Terrible Service…. Theres no one up front and we waited 25 minutes just to be seated. I totally understand that its short staffed some days but as soon as im seated the group before us and the group after got seated, drinks and food served. my group was waiting there for almost an hour including the time before being seated…. WE DIDNT EVEN GET DRINKS!! (as in no one took our order) i got up and left didnt even get to try the food. do better !!!!
We had a great experience! We were seated and our water orders were taken by a server from a different zone because our server was out for a few minutes. The manager on shift then came and checked on us to make sure we were ok. Our server came and too our orders and we had our food within 15 - 20 min. Many different college football games on as well which made it a great experience! We will definitely be coming back.
Was a little unsure about going here, based upon outside appearance. Glad I came in though! They have great specials on wing combos. Many sauces and great service. Big portions and big menu!
Definitely my go to place for a great Philly Cheesesteak. The mushroom with grilled onions, and of course, the curly fries is hard to pass up. Not sure if it is the fresh ingredients or the amazing bread but Philly Connection never disappoints. Absolutely delicious, but what really stands out is the service. Staff is always friendly and more than willing to offer suggestions of their own favorites if you just can’t decide.
Place was more like a dive bar and a little musty. Good drinks and wings. Had their bone-in habanero flavor. Not spicy at all, but nicely cooked. Tots were greasy but very tasty. Good stop for food, it was just a little underwhelming.
Super disappointed in my to go order. My husband and I have ate here several times and have never had food this bad and will not be returning. Half of our boneless wings were dry and very crispy and the other half were barely fried (with bald spots as pictured) and gummy. I waited for the food upon arrival as it wasn’t done yet. Once we got home (we live 5 minutes away) the food was not hot at all. Warm would be an overstatement. We had to waste our $50 order, throw it in the trash, and now have to pick up dinner….. again.
This location is just a mess. The restaurant was mostly empty when we showed up (just two of us) but we still had to wait several minutes to have the hostess notice us then several more to be seated. Our waitress had an excuse for EVERYTHING. Including claiming that "all the Stella glasses are broken" when we ordered one so it came in a tall glass, so of course it was more expensive than a regular beer. We both ordered the all you can eat wings which comes with two sauces but the waitress claimed they didn't do that at this location because there isn't enough staff to make them so only one sauce at a time (???). I know BWW isn't a fine dining experience but it would've been nice if our waitress had even attempted to have some customer service. It put a huge damper on our date and we will never return to this location, what a waste of our time and money.
I may be old fashioned and set in my ways. 30 years ago these restaurants were everywhere serving up the best cheesesteaks in ATL. Somehow around 2003 the entire franchise went downhill. Today I experienced my last visit to Philly Connection. It is beyond me how a Plain Jane is inedible.

I really enjoyed the cheesesteak. Very tasty! I wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price but it still ranks as one of the top 10 cheesesteak places in Atlanta. The front counter lady was really sweet but maybe the owner was having a bad day. I was really excited to try out this place.
I forget what kind of wings I had but they were good. I compared them to American deli and the rest of the wings that I’ve had in Atlanta which I wasn’t happy with so I put this one first. I waiter was nice.
We waited in line for 20 minutes even though they weren't busy. We were taken back to be seated and they realized the table they were going to seat us at was dirty. Instead of seating us elsewhere, they asked us to wait while they had someone come to clean it. Our drinks took over 10 minutes because "all of the glasses 'were' dirty". Our large french fry order came with about fifteen fries. They forgot our dipping sauces and our waitress didn't come by to check on us, so it was another 10-15 minutes before we could ask for our sauces. We didn't get silverware and had to go to the bar to get some (again because waitress wasn't coming to our table to check). I can understand some of this happening if they were busy, but it was not busy at all. Our 2nd bad experience do we won't be going back.
The quality and hygiene food is not served here. I have taken 20 traditional wings and doesn’t seem to be fresh and also I find the feather’s on top of wings… I called the manager then he told the wings are cooked so its good to eat feathers it shouldn’t be any issue and also he told we cook in lot so it happens! I never knew that the features are that healthy after being cooked and after these words from manager, I thought why would Buffalo wild wings doesn’t have cooked feature as a menu item. I strong recommend the management, not to act this way with any customer!! Friends please look at the food twice before eating, we pay a lot of money for hygiene and healthy food.. Not to eat feathers or other nonsense that is served on table.
I've always enjoyed wing factory. They usually are really consistent. Prices are so high that when they are a little off, it really shows. Spent 50 bucks on 24 boneless wings and onion rings...50!!! That's astronomical. This time, they were off. Not seasoned well, not as tender. Either way, can't spend that much ever again.

I have not been here for a while. Used to be so good. Today it was awful! The server acted like I was bothering her. I asked for a cheesesteak with the works. She asked what I wanted on it i said well what ever comes on it. She said as I read the board “ cheese , onion .” I asked about the other ingredients she responded( surly ) if you want them . I felt very unwelcome. The sandwich was terrible and tasteless. I won’t be back.
The wings are micro sized but the sauces are great, the food is fresh and the customer service is bomb. Patronize when you're out this way! I certainly will be.
So leaving the dog wood festival on 04/13/24 me and my friend decided to stop here and wing's I am so glad we did they are so nice it was all most time for them to close several people came in after we did and it was closing time they still took there order y'all keep up the good work I will be back for sure the food was delicious
I hadn't had a cheese steak in years and have been craving one for a minute. I finally saw this place as I was doing business right next door, so i had to stop in. I went straight for the biggest size 10 inch with shrooms and American cheese. With curlies on the side. $16 bucks I think. Stopped in for a quick lunch and instantly regretted it with the poor customer service and lack luster food save your mental space and money and go elsewhere. Not sure how you mess up wings and fries but here we are
The tenders are delicious. No doubt. However, don’t order online. They scam you out of your money manipulating you into believing you’re getting a deal but you’re not. You’re actually paying more than you would when you walk in the store. That really irritated me but other than that it’s cool.
I frequent this area ALOT however, I decided to have a night out with friends on a random Wednesday night… highly recommended that they should try the wing bar. Not only was the food overpriced (but in a way I understand because of the inflation in this economy), but the customer service was HORRIBLE! The employee with the puff and hat on backwards was beyond rude and not welcoming AT ALL! Nevertheless we STILL decided to patronize this small business and for the amount we spent a better customer service experience should’ve came with our meals as well. Im not sure what the issue was particularly with my friends and I, but as someone who has worked in customer service/the food industry.. The attitude needs to be nipped in the bud. seriously. And I’m not even the type of person to write reviews, actually the is my first review ever but that should speak VOLUMES as to how poorly we were treated. Fix the attitude it’s a horrible look for the company.

Wings are super small. Come on now. If someone’s supporting your business atleast give them a decent amount of meat on the wings. Do better. Greed will eat your company away.

I agree with the other reviews on PORTION sizes. My gosh, you are charging nearly $13.00 for one sub. You hardly place any meat and cheese on the sub. Your proportions are very small. And the bread is the size of a small sub.
Finally, the lady who rung me up seems very nice. But, you need to HIRE one person to take cash and a second person to take handle food. She rang me up and then (without) washing her hands she put on gloves after touching my money and whoever else money and then wrapped my sandwich up.

I ordered a 10 piece wing combo with the 4 piece shrimp and fries. Not only was my food cold when I got it but instead of giving me the four shrimp I paid for I got two and a couple popcorn shrimp. I requested my chicken be fried crispy and the skin was super gummy. The best part about my meal was the strawberry lemonade.
Wings cooked so hard I couldn't tell if they were old or I was eating straight bones. Customer Service needs to be worked on as well, walked up & the lady just looked at me & I had to greet her.
Best wings in Atlanta, the honey hot with fries & homemade lemonade always hits the spot! The people that answers the phone are always friendly and food is always ready in under 10 mins.
In between club spots, we decided to stop at Wingnuts for a quick bite. The location is OK with a parking lot not far from it, but it's paid parking. It's a nice establishment and atmosphere. We ordered wings and fries and enjoyed every bite. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. My lady is already talking about going back when we visit again.
The best tiny wings in Atlanta IMO. Why? Size, flavor, variety, price, wait time, location, experience. $16 fa a 10 piece...yeah American Deli cheaper...but it's a chain. I'm into supporting small local businesses. So that's not too bad. If you know, the smaller the food the better the quality. Big wings, big belly. Took 15 minutes and 23 seconds, can't complete. Dude didn't say much, which I like. The product speak for itself. It's a hole in the wall, not flashy. You might miss it if you don't look for it. But them wings was banging. Now they tiny tiny so you might need 24 instead of 10...cause you gone be mad cause they that good. I mean the pictures don't really lie, I could tell the difference in the sauce and seasoning from other spots in the city. Crispy. Not too thick, not too dry. Cooked just right. Fresh out the grease. I had half lemon pepper and half hot. This is the only flavor I ever get anywhere. Classics IMO. If you try something different that's up to chance anywhere. The hot sauce was so good I had to dip my lemon peppers in it. I usually don't hit the same wing spot twice unless it's really that good. Imma have to slide back again. Definitely get the hot sauce. Also, eat em in ya car cause if you take em in the house you gone have to share. Also, I would go get them myself and not use uber eats or a delivery service...food is never good after it's been passed around on somebody bike or in they car and then sitting for 10-20 minutes and tossed around. You miss out on the experience. It's crazy to see bad reviews for this place, but everyone has different taste. If you're looking for something outside of the popular well known chained named spots or tik tok famous, I'd recommend.
These wings are TEENY TINY! We ordered 24 wings for $40 tonight and they’re barely bigger than the plastic cup for the ranch. The flavor was very good per usual but I cannot believe y’all are trying to pass these off as real wings.
Nah this ain't it. The reviews have got to be fake or bots. That's the only reason I tried it. First off the lady kept calling me baby girl...ma'am. You don't know me. Just felt odd. Maybe it's an Atlanta thing, but ion know. Also the spot didn't seem clean at all and usually when it look like that the food is banging but I just don't know. I got the honey hot wings and it just seem like they dipped them wings in sweet and sour sauce and sent me on my way. The sauce was just too heavy for me. More sauce than meat, I need a balance. It felt more like a Chinese spot that sell wings instead of a wing spot.The wings also hella tiny which I don't mind, but just wasn't prepared for it. The lemon pepper was okay, but not the best in the city. I mean wing was gone in two bites. When I tell you, the customer service was bad this lady basically cursed me out. Told me I was a liar that she hadn’t had any complaints in over 18 years I used to live right across the street in the condos. I went to that restaurant for like seven years I used to get their wings and rice and their salad was great, today the food was trash the french fries were green you know how potatoes haven’t ripen yet and they were weighed down with grease. The wings were hard and old the sub meat in the sub tasted like it had gone bad the Philly steak tasted like it was sour I called to complain or just to let her know that she should not let food leave her restaurant like that she proceeded to yell at me, cursed me out, hung up the phone. I told her I was going to post this on Google. When I tried to call her back she refused to answer the phone. These people and I said what I said. Never like to admit that they’re wrong if your food is trash just know it’s trash. I just tried to call you and tell you that your food had issues. I gave you an opportunity to make it right but you didn’t even want to do that. I wanted to relay information to her to let her know not to serve that type of food again on delivery orders you don’t serve that type of food when people are in front of your face. I’ve been going there since 2008 off and on. She got mad yelled cursed was just downright nasty. If I were you guys I would not visit this place. The food is trash. Great food and great service! They couldn’t have been more helpful when I had an Uber Eats issue. I should have just done pickup to begin with because they were fantastic. Food is so good. The wing quality hasn’t changed at all in the three years I’ve been eating there, they always give nice big wings that are cooked perfectly. Very good sauces.

Mason is awesome! The wings came out quick and was hot. We went early to avoid any crowds, so the place was empty. I got the hot lemon pepper. I'm not a fan of their Buffalo sauce. Something is a bit off. If the Buffalo sauce was better, I would give a higher rating.
I love the wings. Even after I drive home they are always still hot and sauced well. Portion size is great for what you are paying. Mason is the best cashier ever! However, the girl with the green and blue hair is very rude! If she’s going to have an attitude put her in the back. If she’s working the front they won’t get no more of my money.

This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to take out orders/online orders. Ordered online and stated order would be ready in 30 min. Got there and they said it wasn't ready. 15 min goes by and ask again. They went to check and they said they have the food ready but not the boneless wings and would be another 20 min. Therefore I ended up waiting 45 min extra there while the rest of my food got cold. Finally got everything and took it home. Everything was cold. Wings weren't even sauced right. Apps and rest of the food all cold. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Grabbed a late night meal after a movie. Wish places around the theater closed a little later than 11p. Ordered a 10 piece breaded lemon pepper wings with curly fries and a drink. The cashier and cook provided exceptional customer service. The wings could have been seasoned a little more but were edible. My only issue was the guys walking around sagging (underwear/butt showing). That practice shouldn't be allowed in a business that sells food-kind of disgusting.
Went for the Michigan v Alabama game, it was a great sports bar type atmosphere. Lots of beer options available although it wasn't the cheapest for tap. Food was pretty good. The atmosphere is what really sold it here though, dimming the lights til kickoff with everyone tapping on the tables. Would definitely come back.

I like spicy wings so I got the blazin something. It was the hottest on the menu. I only got to eat one wing as it was WAY TOO HOT!! I asked a red-wig girl with a nose piercing if I could exchange the flavor before I even ate that first wing and she told me I’d be charged for 2 flavors. They need to have a waiver signed before even letting a person order this wing flavor!

I frequent this location because it’s convenient and in the mall However, the customer service at this location sucks. The women have attitudes and don’t speak English. I’ve literally seen them drop some fries and put them in a container to sell and they have resold some returned food! The food was decent but those two incidents and their attitudes have turned me away from giving this location my money.
They put the fries on top of the wings and I think it helps to keep the wings hot. I tried the lemon pepper and Louisiana barbecue flavors. They did not shy away from properly seasoning the wings. Everything was very hot. They have a miniature Coke Freestyle machine called Flex and it has a nice selection of beverages.

I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant today. They make delicious Philly cheese steaks with such creamy delicious cheese. They put many great toppings in them for the same price. I ordered The Works and it was really good. I loved that they had jalapeños too. They game very generous servings of fresh curly fries. The tea tasted great. The customer service was excellent. Everyone in the restaurant was really nice. They have barstool seating inside and a couple regular tables outside.
I love the guy who is usually there at night I love his personality and the food is matched very good would def recommend can’t wait to eat again my friends 💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍🙌

If you want to wait 30 minutes after ordering while the employees yell at each about who's not going to lose their job for who , what time to turn off the grills and my personal favorite instructions on how to prepare thier own food to take home for each other's orders then this is the place for you. The best part was the cashier not paying attention to my order because you see she was way more interested in the yelling going on in front of the restaurant which resulted in me getting the wrong thing but hey they made up for it by given me cold food. I ordered honey garlic wings and instead received my wings soaked in butter and pepper with a side of butter and pepper to dip them in. The wings were soggy and smelled of oil. No flavor. Not even a whiff of honey anywhere. The fries were limp and undercooked. I immediately went back to exchange or get a refund. I hadn’t even taken a full bite of a wing it was that oily.
When I asked the manager, very politely for a refund because the wings did not have the flavor of honey garlic and were very oily, she proceeded to yell at me that I was wrong simply because she made the ‘honey garlic’ herself. I asked why it was yellow (I’d never seen honey garlic this color) and she told me that it was butter.
I politely explained again that the wings were not the flavor I ordered and that there wasn’t any honey on them. I couldn’t smell it taste it nor see it.
She continued to yell and refused to refund the money or even attempt to repair the situation. I did not raise my voice at all and continued to use ma’am when addressing her.
The food was so bad that I left it on the counter. She’d already made up her mind that she was right and nothing else mattered.

I witnessed the worse service by the person who identified themselves as manager. The customer stated their order was incorrect and requested a refund or correction. After another person tried to assist, the manager simply said "I'm wrong, but what am I supposed to do?" Which made no sense. The customer had spent $16 on their meal. The manager called the mall security. This is the point, the chicken, fries and labor costed a fraction of the profit made on the meal. Good business practice would suggest make the customer happy because this generates repeat business. There were many choices in the food court. The customer chose your business. The manager yelled at the customer and the customer simply made a request in a calm voice several times. The manager's small child started to cry seemingly due to the managers yelling. How upsetting to see a business representative yelling at a customer in front of their child. SHAME.
Not everyone can afford to walk away from a $16 chicken meal. How sad for your company to be represented on one of the busiest shopping days of the year by a careless manager. There is always mistakes, it is unfortunate. Care for customers should be a priority along with high quality food.

Been to 20-30 Hooters across the country. This place never misses. Wings are perfect. Service is better than any typical bar. Taylor (bartender) is genuinely nice as is the rest of the staff. Shout out to the cooks!
Got the salad/5 wings combo. Salad was good, wings were a bit on the small side and tough, but good flavor. (Got the BBQ) wait wasn’t too long. Lemonade was super-duper sweet. Not a bad meal.
Over all the wings we good where a great size and pretty good. The location is great and staff was friendly. I ordered some wings with 2 orders of curly fries and tenders. The we’re stingy on the fries though, the box was not even half way full. I had a carry out order and expected to have a full box of fries. Not sure if I’ll be going back. I can get more food at a regular wing place for the amount I payed here.

They're Daytona Wings just hit different here. SO freaking good! I always ask for that extra grilled !May because it's the actually grill them.
The the waitress was on it brought out the fries right away something to snack on while they are hot ! I love that.

Took a few minutes to be seated, but I really didn't mind they looked to be short staffed. However, we must have been seated in a do not disturb section, our waitress, Chloe, rarely paid attention to us. Service was painfully slow, which was baffling considering she had 3 tables and the restaurant was virtually empty.
Took forever to get our drinks, we ordered fried pickles when we ordered said drinks and it took so long to get those that I had forgotten that we hadn't put our order in yet. When we did get our fried pickles they were cold and she didn't even give us ranch with them. We put our food order in and I asked for ranch for the pickles.
Again, we didn't see our waitress for a very long time. Not until 40 minutes later when we got our food, which also came out cold. That's when we got the ranch for the fried pickles. We asked for drink refills, which we didn't get until we were halfway finished with our meal.
There were multiple times when we were looking around trying to find our waitress, but couldn't find her and the few times we did see her she was shooting the breeze with some coworkers. We could see other waitresses keeping up with their tables, but not Chloe. We had debated walking out when we got our fried pickles, because of how LONG everything was taking, but figured that would be considered dining and dashing.
Lastly, the bill. Those fried pickles that she didn't give us ranch for, she charged us for the ranch that should have already come with them. How trash is that? When I gave her my card, we watched her go to a computer walk away, go to the hostess stand seat a party, then go to a different computer and ring us out. I don't know about anyone else, but I "LOVE" seeing someone just walking around with my credit card serving other people. It takes like 10 seconds to cash someone out, that should have been number 1.

So I ordered Taco Mac yesterday or visited this restaurant in person numerous of times and have always been satisfied. However I ordered it via ubereats on yesterday and let's just say my $60 was not well spent. It wasn't about the food temperature it was about the quality of the food as I had expected for the food not to be as hot as it would typically get as it had to be picked up by my Uber driver and commuted to me. However the packaging the way things were placed in the box was just not presented well and I always tell people you eat with your eyes first so presentation is critical.
I thought to myself and I said well maybe it was due to the way the Uber driver handled the order however I do believe since they are offering Uber services then they should as other restaurants have done provide appropriate packaging so that items are not
tossed about.

Excellent place to go with your family. Delicious food. But I can only give 4 stars .The experience was great but only hiccups was they don’t validate your parking permit until is over. We were a large group and talked a lot.
1) They don’t split the bill with the patrons. We were 18 people. My friend paid for all of us. 2) They advertise free parking. Just waiting for food for ai many of us took about 45 minutes. At the time to go I realized I payed 11:00 for parking.

I been to this Taco Mac plenty of times, the atmosphere and the location is what really makes this place great. The wings are the best item on the menu but today i wanted fish so I got the fish sandwich which was just okay . Not amazing not bad just OKAY .
Not sure why the low reviews, but I had a great experience. Great tasting wings. Not dry or overcooked. Very good flavored sauces. Got my wings to go and still hot when I got home. Plenty of parking and military discount. Very friendly Staff too.
Was in town for DragonCon always stop in and get something good to eat and The View wasn't bad either
If I could give a Zero, I would because I won’t be returning ever. There’s NO reason why a 10pc wing is $16 looking and tasting like this… Wings are literally dry bite size with little to no meat tossed in hot sauce and pepper. There’s nothing special about the flavor or size of these wings to be over-charging people… Service was unacceptable if store hours say open until 2am, theres a major business problem if you run out of wings hours before closing time… A waste of money and the worst wings in ATL! Instead, Go to American Deli or ATL Wings for good meaty/saucy wings 10pc for $12.
The wings were delicious. It did take a while to come out of the kitchen, but they were hot. Cool idea! Hooters without the waitresses.
The outside has alot going on so be careful. The wing plate reminded me of yums in Memphis. The philly steak egg roll was good. The people's customer service could have been better.

I was in Atlanta for a SkillsUSA and seeing a Hooters, I knew I had to try it! Me and a friend came in and had Lydia has a server. She was very attentive and nice (especially considering we were two very awkward teenagers). We ordered some wings and they were pretty good, very tasty and fresh. We also got a round of dessert shots; I would highly recommend them. They're small and cheap and very tasty. Would definitely come back here again.
Placed a pickup order, cashier was rubbing her face and eyes when I arrived. No hand washing noted afterwards. Received order (3) piece tenders, got home food looked eaten and one tender was missing. Tried calling the restaurant phone goes straight to a busy signal.

We opted to try the wing meal. It comes with one side. If you want celery and carrots there is an additional charge. There is also an up charge to get more than one wing sauce, and to opt for only flats!! Honestly, I am not a fan of all the up-charges. What started as a $13 meal turned into a $16 meal after all the extra fees.
The lemon pepper seasoning was good. The reason for the mediocre rating is because the food was not fresh. It appeared that everything was just reheated. I also do not like the fact that the wings are actually wingettes. I really wish restaurants would stop calling them wings! They are a third of the size of a wing. The Tater tots are not good. The veggies were ok- but again did not appear to be freshly prepared.
In addition to the food being mediocre, the place was not clean. It appeared that a table left a mess and no one wanted to clean the mess up. It was not a good look. Needless to say— This spot is not on my top list of places for wings.

It was kind of slow, so the service staff was probably cut to reflect the volume. This showed in the delayed greeting at the door for many customers, including us. The server was very nice but had too many tables to do timely table checks. We never saw the manager, no table checks by them. Our table and another had to ask the front desk where to pay due to waiting a lengthy time for our server. Manager, when you cut your floor to minimums, be ready to jump in and help. Again, the server was very nice. The grease needs changing. You can taste it on the fried tots, that or don't use the same fryer as the wings.
I didn't like this hooters, i waited 1 hour to be sitted. After waiting 1 hour i had to ask the lady if i needed to contine waiting? and i saw that there was a line crossing my name on the waiting list and i was there waitit for 1 hour! After that, it took 30 minutes to get a server. The food was not good at all.
The wings are super small and the food didn’t have much flavor we had the lemon pepper wings the garlic pepper and the buffalo sweet sauce they were super small like the pics are not a lie. The service was very good the ladies up front were helpful and welcoming if they get bigger wings I’d say try them Out
Wow I would have to say as a Resident of GA, and a frequent of this location Tonight’s experience was By far the worst dining experience I have Ever received in My life. I am going to issue a complaint with the BBB of Atlanta. Where/ Whom is the owner ? Don’t even know where to begin. Was placed on wait list for 45 min. Was seated and waited One hour before the food even arrived. I asked the waitress to bring My fries and Salad out after waiting for 45 mins. When the food arrived You could tell it was horrible by the looks . Clearly there is no Quality check before it leaves the kitchen. The salad was served with wilted brown rotten lettuce. The shrimp, and chicken was undercooked. I sent it back to the kitchen. TJ the manager gave Me a $13.00 military discount for the Bad food and service. Did not apologize and avoided Me. By this time I spoke to another Manager. He refused to tell Me his name , and When I asked for corporate phone number he rudely walked away. He had an attitude and acted like I was a problem. This whole embarrassing situation occurred in front of a lobby full of customers and My family. I paid $49.00 for Undercooked wings , shrimp, Rude Managers and long wait times. Don’t go to this location. It’s trash just like It’s managers and food. I been to many hooters across the states. The best hooters is By Cumberland Mall. I included pics of food and pic of the rude manager turning his back on Me. I am now looking at all the other reviews and I’m wondering how this location is still in business. I regret not keeping My reservation at the Hard Rock Cafe across the street. I will never in My life return to this location, not even if the food was free.

The host and the waitress were both sweet and accommodating. The food was fresh and made exactly how I requested it. The dining area is spacious so you do not feel as if you are too close to anyone which is great for large parties. The only issue was with the bar and their inventory was low. They were out of wine completely and some spirits as well. I know they have a happy hour and they offer specials on Tuesdays I believe. Overall satisfied with this location.
The "shrimp" are the pre- battered frozen ones they sell in the grocery freezer section and are mostly bread, very little shrimp. It's giving long John silvers 🤢 My fries were overcooked but cold. The wings were very small, very greasy, and I got 9 instead of 10. 🙄 A waste of money.

Purchased two 10 piece wings with house rice. The meal was almost 14$ by itself and then was charged an additional 2$ for each so 6$ (beef, chicken and shrimp). Paid a little under 40$ for chicken wings that weren’t any bigger than my husbands pinky finger. There isn’t any meat on the bones. I can’t believe they raised their prices and serving people food that looks like this.
Worst wing place! Ordered and paid for 2-30 piece chicken wings and only received 2-20 piece chicken wings. The 20 piece honey bbq wings that we got were so small as if they were the wings off of a Cornish hen. And the "20 piece" of the lemon pepper we ordered was only 10 pieces of a whole wing that they just decided to conveniently not cut into 2 pieces. I don't normally leave reviews but this was just too ridiculous to not leave a review. Google should have a zero star rating because this would've been zero stars.
We tried the fish tacos and the wings and weren't impressed by either, unfortunately. The fish in the tacos was very mushy and hard to eat, and the wings had an odd flavor, like maybe the oil in the fryer was getting old. Our server was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of, but the kitchen closed 30 minutes prior to closing, which was a little frustrating when they offered trivia that was still on going and didn't indicate prior that the kitchen closed early . We were 1st time visitors and wont be back based on our experience, as there are better places to enjoy a Thursday night in the area.
Will not eat here again! I’m happy I always look at my food. This is unacceptable make sure the chicken is done and my fries were hard so you guys are over frying the fries and not frying the chicken long enough make it make sense! The peach lemonade was good.

Then on the second picture you all can see which supposed to be the sauce from the wings it’s straight BUTTER 🧈 . I will not return to this location ever! They have a wings r us in Lithia springs Georgia which is way better than this location.

First let me say that, even before trying the wings, it was the positive and upbeat attitude and personality of the staff, namely Darius and Mike, that made this such a wonderful visit. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. It was my first time visiting Hoots and Darius was kind enough to walk me through many of the flavors that I had a question about and their preparation. Mike listened in and interjected his own opinions of what he thought I might enjoy trying. He also quickly turned to drop our wings, so that they would be ready, as soon as he learned the number we were ordering. Although I assumed that there was a correlation between the famous restaurant Hooters I wasn't 100% sure, until I tried the wings. Freshly prepared just the way I wanted them. Tossed in the sauce, which evenly covered the wing, an oozing with flavor! The french fries were crispy and hot and seasoned exceptionally well to perfection. The wing sizes are not too big and not too small just right. A smaller portion would have definitely been enough however I'm glad we have leftovers!! I look forward to many more future visits at my new favorite wing place with my new friends Darius and Mike!
I am so happy I found this place! I had a taste for shrimp but didn't really feel like going to my normal place. When my friend suggested we try their wings I was really excited to see that they also had fried shrimp. It was perfectly breaded and cooked well. I always check my shrimp to make sure that it's been deveined properly and each piece that I ate was. I also want to mention that the cashier that rang me up, I think his name was Darius, was very professional. I had a question about the sauce and he explained to me exactly how it tasted. I will definitely be coming back.
You can get decent food if there’s no where else late. In person the restaurant smells a bit funky,the space is cramped and it’s very slow fulfilling orders. Ordering through Uber,the service is still slow whether it be pickup or fulfilling delivery.
The food was good but y’all cost well over the average price (13$ for ten piece combo) to be serving these small wings, and I mean SMALL. They are smaller than a pack of ketchup.

I ordered the lemon pepper wings. They're right, it's worth the wait for a fresh to order meal. Not a sit down spot. Tried the Vings also. Pretty good cheat for the vegan's and those not wanting meat that day. Will definitely be back. 4 is because all things considered it's good but air is needed up in there. Let's order more so we can enjoy some air while we wait!
