Magic Planet Abu Dhabi Marina Mall

They have moved out long back from AbuDhabi Marina Mall but have not updated it yet here in Google. So bad. We went on a 2 hour long drive just for the sake of this as my kid has his Magic Planet card which has about 100 AED balance in it. My kids were so much excited to have fun but alas, when we reach Marina Mall and ask about in which floor is Magic Planet located, the security says they have moved out from here long back about 6/7 months ago.
Poor recommendation.

The ninja trampo small play area for kids was the worst experience I've had in a mall! I left my little nephew to play, he got sick and accidentally vomited in the play area, one of the staff asked us to clean the area saying it wasn't her job to clean, she looked grumpy and didn't care about customers, I told her my sister in law is pregnant and I was sick myself so we couldn't clean plus its not even our job but she didn't care! I was so frustrated with her bad behavior and careless customer service, would not recommend to go there some of the phillipino staff is just there for the money they don't care about you or your kids, lazy staff who is probably just sick of their job and just acting all moody!

Very bad 👎 customer service. I lost my access card and I asked to replace it unfortunately no one can help and the representatives are hopeless too.They just know o say I don't know there is no solution, we can't help. Very bad experience.

Nice area for kids but little space compairing with other branches

Wanna have some fun? No ideas for date night? Bored from restaurants and beach? It's time to return back to childhood. It might be not comfortable at the beggining but after 5 minutes u forget everything and all u want is to get more scores and tickets😂 a lot of fun for kids and for adults as well, in the end we are all kids inside 😆

This place is wonderful! It has many fun arcade games that you can play with your friends. The staff there is very friendly and well-trained. The price is also pretty good. I personally love going to this place with my friends to play all the different types of arcade games that they have. In the end, I recommend this fun place to everyone!

Very nice amusement place for kids👍 clean and tidy...
