Bad customer service They take advantage of the Caribbean people because they’re easy going so they charge for everything like Spirit do if you’re traveling out of the Caribbean try to use Jet blue or even AA but they will not get another dollar from me and my family

From the moment I step foot into your establishment, I am greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, creating an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an enjoyable shopping experience. The dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction exhibited by your staff is truly commendable.

Your store consistently exceeds my expectations in terms of product quality, variety, and innovation. It is evident that the selection of items is carefully curated, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. I am always thrilled to discover unique and hard-to-find products that enrich my life and bring joy to my loved ones.

However, what truly sets your store apart is the exceptional level of customer service. The knowledge and expertise demonstrated by your staff members are truly remarkable. They possess an in-depth understanding of your products, offering valuable insights and personalized recommendations that have greatly influenced my purchasing decisions. Their willingness to go the extra mile in assisting customers, addressing concerns, and providing prompt solutions is highly commendable.

Russel sucks ilagay sa basement yan
The absolute WORST! Whenever you go to a company to ship stuff, ask which airline they're sending with and skip Caribbean Airlines by all means! This is not my first rodeo with them and each time, you pay crazy money to have stuff delivered within 5-7 day periods and a month later you would be pulling your hair out in frustration! They lie and are not accountable. When you track your package, it's booked, departed... Then manifested, booked, departed... Day by day and it never really moved.

Monday Dec 19 around 9: 15 before I step out the house I check online your store hours say open- close 8pm . I went there and door half way open meaning people/ workers already inside . I called the store phone number 5 times and no one pick up . Pls update your specific hour on your website. It is a waste of time traveling to your place and wait for 30 minutes to open and never happened. I rather go to Filipino store that are reliable with their opening and closing hour.
I sent something to Grenada West Indies from JFK and all those little confusing at the beginning the people there are very nice very respectful and friendly I definitely recommend this services over DHL or UPS the only con is that the item needs to be picked up at the airport it does not get delivered physically to the address where you wanted to go other than that great service
This is the worst customer service from any airline. I have emailed and called the superiors on numerous occasions about the unprofessionalism of the staff. They really give the Caribbean a bad name. I only use their services if there isn't another island servicing the destination. Staff arrives late, they waste time, and are very rude, and insensitive to customers concerns. I would strongly suggest that undercover boss do a sting there.
Terrible service!

Nice Atmosphere. Clean Store. Most of all, reasonable price with Hospitable and Friendly Tinderos! Yung feeling na Kapuso at Kapamilya ka talaga!
Very poor customer service. On a previous call one of the representatives made a smart comment. When I told her I heard what she said she replied " sorry I thought my mic was muted" . They lack customer service. They don't compensate or try to make up for horrible le experiences. This airline should be banned from traveling.
Please do not ship with this company. They claim to be able to ship your items and you will receive it to the desire destination with a day or so. I am still waiting on my package and it been over two weeks . The staff is very unprofessional, not helpful and totally not understanding. I will write a review every day until this company deliver my items
My experience with this company is poor, they don't deserve not one star. They were to call me when my package arrived, that never happened. However they quick to charge storage fee, when you don't pick up after one day ($75). Without any proof of them trying to contact you they drum up fees to pad their pockets. Anyone who was forced to pays these fees should file a complaint. Don't let these crooks get away with your money, do something.
Everybody loves talking about scammers but everyone forgets about these big companies that scam us out of our hard earn monies just because they think we are little and don't have a voice. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHO TAKE YOUR PACKAGE AND PROMISE TO DELIVER IT WITHIN A 5 DAY TIMEFRAME WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE WEEKS AND COUNTING. CARIBBEAN AIRLINE CARGO YOU ARE A WASTE JUST LIKE CARIBBEAN AIRLINES REGULAR. YOU BUINESS PRATICES ARE IMMORAL AND HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE IF EVEN LEGAL. YOU ARE SCAMMING HARD WORKING EVERYDAY PEOPLE INTENTIONAL BECAUSE YOU GUYS THINK YOU ARE TOO BIG TO BE AFFECTED. IF I HAVE TO COME ON HERE AND WROTE A BAD REVIEW EVERYDAY I WILL.

Tindahan, which literally translate to “store”, opened last month, and is in the heart of Elmhurst on busy Broadway near the hospital. It’s a tiny store filled with Asian/Filipino grocery items. You’ll find the usual Filipino desserts, snacks, candies, drinks, noodles, frozen food (lumpia, sausages), etc. And in the back of the store is a DolEx Financial counter where you can send money to the Philippines.

Some items of interest that I found while checking this store out:

-Baked good from Kape’t Torta (Filipino bakery located in nearby Queens Blvd): we got the Ube Cheese Pandesal whichwas great the next morning after toasting in the oven. It only had a hint of ube flavor but great, nonetheless.

-Homemade “ice candy”: this is a popular Filipino summer treat and is similar to a frozen popsicle or a Mexican Paleta. The ones here are huge and they are offered in two flavors (mango and ube). You don’t really see this offered in stores here in NYC, so it was nice to see.

-Frozen Halo-Halo: made by a local company (based in Maspeth) called FilRo Delights. I had never heard of them and decided to try out the Buko Pandan Halo-Halo and the Ube Halo-Halo. OMG, it was so GOOOD!! It had the right amount of toppings and was so flavorful. I also loved the packaging (the size and the spoon it comes with). To enjoy the dessert all you have to do is let the Halo-Halo sit for a few minutes to soften and then mix the contents by squeezing the container around. Super convenient! I can see myself buying this for a picnic or for the beach. You buy the Halo-Halo frozen and by the time you get to your destination it’s at the optimal eating window. I’m actually already planning on going back and buying all of the flavors and bringing it to my Friendsgiving event next week. I think it will be a huge hit.

The other I wanted to note was that the staff was really helpful and welcoming. Right now, the store is still somewhat under the radar having just opened. When we visited it wasn’t busy and we were able to take our time looking around and not have to worry about bumping into people. I’m in the neighborhood often so I can definitely see myself coming here to get provisions and those yummy frozen Halo-Halo desserts!
