I went to shoe section, bought 4xpairs of shoes.ladies were very helpful attending.i like private corner area to try on,lots of mirrors,stools and seating to check if shoes r ok.lots of different brands in the same shop saves walking around to different shops.

Ruksana was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent customer service which I highly appreciated. There wasn’t a size available for the shoe I was looking for so she looked up other Myers which had it in stock. I had a lovely experience shopping for shoes thanks to her!

The staffs at the women’s shoes area have negative attitudes.
7-nov around 6:30-7pm. I was shopping for heels and had questioned one of the many ladies working there for a different colour of the heels I was trying on. I had the colour from the website on my phone and seeing as they had no other customers, I went to ask if this colour was available. there around 4-5 ladies around the small counter who were talking and none of them wanted to assist me at the counter until I asked. To which one lady answered no before she even knew what I needed and had an annoyed attitude towards me. She told me to go back to the shelf where those shoes were without listening to what I needed clearly she does not want to interact with me at all. It was Thursday shopping night and I understand long late shifts but I don’t think assisting one customer with 4-5 staffs on the clock is that difficult, considering I was seemingly the only person left there at that time.

All I can say is why do customer service if you don’t want to service the customers?

Went to refund a product, had worst customer service experience ever. I was served by Kim in customer service, extremely rude and arrogant. I hope you can smile and be nice to your customer, And, if you don’t want to then just don’t serve a customer and make their day bad.

I bought our LG wash tower from Bing Lee Rhodes and Bill was the salesman that helped us with the purchase. It was a pleasure buying from Bill, he was very helpful in-store with our purchase. And even post-purchase, while waiting for delivery Bill was always very responsive helping with any of our delivery questions. Bill was very accommodating even the evening before delivery assisting me via phone call and text message. Fantastic experience buying through Bill.

In addition, Drew and Luke (the delivery drivers on the day) were champions. Great communication on arrival and very professional from the point of unloading, unboxing through to installation and removal of our old washer. Very grateful we got such professionals in Drew and Luke.

Visited this store yesterday, was shocked that the greeting woman did not speak English and could not understand a basic question like “ where are the extension cords”, she asked me 3 times what I wanted and had no idea what I was asking for when i replied…..I would think that speaking the language of the country you live in to be a standard requirement of employment. Get your act together Wesfarmers and lift your standards before customers rebel.

Ahhh Myer Parramatta with the ambience and smell of a hospital cafeteria circa 1984. This shop truly is a time travelling experience to a different generation. With carpet stains that only carbon dating can determine how old they are and corridors that filming location scouts visit when they need to film a scene set in a 1970s government building Myer Parramatta has it all!

I walked into Myer, simply looking for a perfume for my wife. I wasn't particularly interested in YSL at first, but then I met Narham from the YSL counter—and wow, what a game changer! 💫

From the moment she approached us, her kindness and passion for what she does were evident. Narham went above and beyond, even pulling out hidden perfumes from drawers that we would have never found on our own! Her knowledge and dedication were truly a masterclass in high-quality customer service. 👏

Initially, I was only planning to buy a perfume for myself, but my friend was so impressed with her outstanding service that he ended up getting one for his wife as well. Narham, you’re an absolute star! 🌟

went to get a few items today and went to pay. i saw the registers were closed and i usually stay away from self serve check out so i asked if the cashiers were open and then this women that looked like she was on drugs and was slurring her words and was very pushy and rude to me and proceeded to scan all my items on the self serve checkout after insisting i didn’t need any help. she had blonde hair was about 50 and had dark eye makeup and pinkish lipstick and had skinny jeans on please look into this this isn’t the first time this has happened and not the device i would like to receive at kmart

Most of the staff are pretty good except for this very rude blonde older lady who looks as though she is on methadone. Shop is good doesn't have everything you need but I took my business to Sylvania after dealings with methadone lady

Not every salesperson has a good sense of service. I tried to find a product in the laundry area, but there was only one salesperson there. When I asked him where the product was located, he replied, "I am with a customer." But they were barely talking!
I had to search for what I needed three rounds until a girl volunteered to help me. Without the girl, I will only give one star.

I waited ages to be served and was clearly seen however nobody served me as I needed help. Had to unpack my baby and replace her into the car for no reason. Good guys seems to be the bad guys and always dissapoint. You need better customer service
After buying a new house we bought our new electrical gear from Good Guys. The service was great and so were the prices.
Between purchasing and delivery we realised that we didn’t need the new washing machine we had bought and went to the store to ask our options. Straight away we were offered a refund which I wasn’t expecting to get without some negotiation. Again great service from friendly staff.

We didn't even ask for a discount, and the staff, without hesitation, looked the product up on the Web and matched the lowest advertised price.
It's good to see old-fashioned retail service.
Bought a front loader. After 8 mths, problems. Waranty was for 2 yrs. 3 visits to store to find out what was happening. No one called us or sent a contractor to assess. After a week, we bought another front loader from a different Retailer. Managers attitude was appalling. Did not honour waranty. Over the years we've been good customers. Will never go back.

The store is always busy with customers trying to find a bargain , and the staff are always busy trying to restock the shelves.
Its a shame that the beauty section is always either empty of stock (make-up) or extremely messy and unappealing to the eye..( stock untidy and not where it should be) its hard to find what your after in this section.The layout of the store is easy to navigate you can normally find the section your after without searching the whole store..
Staff are always happy and smiling when you're entering and exiting the store .
They will go out of their way to help direct you or help find what you're looking for.. The only thing i can see they need to improve would be always having someone to help when making the final purchase as the Register as a lot of the time clearance items don't go through marked down and waiting for a staff member to help out can take some time..
Over All it's a store I go back to time and time again...

"I recently visited Kmart to purchase a rice cooker and unfortunately encountered a disappointing experience. Upon finding the last box available, I discovered it was ripped off completely. When I politely asked the manager, Cara, if they could offer a discount due to the damaged box, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Not only did she refuse to acknowledge our presence with a greeting, but she also questioned the necessity of a rice cooker and denied any possibility of a price reduction. Her attitude was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, her demeanor towards us felt discriminatory. As a customer, I expect better treatment and respect from the staff, regardless of the circumstance. This experience has left me greatly dissatisfied with the level of customer service at Kmart."

Very bad customer service. I bought vacuum cleaner 4 months ago with 1 year warranty. But my vacuum not working properly. So visit the store and asked for return but staff told me that just try to clean filter and check might be it should be work properly. So went back home and clean the filter and use vacuum but still it’s not working. So I used another spare floor brush and check that it works or not but still brush not spinning. So went to store and talked about this with staff. First they try to ignore my problem. Then one staff member whose name is Nathan who is Assistant Manager he come and look my vacuum box and told me that why you want to return. I told him whole story and then he told me that it’s only $96 Vacuum, and he can’t return. I told him that it doesn’t matter how much but it is still under warranty. So what he means that if your item is under $500 and it has warranty but you can’t claim for that if it’s not working properly. Now I don’t want to buy any items from Bing lee in future. It is better to buy from Kmart, because if you buy any item from Kmart and if that item not working properly they don’t argue with you and they straight away return it.
Bought a coffee machine 6 months ago. The paint came off and the grinder got stuck. I rang twice and they said they would give me a replacement machine. When I brought it in they said they have to send it away and I'll be without it for 30 business days. Then I was told if I contact Breville it would take less time. This is one frustrating and if there was a quicker way shouldn't this be done through the storeand not on the customer as it is bought through them.

Visited Myer in Westfield Parramatta to get some gift items. Very pleased with the collection in kitchen appliances and kitchenware sections. The cutlery and crockery sets were very colourful and gift worthy designs. Reasonable prices and discounts applicable. The store is a bit understaffed though.
The lady at the self service on Sunday morning was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Great service.

Went to your customer service desk today to return a shelf id purchased that was packed incorrectly, was annoyed with the to begin with but my frustration only got higher when I was served by the most rudest lady, if you are so unhappy with your job and/or life make the changes, life is too short and customer don’t want to met with such rudeness.
With so many people looking for work I’m sure Kmart could find friendlier staff.

our recent experience when dealing with the store manager & staff at this store have been horrendous, we had a issue with a 4 month old washing machine and when we approached the store they could not even reply to a phone call to follow up the manufacturer. We visited the store and asked for the store manager for assistance however all she offered was excuses why we could not get our washing machine fixed quicker or replaced and all she could do was quote store policy. Don't spend a cent there as they do not value your purchase - Quick to take your money but No help if you have any issue

Items are much more expensive than bigw, Kmart etc for the very same category.

The store is always quiet and the aircon is turned down.

Now sure how much profit they are making but it's better to shop elsewhere.

This lovely girl (I think her name was Claudia) at customer service was so sweet to me and helped me with my refund. She really took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied and always and a smile on her face. Very refreshing!
It’s messy most of the times. Racks blocked with trolleys.
But quite big and have everything most of the time. Home decor, camping, arts crafts, cloths, toys, bedding, bathroom items, kitchen items, party items, active wear, furniture, games, electronics, books, storage, household items, seasonal decorations etc.

Found it really weird that the store staff at Parramatta come up with their own rules for returns. I take photos of all my receipts as it is easier to manage and to avoid the risk of losing them. At the returns desk the staff tells me that we don't accept a digital photo of a receipt. We can only offer you a gift card for the value if it is not a physical store receipt. The first time any store has told me this. Had to waste my time waiting for a manager and then show him the target online policy for returns where it clearly calls out that a photo of a store receipt is a valid proof of purchase as the returns desk staff would not listen.

Highly disappointed on Christmas Day. I was getting gifts ready for my families lunch and noticed the 1m long Toblerone had past it’s expiry date. The out of date shown in the pictures is 13/8/23 and I only purchased this on the 14/12/23. 4 months past it’s date and it was out on shelves for customers to purchase. I wonder how many more others had purchased this or had already consumed it. It cost $16 and now that’s gone down the drain. Horrendous. There is no way I would gifting this now.
I would like to thank the beautiful lady that went into Plenty Valley Target and paid off my lay buy . You are an angel which has bought tears of happiness to our life at this very special time of the year . I will repay this back soon . Women’s Denim advertised at 25% off. I select a denim jacket and it scans full price at the self serve register. I flag this with the young lady on registers who calls women’s wear. Am told it’s just jeans. I tell them that the sign says denim and that this is reflected online with other women’s denim jackets. The register girl calls women’s wear back and asks them to come to the registers and they refuse so the girl on the registers refuses to assist in the matter further. I worked for target for 8 years and this is horrible customer service and bad sales. Fair to say I didn’t purchase for the jacket. Management could do some extra training in this store on customer service and also false advertising.

Went into the Parramatta Store on 04.12.23 and today 11.12.23 at approximately 7pm looking for fans and a toaster. On both occasions, I was assisted by Mohammed. He was so helpful, took me to the sections and explained the products. Today I went in and wanted to buy another fan. No stock on the shelf for my favoured fan due to the very hot week end. Mohammed went out the back for sometime and found the last fan i wanted. I was so grateful and was very impressed by his customer service and going above and beyond. Very positive experience, will not hesitate to return.

Alison from Kmart Miranda was super rude and awful to both me, my friend and other customers trying to shop.
She refused to adjust the price on the bowl that was on clearance even though I showed her the ticket on it.
A cashier called Valentina… Lady, please relax… don’t need to laugh sarcastically at people if they do a mistake. Just calm down and patiently explain why extra was charged? Not spending your money, why are you being so mean??? Unpleasant experience

I wanted an elegant, efficient & well designed 500L French door refrigerator with glass doors.
Spoke to Keith on Friday & I paid online. They delivered a very good Hitachi model next day on Saturday. They unpacked it & removed all packaging.

Very big super store with free wifi. It's nice to have free wifi, especially when the mall does not provide one. This is probably one of the few Target outlets in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Does not have wide range of bikes inspite of having more range of bike gears. It does not clearly mentioned whether they provide bike assembly services.

Very poorly presented store. Rubbish from what would have been days old as I was there Easter Monday morning around 9:30-10:00am. There was what looked like brown food stuff smudged on the floor. Shelves were full of used cosmetic/personal cleaning items as well as broken stock. This would have taken a few staff members to rectify before the store even opened but I would have settled for any staff taking any interest and pride in their job to be walking around and cleaning throughout the day. This store is filthy and no one seems to care.

I went in here in early-mid January 2023 looking for one specific item. The staff were nice enough, but the place was a mess. Stuff all over the place in Sound & Vision near the service desk, and generally just messy elsewhere. Hard to know whether you have an actual item if it’s all sitting jumbled up on the bottom shelf instead of being neatly on display!

Big and spacious, large variety of goods, clean ,well staffed , free 3hour parking, excellent location inside the lovely Miranda Westfield.

Park on Kmart level 3A if possible, dedicated parking spaces reserved for seniors & parents woth prams. Also easy access to the escalator from the rooftop parking areas.

To avoid the crowds, visit after 7pm in the evenings.

Love the store as always but somehow big difference in the store especially cleanliness between different suburbs. This store is Parramatta almost always looks like it's been raided for some reason. Things overflowing from the shelves, strewn around.. Just like like mess. Also I don't think this store is as big and the one in Macquarie is a lot bigger and has a better inventory.

This Target is located inside Westfield plenty Valley
it's huge with lots of varieties from clothing to home decor electronics and what not
went there to click and collect Car Seat Stroller and few other things
it was quick and easy

staff was really helpful and prices are good compared to other stores

Heaps of FREE parking available on the front side as well as on the back side

Tidy and easy to navigate, I go there a lot as it is my closes store being 10-15 minutes drive but many times it does not stock the items I am looking for. An extra 10 minute drive to Epping Kmart is better with stock sometimes.

I recently used the print and create instant print photo machine and I am very pleased with it!

Rating provided three years ago and have not been back to the store very recently. Was finally asked for more details in the middle of the night last night. If Target really wants to improve, it really needs to ask for such information in a timely fashion - otherwise it looks like Target isn't really listening at all!
