They have nice exciting rice for kids and some nice adventure game options too. Most of the place was wonderful play area for kids. its kind of changing and relaxing for kids after long time , after all I really being thankful for (Nisha) who took good care of my children. Taher at the top up counter needs to speak up and be polite instead of only focusing on selling promotion. He has no interest in people who want to recharge less amount. I was confused by his behavior and had to ask again what he meant. Please Learn to elaborate dear Taher and break your silence. All other staffs are very helpful except him.
Its quite fun and something to do while in the mall, if your wanting to break up the day from shopping but its looking a bit run down and tired with dim lighting. Lots of games not working/rides closed. The play area it not good and wouldn't take my daughter back there again. The inflatable park looked much better but we didn't go in there. There is a small bowling alley too.
They have moved out long back from AbuDhabi Marina Mall but have not updated it yet here in Google. So bad. We went on a 2 hour long drive just for the sake of this as my kid has his Magic Planet card which has about 100 AED balance in it. My kids were so much excited to have fun but alas, when we reach Marina Mall and ask about in which floor is Magic Planet located, the security says they have moved out from here long back about 6/7 months ago.

A fantastic place for kids to have fun a DJ the colleagues are always wearing welcoming attitude. Austin, Mary Grace, Giselle, Ruby were amazing keep up the good work.
The ninja trampo small play area for kids was the worst experience I've had in a mall! I left my little nephew to play, he got sick and accidentally vomited in the play area, one of the staff asked us to clean the area saying it wasn't her job to clean, she looked grumpy and didn't care about customers, I told her my sister in law is pregnant and I was sick myself so we couldn't clean plus its not even our job but she didn't care! I was so frustrated with her bad behavior and careless customer service, would not recommend to go there some of the phillipino staff is just there for the money they don't care about you or your kids, lazy staff who is probably just sick of their job and just acting all moody!

Zone is a very nice place for kids of all ages. We have visited for so many times and my baby likes it there. They have variety of food especially their chicken burger is amazing

We celebrated my son's 3'rd birthday at the Zone, Circle mall and it was FANTASTIC. The kids played in the play areas and then attended a fun animation with the team. They took care of all the details of the party. The decoration was very nice and everybody had a blast even the parents! Thank you The Zone team for your passion, care, professionalism and dedication, you made it memorable!

Greta place to enjoy bowling and arcade games. They have food and drinks and snacks. You can call and reserve lanes. There is a prayer room for male and females and restrooms. They also have a private bowling arena which is a little more expensive but less crowded

Not at all worth the price 40aed, there are not many activities offered, i have seen many others which in 25 aed only offer lots of activities even for toddlers, they should upgrade it, i mean come on it is city centre and 40 aed?? for what?
It’s very clean and well put together. The bowling is 225 dhs for max of 5 people for one hour. It’s relatively a good deal, but it’s cheaper on weekdays and if you come before 6pm. There’s also a food menu to choose from while you bowl.
Not good ambience for kids play area too dark n dusty instead we can go to abu dhabi Mall where it's hardly 10 drive from Hamdan street

It's really good if you are going in the fun-day...most of the games costs one dirham which happens each tuesday unless its a public holiday..where you can play alot of games with highly affordable price unlike the other days..

Great interior and vibe, not so great food. Ordered chicken wings and barbecue chicken pizza. You can get better tasting chicken wings and pizza from a fast food place. Food also leaves some weird after taste. Was expecting more from Atlantis when it comes to their F&B.
My son had a great time playing, and we loved seeing him enjoy himself. There were lots of games and activities to choose from, and the staff was really nice. It's the perfect place for a fun-filled day with the family.

WaveHouse is in Atlantis at the last point of the palm. It's a cool place with arcade games and bowling, and they have a nice bar where sometimes they get a band that plays commercial music. Haven't tried the food, but it is what you'd expect, finger foods, burgers, and some other platters. They also have a large variety of draft beer, which is the best thing about this place. The service is not the fastest but the waiters are very friendly! The best thing to do at this place is to have a beer while bowling or while listening to the band play.
One thing to try when entering the place there is at this big dome at the entrance (where there's the sign of warehouse), if one person stands facing one of the sides of the dome and another person stands on the opposite side, whenever the first person speaks lightly, the other will listen clearly! Must be an architectural trick, check it out yourself!

I want to thank the work team that took care of my daughter's birthday. Everything was great. I only have a note on the air conditioner. The cooling was not at the level. Everyone was complaining about the hot weather. As for the party and the organization was more than wonderful. Thank you. I hope the air conditioner problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Its a very nice place for kids from 1 year old and above. Even the adults would enjoy it. There is many things to do such as soft play for kids and video games and so much more fun. And you can have snacks and beverages as well! Perfect place to spend quality time and birthday parties!

Its a small but fun arcade but I would recommend you go to the one at the Dubai mall not that many great prizes.
We won 500 tickets a big jackpot and the workers declined to give us the tickets and said its impossible to win it

Terrible experience to say the least. Visited magic planet 100 times in my life being a regular member., but this city center experience was abnormal. At 3 pm I waited for my turn but people had swied 65 times on power roll so nobody else can play for next 3 hours. There were 2 machines and both were full for 2 hours by a single client. Multiple people like us could only wait for few hours and not play at all. They were not even kids but adults playing. Mr Erfan the manager there did not do anything to help and alot of families with kids like us had to suffer. Erfan is not fit to be a manager and he was not able to solve the issue. The only thing he told us was scan qr code and complaint. Never visiting this branch again.
Pros: Great place for children. They enjoy a lot. Entry is free which is great coz you can have a look at all the rides and what’s on offer there. You need to get a prepaid card (there are packages and from 75-500 AED). Blue rides don’t count against the money left in the card, but u won’t get any tickets on that.
Cons: It’s expensive and some games can be tempting to exhaust all the money in your card in a few minutes.
Tip: Sometimes you can get 50% off on the entry ticket packages using Entertainer etc App so be on the lookout for the same.

It's advisable to top up the card above 200Aed coz you won't realize when you start playing.
So for certain games you play you win tickets which later can be deposited in the machine and on that balance you can collect some collectible at counter.

Some staff is cool. Some is Rude & harsh. Specially the lady in bouncy area (very dark & not in good condition). Some of them are chatting - having fun in their own ways... overall it was bad experience , even for the kids. Dont recommend.
Its my favourite Gaming area in Dubai. It offers games and activities for everyone like adults and kids. Affordable, clean and spacious. Its inside the malls thorougout Dubai so its a good place to drop the kids and go shopping.
What a nice place for kids and even for the kids inside, various games for all ages and ticket machines that gives you coupons for gifts. We had a relaxing time and was fun. A few machines needed repairs and we had a few issues with having to swipe more than once on some machines but the staff cleared those up quickly. Would love to go back.

It might be not comfortable at the beggining but after 5 minutes u forget everything and all u want is to get more scores and tickets😂 a lot of fun for kids and for adults as well, in the end we are all kids inside 😆

This place is wonderful! It has many fun arcade games that you can play with your friends. The staff there is very friendly and well-trained. The price is also pretty good. I personally love going to this place with my friends to play all the different types of arcade games that they have. In the end, I recommend this fun place to everyone!

Nice and organized place for children, my kids loved it so much especially the prices counter, they have varieties of toys. The staff are super friendly especially Jason and Latefa they were patient with my children choosing their toys. However, the restrooms need to be cleaned more.

This is where the kids and I spend most of our time in Al Ain. There are two soft play areas in the back. One is for toddlers. The other is for bigger kids. We paid 99 Dhs (per person) to have unlimited access to the toddler area and it really paid off.

There are also pedal cars and large blocks. The large space is really safe, except for two areas. They have really steep wooden stairs and three wooden slides. My eldest managed to bruise his tooth (which I didn't even know was possible) and bust his lip. Even still, he wanted to keep playing.
Outside of the toddler area, the games are pretty fun. There are plenty of miniature rides for little ones.
