BWS Parkwood Clocktower

Came in to buy some stuff but needed to use a toilet first. Bloke was rude and refused me access so i went elsewhere to spend my money. Theres plenty of bottle shops around that actually offer services beyond standing behind the counter and being rude to customers.

Good price and excellent service has what I wanted .

My local bottle shop. Always a great experience shopping here as the staff are very friendly and happy. I usually leave with my drinks and a smile on my face.

Staff attitude there is quite amiss , made selection went to counter to pay , handed cash to attendant who recoiled in horror , and snapped , don’t you have a card , in the future bring a card we don’t like cash here , my reply was simple , that’s fine , I’ll go elsewhere , cash was grabbed out of my hand , no , well take cash , we just don’t like to , so in fact there will not be a next time , it was purely convenient as it’s not far from home , in future it’s the park wood tavern , cheaper friendlier , and don’t look down on you for paying cash , the one star is for convenience
