Came in to buy some stuff but needed to use a toilet first. Bloke was rude and refused me access so i went elsewhere to spend my money. Theres plenty of bottle shops around that actually offer services beyond standing behind the counter and being rude to customers.

Friendly staff, if you ever need help just let them know. A small bottle shop so not a huge range, but a great selection for the size of the store. Prices are fair.

Lady Cashier extremely rude, she has No clue about customer service 👎 Never going there again.
Clearly Sales Woman hates her job. Put my item on the counter and waited for 5 minutes until i was rudely served. Mind you she wasnt run off her feet. She mumbled something to me really had no idea what was said. Purchased my item and i literally had to reach across and get my item as she wouldnt hand it over. If you dont like retail move over and give the job to someone who needs and deserves. Customer service needs a major overhaul
The older lady working behind the counter at chirn park bws has absolutely no customer service whatsoever, she doesn’t say hello or thank you , she doesn’t even smile , looks so grumpy and scruffily dressed.. while serving me she didn’t say one word, then I said are you going to say Thankyou, she said what for,? I said because that’s what customer service is… how disgraceful I could not believe it!! So rude she should not be working with customers!! I’ve been going there for 10 years & the staff are usually great… she needs to go

Hands down the best choice liquor store in the south, always friendly, helpful staff, their click & collect is always on time, unlike other stores.
The place is big. Well placed and have a rather large selection of vodka and tequila. Their whiskey range is great as well. Prices are very reasonable
Small BWS with limited range. Still enough choice to get by, however I find the wine is expensive. Specials are usually good, but there is always a focus on BWS own brands from Pinnacle Wines and other vineyards owned by the Endeavour group.

My closest 1st and I was particularly impressed by the service I got today for a click and collect. The lady at the front counter gave a warm and friendly welcome. Her service was seamless and quick. I’m a repeat customer and this only validates my choice.

There was a promo code with 10% discount. It failed at checkout when taking payment. I called them and was told to place the order and they'd then refund 10%. I did that, then was informed my order was above the $1000 dollar limit, so they could only refund that part. If I was told upfront I would have reduced the order. The consultant could not find the terms that stated this limit on the website. I asked for escalation but am yet to hear back from them.
I will never buy from them (online) again and would recommend others don't.

A large store with friendly, dedicated and professional staff.
They have a wide range and some really good specials if you're lucky.

The Team at the RB FC are awesome. Always helpful always friendly and I haven’t stopped returning (in a good way) since I discovered them on an out of town visit in 2018. The great service has been consistent as has the product variety and competitive pricing.
Small and a bit limited. Just moved here and I'm not sure why staff have attitude, plus ask for woollies card because they don't.

Small drive-in wine shop which would be best suited for people who know what to buy before getting out of the car. However because of its small size, there's not much of a selection to choose from. The girl who was attending the store was both helpful and friendly.

The guy working there right now keeps cancelling Uber Eats orders. He did the same yesterday, and it didn’t matter what I ordered.m. So ordered from liquorland instead, but hopefully the manager reads this and looks into it.

A really nice store with quite a good product range & plenty of parking right outside the door. I went there primarily to buy a case of Miller Chill beer, a nice light refreshing drop with a dash of lime. Unfortunately, they had none in stock at the time but the price would have been $55.
So, I went into Southgate & Liquorland in Coles had stock & it was only $47 a case & wasn't on special either. I know First Choice, also owned by Coles matches prices if you have a competitors advert with you but in this case I was glad they were out of stock as I would have paid $55.

The salesman was arrogant in a such that in a Raised voice asking me if I want something without smiling and I felt like I'm contemplating to steal.
Our 5 star genuinely is for the customer service and mainly to one person who’s always being so helpful to us. He’s so genuine! Hopefully you’ll have 2019 Seppelt in stock soon.
COMPLETED click and collect. I walked into the store and advised the lady standing near the entry that I was hear to pick up an order. I showed here my ID and then she said to see the lady at the cash register my ID. After viewing my ID this lady then turned to the first lady an said to get the order. What a waste of time.

Used it for click and collect only, it was a smooth pick up. Service was exceptional, was even given a token for the trolley to take my stuff to the car. I did bring it back, of course.
Was forced to go there because my order via bws app failed me. Staff need to be re trained to deal with technical issues and how to communicate with customers. So disappointed, I am hesitant to use the app 4 delivery as I don't want to be charged $10 delivery fee when the process fails.

Laziest staff always get my orders wrong and act like they cbf to be there! Visited at 7.30 (closes 8pm) and the doors half shut. Wake up to yourselves

Staff attitude there is quite amiss , made selection went to counter to pay , handed cash to attendant who recoiled in horror , and snapped , don’t you have a card , in the future bring a card we don’t like cash here , my reply was simple , that’s fine , I’ll go elsewhere , cash was grabbed out of my hand , no , well take cash , we just don’t like to , so in fact there will not be a next time , it was purely convenient as it’s not far from home , in future it’s the park wood tavern , cheaper friendlier , and don’t look down on you for paying cash , the one star is for convenience
This shop is totally different now. Full stocks on the shelves and more choice now. We don’t have to go far to grab wine anymore.

Last night had to run to this certain BWS to get some drinks for a Friday night delt with a very rude employee. He had decided to close 2 minutes early i asked him to open the door for I had sprinted for ages just to make it before 10:00PM, I was right at the door when he locked it and refused to open it while he should of had that door open for it was still working hours and it had not reached 10:00PM when I arrived. Very disappointed in why they would hire lazy, rude people and i will not be a customer at this store again.
I don't know what's happened to this place, they used to be great but now they have hardly any stock and hardly any range. It never seems to get replenished. Whenever I go in there it just looks pathetic. The service is terrible too, it's like they just don't care. What's going on?

Service below average. Prices pretty high. They don’t answer the phone, but they’re the only place within walking distance.
Lovely layout, especially the spirits section. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. This store is also a Woolworths collection point for online grocery shopping, so you Vann complete all shopping in one quick visit.
