I bought our LG wash tower from Bing Lee Rhodes and Bill was the salesman that helped us with the purchase. It was a pleasure buying from Bill, he was very helpful in-store with our purchase. And even post-purchase, while waiting for delivery Bill was always very responsive helping with any of our delivery questions. Bill was very accommodating even the evening before delivery assisting me via phone call and text message. Fantastic experience buying through Bill.

In addition, Drew and Luke (the delivery drivers on the day) were champions. Great communication on arrival and very professional from the point of unloading, unboxing through to installation and removal of our old washer. Very grateful we got such professionals in Drew and Luke.

I visited the store at Rhodes due to repetitive issues with my Philips toothbrush. I was served by Danny at the service counter, who was very professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and eager to provide me with a range of solutions for my problem. The service was excellent, and he is the person to see if you need help or want to make a purchase at the store!

Not every salesperson has a good sense of service. I tried to find a product in the laundry area, but there was only one salesperson there. When I asked him where the product was located, he replied, "I am with a customer." But they were barely talking!
I had to search for what I needed three rounds until a girl volunteered to help me. Without the girl, I will only give one star.

I waited ages to be served and was clearly seen however nobody served me as I needed help. Had to unpack my baby and replace her into the car for no reason. Good guys seems to be the bad guys and always dissapoint. You need better customer service
After buying a new house we bought our new electrical gear from Good Guys. The service was great and so were the prices.
Between purchasing and delivery we realised that we didn’t need the new washing machine we had bought and went to the store to ask our options. Straight away we were offered a refund which I wasn’t expecting to get without some negotiation. Again great service from friendly staff.

We didn't even ask for a discount, and the staff, without hesitation, looked the product up on the Web and matched the lowest advertised price.
It's good to see old-fashioned retail service.
Bought a front loader. After 8 mths, problems. Waranty was for 2 yrs. 3 visits to store to find out what was happening. No one called us or sent a contractor to assess. After a week, we bought another front loader from a different Retailer. Managers attitude was appalling. Did not honour waranty. Over the years we've been good customers. Will never go back.

Received great customer service when I recently purchased a new phone and changed providers. Particular thanks to Anna, Danielle, Kylie and Andrew who assisted with technical advice, handset selection and then the changeover process. They were indeed "Good Guys".

Purchased a faulty aorus from ple Wangara which happened to be the last one in stock anywhere. Brought it into this store the same day. Advised would take around 3 weeks to get back if sent off for repairs. Ended up paying an extra $500 to get the next model up. Service tech was a nice guy but didn’t seem to really care that much that they had sold me a dud. No offer to expedite the new one from the warehouse ( apparently this was not possible) or deliver it priority to my address for free which is what I thought would be appropriate. All in all very average customer service therefore 3 stars from me

Very bad customer service. I bought vacuum cleaner 4 months ago with 1 year warranty. But my vacuum not working properly. So visit the store and asked for return but staff told me that just try to clean filter and check might be it should be work properly. So went back home and clean the filter and use vacuum but still it’s not working. So I used another spare floor brush and check that it works or not but still brush not spinning. So went to store and talked about this with staff. First they try to ignore my problem. Then one staff member whose name is Nathan who is Assistant Manager he come and look my vacuum box and told me that why you want to return. I told him whole story and then he told me that it’s only $96 Vacuum, and he can’t return. I told him that it doesn’t matter how much but it is still under warranty. So what he means that if your item is under $500 and it has warranty but you can’t claim for that if it’s not working properly. Now I don’t want to buy any items from Bing lee in future. It is better to buy from Kmart, because if you buy any item from Kmart and if that item not working properly they don’t argue with you and they straight away return it.
Bought a coffee machine 6 months ago. The paint came off and the grinder got stuck. I rang twice and they said they would give me a replacement machine. When I brought it in they said they have to send it away and I'll be without it for 30 business days. Then I was told if I contact Breville it would take less time. This is one frustrating and if there was a quicker way shouldn't this be done through the storeand not on the customer as it is bought through them.

Great service! Did cash and card transaction which was nice being able to use some leftover Christmas cash.

Sadly they don't offer their price beat anymore but their prices are in line with Australian retailers so the price beat would usually only save you $10-$20 anyway.

Went here to pick up a click collect. Great computer shop with plenty of great hardware and accessories. Staff were happy and very helpful towards any questions I had about the item I picked up (ROG Gaming router) 😊👍🏻

I highly recommend Arrow Computers in Cannington.

My 6 year old comp finally gave up on 11/04/2024. I needed a new computer and went with what the technician recommended, he added all my programs, set up my emails and everything was perfect. The service from the Cannington store was first rate and the price was good.

I have bought a few comps over the years and had data transferred BUT never has all my data been recovered and transferred so expertly.
They were very accommodating and nice to me, aswell as clear and Concise information on what went wrong with my build too. Luke helped carry my pc to the car which helped a lot!

our recent experience when dealing with the store manager & staff at this store have been horrendous, we had a issue with a 4 month old washing machine and when we approached the store they could not even reply to a phone call to follow up the manufacturer. We visited the store and asked for the store manager for assistance however all she offered was excuses why we could not get our washing machine fixed quicker or replaced and all she could do was quote store policy. Don't spend a cent there as they do not value your purchase - Quick to take your money but No help if you have any issue

I ordered a monitor as a replacement and was informed the following day they did not have that exact model but one that was similar and looked the same.

After confirming it had the same mounts, same ports and looked the same I agreed to the new monitor.

When it arrived it was beige instead of the black I originally ordered. After calling up I was lied to being told I was informed of it being a different colour.

I then asked if they recorded calls and was told they do not.

For future sales I recommend giving better product descriptions especially when offering an alternative.

Took my AirPods in for repair two weeks ago being told they would take two weeks to come back. Went in store today only to be told they are with the repairer and I’ll get a notification when they come back. They don’t even train their staff properly in customer service. This company would’ve knows what service was. I then rang the repairer who look up the case id and informed me they were 9 days in store and had only been shipped to him yesterday. He hasn’t even got them yet. This is beyond poor. Officeworks - be better.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you Edwin for an amazing and quick job of fixing up my laptop, and replacing the battery too. The backing of my laptop got damanaged due to a bad battery swelling and instead of getting me to spend money on the new backing - Edwin just fixed it for me! Will be recommending these guys to anyone in Perth who asks about computer technicians! Thanks again Edwin, legend!

My pc was blue screening and crashing non stop. They told me I need a new mobo. Bought one and it still didn't work. Took it back and they said it was faulty monk again.

they almost wouldn't take that mobo under warranty because I used 3 screws instead of 4 into the case for the mobo???? Worked fine for 4 years on my old parts.

Then told me I need a new PSU. 350 dollars in labor as well as parts, later and nothing is fixed. Took it to Austin computers down the road and told me within 1 day I had a faulty ram stick and got it replaced

Always had good service at PLE and had computer builds and upgrades from them over the years.
The main downside is the repair/upgrade return time, seems to get longer rather than shorter, in recent years.
Plus, in their product range listed, a large amount in the specific component series are not in stock, so will need to be ordered, extending delivery/return duration.
But overall a good company.

I've purchased many note book computers from Portacom over the years. The notebook computers are setup, prepared and checked as part of the purchase agreement making for a hassel free experience. In addition their after sales service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Very unhappy. Changed all the cartridges in my Oki printer today. Printer then stopped working. Phoned Portacom for some help as they supplied the printer and the cartridges. Could give me the name of a guy who may or may not be able to help but will charge and probably not before Christmas. Appalling and dreadful.

Very poor service. They said that it would take 2-3 weeks for my laptop to be ready and it took over 5 weeks, and they didn't inform me of progress or that it would take any extra time. They also claimed that I had not paid when I did, and I received my laptop back with a scratch on the back, the crack on the screen had lengthened and my laptop no longer closes all the way. They were very unprofessional and had an attitude that told me they couldn't care less. Would not recommend getting anything repaired here.

These guys broke my laptop.

I left my laptop here for a general inspection, and when I picked in up after one hour, it was broke.

The laptop had a small mulfuction, but they opened it all and broke my screen. They separated the screen from the keyboard half and basically destroyed a 3 year old laptop.

When I asked, they simply responded that this is the state that they had received it in, it was not them who broke it. They just meant to "check it".

Disappointed but not surprised.

I would give more than 5 Stars if I could. I had a NAS QNap TS 251+ There's an inherent flaw in this NAS on the mother board so be warned backup your data. This Qnap died with all my data on it. It doesn't matter if you've got a RAID configuration all data will be lost. Andrew, at Portacom, was able to get back all my data, years and years of work, and put it on a new NAS, so I could back it up. What an absolute super star he is, and I have a new NAS. He got the old NAS on Tuesday evening and my new NAS was ready for collection on Friday with all my data. What service!

Disgusting treatment of women with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I overheard them on their communications system say "She's too young to have an Assistance Dog". They laughed when I dropped items and were little to no help after I had to hunt them down to get any service. These staff clearly do not have any inclusiveness training and it's appalling to see people like you have jobs when there are people more deserving.
I was recommended to these guys by my software technician. He said they are the best. He was right.

Quick, efficient, communicative, reasonably-priced and explained everything they were going to do. I expected a week for the quote. I got as I delivered the notebook. They told me how long it was going to be and they beat that time. All with quality workmanship. Thanks.
We've used Computer Mechanics twice now, and both times they've been wonderful. Easy to talk to, and so fast! When my daughter's laptop screen cracked, I spent weeks in a game of phone-and-email-tag with HP trying to arrange for the repairs. that got me nowhere. One phone call to Computer mechanics, and literally a 20 minute wait in-store while they repaired the screen, and it was done! Amazing. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs computer repairs, whether you're an expert or a complete technological neanderthal. Computer Mechanics are the people for you.
I received the most outstanding customer service and care by a staff member called Emma today! Emma went above and beyond to help me after my phone stopped working. Decided to pop in to PLE Osborne Park whilst in the area to get 2nd opinion on what Bentley store advised me about 2 particular laptops. Osborne Park Store had both in stock whereas Bentley only had one in stock.
Osborne Park Store is layed out extremely well and has lots of gaming PC examples and also more laptops on display than Bentley.
Staff where very helpful and I was pleased that I dropped in as I was provided with additional vital information to assist me in making a decision on which laptop would suit my needs better.
Once I'm ready to purchase, I'll be back to Osborne Park Store.

An excellent experience. I have a late-model performance laptop that requires a tough-to-get-a-hold-of new RAM configuration. Steve & Luke maintained excellent communication, and they even installed the RAM at my request--which turned out to be a much more involved process than I expected. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. While the service might be a bit slower when you arrive due to their small staff and store footprint, it's well worth the wait.

Photo print quality has always been good although more often than not the self serve has been down so now i just order from home using the office works app/online!

My experience with Computer Mechanics was amazing! I am a student and I really need my computer for assignments so when I dropped my computer and the screen smashed I was devastated. The price was reasonable and eventhough they said it would take 2 weeks max to get the parts required, I heard back earlier and they fixed my computer within an hour! Seamless service, friendly staff! The guy even cleaned the dust out of the exhaust without being asked! My computer has been working just fine since the repair so Thank you for the great experience!

These guys and gals are amazing. I returned a solid state drive due to a compatibility issue. When the team looked into it they actually refunded my money and gave me a better way to store my data and solve my problem. They saved me 200$. Best service I’ve had in a store like this. Recently put my laptop in for repair, the guy I dealt with when dropping it off and picking it up was great. Communication was also good.
Parking out the back makes it easier to access. Service Department is out the back up the driveway, then up a set of stairs. Will definitely come back if I have any other issues with our home computers. Cheers thanks guys!
I needed 2 A1 Board Mounted Posters for my daughters 1st Birthday party and was having trouble doing it online due to the template I bought not fitting into the correct size. Carla from this store was super helpful and was able to carry out what I needed done through phone and emails as I was an hour away and was difficult for me to go in store. I dropped my Laptop in as it failed. They told me it would be 1 day and $196 to repair. I picked it up in 1 day, and the bill was $196. They also repaired my mothers computer, and the price and time quoted was met with no issues. I recommend Arrow as I found their Service was good and Prices were fair.

Had some difficulties with a new PC build on Australia Day. Dropped it in to Phil the next morning and he had it up, running and ready for pickup that same afternoon.
Not only did he find the problem with my build but he also did cable management and installed Windows 10 and relevant drivers so that everything was ready to go.
Very reasonable price and amazingly quick.

The support and customer service is sadly lacking at this business. Bought a $1000 laptop on 30 March 20, three weeks later had a BSOD error. Attended and was advised it would cost $198 to reload Win10. I bought this laptop for my 82yr mother, so that she could keep in contact with family while in lockdown. I told the technician and tried to appeal to any form of community spirit or genuine customer service , he was not interested. I would not recommend this business if you expect any form of support after your purchase.

We had a very good experience while buying a new laptop for what we feel was a reasonable price. Dipesh was very helpful in explaining anything which we asked and had the laptop setup ready to go within 24 hours.
