I booked one bed but after more then 2 years they completed 13% amazing. I know there are many reason for delay but it is super slow. I don’t know when they hand over ????

Please stop your terrible construction noise. Do your vehicle's really have to beep their horns at 3am in the morning every 2 minutes? Is it legal for you to be drilling and making a repetitive banging sound at 3am? Come up with another solution please.

Whats with the noise?!?!?!?!?!?
Its christmas and we cant take a break from it!!!! This is so absurd I cant even find thr word to say it. The huge construction is going on 24/7 next to a residential building full of families and kids.
At least at night shut the huge lights and give us a break!!!!!

Look around and you can see all the towers sorround the construction.
THERE ARE PEOPLE LIVING IN THEM!!!! JUST SO YOU KNOW!!!
Chirstmas eve and chirstmas day, which is a friday btw, and the noise is umberable!!!!! 0 stars if I could!

I bought an appartment on Jan 2020 and as per the contract the completion of the project should have been Q4 2021.
I contacted Seven Tides on Nov 2020, and they are already saying the project will be finalized at least from Q2 2023 (almost 2 years of delay)
They are playing with the "Force Majeure" clause in the contract (because of Covid-19) and therefore, they can delay the way they want.

Will be great if built a Masjid in the project.

I would give 0 stars but the minimum is 1.
The construction going on 24/7 500m away from a residencial building show the kind of respect you have for the community you dont even belong to yet.
My 4 months old cant sleep, can you even imagine what it means?
