Currently the best sauna in London.
The level of cleaning is objectively incomparable whit any other London sauna. Facility are very well maintained.
The sauna is small but again, it's clean and does its job. The steam room doesn't have mould (in any other sauna in London is just disgusting, when you are inside rise your head in any other steam room and good luck...), doesn't smell of urine and you can see they clean it regularly.
Customer service is ok, the only reason why I don't give 5 stars is simply because sometimes the disco-pop music doesn't allowed you to relax, and this is really a place where you can just relax.
Some chill-atmosphere especially in the afternoon would be amazing.

Definitely a quiet, nice spot. Dude at the front desk was fine. No attitude, just smiles and straightforward with everything. The place is really squeaky clean. These guys are huge on cleanliness: to be frank I’ve never seen anywhere cleaned this much, even with not too many customers, the place is really constantly being cleaned. You have guys with headlamps carrying cleaning supplies and wiping all surfaces including walls. Almost like disinfecting a crime scene. It’s quite assuring to know they’re so big on keeping the place safe and clean for all. They’ve also placed anti slip mats to address the concerns with slippery floors.
The pool water is crystal clear as well and the right temperature. Definitely a pleasant experience for me here on my first visit. It’s quaint, quiet and you do get to have some peace here. The staff members are generally friendly as well. They work really, really hard.
The patrons are quite friendly too. No pushy people, everyone’s respectful of one another but of course this varies. Generally quite pleased and I’ve got no complaints really

The Covent Garden Sauna for Men offers a mixed but generally positive experience. The highlight of the visit seems to be the massive and beautifully designed jacuzzi, which creates a pleasant and soothing atmosphere. The dry sauna and steam room are described as standard and meet the usual expectations.
One common concern mentioned is the slippery floor, which can be uncomfortable to walk on.
Overall, while the Covent Garden Sauna for Men may not have flaws, it offers a satisfying experience with its attractive jacuzzi, decent facilities, and a good mix of people.

This isn't the best sauna ever, but it's really not as bad as some of the reviews make out.
The jacuzzi is massive, and beautifully designed (surrounded by mirrors, plants and rocks). The dry sauna and steam room are as you would expect, and there are a decent number of cabins. There is also a lounge area with a bar, sofas and TVs.
The floor is very slippery, and sometimes uncomfortable to walk on, so I would strongly recommend bringing flip-flops.
The man on the door is very businesslike, but I don't find him rude. I have been spoken to rudely by staff in other saunas in the UK. This chap by comparison is absolutely fine, he just tells you straight what the policies are, and is a bit blunt. Nothing wrong with that.
The sauna is usually quiet compared to its big rivals (Pleasuredrome and Sweatbox), but there are always people wandering around. There is a good range of ages usually.
I have been once on a Saturday and there is a totally different vibe: the main lights go down, laser-light effects are projected onto the walls, club music starts booming out, and the place suddenly fills up with lots of customers.
I actually prefer it on other days, when it is more relaxing, and you can just enjoy the facilities and chat to people.
If the big London saunas intimidate you, I would say that this one is a nice, safe option.

It's ok. Bad points:
- Many comments about guy on the door being rude. He is not personally rude just lacks customer service skills/common sense/emotional intelligence. Too many rules, keeps confiscating my water bottle even though I need it for afterwards. Then on leaving when I asked for it back he said he had thrown it in the bin. Poor etiquette/judgement and very unlikely to return now because of this.
He was a bit rude and patronising as well about making people lose their towel 10 mins prior to the naked day at 9pm
- staff generally lack friendliness and personality, which is going to rub some customers up the wrong way. Also one guy at the bar, when I ordered a drink, didnt stop me when I said I'm going to get my wallet from my locker. I came back with it and he said you pay on exit. Why didn't he say that when I told him I'm going to get it. Again customer service skills lacking!
- not that many customers there. Sometimes have a lot and a good mix of guys.
- place is quite small
steam room went cold and a couple of people were complaining
- generally clean but floors can be wet/dirty/slippery
Good points:
- ambience, decor and lighting
- some nice mix of guys including younger hot ones to have fun with. I tend to get at least one hot guy every time I go.
My advice: if it's your first time or you're a tourist give it a try once. And then see if you want to return ever again or not.
Update: gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went a second time, the guy was nicer and friendlier this time so I have upgraded by one star, maybe he learnt from the experience.

I like it.
Manager! Yeah he can be rude, but hey ho!
I don’t know his issues, no more than he knows mine.
Plus I’m really not there for him and his manners! Plus he is there 7 days a week open until close I would be pist.
Most people are rude these days!
All fairness this has to be the cleanest sauna I’m London,
I have been going for years and either he or a staff member are constantly cleaning.
It’s got to be the biggest jacuzzi it’s not small.
There is an older crowd. But at times there is a very young crowd and there is always younger people in there.
It is more like a spa.
And bit of attitude on the door 🙄 that’s the only time you have to speak to the guy!
Actually I like it because I don’t have to fake it myself!
once your in there no attitude at all it is clean and quite chilled!
