Bought a pre-built for 1k thinking it's pretty good (turns out there are parts in it from 2018 and worth less than 600$)
Purchased a faulty aorus from ple Wangara which happened to be the last one in stock anywhere. Brought it into this store the same day. Advised would take around 3 weeks to get back if sent off for repairs. Ended up paying an extra $500 to get the next model up. Service tech was a nice guy but didn’t seem to really care that much that they had sold me a dud. No offer to expedite the new one from the warehouse ( apparently this was not possible) or deliver it priority to my address for free which is what I thought would be appropriate. All in all very average customer service therefore 3 stars from me
Great service! Did cash and card transaction which was nice being able to use some leftover Christmas cash.
Sadly they don't offer their price beat anymore but their prices are in line with Australian retailers so the price beat would usually only save you $10-$20 anyway.

Went here to pick up a click collect. Great computer shop with plenty of great hardware and accessories. Staff were happy and very helpful towards any questions I had about the item I picked up (ROG Gaming router) 😊👍🏻
Shout out to Connor who helped me purchase my SATA SSD, made it simple, straightforward and quick. He went out of his way and also got it all fixed up. Well done and thanks Connor! Highly recommend PLE Computers.
Always had good service at PLE and had computer builds and upgrades from them over the years.
The main downside is the repair/upgrade return time, seems to get longer rather than shorter, in recent years.
Plus, in their product range listed, a large amount in the specific component series are not in stock, so will need to be ordered, extending delivery/return duration.
But overall a good company.

Not sure what his name was but the young tanned worker really helped me find what i'd needed. He was willing to help me more so than receive his paycheck. Was very kind. I'll be coming back to give them more business. Cheers.
