This is a nice place, deserves at least a 4* overall rating. The guy on the door was a little grumpy but not all the time, sometimes he was a lil chatty.
Plus point is the clientèle. I had more fun here than I normally do in London, and there were some hot guys here too.
Place is generally nicely decorated and lit. Staff are generally friendly-ish but I'd expect more friendliness from the north! Haha.
Knocking one star off just because the fun area is so removed from the sauna and steam area which is normally nicer if they're closer together for more inter-mingling of fun between the areas.
But all in all thanks for a nice time and I'll try and be back!

It's ok. Bad points:
- Many comments about guy on the door being rude. He is not personally rude just lacks customer service skills/common sense/emotional intelligence. Too many rules, keeps confiscating my water bottle even though I need it for afterwards. Then on leaving when I asked for it back he said he had thrown it in the bin. Poor etiquette/judgement and very unlikely to return now because of this.
He was a bit rude and patronising as well about making people lose their towel 10 mins prior to the naked day at 9pm
- staff generally lack friendliness and personality, which is going to rub some customers up the wrong way. Also one guy at the bar, when I ordered a drink, didnt stop me when I said I'm going to get my wallet from my locker. I came back with it and he said you pay on exit. Why didn't he say that when I told him I'm going to get it. Again customer service skills lacking!
- not that many customers there. Sometimes have a lot and a good mix of guys.
- place is quite small
steam room went cold and a couple of people were complaining
- generally clean but floors can be wet/dirty/slippery

- ambience, decor and lighting
- some nice mix of guys including younger hot ones to have fun with. I tend to get at least one hot guy every time I go.
My advice: if it's your first time or you're a tourist give it a try once. And then see if you want to return ever again or not.
Update: gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went a second time, the guy was nicer and friendlier this time so I have upgraded by one star, maybe he learnt from the experience.

Generally easy-going staff who make you feel welcome, venue is large as expected with some nice nooks and crannies. Not too much attitude among the patrons but you'll always get a bit with people. I had some good fun here. And they have a bigger coffee/cafe area than expected.
Now they gotta sort out their hot tub and steam room refurb! That's been going on for a while!

Nice place, friendly staff, more focussed on communal fun, clientèle tend not to have attitude/superiority complex and more of a 'the more the merrier' vibe.
