I have been a tenant for quite a time, the management team are professional, easy to speak with, understanding and polite. Neighbors in general are very good. Overall the apartment is very nice with nice finishings, maintenance is outstanding. Well done and thank you!

Nice single bedroom apartments for a small family with a large living room; however the bedroom is not big enough. Still recommend as a nice 1bhk in the city centre!

I booked one bed but after more then 2 years they completed 13% amazing. I know there are many reason for delay but it is super slow. I don’t know when they hand over ????

Last night I encountered a horrific and unethical treatment from the security of the gates due to lost parking ticket. They kept myself and my wife in the parking for 2 hours and they have offended us by abusive words till we got the police.

Avoid at all costs. It is managed and owned by unprofessional people; they don’t have a little bit of respect; they care about nothing but unprofessionalism; this is what they are good at.
Nice area with a lot of restaurants and close to metro. Only problem is you need to walk around the lake as there's no bridge.

The terms of the contract you sign with them are different from the terms of the green contract, so be careful - only the green contract is enforceable. Don't let them mislead you with this.
Edit to my post following "owner" response:
- First if I could put a zero star rating I would.
- Second, make sure you read the reviews correctly, nobody said it was early termination or that it was illegal. What is said is that future and current tenants (although they already heard of this) need to know the way the "owner" treats the tenants. It is about decency.
- Everybody knows who the owner is, the fact that it is set up as an LLC makes no difference. Maybe put up a sign saying "beware staff have priority here and we will not renew your contract if an "employee" wants to move in"
- According to other tenants, the management and "policing" here is making several tenants annoyed.

Now i find out he is actually leasing it to an employee of his. Apparently in Abu Dhabi you can do this.. 2 months notice for no reason.

Major repair work at the front entrance towards the main road makes the walkway difficult and uncomfortable.
Narrow hallway to reach apartment from the lift.
Dull hall ways.
Common areas and some apartments doesn’t smell pleasant may be due to mold formation or poor AC maintenance.
Residence tower doesn’t have dedicated gym and pool. Residents have to go to commercial tower facilities which is also shared with other hotel guests.
Some apartment doesn’t have dedicated AC control for each bedroom i.e two bedrooms have shared single AC control and thats very annoying sometimes.

This location is amazing. The apartments have a nice layout and great view. The maintenance staff is great. Closed Kitchen and balcony are a plus. Management is ok. Fire alarm goes off often. Fewer facilities. Small gym and pool is not always clean.

Please stop your terrible construction noise. Do your vehicle's really have to beep their horns at 3am in the morning every 2 minutes? Is it legal for you to be drilling and making a repetitive banging sound at 3am? Come up with another solution please.

One of the finest apartments. Though smaller in size, the construction and layout certainly stand in terms of quality. They probably have the finest of the washrooms in its category. Also the locations for clusters like Y and V from the residential perspective is the best in Lake Elucio side of JLT

The overall place is amazing and coffee shops are good. Small Carrefour supermarket is helpful for the needs. There are scooters and bicycles available to drive and enjoy the green environment. The issue is parking and people force you to pay for parking although it is free for 2 hours

Its christmas and we cant take a break from it!!!! This is so absurd I cant even find thr word to say it. The huge construction is going on 24/7 next to a residential building full of families and kids.

I bought an appartment on Jan 2020 and as per the contract the completion of the project should have been Q4 2021.
I contacted Seven Tides on Nov 2020, and they are already saying the project will be finalized at least from Q2 2023 (almost 2 years of delay)
They are playing with the "Force Majeure" clause in the contract (because of Covid-19) and therefore, they can delay the way they want.

Absolutely amazing modern skyscraper with secure parking and the best rooftop swimming pool in the entire Jumeirah Lake Towers District. Apartment was super spacious with 2 balconies
Only a short walk from the marina and much better value.

0 stars for the developer. Could at least stop the construction from 12am to 6pm. we have kids trying to sleep, and ourselves to go to work after being up all nigh from all the noise.
The apartments are a great choice for those who travel here for the expos or trade shows. Clean and comfortable with all the needs you would require for long stays.
Nice and famaly environment to stay here is a good idea there is no other best option.
