Wilfred is fantastic! Went in for a 60 minute massage and left feeling amazing. Still feeling the effects the next day. Wilfred certainly knows what he is doing and his head and arm massage are great as well. Highly recommended.

It’s a walk in clinic and I was been told they are not accepting first time walk in patient?

I arrived without an appointment with a severe cold and flu, having called ahead. To my pleasant surprise, I was seen by Dr. Ricardo Ko in under half an hour. Dr. Ko is an exceptionally compassionate physician who truly listens to your concerns.

I just had a very weird and uncomfortable visit. Apparently the first time you came in, its cheaper than the subsequent visits (usually the otherway around) and nobody inform you nothing about that. Also, the provider I had today (Lei Wu) asked what parts I’m concerning about, and the rest of the session she put pressures on everything that are not those parts.
- shoulders were touched with light pressure, and the hardest part goes towards my throat and salivary glands, which choked me multiple times, and then she gave me a “non-scientifically proven” fact/lecture that I might experience that because of Covid (I had covid once, 3 yrs ago), not her pushing.
- wasted 20mins of my session on this very painful head massage where she pressed really hard on the top of my head, not beneficial to the sore body parts I came in for, and as a bonus, I got a migraine the moment I got to my car.
- my left lower back was the part I needed the most attention due to pregnancy, and thanks to the head massage I only got treated on the right side, and not in any “good” spots for that matter. The left side got touched, and she and I both felt it needs more attention, but time runs out and I left with no good feeling anywhere.
Session started 2.10pm ends at 3.07pm, so no, it wasnt because Im 10mins late, it was the head push that she didn’t explain or discussed with me at all and now Im left with horrible pain and the same pain I came in with.
2 stars was for a very nice one I had in the first visit: Analie. She was relaxing and attentive to the parts I needed.

Not a walk in clinic except 2 days.a week. Not a good welcome for me when I enter, the women who was at front desk awful. She just dont want anyone to walk in from that door. Such a shame. Totally wasted

Nothing against the doctors at this clinic. However, this complaint is about the receptionist. My girlfriend called around 2pm to ask if the doctor was still accepting walk-in- patients for the day, because all she needed was a prescription. She was told to come for 3:30. We arrived at 3:34 and was told “yeah… it’s 3:34”, we were only 4 minutes late due to traffic and she had to take time off of work to come. The reception then goes on about “yeah he just saw the last patient for the day”. I don’t understand why telling my girlfriend to come for 3:30 then if the doctor won’t even see her. The reception then proceeds to “message” the doctor to see if he would take my girlfriend in and was denied. The reception couldn’t even call to let us know before hand that he wasn’t taking anyone anymore or shouldn’t have told her to come in the first place for 3:30. Wasted our time and didn’t have the decency to notify us.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and I had an awesome experience. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, the doctor was accommodating and understanding and the pharmacy staff were quick and efficient. Thank you!

👎UNPROFESSIONAL! It’s just money grabber! I requested 90min deep tissue massage when I came here. The therapist, Wei Lu is so rude she was laughing and arguing with me as explaining my muscle discomfort over the phone. But i still came in for my appointment because I badly need massage. During the session I kept asking for more pressure and was ignored but I just felt lots of oil touching my skin without pressure. After the session I asked her what is deep tissue massage mean for her, she said it’s just relaxation. She looked upset when I left, because I did not put tip her after. I’m surprised to be charged with RMT receipt because she never did anything to help me with my pain. I felt horrible because my expectation was not met and being laugh at. I had to book same day, for another massage session somewhere else. It was an unpleasant experience for me.

It was the worse experience. I have never written down any review in my life but this is my first time to do it. This is because they are not professional and playing your schedule. Also, they charge your insurance even though you didn’t get any of service. PLEASE LOOK FOR the other place to get massage. One massager is going to put on oil and end of charging $100 over. Please do not waste of your money and time.

This is an amazing place- clean, professional and kind. Nathan Z gives excellent massages! He goes deep into the muscle tissue while stretching you. He listens attentively to your needs and responds with care and targets your problem areas effectively. I look forward to going back regularly.

Dr. Tong really listened (and believed me!), and made a reasonable plan for investigating my symptoms. Very professional and respectful. Front desk staff was also quite friendly. I came at 10:30 and only waited 20 mins.

First time coming here, this place is very unfriendly. The tall asian doctor didn’t even bat an eye on us when we walked in, talked so fast and very RUDE with his questions if the patient don’t give the answers quickly. We get to the front and the desk lady just gave us a paper without instructions until asked. Atleast we got the referral

I have been going to this clinic for a year now and even though I already moved to Waterloo I still come here for massage, acupuncture and cupping! The place is very clean and staff are very nice and accommodating. I sometimes book very last minute and they make sure to make a way for me to be seen as I live very far. My mom also comes here and she loves it as well because it’s very accessible if you commute and she sometimes just walk to the clinic as well because she lives within the area. Would totally recommend going to Sheppard Bathurst RMT!

This five star is for Dr Kim who is an angel. The most caring and loving doctor I have ever seen. She was checking on me as if I am a family member. I was very stressed and worried and she took care of my situation in the best way. I will always be thankful of her.

I visited Sheppard Bathurst RMT today for the first time and had a great experience. I saw Lena for a massage and she was very thorough and receptive to spots that were painful for me. She took her time and slowly worked on those areas and by the end of the hour, I was already feeling an immense amount of relief. I've seen several massage therapists over the years and Lena is one of the best. I especially liked how she was willing to suggest other treatment options, but she was not pushy when I declined. The woman at the reception desk was also very kind. Overall, it was a very respectful and relaxing experience and I'll definitely be going back again.

Amazing experience! If you’re looking for a great massage with a spa-like feel, this is the place you should go to. The hours of operation at this location is phenomenal, as they open from 10am-9pm Sunday to Friday and 9am-9pm on Saturday. Parking is limited, but it is free! I’m very happy I found this little gem. I look forward to my next visit!
