin and wagyu. The tenderloin was Wayyyy better than the wagyu

Sides were ok

Overall impression: good to try once but won’t go there again

Excellent food, outstanding service and breathtaking view. You get an Amuse-Gueule from the chef, some bread with olive oil of highest quality. With the espresso comes pastry and after dinner some limoncello on the house. There is nothing to complain about. We will come back!

This restaurant is clearly overrated in Google map. We had a dinner there, the meatballs and the tortellini are very badly cooked. The meatballs are dry… the tortellini is undercooked… you can literally see the uncooked flours between the skin, but the waiter will just covered it with “this is their homemade skin”. Definitely was not expecting this with the price I was paying👌👌👌

10/10 not recommended, go to another restaurant on Ann siang hill pls

Food sucks big time. Came here many years ago and food was rather decent. Now it’s a BIG disappointment! Only saving grace that earned it 2 stars was the ambience. Don’t waste your time here. Kopitiam Italian food is way better! Over Spent $330 on the above food for 5 pax. Really not worth even at $200. portions were tiny and food taste, flavour and texture was serverely lacking at this supposedly upper end restaurant. Will never go back!!!
Every dish was amazing! So tasty. Especially their specials. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and ended the meal with some Panatone! Made Christmas Eve with my family very special

Great views of the city and was surprisingly empty on a Sunday evening. The service is great and the wine recommended by the waiting staff was brilliant. The buratta for me was the highlight

My wife and I had an awesome dining experience with their Experience Menu!

Starters: Lobster and Caviar
Pasta: Tagliolini and Risotto
Mains: Dover Sole and Red Bream
Desserts: Hazelnut and Limoncello

The service was impeccable, the view over Marina Bay was breathtaking, and it was a wonderful evening for us.

Just 1 constructive comment - the risotto stock was just a little on the salty side, and the scallop crudo ended up more like a taste balancer.

Serving size too small. Maybe clean your clams more thoroughly before cooking - I was thankful I did not chip any of my tooth while chewing on the shells and sand particles. Gotta thank my lucky stars!

It was a spur of the moment decision to have lunch here. But we were pleasantly surprised.

It was a nice, cozy space. The Saturday lunch crowd was not too bad, but there was a pretty big party there that was quite loud. So when it's full, do expect it to be louder.

The service team were lovely! They were very happy to make recommendations, and also quick to respond. 10/10 for the team in black.

So now to food. We ordered off their Christmas Special menu. And how I wish they were regular items. We got the Oxtail Soup which was rich, flavourful, and had melt in your mouth oxtail pieces wrapped in cabbage.

For our mains, got a plate of Confit Duck with Mushroom Risotto, and Osso Buco with Saffron Risotto. Both risottos were brilliantly cooked. The Mushroom Risotto was packed with mushroom flavour whilst the Saffron Risotto was perfectly cheesey. The only thing I did not quite like were the peas in the Saffron Risotto. There were just a tad too dry and hard. Not the nicest, but is still a good addition to break up the cheese.

For the meat, the Confit Duck was well cooked and so tender and had great flavour. I think my highlight was the Osso Buco. (Please go look up what it is) First time having it and it was so lovely! Fall off the bone tender, so so much flavour, and I also really loved the bone marrow that was in the middle. It will be difficult to find this dish in Singapore and I really hope they put in on their main menu!

All in all was a lovely experience. A very good date place in my opinion. A tad pricey, but worth it for the great food.

Had our anniversary dinner here and it did not disappoint. It's a pricey dinner but we enjoyed ourselves a lot and the view was amazing. It would have been even prettier view if not for the rain.
I am glad I found Vespetta to hold my company's year end dinner! Chef/Owner Francesco was very helpful in the whole planning from the set up of their Level 2 Private Room to the food menu and everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end of the event. Great service from their waitress, Casey, she was very attentive, friendly and helpful too. Excellent Italian food with big portion for all our sharing plates! We enjoyed every single bite of the food served. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family for any kind of events!

Beef tartare was excellent and side dishes (asparagus) cooked well.

Halibut was well cooked but is slightly fishy. Herb crusted lamb was very salty for certain parts of the loin (not salted evenly), and one piece was well done while the other piece was nicely medium rare.

Overall nice restaurant with great service and atmosphere.

Enjoyed the dining experience thoroughly. Restaurant staff went all out to ensure we were having a wonderful time. Managers were very attentive, friendly and are Italians. Felt like we were getting a fun cultural exchange. It helped me appreciate my food at the next level. Kudos to the team, it is the people and the pride they have towards what they do and serve that makes themselves stand out among other high end restaurants. Will be back.

Came here with friends on a Saturday night for dinner because this restaurant was one of Kris+ partners, and it was one of the rare places that still had reservations a night before AND on a weekend night. Reservation via Google was super quick and efficient.

The place is relatively easy to find, located along Amoy Street together with other restaurants. The staff was super attentive and gracious in attending to our every needs. I was the first to arrive in my friend group and they led me to my table, provided water and asked for my drink/starter preferences while waiting. Although it was a bit stressful because the staff was TOO nice and communicative, I appreciated this trait because it showed their professionalism, so this is not something to complain about. When the others arrived, they also provided free Italian bread (which you must absolutely dip into olive oil). We then ordered 3 mains (different pasta types) and they also recommended a starter (zucchinis) and all were absolutely delicious. It was a bit disappointing that they did not offer an upsized option (to add more pasta) because from my experience, mains at posh places like these were not that big of a portion. Other than this small point, the service and food was really nice.

Apparently, each table was celebrating their own specific event (did we miss the memo or something??), and one of them was for a birthday celebration, so the staff brought out a dessert and encouraged everyone around to join in the singing and celebration which was nice and homely! All in all, the place wasn't too crowded on a weekend night which was honestly surprising, but the best way is to still make reservations first. I would recommend dropping by if you are willing to pay a bit more for nice pasta (but not a big portion) and wine/alcohol.

I used to love this place. During my recent visit, however, the clam aglio olio had quite a bit of either sand or tiny bits of shell in it. Being a hungry devourer of food that I was, I gulped it all down before it occurred to me that I probably should have gotten the server's attention immediately upon that first crack in my teeth. They DID attempt some service recovery with a free slice of cake. We didn't exactly need or want it, but it's something, I guess.

The squid ink pasta was pretty amazing, though!
Surprisingly a very good lunch! Didn’t have expectations and was pleasantly surprised.

We had booked a table outside but the Singapore heat was too much to handle and decided to sit inside, which the staff were very kind in accommodating. Salmon was good and cooked well. The penne vodka sauce pasta was tasty and the caesar salad good as well.

Having lunch here is a great way to get views from the top of Marina Bay Sands without paying the admission fee for the deck.

Always wanted to try their pizza 🍕 and finally!
🍕: We ordered the tomato 🍅 sauce base and add roquette and cherry tomatoes, it’s really good! The pizza base is thin and the texture is terrific! Love ❤️ it, highly highly recommended!
The beef we ordered was medium but I think medium rare would be better.
The side salad tasted really Italian.
We definitely will come back and try the other flavor of pizzas!

Came here for the first time to celebrate an anniversary and it couldn’t have been a better choice.

Sourdough bread was unassuming but soooo fresh and fluffy, the best we’ve had! We enjoyed our starters which were the lobster and the carpaccio more than we did the mains! But overall food was delicately plated and delicious.

The service here was nothing short of amazing as well, the waiters were very attentive and explained each dish to us, checked on how we’d like the food every now and then which we appreciate.

Especially enjoyed the part where we got the option to have our desserts alfresco with the amazing view of the city lights and MBS area.

Pricey but overall would recommend for a special occasion!

Food was awesome and fitting to the fanfare. Price point for the set lunch was well worth the money. Only downside was the service. I had intended it for a birthday celebration and left a note via email to their staff with their acknowledgement. The staff was not attentive when the meal was over. I had to ask for the birthday complimentary dessert and they seemed at a loss. Moments later they served. Was probably a mix up. But the surprise for my partner wasn't there already. Other than the service mix up, all was good. Just a tip, staff should brush up on articulation of the food descriptions. It seemed they were mumbling all the time. If not I'd have given a 5 for service.
Came here for birthday celebration, and overall had a great experience! The staff and service were all great, and we got a small cake with a birthday message on it.

For food, we had the burrata, truffle fries, ravioli, big meatball, and eggplant parm. I thought the big meatball was quite yummy, but the truffle fries did not have a strong enough truffle aroma. The food we ordered was quite heavy, something to keep in mind while ordering! The 20 layer chocolate cake was enormous and can easily be shared by a few people or more. We also had some cocktails that were nice as well. I found the food quite tasty but this is a place you come to mainly for the views and atmosphere, especially if you are seated outdoors.
Very nice brunch at LAVO on Sunday from 12pm to 3pm for $168++ with free flow of Veuve Clicquot Champagne

The food is very good and in abundance

The place is nice located with an amazing view over all Singapore 🇸🇬

The staff is constantly refilling your glasses of champagne so you never need to get attention of waiter to have it refill. They do it all the time which is very convenient

Quite few vegetarians dishes very yummy

The music is very nice as a live DJ is here to entertain however music a bit too loud.

The staff is very professional and friendly
A place that deserves all its accolades. Perfectly gorgeous pasta and food that matches the spectacular view. Go for dinner to watch the change in the colour of the skyline. Nice intimate and buzzy vibe, perfect for a meal with friends. Cant wait to be back :)
Very good service staff food nice very rich Italian food creamy and rich. The pizza thin crust but it's very filling need to order more salad instead. Huge portions good food qualify for good quality. Like service staffing professional
They serve some of the most delectable Italian dishes we've ever had, each dish was prepared with exquisite flavours. We highly recommend trying the White Truffle Tagliolini while it is still in season. The ambiance of the restaurant is brilliant, perfect place for a romantic dinner, or just a night out with friends/family. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates fine Italian cuisine and exceptional service.

Our server, Cheryl/Cherry, went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly exceptional, we want to express our sincere gratitude for making our dining experience memorable. Your professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge about the menu were outstanding!

Glad to try the Sunday brunch with my husband - service was super with special shout-out to Jay, Alvin and the rest of the team. We love the food and especially the wine! Highly recommend friends and family whom would like a chill, laid back Sunday bottomless brunch.
Overall very good service by our waiter. We really got the pasta as we asked for. Great. Our table wasn't ready as it just started raining and everyone needed to be moved inside.
View inside not really great but of course outside. Wine was quite pricey and not really good. But if you want to be once up.. best option!
Had a restaurant lunch week, it was a great city view and a very pleasant ambience. Chef Daniele himself introduced the appetizer, he’s very charming and friendly. Must try the poached maimoa lamb loin, it was superb. Amazing staff and impressed with the service.

Our experience at Braci was probably one of our most memorable meals and the food served was truly deserving of its Michelin star. Would highly recommend getting the seven course menu as there were so many more elements in our dinner incorporated that made it all the more special. Flavours were all very well balanced and overall we left feeling very satisfied.

Food and service was slightly above average . Is fine for a normal lunch but not recommended for a special rendezvous
We had a beautiful birthday dinner here, made better thanks to professional and friendly service, delicious Italian food, and a chill, cozy ambience.

The music can be quite upbeat that is similar to a club but softer, adding to the relaxed yet personal dining experience. Thank you to the team for a wonderful experience in the sky.
On a charming autumn Sunday evening at around 6 pm, I strolled into the enchanting realm of "Art of Daniele Sperindio." Little did I know that I was about to embark on what would turn out to be my most delightful dining experience in Singapore.

As a devoted food enthusiast and someone who enjoys Michelin starred restaurants, I must assert that this culinary gem deserves more accolades than the prestigious star it has already earned.

Perched on the 6th floor of the National Gallery Singapore, the restaurant offers a panoramic view of the city skyline and Marina Bay through its floor-to-ceiling windows. Before entering, I took a moment to relax on the expansive terrace, basking in the glory of a breathtaking sunset.

Being the first guest of the evening, I was greeted with warmth and attention from the entire team. Mr. Pellegrino, the Restaurant Manager, graciously welcomed me and led me to a cozy table by the window.

The interior exuded elegance and sophistication, showcasing natural materials and contemporary design. The neutral palette of white, beige, and gray, coupled with wooden and leather furnishings, created a refined ambiance. Tables adorned with crisp white linen, exquisite chinaware, and Riedle crystal glasses added to the overall allure.

Opting for a bubbly start, I perused a delightful selection of champagnes presented by the sommelier. My choice, the Egly-Ouriet - Les Prémices Brut, proved to be a light-bodied and refreshing champagne with hints of white fruit, citrus, and minerals.

The aperitif was a culinary journey in itself. From the "Chutoro tonnato with Japanese strawberry," a tender delight paired with fresh strawberries, to the creative reinterpretation of "Prosciutto e Melone" with swordfish ham and melon, and finally, a tiny puff with stracchino fondue and spring truffle sprinkles — each bite was a revelation of flavors.

The official dinner commenced with the intriguing "Cappone Magro," a dish traditionally enjoyed during Lent, skillfully reimagined by Chef Sperindio. The presentation was a work of art, featuring Alpine milk whipped into a cream infused with Alaskan and Sri Lankan king crab, chamomile, pear, and crowned with Majestic Black Caviar.

The pasta course, Taglierini with Santa Margherita prawns and Sancho pepper, paired seamlessly with Zyme's "From Black To White, Il Bianco 2019," a rich and complex white wine suggested by Federico, the General Manager.

Continuing the culinary voyage, "Estate ad Albenga" brought the taste of Liguria with a Mozambique Langoustine, Sardinian seabass, avocado, and celery pearls, topped with a chic emulsion of Franciacorta wine and beluga caviar.

The meat course, accompanied by Quintarelli Giuseppe's Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2016, showcased the chef's expertise with low-temperature cooked New Zealand Maimoa lamb, toasted chicken skin, and a warm Marsala reduction.

Desserts were a symphony of flavors, with a pre-dessert of glazed Nashi pear and bergamot Pernod jelly, paired with Marsala Superiore "Old John" Riserva DOC 1998. The grand finale, "Tourists on Mount Vesuvio," featured white chocolate, buffalo milk gelato, and a 40-year aged balsamic vinegar infusion.

The Piccola Pasticceria, a delightful array of pastries, concluded the feast, accompanied by Recioto della Valpolicella.

In essence, dining at Art is a poetic experience. The restaurant, paying homage to Pellegrino Artusi's "The Science of Cooking and Art of Eating," seamlessly blends modern sensibilities with classic inspirations. The elegant interior, meticulous tableware, and the highly skilled team contribute to a luxurious dining affair.

Chef Sperindio's culinary storytelling, from creative amuse-bouches to hearty main courses, immerses diners in his world. Art offers an innovative, authentic, and elegant dining experience that leaves patrons both satisfied and inspired.

If you seek a culinary adventure that transcends the ordinary, Art is undoubtedly the place for you.
Been here a few times and the food has been consistently good. It’s my go to place for a fancy lunch with friends / solo lunch. Every dish is absolutely created with so much care and is quite literally, perfect. The pastas here have been on point as well.

The dishes are very “clean” and a delight on the palate with the natural sweetness of the fresh ingredients shining through.
Highly recommend.

Visited during restaurant week and tried their dinner menu. Ambience of the place is beautiful, tucked in a corner in National Gallery, nicely designed interiors complementing the national gallery decor.

All the dishes we tried was special. A good curated menu that allowed us to try their selection of specialities including seafood, pasta and meat. Smoked trout was the dish of the day for me, perfectly seasoned and smoked trout complemented with gel and herbs. Steak again was very good, perfectly cooked steak which had loads of flavour.

Good selection of wine (old world) but felt price wise it's bit on the higher side. Expect to pay around $150+ for a decent bottle.

Overall a very nice restaurant and we enjoyed our experience.
The view is fantastic especially by the window. The ambience is relaxing and welcoming. The food is delicious and the 7 course culinary experience brings you to taste many ingredients from all over the world all cooked with the highest level of care and attention to details. The chef Daniele is very talented. The staff is very friendly and took great care of us.
Wonderful view
So great for sunset
We were also able to catch the Super Tree Grove light show at 7:45 and then run to other side to watch the Spectra Water & Light show at 8:00

We only ate the truffle gnocchi & giant 1 pound meatball, be forewarned it is a meal all by itself.
The meat ball was great quality meat, my hubby said it was dry for his taste and the sauce saved it but I felt it was pretty juicy, so to each their own
The truffle gnocchi was absolute PERFECTION. The gnocchi was a good size and not to soft or mushy like it can get sometimes. The truffle flavor was very pronounced just the way I like itS and I particularly love that they shredded the truffle like a garnish on top rather than just one huge chunk of truffle. That way I could get a bite truffle and every single mouthful.

And at the end they surprised us with a happy anniversary cake and I have to say that cake was surprisingly good. I really enjoyed it.

One of the best restaurants we've ever had the pleasure of dining in. The location on the rooftop of the art gallery is ideal and offers a superb view of the bay. The dining room is refined and the atmosphere warm in a luxurious setting. As for the cuisine, it's magnificent, with a rich and varied tasting menu, same goes for the wine pairing, and a vegetarian version is available. Finally, the staff memers are at least as good as the food. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Singapore.

The food was really good but the portion is really very very small. Don't expect to be full from here. Quite expensive for the portion too. Each menu item is easily $20-$30. Ordered some bolognese and the signature mushroom thingy.

Braci was on my list of restaurants to visit for over 4 years and I must say that it was worth the wait. It is no surprise that Braci has retained its Michelin 1 star for 6 consecutive years. The menu was a progressive one which is definitely inspired by Chef Mattie’s Italian roots. There are 2 choices for people (5 course and 7 course). I would suggest people to go for the 7 course as the additional dishes in the 7 course meal are worth it. One of my favourite parts of the experience was trying out the 100 yr old balsamic vinegar.

If you’re not taking the wine pairing, I would strongly recommend folks to try out a few of their cocktails, esp. their Negroni (one of the most unique ones I’ve had)

Service was good. The restaurant is able to cater to some food allergies (like my shellfish allergy).

A definite recommendation for fine dining lovers.
Always lovely to have dinner in this place. I am Italian and I appreciate good food made with good ingredients, in a genuine and simple way. Vespetta is one of our favourite. Great service, great location. We always have good time and we will keep coming back 👏👏👏
Rooftop bar and restaurant at the 57 floor of Marina Bay Sands. The hospitality is superb from the point you reach their desk on ground floor. The staff is very friendly. Being vegetarians we ordered truffle fries and margarita pizza with peroni beer. You can go out to enjoy the view even if your seats are indoor. We sat indoors and went out to enjoy the views.
Over 700S$ for such an underwhelming set of food. Although everything was executed and cooked well, it was a very standard and uninspiring menu.

The service was fantastic , extremely knowledgeable and fast but this doesn’t make up for the value for money. When you go to a one starred Michelin restaurant and pay this amount, you naturally expect to have your mind blown with innovation and creativity. The taste was extremely familiar and standard, I do not recommend this place. There are other one starred and two starred Michelin restaurants serving better quality food for a lower price point. My suggestion would be to change the menu and offer different options, it seems like they’ve stuck with the same menu for quite a long time, nothing exciting or new.

Really appreciate the attention given by the staff. I did not even say it was my birthday but they must have overheard my friend talking about it and they timed it such that they would bring an extra dessert and sing for me. Forever grateful for the experience dining here. Love you guys!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at ART di Daniele Sperindio. The exceptional service provided by the Restaurant Manager Pellegrino made our visit truly memorable☺️ Moreover, the restaurant's view of celebration of the Singapore National Day rehearsal added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. The nice botte of wine, the lively atmosphere, and the delicious Italian cuisine all came together to create a perfect evening. I can't thank Pellegrino and the entire team enough for their outstanding efforts. We’ll definitely be returning soon to relive this fantastic experience!

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional service. It's a gem that should not be missed!☺️ Thank you for having such a wonderful team especially to Tom and Wendy that elevates the dining experience to a whole new level.

Went there on a weekday night, pretty empty. Ordered the funghi pizza, squid ink pasta and truffle fries for 2 pax. Would recommend the pizza as it’s surprisingly good and wowed me. Pasta and fries were nice but not anything spectacular. Would be nice if they offered free water….

My first time to this Michelin restaurant and definitely not going to be my last. Service was exceptionally good. An absolute delight with the experience. Want more bread, you got it! Want recommendations, no problem!

Food wise, we were definitely blown away. We ordered a couple of steaks, lamb, and their house special pasta. Everything was very well balanced and had the right amount of umami. Quite surprising for a western restaurant.

Point to note; it's not exactly a fine dining restaurant so don't have to dress up to the nines. Do make reservations though.

Had an amazing experience here. Although we sat outside, it was cooling at night. Chef Shawn was really helpful in recommending the dishes to us. This is my second time here but today was especially good. Risotto was perfectly cooked & full of flavour. My friends and I loved the Burrata Parama Pizza- the cheese used was a fior di latte mozzarella which made it even tastier than normal pizza. The pork was really good and juicy.

Definitely will come back in the future

The food was pretty decent however portions were very small and pricey. It was my friend’s birthday celebration and it would have been a nice gesture from the restaurant if a complimentary dessert/cake was provided. No water provided as well. You will need to order their Evian water.

After a few days in Singapore eating fabulous food, we were not expected to be blown away from this hidden gem of an Italian restaurant. Service from Brandon and Tamar was delightful and welcoming and the food cooked by Chef Vincent was a highlight of the trip. Steak cooked to perfection. A must visit.

Special thanks to Chef Matteo who is very engaging and make the day extra special! Love the black truffle "hide and seek" dish which is one of the highlights of all dishes! It so savoury and unforgettable….

I visited the restaurant on a weekday evening and it was quite quiet. Surprisingly the food was absolutely delicious, and every dish left me in awe. The manager, CK, was incredibly helpful and patient in recommending dishes, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire meal.

Each dish from the appetiser to the dessert was a wow moment, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients were evident in every bite. It was a culinary delight from start to finish.

I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return to try something else on the menu...
A wonderful birthday lunch - thanks to the pleasant, attentive and warm service. A good service always a elevates the experience for us. We had the three course set and right from the aperitivo to the mains and dessert - the presentation and the dishes were spot on. You can really enjoy the individual flavours in each dish and the thought behind creating that harmony of flavours in every dish really comes through. The coriander and charcoal purée in the fish dish for example just packed in the essence of coriander so well and balanced that dish. Along with the presentation, the storytelling, and the dessert highlight - it’s like one enjoyable celebration that delights yours senses. You can see the effort and passion behind every dish. We enjoyed our experience and will be back for more.

Braci caught us by surprised with it's impressive dessert and mains. The pasta and beef was well prepared with sufficient flavours without feeling too heavy for lunch. The dessert was mind-blowing, especially the last finish with the tiramisu tart and good smokey coffee. Brings fireworks to the taste bud for sure!
Amazing food and ambiance for the private room. Had to make a $100 deposit but it is worth it for the service and quality we received. The main entrance is located along Ann Siang Road. The pasta was good and the pork tomahawk was fantastic. Would definitely be coming back here again. Food is reasonably priced. Great place to have good food and relax with friends.

The food was really amazing! The starters are awesome with cheese and cold cuts. The source with sweetness and saltiness match perfectly. The ravioli was really good! I am a huge ravioli lover and not everywhere can be able to produce good ravioli pasta! One of the best I have ever had.
As for the desserts, tiramisu is my all time fav! And this place brought the A game for the dessert!
Best thing is the view. You’ll have indoors and outdoors sitting. If you’re one looking for great view and great food please try this place. It is really amazing!

We had a company lunch. The set menu $41 (before service charge and gst) comes with starter, main course and dessert. However certain dishes need add-on price so the price is not absolute final.

The food quality is acceptable but no surprise. The breaded roasted sea bass fillet maybe a bit dry considering it is roasted. The roasted boneless chicken leg is quite well prepared and juicy. Calzone Alla Nutella is good for 2 or more people to share. Taste is good thanks to Nutella. Tiramisu is so-so.

Atmosphere is nice if you're sitting outside along the river, but may be hot and exposed to sunlight if it is sunny.

It maybe a good place for business lunch or drinking only.

This is a 2 Michelin star dining experience. While it is definitely a pricey meal, some of the best fine dining I’ve had was here.

The only qualm I have is that it was slightly tough to understand the waiters when they were explaining our dishes because of accents etc but we managed to understand eventually!

The dishes themselves were all made with the highest ingredients and presented in such an impeccable manner. All of the dishes were balanced and portioned incredibly well and had exquisite components. It’s an upmarket experience for sure but if you’re into this kind of thing then you have to pay a visit.

All in all for fine dining Italian you really can’t go wrong here. Just be prepared to pay for it that’s all! Wonderful experience.

Came here for lunch after my banking stuff. Pretty much little aircon but it’s alright not warm as there are many wall fans around. Food quality is okay but wish the tomatoes is grilled and potato not burnt. Salads is good as I love the cheese, beef is okay. Tiramisu serving is big, plus point is not too sweet just right. My colleague ordered sea bass and looks really good. Overall a decent and happy meal.
Came on a rainy Friday evening to celebrate my anniversary. Reserved a table indoors but was given a high table which was rather uncomfortable. Service was alright, was a little difficult to catch the service crew’s attention ‘cos we were seated behind the fridge. It was quite stuffy despite being indoors too, perhaps outdoors would have been a better option (plus the view +++).

Ordered the Vespetta Set Dinner with wine pairing ($88), Carpaccio di Tonno ($28) and Gnocchi di Patate con Salsiccia e Zafferano ($30).

The Set Dinner was really value for money. The Burrata with Parma Ham was really good and exactly how you would imagine it to taste. Adriatic Seafood Spaghetti was alright, the seafood was fresh but it was on a lighter note and not as flavourful as I expected. The Grilled Angus Beef Rib Eye with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Rocket was the best! Absolutely love the beef and the taste of the potato was great but would be even better if it’s more crusted. Tiramisu was alright.

The Carpaccio di Tonno (Yellow Fin Tuna Carpaccio, with Rocket and Fennel Salad, Amalfi Lemon Dressing) was not my kind of food and was on the drier end, personally feel you can skip this dish. Was craving for gnocchi but it didn’t satisfy my cravings either 😂 Will be back to try their Risotto and Ravioli since they’re both highly raved!

Excellent service, great food, and the best chocolate lava cake with Cointreau we ever had! The staff made our day special with their attentiveness and excellent service. The staff even gave us some yummy chocolates to go with our wines after we are done with dinner and just chatting and chilling out Overall, we had a really good time at Dolce Vita last night!
Very nice Italian restaurant on Boat quay with outdoor riverside & indoor seating. We loved all dishes from crisp, fresh salad, delicious bruschetta to mains - piping hot pizza & creamy pasta. Cocktails were average, could be better. Definitely recommended place to go on Boat quay!
