Relatively dirty, all lockers were broken, toilet also broken, homeless people etc
Had to pick up a friend arriving by train. There is a drop and go lane on the outside of the tram station. It is not sign posted or advertised.🤔
Everything you need is there including waiting room, toilet, bookstore, supermarket, elevators and a big screen with all the trains.
One of the better lounges accessible as a frequent traveller. Food is relatively high quality (Schnitzel and Apfelstrudel on Friday(!)).
Unfortunately they changed the only really good wine (dockner) for some lower quality one's.

The weather delays your flight, the workers are on strike or you missed your connecting flight (like me) - all this becomes less an issue when you have access to this lounge. At my visit it was clean, there was a good selection of food and it was not too busy despite a larger number of visitors. Surely, the staff doesn't need to take every piece of cutlery away right after you dropped it aside for a second but piles of used dishes would be more an issue. Plenty of Austrian products and delicates make you forgetting the stress of traveling and you can always grab fresh fruits on your way rushing to your plane as this place makes you forgetting to be on time at your gate. I was too busy eating thus I didn't check the number of power outlets and the WiFi quality.
Cozy, well organised, little train station. There are a couple of stinky hobos but its all right. Comfortable waiting area. Toilets really disgusting.
Thanks to the strike by Italian train workers, we had to take a bus from Verona to Innsbruck. Lovely snowy scenes along the way. Typical train station but managed to enjoy some Chinese food at a restaurant here. Pleasant surprise! 0.50 Euro for the toilet feels cheaper than Germany or Italy, clean!

This is one of the best priority lounges i’ve been to. Super spacious, has variety types of seatings. Not crowded most of the time.
Large selections of drinks and foods. Friendly service. Conveniently located upstairs right outside of duty-free exit. And has its own direct elevator.

Als HON Circle nutze ich auch manchmal die Senator Lounge. Leider sind die Speisen zwar gut - aber kalt. Die Gläser schmutzig. Und wenn das Geschirr abgeräumt wird, dann geht es zu wie am Bahnhof. Die kleine HON/First Lounge ist da leiser. Auch das Frühstück hat Freude gemacht. Es war aber am Anfang besser. Es fängt an nachzulassen. Schade!
Sehr gute Lounge mit gutem Essen und tollem Service. Café ist perfekt. Sehr viel Platz und ruhig. Guter Blick auf die Piste….
Awesome airport lounge. The food was delicious, including decent vegetarian options. Desserts were just perfect. Great place to rest in peace before a flight. Worth paying 35€ for it (unlimited buffet). Or free with certain credit/premium bank cars.
One of the best lounge I’ve ever visited! The space is very large, modern and clean. You can find also a relaxing area, where to take a quick nap before your flight . Amazing!
Located at Terminal 3 just after the passport control using G gates. A small oasis away from the crowd to wait in comfort for a delayed flight. Generally takes in Star Alliance guest. On day of visit, toast beef with gnocchi and mushroom gravy was the day special. Lounge wasn't full, regular stuff like coffee, sweet pastries, cold meats and cheeses and a range of self serve hot and cold, alcoholic and nonalc beverages. Surprisingly, shower service is available-need to sign up short list. Turkish Airlines flights are in D gates which is a good 5-10 min walk.
I can assure you that this is not the worst business lounge I have ever been.
The receptionist was nice and welcoming after you passed the boarding pass scan.
The lounge was not spacious. It’s true that the furnitures were not brand new or luxurious but it’s fine.

The Vienna lounge at the airport is just awesome. With plush seating, soothing ambiance, and panoramic views of the runway, it's perfect for relaxation. The gourmet food options include Austrian delicacies and international cuisine. A serene retreat amidst the airport hustle.
Been here multiple visits and it’s always a welcome break from the crowds. Spacious yet always busy. Food selection is quite good and the drink selection is great. Great coffee machines and pleasant staff. Not much more you could ask for from an airport lounge!
Basic but efficient facility with 2 halls, the senator & business lounges. It has limited washrooms but the shower is a bonus. Food & beverage are also adequate.
Nice station, nice information person, for ticket reservation with OBB must ask about seat because can sit anywhere but there are reserve seat already
Getting bumped up on a direct flight later in the day, I spent three hours at the Sky Lounge. Check in was quick and pleasant. The space itself is large with couches and chairs with enough outlets to charge up. They have clean restrooms, showers, newspapers/magazines, drinks, and a breakfast bar with bread, pastries, hard boiled eggs, cheese/meat, and yogurt. There are two espresso machines that make around ten different coffee drinks.
I visited this lounge for taking rest before departure to Japan. The lounge is located in land side, when you use this lounge, please pay attention to the time of passport control.

There is a breakfast time when they switch to lunch at about 11 am.
For breakfast they have offered a selection of scrambled eggs and hash browns as well as multiple pastry choices for dessert.
For lunch and dinner there is some variety of dishes. I think their staple is oven baked chicken. The food selection is quite large and the quality is excellent! Many Austrian staples are present.
Alcohol selection is quite wide and you can make your own cocktail if you like from available ingredients.
I've enjoyed everything they offered so far and wish I would stay for more, but visit time is limited to 3 hours.

There is a shower area which you can ask at reception to book of it's not occupied. That's also a premium experience with towels provided.

Diese Lounge liegt noch vor den G Gates (also ohne Passkontrolle) und hat eine wirklich gute Infrastruktur (5☆, da Sitz- und Liegebereich, Ruhepause, Besprechungsraum, Duschen, etc) und guter Getränkeauswahl (4☆) aber moderaten Essenmöglichkeiten (3☆).
Clean, various seating styles, basic beds, 🚿shower, 🍷wine, 🍺 beer, and substantial food (including vegetarian friendly options). ♿️ accessible. Wine is by local vineyards “Small” and “Don” (2 whites and 2 reds) + local beer (including alcohol free beer that is fantastic). €39 for 3 hours or free with passes—a much better offer than many other lounges. If you are tired or want to drink, this is worth it.

With Priority pass, it is a breeze.
They have separate hot meal area and the relatively more spacious general area. The food is average, with a few dessert. The wine and sparkling wine are Austrian and taste pretty good. The ladies in the hot meal area are so nice and accomodating. Thanks!!!

I have been to many lounges across the globe, but this one is amazing and truly one of the best. Huge, clean, comfy, with great view. Decent food with plenty of options (snacks, appetizers, main course, drinks, deserts…etc.).
It also has plenty of bathrooms, showers (you should take!), dedicated areas for storage, rest, business meeting, and even a pray room.
Staff were friendly too. Definitely you will enjoy your stay there!

Splendid! One of the best lounges I've been to. Smaller food selection, not high quality. Plenty of self-serve complimentary alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. The staff were silently cleaning at all times. There must have been 300+ seats...it didn't feel chaotic like so many other lounges. There are free luggage lockers and several day-sleeper chairs that were quietly tucked away. There is also outdoor seating. Love this lounge.

It's pretty good! The lounge in terminal 1 is better and this feels like it's little brother - with the same good options.
There is always hot food, which is normally ok.

This Austrian Airline airport lounge is nearby gate G for the flights that take you to non-European countries. It was right next to the passport control.
I went there around early morning time so it wasn't busy at all. The lunch has everything that is expected to have nice hot and cold food alcohol drink non-alcoholic drinks. It also has several beds for you to have some quiet sleep please be reminded that you are not supposed to be using your phone in loudspeaker ways to interrupt other people resting.
The food is served by their staff. And the area is often cleaned by the staff as well. That are washrooms and shower rooms for your usage at your convenience

Fabulous lounge. Great amenities and food choices. Easy check in with priority pass with a few guests. Friendly staff and ample seating. Relaxed and fuelled up before our flight. Highly recommended.
Nice little train station. There are many shops and a grocery store with extended opening hours. It can be busy at the shops and bakeries in the morning. Best idea is to use the bakery in the -1 floor, because the one in the ground floor is pretty busy in the morning.
